T K Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

We have an ongoing fault with our heating/cooling system (not the fault of TKR) and I wish to share how incredibly helpful and fantastic the team have been. We had an emergency occur last night and after calling at 11pm have received a team of 2 at 8.45am this morning. This company is faultless and highly highly recommended. Our first contact with Tim the owner (who has also turned up today), Tim the first engineer and their specialist Paul has reminded me what a company can be. Thank you Tim and your team. We really appreciate your hard work and thank you for helping us. Great staff and great company.

Thank you so much what an amazing team . Their teamwork between the office staff and delivery team is very professional in every way. Installation and Communication with the customer you cannot fault, Clean and tidy work Good work Guys, thanks to the whole team at TKR.

I was referred to TKR by another company. Although Tim, Iam assuming is the owner, doesn't repair domestic fridges, the advice he gave over the phone was first class. He has years of experience and he took the time to diagnose the issue and then run through a few solutions, all of which were from the standpoint of saving rather than spending money. Whilst I can't personally recommend their work, I can appreciate Tim's time and genuine care for his potential customers.

Fantastic service from a great team. Always deliver on time and on budget, highly recommend.

Excellent work carried out very clean and tidy work team. All work carried out on time,I will recommend TKR to all who ask. Good value for money. With a very professional team. Last of all the system was explained very clearly how to operate it.

This Company is totally amazing. Their teamwork between the office staff and engineers is very professional in every way. Communication with the customer you cannot fault, always doing their best for them to be kept updated all the way through the job. A serious problem had occurred with our a/c/heating system through no fault of theirs and the whole situation was resolved in a week. Good work Guys, thanks to the whole team at TKR.

Tim and his installation team did a first class job. Worked very clean and tidy fitted another ac split system to our bungalow. We will be using them for all our air conditioning requirements from now on.

From our request for a quotation to complete installation was impressively quick and professional. A lovely friendly company with Tim providing much advice along with technical info and quotation. The installation with team Paul and Mark who are very considerate went very smoothly and hassle free.. We are delighted and highly recommend.

From quoting on the job to finishing the installation TK Refrigeration have been exceptional. Clear communication and fantastic value for money plus fantastic workmanship, I would highly recommend anyone looking for air conditioning installation to give these guys a call.

What a pleasure to deal with, from first prompt contact with Tim, through to the final fitting by Paul. All the team could not have been more attentive to our needs. I now look forward to a long hot summer ...when I will be able to sleep comfortably at night with my new whisper quiet air conditioning! Top marks Les
