Be Cool Group UK Ltd

Everything is perfect. Delighted with the product and service

friendly, easy-to-book, helpful, great service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had a third AC unit installed in our home by Be Cool, and the difference in quality compared to the previous provider is immediately noticeable. Our first two units were installed by another company, and when you compare the external pipework, it’s clear how much cleaner, neater, and more professional Be Cool’s installation is. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the workmanship speaks for itself. Ali and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also provided some useful tips on getting the most out of the AC system, which was greatly appreciated. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy throughout the installation, and left absolutely no mess behind. The entire process—from the initial quotation through to installation and handover—was smooth, transparent, and professionally managed. I would highly recommend Ali and the Be Cool team to anyone considering air conditioning installation. Their quality of work, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are second to none. A truly excellent experience.

Very professional and friendly engineers. We appreciate their help in the heatwave. Also Doaa on the phone very helpful too. Great emergency air con services .

These guys promised to do a triple-split A/C install in 3 days…… AND DID IT IN 1 DAY!!!! Very high quality workmanship, neat ducting and pipe work, no corners cut. Super impressed, could not recommend highly enough.

I was very pleased with the service. Before finding this company, I called many similar businesses that wasted my time. Some sent engineers who couldn’t complete the job, while others promised very low prices but seemed untrustworthy—especially when I couldn’t find a verifiable full address or any reviews. In contrast, this company (Becool) was calm and professional, handled our questions properly, and provided a clear quotation. The engineer, Albar San, who came to complete the work was very skilled and smart. He finished the job much better than expected, carrying it out neatly. Specifically, he repositioned and secured the electrical wiring projecting from the shopfront adjacent to the access door to the flats and extending onto the roof of the front projection, ensuring it was located as discreetly as possible without detracting from the appearance of the property. Highly recommended.

Efficient, polite and professional.

Ali & Jhonal from service and Alp, Ilyas & Osama from the installation team were great from start to finish. From enquiry to finalising installation of 3 AC units in our house took under two weeks with consistent communication from BeCool. Very fast and efficient company & they beat the quotes from various other AC companies. Super happy with the final installation and would recommend to anyone thinking about getting a residential AC unit. Thanks again

I received an amazing experience! Very happy customer :) A member of the team visited my shop in Cricklewood beforehand to assess everything and advised me on the most suitable system for my needs. Their recommendation gave me confidence that I was choosing the right setup. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and installed a Mitsubishi cassette air conditioning unit. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were very friendly throughout the process. They also took the time to clearly explain how to use the controls, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a professional air conditioning. Thank you team!

Hossein and the team were legends - super friendly, very efficient and completed a great quality installation of our cold room!

this is a great company , they were efficient , helpful , on time and most importantly fixed an urgent problem without any fuss and at a reasonable cost ! also OSAMA , the engineer was so nice , i cannot recommend this company enough . BRILLIANT . i have immediately moved my entire contract for air con repairs to them.

Excellent service, I had two engineers visit, names are Alp and Ilyas, and they were extremely professional and very tidy with the work. I had AC fitted in the attic and I was wondering how they'll do it. But after fitting it, I'm very pleased. Thank you engineers and the team who provided the service. I'll be coming back for additional units in the future.

I know B4 Air Conditioning people for last couple of years… very efficient and very clean work they do , their prices also reasonable. I recommend them to my relatives and friends, they all happy with their service…I can recommen them to anyone…you won’t be disappointed!

First class service provided to us in our flat in central London with four A/C units inside and one outside. Easy to book. Engineer arrived on time and was clearly highly skilled with air conditioners. The job was all done within an hour and I expect now a fault-free 12 months ahead.

10/10!!! What a wonderful experience from all the team at BeCool. Ali was amazing from start to finish of the project, always available, always super helpful and understanding. From my first initial call we went through absolutely everything, all the different possibilities, what the best route would be and so on. Ali didn’t pressurize or push in any way, allowed me to take my time which was appreciated. My commercial property is situated in large development so a lot of paperwork had to be taken care of prior to the install of the AC units, which Ali and his team addressed, such as the Risk Assessments and insurances required by the estate. I had no headache with anything. the team stuck to the timeline as promised and were super organised. For me, now I know exactly who I’d be passing on all my future business to without a doubt. Thank you once again Ali and all the team at BeCool.

Great service and very knowledgeable

I have used their services for many years. Very professional, always on time, and extremely forward thinking, when providing solutions to issues where thinking out of the box was required. Also very informative and with great customer service, aimed at saving money to their customers. I highly recommend them.

Be Cool is Oyster Construction's solution partner. We worked with them on several projects and happy with their high quality engineering and installation.

Excellent service

Recently got my air conditioning installed from the Be cool Refrigeration and Air conditioning services.Room cools down in a very shorter period of duration. The job done was by team was amaing and I am really happy with the services.

Great service and excellent quality of work! The team was professional, on time, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable air conditioning services.

Great service and customer service

Do not use this company. I feel like I have been scammed and cheated- my fault for not doing more due diligence. They quoted me £700+ including VAT to have 3 AC units 'serviced', which was asked to be paid in full in advance to secure the appointment. The tech arrived and spent less than 90 minutes and only rinsed the filters under running water and advised that a 'deep clean' would be required, which would have cost a further £350. I'm sure the tech's hourly rate, but I'm sure it isn't £500/hour and the work done was completely basic. There's zero justification for the price for the work involved and when I emailed the company to raise this feedback, I have had zero response or acknowledgement. I cannot give zero stars but would if I could and STRONGLY advise not to use this company for your AC unit servicing. As a side, the tech who came to do the work, was perfectly polite, professional and efficient. If I could hire him directly again, I'd consider it but not via this company.

Highly recommended! We use Be Cool regularly for our breakdowns and never fail to impress! Fair pricing as well.

Do not use this company. They serviced my 3 Daikin AC units in July. In August, one of them started leaking. Beginning of September, one completely stopped cooling and working. These units are 3 yrs old and all of them have been perfectly fine until these guys serviced it. When I ask them to come and have a look at these issues, they keep asking for additional call out charges. Avoid at all costs!!

Quick response, really flexible. Got to the heart of the problem we had and resolved quickly. Thank you.

Booked. None turned up. When I called, told would be called back. No-one did. Wasted few hours waiting.

Be Cool serviced Montagu Coachworks air-conditioning units this morning and I must imply done a fabulous job in ensuring out units was serviced to the correct standard. Manhoe was professional and wasted no time servicing our units and going the extra mile to make sure it's running as it should and efficiently, such fantastic employees should not go unnoticed in the trade. They completed the job without disrupting our site business. We will use them again in the months ahead. Thanks guys.

I would recommend Harris Refrigeration. Excellent work with a very difficult job. Joan Collins

Excellent service! Called for urgent fridge and AC repairs and they arrived the same day. Diagnosed and fixed both issues quickly and professionally. Highly recommend for fast, reliable service!

We have recently started working with BE Cool. They offer low prices and fast service without any complications. We are very satisfied.

Becool is very good Regarding refrigeration system. I personally worked with becool in many projects for our food industry. They provide quality in refrigeration system with suitable options. Ali is very helpful during maintenance in emergency.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. We contacted them to report a fault with our fridge and paid a £180 call-out fee. The engineer identified an issue with the fan and charged us an additional £390 for a follow-up visit and repair. However, during the second visit, he then reported a new issue with the condenser. As a result, a new fan was installed in a fridge that still doesn’t work, leaving us £570 out of pocket and with no resolution. I would like to believe the initial diagnosis was simply incorrect, but this experience has led me to question the company’s transparency and approach to customer service. Despite several email exchanges, it became clear they were unwilling to take responsibility or make any genuine effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Perfect job, thank you!

Professional, friendly and honest service!

I highly recommend this company. They repaired my business’s fridge and now my fridge works excellent!

Perfect! Thank you for your quick response!

Miguel and Ali did a fantastic job at maintaining and cleaning my two Daikin units (over 20 years old each) in my residential property. They were very respectful, professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

Thanks for being super fast and professional solving our Daikin VRV IV unit problem. Miguel was very professional and kind with high level of customer service skills.

Osama talked through what he was going to do. Everything was put back as he found it, kept me informed of what he was going.

First class service. Very pleased with the service I received.

I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and responsive. A bit slow by email but very quick and efficient over the phone. Osama has already come to our office twice and he is really kind and helpful, he answered all my questions and explained to me patiently everything I asked about our A/C.

The best service ever had. Mr Sina was very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. Not only repair our equipment on first visit but give additional information about how to maintain for future. Unprecedented levels of professionalism. Highly recommended. When calling ask for Mr Sina, he will definitely do everything to solve your problem.

Osama was very good and efficient.

More expensive than the firm we previously used but I suspect also better work and more honest. Told me one of our units could not be serviced without accessing a hatch over stairs (never saw the previous guy go up there so have to conclude that unit was not serviced ...).

Used Be Cool to service our aircon on the roof of our loft. They coped well with the access challenges, using a long ladder. Pleasant and very conscious of using shoe covers etc.

Osama was great. Quick and efficient. He diagnosed the problem immediately and provided a solution on the day

Osama was a great help today, great service highly recommend

All fantastic. Osama the engineer was great, professional, polite and quick. The person I dealt with on the phone was also very helpful and with a lovely manner.

Had a great experience of working with the company and Osama. Super efficient, clean, clear and prompt. Highly recommend

We had an old ac system that was not working. Engineer from becool quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.highly recommended.

Excellent service. Experienced engineers. Our ac system was leaking badly, becool arranged an emergency callout and the engineer fixed the issue.

The team demonstrated expertise and attention to detail, tailoring the systems to our needs. Communication was clear, and the technicians were punctual, courteous, and tidy. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is commendable.

Excellent Air Conditioning and Cold Room Installation! Be Cool Refrigeration recently installed an air conditioning system and a cold room for our business, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. From consultation to installation, the process was smooth and professional.

we have used ali and the team many times to help our customers out with installs and service call they offer a first class service and all ways have nothing but good reports for the work they have done and the way that the team worked keep up the good work be cool regards mike

we had to replace a cooling system, we had one attempt fail after replacing a few parts that turned out to not solve anything. no refund on those parts. we decided to replace the whole system on their advice. It came with no cover without being warned it was completely different and leaving exposed pipework and wiring. our landlords understandably insisted on something in line with normal regulations. I asked for a cover and got some random plastic tub shoved over the top. when I complained I was told its signed off snd basically its your problem very arrogant approach to customer services after 5k spent and all in all the worst experience with a cooling company I'm 20 years running hospitality venues.

Exceptional service and Quality! I highly recommend to anyone in need of air conditioning or cooling services. Ali was super helpful.

From my first call to BeCool, the initial site visit, then going through the quote, the days of installation to cleaning up after installation was an absolute pleasure dealing with all the operatives. Their thoroughness and concern to detail was most reassuring. Thank you all. Brian Chalfen, London.

Fantastic service reliable and fast

Great team and reliable as a company we use all the time for Coold Room and refrigeration they are the best happy to do business with you guys and highly recommend.

Professional Service and great customer service! Be Cool is our number 1 option for all our air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions! They have carried out a numerous project for us from simple residential installations to commercial bespoke installations of freezer rooms and cold rooms Simply the best!

Outstanding Cooling Solutions! Be Cool Refrigeration provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team’s expertise in air conditioning is second to none. We were impressed by their efficient installation, high-quality equipment, and responsive customer support. If you need reliable cooling solutions, Be Cool Refrigeration is the company to trust! Special thank you to Ali and his team.

Highly recommended !

"Services provided by this cooling systems company are very professional and high-quality. They performed installation and repairs quickly and efficiently. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and after-sales service, and I highly recommend them to others."

Fantastic service from Sina! We were advised by our sawmill maintenance provider our CNC machine chiller needed re-gassing. Sina re-gassed but did not fix the problem. Instead of leaving us in the lurch, Sina spent time trouble shooting and discovered the issue was with our compressor - he fitted a couple of parts and got us back up and running! Customer service like that has become increasingly rare these days - good to see firms like Be Cool still go above and beyond to help their customers 👏

Very expensive for little to no work carried out. Would look elsewhere

An excellent service from Ali and his team! Very professional, friendly, helpful and prompt with responses! Their costs are reasonable, with no hidden fees and an exceptional customer service. Thank you, guys! Will definitely use them again! Recommending Be Cool Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with no hesitation!

Osama was great. He found the issues and resolved them in no time.

In good faith, I have slightly amended my star rating in regards to my below review. Be Cool called me recently after seeing my feedback in the below review and accepted that they didn’t handle my service situation well and offered to credit me the 2nd service charge. Good on them for taking responsibility for the situation however I still feel Be Cool do need to reevaluate their inflated fee scheme. If I could rate this company lower I would, but I'm not able to leave a review with zero stars. This company charges INSANE PRICES and also demands payment for initial visit BEFORE even booking an appointment. Then after initial visit (for which we chose to not do further work which they didn't fix 2 months ago when they serviced our ice machine as charges were INSANELY HIGH), Be Cool send out another invoice (for the same amount in which you've already paid in order to book your appointment) with "click here to pay now"! They seem to be hedging their bets that numerous people will not realise and end up paying them twice!!!! They should be sending out a post-service invoice with a zero balance!!!! I would never recommend this company.

Really happy with Ali, Saeed and the team - will definitely use again. Project covered relocation of chillers from another site, internal changes to existing chiller rooms and new installations.

Ali was super helpful and answered the phone very quickly close to 9pm. Sadly the company only fixes commercial units so couldn’t help directly.

Selecting the right company for air conditioning installation is crucial, and my experience with Be Cool Refrigeration & Air-conditioning was nothing short of excellent. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Firstly, the customer service provided by Be Cool Refrigeration & Air-conditioning is commendable. Ali Elm, the Head of Operations who assisted me, was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs. He provided detailed explanations of the various options, helping me choose the perfect air conditioning system for my space. His expertise was evident, and his friendly approach made the entire process enjoyable. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived promptly, conducted themselves professionally, and ensured a seamless installation. They demonstrated a high level of skill and attention to detail, ensuring that the system was installed perfectly and functioned efficiently. Their work was meticulous, and they left the area clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated.

Good service, nice staff !

Sina is were prefesional and helpful Thanks to Sina

Hossein totally saved my bacon tonight!! Great service! Great people!

Our recent collaboration with Be Cool Refrigeration on a client project involving the installation of five air conditioning units was highly successful. Their communication was exemplary, consistently keeping us informed throughout the process. They completed the installation on schedule and within budget, demonstrating exemplary professionalism and exceeding all expectations.

Hussain did a really good professional job well done keep up the good work

Very good job!

They came and installed new air-con units for my house. Very professional team and quality work.

He is very good guy .

Professional team

An excellent service from Ali and his team! Very professional, friendly, helpful and prompt with responses! Their costs are reasonable, with no hidden fees and exceptional customer service. Thank you, guys! We will definitely use them again!

Sina has been excellent came in time done the job probably highly recommend

Engineer Sina did very fine job in our site. His work standards are top level. Thanks mate.

UPDATE: The company was courteous enough to call us and speak to us about the issue. Which i felt was a good thing to do. Will further update my review depending on how the work is done on the 13th of December 2023.

Great service. Awesome company

The service was good, was keen to approch the issue and troubleshoot the issue.

Efficient and reasonably priced work carried out by helpful and personable team.

Samsul was polite and knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired fault. It just took 6 months for the part to arrive

Incredible work. Highly recommended.

Great communication and professionalism from the be cool team, the engineer wasted little to no time in fixing the problem. Will definitely recommend and will be using their services going forward.

After being hugely overcharged to fix my walk in fridge( still wasn't working). Be Cool came.....half an hour later the probelm was fixed at a fraction of the cost. I can't recommend this guys enough. Thank you.

They fitted a walk in fridge and did it with almost no notice ans did an amazing job. Bravo!

Дуже смачно і атмосферно.Особлива подяка офіціанту Ігорю за привітне та швидке обслуговування.❤️

Very happy with the job and fair price

Used this company a couple of times, paid to have a leak test on a fairly new fridge unit , which they fixed , then 3 months later the same issue arrised , called another company out who changed a sensor , and said a system that she would never have a leak , so should never have been charged once let alone twice for one . They seem efficient but expensive, and would now doubt work they are recommending actually needed doing .

Ali is a god send. During some maintenance of our business premises we managed to damage the gas pipe of our huge cooling unit and gas was spraying everywhere. We ended up having to call the fire brigade in as a result of our panicking. Ali (during an important meeting of his) took the time to talk the firefighters (no fire thankfully just large amounts amounts of non friendly aerosol) and coach them through where to find the valve and how to turn of the system. Had we not had his help the situation would have continued way longer than it did. He wasn’t familiar with our system as he hadn’t been the one to fit it. However, showing his mastery in the industry was able to deduct, which system it was we were using and how to solve our problem. Can’t thank him enough. Honestly thank you again.🙏

We worked with this company since 2020 and I personally find them professional and honest. They carry on with usual services through the year plus all the repairs. Kalin is the best!

Great service and professional

Kalin at Be Cool did a great job first servicing 2 old a/c units and then replacing a 3rd unit. Ali was very helpful in selecting an appropriate replacement unit and it arrived very quickly, within a couple of weeks and without delay! Everything was installed on time and on the date promised. I thought it was a very reasonable price and Kalin and his associate were very polite, efficient, explained how the new unit worked and tidied up. Brilliant!

Trường

Great service, engineer very competent! Will definitely recommend.

Called up for some advise and was given a full explanation of the issue I have and the pros and cons of my options. Thank you Ali - much appreciated and wouldn't hesitate to use you in the future.

Great service by the team, provided full air con in home installation. Great quote provided and inline with timeframe provided. Will definitely be using again for future projects

They were amazing! They were so professional and so nice. I needed an emergency on a Saturday and they understood. They booked me in for the day. They do not waste any time. Did the job quickly and told me what the problem was. They are also very good with their prices. I will for sure recommend them to all my business and family/friends.

They were really helpful and professional. I called for an emergency service and they took extra time out to help fix our air conditioner. The staff was extremely nice and definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Very professional Team. Mohamed was giving great advise on how to maintain the fridges properly. Worth paying the extra especially for a central London site as some places will quote Call out Fee + Parking + Congestion + Hourly rate. Be Cool do it all on one price. Would Defiantly use them again.

What a team! Ali and his team were fantastic from first site visit to completion. We had a super complicated installation with so many access issues and despite a few hiccups the guys were fantastic, accommodating, efficient, clean and mindful of the operating business around them. Can't thank them enough... The salon now resembles Antartica and my team are super grateful. would recommend using Be-Cool 100%

Fantastic service provided by Be Cool who just supplied & fitted an Air conditioning unit in our office and all while our office staff continued to operate. Thank you Ali for the great service, 5 Stars.

Be cool limited service is highly recommend and they support and cooperate with the customer every step of the way They are committed and provide top of the class service with reasonable price when they gave me a quote for supplying and installing two split AC units The staff are very nice and punctual and highly professional I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues

Fantastic service throughout. Ali and the team at Be Cool have exceeded all our expectations, with a fast and smooth installation!

Having had a complex air conditioning relocation up onto a building roof, including the associate cabling, and replacement of the cassettes inside our store, I was quite anxious about the complexity and possible cost. Working with Ali made it all seem doable, and the end result was a hassle free planning and completion of the job over a few days. Our store was only closed for a half day and everything works well. If I have future installations I would go to Ali and his team without hesitation.

Be Cool installed air conditioners in my house - I am ready for a hot summer again! Communication with Ali was the best experience and for that I have given it a 5 stars. Ali came for a site visit a day after the call, the visit was thorough, more than the others as he explained various factors/considerations which some was missing from other companies. Quote was also reasonable. Any questions were answered promptly and the work was scheduled to start very quickly. Delivery of the air conditioning, electricians and engineers were coordinated well. Engineers communicated with us the various options for the positioning of the trunking and the work was completed ahead of schedule in 4 days (5 units of which 4 required trunking). Due to the building restrictions, there were quite a few trunking requirements which I understand is not the most straight forward. Overall the work is good, a few places with the trunking could have been touched-up better, but no big fault. I would recommend Be Cool. Thanks for the work.

I have been very impressed by the quality of service the company has provided. The installation of the air conditioning system has been a great success and the annual after care support has been efficient. I highly recommend Be Cool Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Ali was great to deal with and the service provided by the team cannot be faulted. Thank you!

Ali & his team installed an Aircon unit for me, a tricky job that was done on time, on budget and the team were very professional throughout. Excellent communication throughout. Would recommend.

Very pleased with Ali and the team. Very responsive and responsible engineers and workers. Willing to do go the extra mile without too much asking. Steady approach, taking care of the furnished environment. Would highly recommend this Company as far my experience is concerned.

great customer service. highly recommended. thanks

The engineers of Be Cool are very polite and helpful, diagnosing faults and professionally executing a successful outcome and repair first time.

Great company to work with, highly recommended. They came and put some Air-con units in our offices and staff canteen, the disruption was minimal to the business. They worked hard to keep an existing air-con unit (keeps our products at temperature) off for the minimal time whilst they moved the condenser outside. Excellent service.

Always providing the best solutions, cost effectively, on time and to the best of working standards. Hassle free and friendly. Highly recommend Be Cool for your cooling solutions. Posted for Barnes & Hicks Funeral Director - Shepards Bush & Hounslow

Be Cool is an amazing company with great knowledgable staff! They were efficient when installing my air conditioning. They took their time to understand what I needed and provided many options to help me decide which was the best for me. The quotes were great value. Great service from Ali and Doaa! Would definitely recommend this company.

We have a private ice machine in are bar at home- polar - called on a Saturday they responded and got an engineer out on Tuesday that fixed it super quickly, an issue with drainage. He was super lovely with our dog too! All round fantastic service. Would recommend!

The team in the office are very helpful and efficient. We had a small delay due to COVID, but were kept up to date with the situation. The engineers on site had an excellent attitude. We had a great experience with BeCool and would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with this company and the people that provided the service - as well as the product. My job turned out to be a difficult installation - the installers took their time and figured it out - even though it took a full day. The finished product looks great - inside and out! The price was very competitive as well. Highly recommend this company!!! Mel R.

Ali was great! Although the communication from the labourers on-site could have been better this could be easily overlooked by how thorough Ali was at ensuring the job was done efficiently and to a great standard. Would definitely use this company again.

Great service and a great product on offer. Will recommend.

Professional and highly-knowledgable! I recommended Be Cool to my client for air-conditioning installation at their offices after raising a working capital solution. The management team were very supportive of my clients requirement and handled the project from start to finish. Despite unforeseen site conditions and challenging building management, the team never failed to impress and managed to deliver the project on time and budget. I will not hesitate to recommend Be Cool to all my clients. Well done!

We used BeCool Ltd. to install new air conditioning in one of our 800sqm London venues. Top class! This was a big project but took little over two weeks. From the initial consultation to the handover, nothing was too much. The professionalism and and quality of work was second to none. Following that, we used them to upgrade the air conditioning in our second London venue. Could not fault Ali and his team and BeCool Ltd is now our go to place for AC and refrigeration. Thanks!

We had a small but difficult installation of a coldroom in our restaurant. Ali helped us minimise the down time of our restaurant and installed a great coldroom for us.

I needed a urgent intervention after a really bad repair which was a total waste of money. I have been assisted by Ali quickly, they came and identified more that one problem and proceeded with the repair, since I was very skeptical for the previous bad experience, Ali kept me informed in every step and called me back to check if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend this company they are all very serious, punctual professional and competent. I gave them 4 stars just because I would have appreciated if they could help me more and clearly state that some of the damages were caused or worsened by the fake intervention made by the previous company. I will only call them going forward.

The team are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, listened to concerns, kept me informed and finished wonderfully. Highly recommended!

Professional and always on time. We used Be Cool several times and always were happy with the service.

Very professional company and excellent customer service! Will be highly recommending them to everyone I know! Special thanks to Ali & Dana :)

Came out quickly - fixed it on the same day. In a world of "you get what you pay for", their prices are very reasonable. I hope I won't need their services again, but if I do - will call them first thing.

Amazing Service, will defo use again!

Thank you so so much life saver , my main refrigerator broke down be cool arrived straight after my call and solved all my problems . Thank you again so much i will defo be working with be cool from now .

Quick, Efficient and reliable! We have worked with Be Cool for many years and they have never let us down. Highly recommend!!

The engineer - Moe - was with me exactly when he said he would be (11:00 on a Saturday!) He was confident, competent, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Be Cool supplied my client with a number of appliances for her new kitchen, purchase and installation was excellent. After care when a small issue arose was superb

The company owners and employees are very professional and understandable. They diagnosed the problem and managed to repair my Cold Room very efficiently. There service is highly valued as any refrigeration failure can be costly to our stock if not repaired immediately. I cannot thank them enough for handling the emergencies so professionally!! Highly recommended!!!

I had an emergency and contacted Be Cool Refrigeration as a friend recommended them. They were quick to respond to the failed A/C units and handled the job in a professional manner from start to finish. Highly recommended...

Fridges, cold rooms, air-conditioning, ice machines, electric ovens, ice makers and MANY MORE…Be Cool have supplied and maintained our equipment since our restaurants and pubs opened (since 2010) and we have never looked further…they have always responded to our calls and breakdowns. Knowledgeable! Professional!
