Have used them for few years , overpriced , always sending juniors who don’t want to do the job properly and don’t finish the job , and charge again for revisits . They don’t respond to account queries . Money grabbers . Do not use .
Supplied and fitted my air conditioning unit in my dog grooming salon on mersea island, the whole process was great from start to finish, arrived when they said they would, carried out the work to a great standard, didn't leave any mess or cause any disruption to my working day and the team fitting were super friendly and polite. I was so impressed I have recommended them to numerous other businesses in the area and all have been very impressed and happy with newmans service.
Threatened legal action whilst I questioned being charged £600 to repair a £600 asset. Office Manager jumped in without knowing the context - that the Service Team Manager had suggested we would get a discount if we signed up to a service plan and then reneged on this. She did this whilst there was a pending query re whether we had been refunded for a new cold well that we had been mis-sold (not the dimensions specified), Avoid. Promise to carry consumables and don't. Threaten legal action without knowing anything about the accounts team's conversations.

Newman refrigeration installed a new air con system into a business premises I had recently brought, we was not aware that the current unit was not working so once we learned this it was very important to have this replaced as soon as possible. Newman made sure that the process was a simple as possible for us and carried out the work to a very high standard, they were able to do this whilst not interrupting our business running and once finished left with zero mess for us to clean. Great company, Great service! Had 2 Air-conditioning units fitted at home, the quality of the supplied units are high end. Workmanship was excellent and both systems work well in summer and also when heat required in winter. Thanks again to David and the team

Newman did a fantastic job fitting the air conditioning in our house. Very professional in every aspect of the work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We used Newman Refrigeration to strip out the old aircon in our Docklands offices and install a new state of the art system with individual hot and cold office controls. The Newman team worked extremely hard to keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain business continuity while the replacement programme was undertaken. The quality of their workmanship was exemplary, as was their attention to detail and ability to deal with our often precious staff. They continually made recommendations for improvement and their after care approach has been first class. As a business we would definitely use them again and I am even going to use them on my own home aircon installation. 10 out of 10 to Team Newman.
