Matthew is a very pleasant chap and was quick to come and do a survey and provide a quick quote for 3 aircons. He was very reasonable and was kind enough to agree to my requests of where to place the internal and external units. Even during severe shortage of aircons he was able to get me 3 for my house. Very neat looking installation. Very easy to communicate and amazing service. He left the place absolutely clean after work too. I would surely recommend.

Matthew came and installed a new boiler for me today. It was a bigger job than I first thought, but Matthew cleared up everything and it was spotless when he left. Matthew kept me informed about everything. I will definetly use Matthew again should the need arise. I cannot recommend him enough.

We had a boiler fault. Called boiler medic north east who came out, checked boiler over and fixed with replacement parts a couple of days later. Fast efficient service. Would recommend.

Used this company to fit air con in my bedroom after being recommended via Facebook. Managed to get a fitting date within a few days. Workmanship was tidy and quick and would definitely use him in future and recommend him to friends.

Matthew has recently fitted 3 aircon units at my house. Communication \ advice before the installation date were thorough and speedy. During the installation he kept disruption to an absolute minimum and tidied as he went. The electrical work was carried out by an electrician who was arranged by Matthew which saved trying to sync trades etc myself. The units I went with were by Haier, they have remote controls but also connect to wi-fi and can be controlled by Alexa and also integrate with 'Home Assistant' smart home software. I have so far only used the cooling function (so can't yet comment on heat \ dehumidify options) and find it superb. As one is directly over my bed I'm pleased that the units are relatively quiet when operating and when the room gets down to the set temperature they are practically silent. I would recommend Matthew and his work!

Matthew is an absolute gentleman, came out bang on the time he said, fixed our burst pipe and serviced the boiler whilst he was here (and extra job but he didnt seem to mind). Helped us out soo much, thank you again.

I can't thank Bolier Medic Northeast enough! Matthew fitted our Bosch air conditioning unit 11th May and the entire process was seamless. Fantastic response, arrived within 2 hours and solved the problem! Came back next day and found issue with a water softner and offered great advice!!!

Matthew came with very short notice on a Sunday to investigate gas heaters which weren’t working. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it: he fitted a wireless thermostat immediately. He also provided and attached a gas heater control knob for free. I would definitely hire him again.

Put a post on Facebook as had an emergency, needed a gas engineer to move a gas pipe asap for an elderly lady, Mathew got in touch within minutes and he came to the job . He carried out all safety check before proceeding to move the gas pipe and done a final check with the boiler and checked for any leaks, absolutely can’t thank him enough for coming at such short notice and making the job safe and doing a first class job. Matthew installed a new cylinder/tank in December inbetween Christmas & new year, after a few other companies left me down. This was an emergency as the tank was condemned a few days before Christmas. His service was so impressive that I then asked him to return in March & for a new boiler. Service was great, so helpful & very competitive price.

New boiler fitted quickly and at a very reasonable price including moving the flue. Good communication throughout.

Excellent! Rang Tuesday. Engineer called at the house Tuesday evening. Price given after checking out the boiler and its positioning. Came and fitted new boiler on the Thursday. Great service. Polite, competent, helpful and a tidy worker.

Matthew is very personable and professional with his work. He removed my dodgy old boiler, and all the shoddy workmanship that came with it, with a new Vaillant boiler. He brought the surrounding pipework up to standard to ensure it was up to regulation, and worked in a very awkward, tightly-packed space so I wouldn't have to replace any kitchen cabinets. The price was very reasonable. Thoroughly pleased with my new boiler, and would definitely recommend Matthew's services.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism from Matthew, my boiler broke on Christmas Day which wasn’t ideal, Matthew came to see it shortly after and was able to replace the boiler very quickly getting our heating back. He was also very knowledgeable on our underfloor heating system and was able to get everything back up and running with no delays. Would definitely recommend

Matthew has been absolutely fantastic. He installed our Google Nest Thermostat, whilst being very thorough and tidy. He also serviced our boiler. Upon service he identified a gas leak, showed us next steps which was either replacing a few parts or a new boiler. We chose the new boiler as it was 10 years old anyway and Matthew sourced the boiler, fitted it and register its warranty for us. Would 100% recommend, very honest and fair.

Matthew replaced a shower for me, it was awkward for him as the previous owner had bodged it! Very tidy, especially considering he had to remove a piece of the outside wall to fit it, you can hardly notice it now. I then asked him to replace my boiler a month later, very tidy, efficient and professional. Great service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
