I called Andy when I had a problem with my air source heat pump, which had been off for 7 days, leaving us with no hot water or heating. He came out efficiently to have a look and diagnosed the problem quickly. He returned the following day with all the parts he needed for the repair, and also went out of his way to source an additional part for the fuse box that was tripping. He kept in touch with any costs before arriving the following day to fit. He is reliable and genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. His communication is fantastic, and he kept in touch throughout to ensure everything was going smoothly. He is my number one engineer for repairs and services to my heating pump from now on.
