Way go blueflame leave your disabled vulnerabl e customer all weekend with poor service and poor heating not a good move

Hello. I would like to say a massive, huge thank you to Sean and Allan who did a brilliant, way beyond the extra mile job at our place in CO4 today. They managed what was initially a very stressful situation incredibly well, and customer-centred. Thanks to them we can now laugh about it. many thanks again, Sean and Allan.

Blue flame installed a hybrid ASHP system for my house in Suffolk. The quality of the installation is high. All pipe work perfectly soldered, well planned and thought out. From the first contact to final commissioning everyone I have had contact with at blue flame have been knowledgeable, helpful, polite, skilled and patient. They had no issues working alongside the separate plumber who installed the underfloor heating, radiators and DHW system, communicating well to ensure the system as a whole worked well. The company has excellent leadership which is reflected in all staff I dealt with. Excellent all round. Will use again.

Installed a 12 panel solar PV system with hot water boost and new fuse board. Exceptional communication, quality checks and professional service throughout. All of the team were friendly and helpful. System working brilliantly.

Disrespectful and argumentative!

Had a complete new installation of central heating including ASHP, cylinder, radiators and all associated plumbing and electrics. From the very start Blueflame were a pleasure to deal with, excellent communications, installation went as planned by Charlie, Connor and Jordan. The whole process was organised and overseen by James and Gary. Very professional company who delivered an excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all involved.

Our central heating system broke down. Blue flame engineer was there next morning at 8am . Really helpful and reassuring. Tonight we have a cosy warm house. Big thanks to him and to the lady who booked the appointment. Very satisfied and grateful.

Blueflame have installed climate control for us and we couldn't be happier with the service. The engineers were polite, professional in their work and tidy! I have also had general boiler maintenance and servicing carried out over the years. Highly Recommend

Blue Flame (Colchester) fitted a ' Air Source Heat Pump' heating system.

We had a new oil boiler, cylinder & replacement of all radiators & associated work carried out by this company. Although there were minor challenges during the work, we are extremely pleased that we used Blue Flame. We had a named director who priced the work & arranged all engineers, with excellent communication throughout the process. Very good value when you take the entire process & customer after care into consideration. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Flame.

I can't vouch for their service, but I can say one of their van drivers is an absolute tool. Overtaking 30mph traffic when there are school children around in the morning - just to get 1 car ahead - is dangerous for all road users. Slow down!

We had a boiler installed by this company 5 months ago and were very impressed by the professionalism of the company. We have recently had a problem with the programmer and the company responded very quickly and did everything they could to deal with this. All our dealings with Blue Flame have been first class and we cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
