Boiler Geeks Ltd

Cannot rate Boiler Geeks highly enough. They are very friendly, efficient, well priced and their customers service is second to none. A breath of fresh air these days.

Like in the previous years, I got a fantastic boiler service from tam Boiler Geeks! Brilliant, unobtrusive communication from the firm is to be commented. And it was nice to see the same engineer from last year, Tom, coming to attend to my boiler. Shows continuity in engagements as well as good retention with the firm. Tom was very detailed and exhaustive in his work and very friendly and knowledgeable. And of course, the pricing was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend the team

We have always used Tom for our boiler service and more recently to fit a water filter. Excellent service from start to finish he even managed to sort our low water pressure while on site. Nice to have the shower back working properly again. Many thanks

I recently found Boiler Geek online as my boiler’s annual check-up was due. Trusting my instincts, I called them and was not disappointed from the very first minute. The lady on the phone was polite and professional, and the appointment was booked efficiently. I received all the necessary information about the service. Tom arrived on time as promised. He was friendly, professional, trustworthy, and a competent engineer. The job was completed with excellent value for money. I will definitely recommend Boiler Geek to anyone in need of their services

The Boiler Geeks were great! From my initial contact with office to the final installation and building regs, having a new boiler fitted was extremely painless. Much better value and far more flexible than the leading national company, and the guys were friendly, amusing and a pleasure to have in the house. Work was completed efficiently and they were so tidy. Thanks so much! "Dame" Nicki 😅

We have had ongoing problems with our heating system, till we met Tom, at Boiler Geeks. All his previous reviews say: Tom at Boiler Geeks is a rare find these days, he is honest, friendly, trustworthy, and a very competent gas Engineer. I can only restate, a very neat and tidy job by Tom , who is a pleasure to deal with and a true professional Engineer. He has sorted out our ongoing radiator problems. Now we have found him will definitely look no further. Definitely recommend Boiler Geeks for anyone looking for the Best.!R&L

Tom at Boiler Greeks is a rare find these days, honest ,genuine and a very competent gas engineer. Tom and his 2IC Jeff fitted a new boiler , radiators and new pipes in our bungalow. Everything completed on time , very neat and tidy job by Tom who is a pleasure to deal with a true professional. We enjoyed having them around and would recommend Tom 100% to anyone looking for a highly skilled gas engineer! Look no further than Boiler Geeks and the FANTASTIC Tom. Thanks to Jeff for Chiefs dog shower outside. H and M

Outstanding! Tom has completed our first boiler service. Excellent job, great price and service! Highly recommended !

Excellent Service

We have used Boiler Geeks a few times now to fit a new boiler, boiler service and today some new radiators and I can honestly say they are absolutely brilliant. So very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them

Can't recommend enough; good communication with the office for booking, friendly knowledgeable geek (😉 ) came out and did just what was asked and it cost exactly what they said they would. Some recommendations for further works but no pressure, feels like a company you can trust.

Professional and meticulous engineers. They have done various jobs for us: boiler servicing, source and install new showers, installing new radiators and repairing old. They have always done a great job and charged as they quoted. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend them.

After my boiler failed on NYE, I was incredibly impressed with Boiler geeks, responding to my emails on New Year’s Day, attending the following morning first thing repairing my boiler within the hour. Thank you Alison for organising so promptly, and to the engineer Tom for resolving the issue so quickly. Will be using boiler geeks for all work going forwards. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding! Tom has completed our boiler service for the past 3 years and more recently fitted some new taps to our bathroom sink. He did a fantastic job at a good price but a few days later we noticed the pipes were slowly dripping around the back. Tom came back out at short notice on a Saturday and found our valves had failed (coincidentally on the same sink, nothing to do with the work he'd recently done). He kindly fitted new values for us which took a good hour of hard work and he didn't charge us for this extra work. Always polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we will gladly recommend Boiler Geeks to anyone.

Don't go anywhere else! This duo are a pleasure to have in your house. Our back boiler finally kicked in, aged approximately 40. Heart breaking as it was, all is now resolved painlessly with the help of boiler geeks. They bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable during their time working in our house, and also helped to uncover and fix a problem we had with our toilet. They are extremely sharp and knowledgeable about their specialty whilst being professional, courteous, clean and tidy all at the same time! An enormous recommendation from me!

Really happy with the work provided by Bolier Geeks to service our Vaillant Boiler and replace a pressure gauge. Great independent local Bournemouth business. Will definitely be using their services again.

First class. Replaced boiler in one day with minimum disruption and no mess - as if they hadn't even been here! Communication was clear throughout the process and service prompt, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Polite, profressional, well priced.

Great service, good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Always courteous professional and go the extra mile when needed .. service with a smile always

Tom at Boiler geeks installed my new boiler, great service and communication. Highly recommended!

Brilliant firm. Can’t speak highly enough of the skill and professionalism of this team . I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair or a replacement. If there were 10 stars they would get them .

I have had my boiler serviced twice by boiler geeks and most recently had a new vertical radiator installed. The level of service provided is exceptional, not only are they honest and reliable with reasonable prices but they also do a fantastic job to a very high standard and are a pleasure to have working in your home. The same cannot be said for many other companies and I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommend!! Thank you :)

Tom and Geoff did a fantastic job on our boiler and heating system replacement. We converted from a regular boiler to a combi boiler, and replaced 9 radiators. They took all the old stuff away with them, and left the place clean with all holes nicely patched. They're very knowledgeable, really nice guys, and have an excellent work ethic. Very pleased with how everything went and highly recommend them to everyone!

Boiler Geeks are OUTSTANDING. Both Tom & Jeff are knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to have around. They fixed our boiler which was making a terrible noise every time it fired up - after 3 different plumbers couldn't! They also did another job for us which was not an easy task - and completed it to a fantastic standard (whilst putting my mind at rest!) If you want an honest company that will get the job done, these guys are the ones! I will never use anyone but Boiler Geeks from here on in! :)

Had our boiler serviced by Boiler Geeks…Very professional, efficient and friendly service. No question was a bother…received message night before and when the engineer was on his way…competitive price…will definitely be rebooking with them next year…Thank you

Great service, very friendly, professional and and knowledgeable. I have a boiler service booked in in a few weeks but when I called today with a safety concern regarding the boiler they came out the same day to put my mind at ease, with no extra charge! Have used before and will continue to use in the future. Very reasonable pricing and great staff. Would definitely recommend 👍

Brilliant service every time I need a service or check, and super friendly and knowledgeable team

Excellent customer service, support and even offered to re-wire my entire heating system which was wired incorrectly; for free, whilst fitting a nest thermostat. Great bunch of people - will not use anyone else from now on

Very professional and efficient and friendly great service reliable and there was no messing about kept us informed and messaged when technician was on his way very prompt with follow up email with work carried out we were very pleased with the service they provided and will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely use them again Thank you all at boiler geeks

Thanks Tom for looking after three services today, very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Boliergeeks

Fantastic, friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely knowledgable and left no stone unturned to get to the bottom of the issue with our boiler. 100% recommend.

Had our boiler serviced by boiler geeks over the weekend. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Also very affordable would highly recommend and will be using again

What a great company. Very friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices as well. Bonus!

I would recommend Tom at Boiler Geeks 100%, polite, efficient, very reasonable never once have I felt pressured to have work done I didn't need, kept informed if he ever runs late and fully trustworthy, I've used Boiler Geeks many times over the last few years , and have no problem recommending to others , thankyou Tom!

Had a new boiler installed this Jan, but had a leakage issue and they came to fix it straight away. Fantastic service and really good at what they do. 100% recommend.

Had a new Vaillant Boiler fitted by the Boiler Geeks and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and service from Matt and Tom. They were both friendly and courteous and left the garage where the boiler is housed immaculately clean and tidy. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Can't recommend Boiler Geeks enough. Tom and his team have resolved numerous issues for me. Great communication and fair prices

Excellent service, super efficient, will definitely use again!!!!!

Installed a new boiler and radiators, did a great job very clean and tidy. Would recommend anyone to use them, very reasonable too

Truly professional, polite, first class service. Really are boiler experts. Thank you

Tom recently provided a boiler gas service and safety inspection. During the safety inspection he identified an incorrect piping issue, which had been installed and overlooked by others. He corrected the issue in a neat and tidy manner very professionally. Boiler Geeks remind you of their appointment giving you sufficient time to re-arrange and let you know they are coming. They are polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, professional at reasonable cost. Goodness what more could you want!! I will always use Tom and his team from now on and have no hesitation in recommending Boiler Geeks. Get your appointment in early though as they are in great demand! Well done Tom and his team. 👍

A very professional service, very polite and explained things well to us.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Effective and polite communication received from all staff. Very profesional, friendly and kind plumber who worked to a high standard.

I would like to express my thanks to Boiler Geeks for their professionalism. They performed Annual Bolier Servicing for my Boiler. They rectified an issue with a filter seal that initial installer of the combi boiler didn't set properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Boiler Geeks to anyone if they were looking to have any form of plumbing and heating work carried out. I will definately use them for the further Annual Boiler Servicing and any future plumbing and heating works.

Very polite and professional. 5* service, would definitely recommend them.

I don't usually like reviewing companies, but this one is a complete waste of time. Advertising as fast and local, but they are anything but that. We wanted a boiler service as I was selling my house, but the wait was unacceptable so we used someone else. I'm now in my new house and thought let's try them again as it was previously cold so appreciate they was busy, but was told its a 2 month wait then oh no sorry its only a 1 month wait. This to me is a company trying to pose as local when they are obviously not.

Just had a boiler service and was extremely pleased with the quick and efficient service provided by Boiler Geeks. Being a new home owner they went through everything with me. Will definitely use them again.

Couldn't recommend enough, Fast response to a gas leak we had at home, very professional from start to finish. I then had Boiler Geeks come over to my place of work to help with our boiler and again wasn't disappointed with the service and efficiency of work. Bloody brilliant.

Not only great at diagnostics and fixing, but also friendly service. We had two issue, one involving a toilet flush, and one with hot water. We had recently had a plumber round who claimed to have sorted the flush, but that fix only lasted a few hours, which dented our trust somewhat. Tom from Boiler Geeks, not only identified the actual issues immediately, but when he fixed them, he notice a further issue which he fixed free of charge. They were friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and we won't be heading anywhere else for any future issues

Tom and his team are outstanding. Having used Tom on my own rental property I then used started using him for our Lettings business and he has not let us down. First class service and attitude. By far the best plumber I have ever used and I have been in the lettings industry for nearly 15 years. Massively responsive and nothing is to much trouble. Thanks guys

They are absolutely professional and a fantastic efficient service provided so much knowledge its refreshing. Installed Nest for me and it works and looks great it really does my house feels warmer and I love that I control the heating from my bed. I will definitely be booking more jobs

Boiler geeks are amazing! Couldn’t have asked for more a professional service.Tom and Jeff were lovely, kind and patient and carried out their work to a very high standard above and beyond our expectations. Was a pleasure to have such understanding experts here.

I am writing this review as I would like to express my sincere thanks to Boiler Geeks for their sheer professionalism and level of workmanship with regards to the work undertaken in our home. They rectified a number of problems that another company had caused in the installation process of a new combi boiler and I only wish that I had gone with Boiler Geeks from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept to schedule, were very tidy and the end result was a boiler and heating system that now works perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Geoff to anyone if they were looking to have any form of plumbing and heating work carried out and they will certainly be my first port of call should I require any work to be done in the future.

Fantastic service from first enquiry to new boiler fitting. Such lovely people - efficient, honest, friendly, trustworthy and great pricing. Don't hesitate to contact Boiler Geeks, we're so happy that we did.

Engineer arrived on time and was very polite...serviced the boiler and left everything clean and tidy. The price charged was extremely reasonable. They will be my go to company in future.
