Pavel was recommended to us through a builder friend to repair a leak we had. He came around quickly and fixed the leak and then helped us with some other issues we had with water pressure and clogged pipes (limestone/copper). We've lived in our house for 6 years and has various issues over the years and he is the first plumber to walk in the door and fully understand how our house works. Pavel responded to my message very quickly and arranged a visit soon after. He carried out a thorough inspection, and together we managed to identify the source of the leak in our fireplace. He then repaired the pipe connection efficiently and made sure everything was safe to use. Pavel also carefully checked all our other gas appliances before issuing the gas safety certificate. Pal is by far the best gas engineer I have used. To such a degree that now I have moved to the coast from Epsom I still use him. He in particular explains what needs to be done and why thoroughly, he then gets on and does it to a very high standard. I highly recommend him.
