Heywood Heating Limited

Paul Galley and his assistant Daniel did a brilliant job removing an old corroded In-sinkerator and replumbing the pipes to create a functioning second sink.I am so pleased with the finished work - thank you !

We were in a complete pickle with all of our waste water outlet pipes blocked. Paul Galley (and assistant) did a super job and carefully and methodically unblocked this mess so that we could use our sink and appliances again.

We had the team come in and replace our boiler. The guys were amazingly professional, polite, and non-intrusive. Whole job was done in two days and everything is running perfectly. Great experience.

Great service. Always quick and reliable. Fantastic engineers- very skillfull and always polite and professional. Definitely recommend

Pat came round today and in 2 hours was able to figure out what had left a number of people before him stumped. No new boiler required and the current system in our flat working again. Really chuffed with the service and will be back if we ever have boiler problems again.

Heywood replaced our pressurised hot water tanks and upgraded our under-floor heating. They did an amazing job. They put a lot of thought and care into the wiring and plumbing to make it as easy-to-use as possible and included many easily-identified valves so that we can isolate components in future if there is a problem or we want to upgrade. I recommend them.

Came to my rescue real quickly. Very friendly guys too, would definitely recommend.

Always professional

Heywood heating replaced our old boiler and moved some radiator pipes. Ryan and Jamie worked on these over two days. They both had great attention to detail for their work and care for our flat, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. They also noticed and replaced our old rusty stopcock, which has since improved our water pressure. Daniel came out to the property before to quote and assess the work and again after the work had been completed to check we were happy and knew how the new system worked. Will be using Heywood Heating again!

Daniel and his team helped with a kitchen extension, including a three zone under floor heating, and replacing extensive plumbing through the house. Their service was professional and responsive. Particular mention goes to Dylan and Jay who were consistently hard-working, diligent, friendly, communicative and helpful. The quality of their work was first rate. I highly recommend Heywood Heating.

The team from Heywood Heating led by Paul Galley arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to complete our job at St Paul's Church, Brentford (freezing pipes to remove and cap off an old radiator and then install a new low surface temp radiator in our accessible toilet). They kept me informed of progress, discussed options with me and tidied up well. We are very happy with the results and look forward to offering Heywood Heating more work in the future. Highly recommended.

Pat was very efficient, and communication was clear throughout. Recommend!

Pat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Easy no nonsense service. Very pleased.

Great service and sorted really quickly. Thank you.

Heywood Heating replaced my boiler with speed and efficiency. Engineers Ryan and Jay were hard-working and polite. They left my place spotless - they even washed up their coffee cups!

Excellent, patience with me having taken 4 estimates to make my choice. Arrived on time , methodical and diligent plumber Paul and assistant . Cleaned up afterwords , put on foot covers on entry.

Ryan and Jamie provided a first class service installing a new boiler. Their job was made all the more difficult because Thames Water had cut off the water supply for half a day. A very good company and I have already recommended them to a friend.

We required a new boiler and a system change. The whole process was very professional from initial survey through to final install. and follow-up. I would recommend them.

Great service ! Always helpful and gets the job done - thank you!

Following a recent service of our heating boiler it was time for a new boiler. The quote from Heywood was competitive and a date was arranged. Yesterday Ryan and Jamie arrived promptly and set about the removal of the old boiler and installed the new one. The whole process was excellent and the work was completed to a very high standard. They were so good and left everywhere immaculate

As ever Heywood Heating came to our rescue. We had had a burst pipe, managed to turn the water off but had no hot water and four guests! Pat was brilliant and managed to alter our plumbing to get us through 48 hours before the new pump could be fitted. Pat is always pleasant to have around, is quietly efficient and clears up afterwards.

We had major issues with our boiler and flue length for months, with no hot water or heating from Jan to May! Nightmare. No one could seem to find a solution until we contacted Daniel and his team. They took one look and came up with a plan to get us back up and running. Absolute legends! Dealing with them was a pleasure. Would 100% recommend!

Heywood Heating installed a new Vailliant boiler, October 2025. From quote to completion the service was first class. The quote was competitive. The installation was carried out to a very high standard by Ryan and Jamie and there care for the property was also very good. I recommend them without hesitation.

Always very efficient and reliable.

Another excellent job from Heywood Heating. They installed two new radiators, adjusted the pipes to fit, drained and refilled the system and added heating system inhibitor. All completed very professionally by the engineers and final price less than the estimate.

I contacted Heywood Heating following a recommendation, for a plumbing issue. I found the booking process easy - very good, quick communication. The plumbers arrived on time, explained the issue and the suggested fix really clearly. Respectful and efficient plumbers. We’ll definitely use them again.

Heywood Heating helped us figure out what was going on with our dodgy shower and boiler. This is the second time we've needed them, I contacted them again as we'd been happy the first time. The communication was great, the guys who came to replace our boiler were lovely. I appreciated that there was no pressure to get more work done or spend more than was necessary. Overall it was a very good experience and we'd recommend them to anyone.

We've had great service from these guys recently. From simple boiler services to a recent complete boiler replacement, the team have always been prompt, courteous and clear. Great stuff.

Our heating stopped working, so I phoned Heywood Heating and they came out that day and replaced a motorised valve and also noticed the boiler was noisy so i could go to the boiler makers under warranty. When the boiler makers wanted the system flushed before replacing a part Heywards noticed their reason for wanting it refreshed was faulty and checked with the boiler technical people so I could push for the part to be replaced without reflushing the system because there was no need. So excellent Heating engineers

Really good, professional service. I'd been warned that replacing my boiler could be a complicated job that might require a lot of damage to my ceiling, but Heywood were already familiar with my block of flats and were able to get it done with minimal mess and stress.

I can always rely on Heywood Heating to provide a good service, quick to respond and very experienced, quality workmanship - as a result I have been a customer for more than 20 years!

I can’t speak highly enough of the Heywood Heating team. They have completed a number of jobs for me in the last year (hot water cylinder replacement, radiator leak under the floor, radiator valve change, shower and bathroom basin tap replacement) to an excellent standard, and the team are always friendly and professional.

Following a recent boiler failure Heywood Heating responded very quickly to provide a temporary solution for hot water, a quotation for boiler replacement including reconfiguration of pipework etc with the new boiler installed under 2 weeks of the failure. The install team were excellent, kept the house very tidy throughout, kept us informed of progress and completing the works within 2 days. Great job.

After being let down badly by a local boiler company one winter I’ve been using Heywood Heating for many years now. Aside from regular boiler servicing, they creatively installed a new boiler in an existing cupboard space in my flat where other quotes wanted to place it on the living room or bedroom wall. They have always been prompt and reliable on regular call outs with clear quotes and honest advice, including a recent out of hours visit when there was no heating or hot water this winter.

Required new cistern. Heywood Heating supplied and installed. Paul was the plumber. He was courteous, highly professional and did a first class job. I would certainly use Heywood and in particular Paul again. The price was also reasonable.

We have used Heywood Heating a few times in 2024 and each time have been very pleased with the work done and the service provided by this local firm. The employees are always very professional, efficient and courteous. All of them seem to have been with Heywood for many years which is a very good sign. Communication with office staff and owner Daniel is very good and always. helpful. We had our old boiler and tank system replaced by a Valliant combi by Ryan and Jamie who did the work very efficiently and with the minimum of inconvenience. They were very considerate, courteous and tidy. We had our bathroom shower tap replaced, and redundant shower pump removed, by Paul who also did this very efficiently and again with minimum of fuss. He was courteous and good humoured. Heywood engineers are punctual and polite and we were informed when they were en route. We are very satisfied customers and have no hesitation in recommending them for plumbing or heating work. Chris and Maggie

Daniel & the Team look after all of our managed properties. They offer exemplary service, efficient communication and fair pricing. Thoroughly recommend.

I have used before and always found them trustworthy and efficient. Turned up on time for a boiler service, with reminder when on their way to you. Efficient service with a smile, even when giving bad news...Would use again.

The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend.

This company took months to repair leaking shower. After their fix, the shower got broken again after 9 months. When repairing properly, I noticed the spare part was very bad, it was either second hand or of extremely low quality.

Professional and reliable.

For many years they have provided us with excellent service with Engineers arriving on time, carrying out the service efficiently, providing useful information and all in a friendly manner. The Engineers look smart and leave the premises clean and tidy.

I couldn't repressurise my boiler and also needed a new room thermostat fitted. From start to finish, I found the company professional and their pricing was transparent and reasonable.

Paul was the that visited my home, and carried out a perfect job on fixing my toilet. It is now functioning as it should, and Paul arrived on time with a friendly manor. Recommended :)

Pleased to have had our third combi boiler in 20 plus years installed in Chiswick (third property) by Heywood Heating Ltd. Ryan & Jamie were a dream team who tidied up the existing pipework and laid a new gas supply line before installing and commissioning the new Vaillant ecoTEC plus 840 combi boiler with the protection kit and the remote SensoHome controls. Ryan came up with many little ideas that made the installation much less intrusive than the boiler it replaced, which he removed and disposed of, and ensured that the new expansion vessel was both out of the way of the boiler for maintenance and unobtrusive. Not a spot of green to be seen on the copper pipework afterwards. At the same time they replaced two older radiators with a triple and a double, making no mess despite having to extend the pipework slightly. At the same time, some 17 metres of trenching outside was required which was done efficiently without disturbing existing services, and has now been covered back up as if it never had been there. At all times the team took care to take their boots off inside and use dustsheets etc to protect the floors and furniture, and returned the area to original state at the end of each day. Very responsive to questions and always explained the trade-offs when input was required. The owner Daniel came around before the work was scheduled to look over the requirements and discuss the options before preparing the quote - which itself was detailed and concise. The whole time the process was relaxed and it felt like they were looking out for our best interests.

I use Heywoods for 3 properties I own. The engineers are knowledgeable and you normally have the same guy. They are a friendly professional bunch

Had very good service all round when installing my new boiler from Daniel, Ryan and the team

Prompt and pleasant service from the engineer - efficient and friendly admin staff. Will continue to use this company

As I have posted before, we have used Heywood Heating several times, both for boiler work and plumbing. Their engineers are absolutely excellent, reliable, knowledgeable, most efficient and leave no mess. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The team came to our rescue! Boiler broke in a new house, before a bank holiday, with relatives due for the weekend. Dan gave us some great advice, including about our potential plans to renovate and upgrade later on. Dan came on the Tuesday and the new boiler was fitted on the Friday. The team were really nice, left the area clean and tidy, and left before the in-laws arrived. Amazing.

Our experience with Heywood Heating’s new boiler installation was excellent in all regards. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Ryan and his team for such a seamless removal & installation. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Tracy in the office a delight as always. Thank you!

Very happy with the service from Heywood Heating. I have used them twice in the last year. First to install a new boiler, and recently to install a shower unit. It all looks professional and good quality work, at reasonable prices. The staff are courteous, informative, and happy to answer any questions. I was very impressed with the two engineers who installed the shower (Dylan and Norris) - the new shower and wall panels look great, and they went the extra mile to make sure the work was done to a tight deadline.

Highly recommend this company, very competent, professional and thorough 👍

We’ve used Heywood Heating for many years and I recommend them highly. They have a ‘can do’ attitude when sorting things out and I’ve appreciated their responsiveness when my boiler broke down outside of office hours…We’ve been very happy with their service

I found that Ryan and Jay are very skilful engineers. They have done job very quickly and left place spotless. I have to congratulate for having such good engineers.

Ryan, Jamie and the rest of a team did a great job on the installation of our new boiler. They were prompt, clean and kept us informed throughout the two-day process and we’re very pleased with the end result. The initial scoping visit by Daniel was informative and the recommendation of a replacement Vaillant boiler was clearly justified based on historic issues with the existing installation (done by a different company). It was a pleasure to deal with the entire Heywood Heating team, we will continue to use them for future work and would highly recommend them. Thanks

Absolutely wonderful, best in the business. I would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and great staff. Jared Irwin💪🏻

Changed system to Combi boiler and was delighted with engineers Ryan and Jamie they were helpful, polite, punctual and never patronised me when I asked mundane questions

We had a new boiler installed as well as a new gas pipe connection to the cooker. Jamie and Ryan did an excellent job and cleaned up after each day's work. Daniel Heyward answered all our questions and we were impressed by the professional yet friendly approach we encountered in every communication. Would not hesitate to recommend this very reliable and trustworthy company.

Excellent service. Very professional, efficient and arrived on time, thanks Jamie and Ryan for changing our cylinder. Would definitely recommend using Heywood Heating.

I engaged this company for a shower repair, but the process dragged on for around two months with minimal updates. Their communication left much to be desired, necessitating proactive follow-ups on my part. Regrettably, I encountered an overcharge issue, which was met with indifference when I raised it.

Sadly, this company never responds. Going to another boiler specialist now. What a shame.

Mr Gasman was friendly and knowledgeable in effecting a gas boiler repair/adjustment. A delight to meet a real professional. Will use/ recomend in the future.

Always great service

This was the first time using Heywood Heating Ltd, as I need a plumber to replace taps in my bathroom sink. From the moment I called their office I had wonderful service. I was given a really good price and a date. I received a text on the day to say what time the guys would arrive. The were very prompt, supper professional and so friendly. They not only fitted my taps, but found a small leak, fixed that and even cleaned a bit of mold I cout not shift. Having used a few services this year I can honestly say, they were outstanding! Plus they cleaned up so well , you would never know they had been! Now thanks to them I have what feels like a new sink. I would not hestitate to highly recomed them to anyone! Sharron from Acton

Very satisfied with Haywood heating very efficient good advice as what was required and efficient work force. From me 10/10 and glad I have found this local Ealing company as over the years disappointed by others and let down.

EMERGENCY BOILER REPAIR - Heywood Heating Ltd sent knowledgeable, courteous repairmen to our home the same day a gas leak forced CADENT to cut off our gas supply. They identified the problem the previous, cowboy outfit (found on the itnernet) failed to find and got our heat restored in record time. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Boiler repair isn't cheap-- but their work is very good value for money.

Ryan and Jamie did a nice tidy job of installation of a new Vailient boiler and kept us informed at every step Thank You

Wish I had found out about Heywood Heating earlier. Back office is efficient and plumber was first class.

Daniel did a thorough consultation with us to determine our needs. Ryan and Jay did a smashing installation job, very pleased. They were professional, kind and understanding, and did the work quickly. They were tidy and did a very neat job and there was no need for any redecoration work afterwards.

Fantastic service from the two gentlemen from Heywood Heating. Punctual and worked quickly and efficiently.

Heywood Heating performed an excellent job at installing my new boiler. They gave clear and helpful advice, completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and made a follow up visit to ensure everything was working smoothly. I am especially impressed at the hard work from Kirill and Norris in getting the installation completed.

The whole team have been great to deal with - prompt in communications and helping arrange a quick turnaround on a boiler installation when ours failed. Kirill and his team did a great job on the day and was a diligent and neat worker.

We've used Heywood Heating over the years for all our plumbing repair needs. Most recently, we discovered a sudden leak on the main supply pipe into the house. This was on a Sunday morning and needing urgent out-of-hours service. First contact at 8:15am brought an immediate response from Heywood and arrival onsite occurred within two hours, with the necessary fix completed within the hour. Extremely happy with the service provided on this and all other occasions.

Dylan & Jay did an excellent job replacing 2 toilets and fixing bathroom and external drain pipework at my property. Friendly, Professional and cleared up all mess afterwards.

I was recommended Heywood Heating and was so glad that I used them! They were able to fix the problem within 24hours of first contact. They quoted using photos I sent them which was ideal! I was really happy with the service I received from start to finish and would recommend their services to anyone.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Heywood Heating are consistently reliable, I’ve used them on a number of occasions and they always offer fantastic service - the plumbers are excellent, the office staff are very helpful and friendly & the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Initially came in to locate a leak which they correctly attributed to the hot water tank. Tank was reasonably old and difficult to access so they replaced it and, at my request, took the opportunity to replace other parts which were also old. Always explained pricing up front, did not waste time, the final job was done to a high standard, it was clean, all staff were helpful and friendly. I wish I had discovered this company sooner.

We've used Heywood Heating for some years now, both at home and for our rented property. They employ a solid and long-serving team with experts in specific areas and have always responded promptly to pleas for help as well as for regular maintenance visits. We trust them and value their advice and service hugely, and the office team is always ready to help too. We have used many plumbers in the past but Heywood has always proved honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Much as we dislike sharing (!) we can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service from Daniel and his team. They were efficient, tidy, polite and punctual when replacing a boiler and running a new water main to our home. I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from all the team at Heywood. They did a great job replacing our boiler at short notice in the freezing cold - professional, courteous and left the house tidier than when they started!

The boiler pressure was fixed within an hour! Amazing. What a fantastic team and set up Heywood Heating have. If you want a professional company who will solve the problem quickly then Heywood Heating are a good choice.

Great service from Pat. We had a couple of questions about our system and he explained things clearly so we could understand. Boiler serviced, radiator fixed and very happy customer. Will use again.

Very efficient and professional service

We had our boiler serviced and a repair done. Boiler service was done by one engineer and another one came a week later with the parts required for the repair. Both engineers we very polite, professional and friendly. More importantly, they both did a great job ! Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them

The Engineer came quickly on all occasions and was very efficient at fixing the boiler. Thank you

We've just had our annual boiler service with Heywood Heating, who originally installed all our plumbing when we completely refurbished our house in West London a few years ago. They're ever so friendly and competent, going the extra such as bleeding radiators, giving advice on a faulty tap (not their fault) and how to fix it, etc. Another great aspect is that they seem to have little staff turnover, and it's always comforting to see that the guys who did the installation are still around and know about all the plumbing, drainage, etc. Highly recommended!

Just had our new boiler installed with Heywood Heating last week. What a great experience, very professional and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and great to be able to use a local company. Highly recommend.

Pat visited this morning to fix our leaking boiler, really polite and fixed a couple of leaks promptly, without any fuss. Great service, and serviced the boiler too! Very happy!!

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Would happily use again and recommend others.

Fast service - the engineer diagnosed the problem quickly, the faulty part was ordered and fitted two days later.

Been so helpful, unblocking drains during first lockdown. Also talked me through restarting boiler on Christmas Eve. Excellent service, I recommend

Carried out a professional machined powerflush to the existing heating system - Replaced a new boiler + a complimentary follow-up visit after the installation We would highly recommend Heywood Heating Ltd and and use their services again. We contacted them for replacing our old boiler as soon as possible. They arranged a very professional inspection in few days (checks on pipe gas, water pressure, condense pipe .... ) provided us a very detailed and fair estimate that they fully respected. Heywood Heating carried out a professional machined power-flush to the existing heating system, in a very tidy and clean way, supplied and fitted a Vaillant Eco Tech Plus 825 together with protection kit and provided all the relevant certificates. Their installers were very competent and gave us a great sense of confidence in the firm. We also appreciated the follow-up visit after the installation and the competent advices about the suitable model for our flat. They made an excellent job.

Very helpful and professional!

The plumber who came delivered exceptional service both times he came to our house. He’s respectful, neat and very professional. The invoicing process is seamless. Highly recommended company.

The best plumbing and heating company in the west of London!! Have been using them for nearly a decade and never let me down. I can highly recommend them

Excellent service

Excellent service. I have used Heywood Heating many times over the past few years and they have always done an excellent job. This ranges from installing a new boiler to servicing and general plumbing repairs.Very professional, organised and get results. Very impressed.

Hopeless after care! Used Heywood to service our boiler after moving into a new property at the cost of well over £100. Engineer was great, showed me how to top up boiler pressure (which he said shouldn't need to be done more than a few times a year) and said to get in contact if there were *any* issues and they'd come out. 2 months later and the boiler needs topping up pretty much every week so we get back in touch with Heywood expecting it will be easy to get someone over. However, they claim this issue can't be related to the maintainence and so insist on charging for a whole new job, despite the fact that they clearly didn't do their job properly if the boiler runs into issues so soon after they serviced it! When we queried this they stopped responding. Won't be using again.

We had our boiler installed on21 September 2020; clean, efficient and professional work done.I would highly recommend Heywood Heating Ltd and and use their services again...

Heywood installed a Bosch/Worcester boiler for us. They were keen on price, did the job with no fuss, the guys who installed were very competent and friendly. The professionalism in the survey/admin/follow up staff was also hugely appreciated and gave us a great sense of confidence in the firm. Very happy to recommend. We will use again.

Heywood Heating carried out an annual boiler service and did a gas certification on time and promptly. i have used them many times in the past and wouldn't use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I asked for a quote on 19/08/2020 for the installation of a washing machine and dishwasher. I was told to send pictures to Tracey via WhatsApp and that someone would call me back. As of three days later I haven't heard back.

Very efficient office and punctual engineers serviced my Mum's and my boilers. Very kind to Mum which was greatly appreciated. Well done and thanks

Fast, professional service, even though there wasn't to much to do at the end of the day. But always good to know you get a prompt response to a heating call out.

Heywood Heating fitted our boiler and new bathroom in 2011 and have provided a first class service ever since. Lovely people who really know what they are doing provide a prompt service whenever we need plumbing help.

I used Heywood to fix a leak behind a toilet. Paul was very friendly and carried out the work efficiently. He explained what he was doing and gave great confidence he would fix the problem. He tidied up after the job. Very happy to recommend.

We are really happy with the service provided by Heywood Heating. We use them in our own home & for rental properties we own. We find that any problems are resolved quickly & efficiently & return visits are rare because they always find the root cause of the problem & don't just do a 'quick fix'. We can't rate them highly enough !

Had a new combi boiler fitted in my Shepherds Bush flat by Heywood Heating. It has been serviced & safety gas certificate provided by them each year since then. A very professional service throughout and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We have been using the company for several years. The office staff always make a great effort get someone suitable out as quickly as possible. The plumber, Merrick, took time to clearly explain the problem and our options for fixing a tricky leaking shower and did a very professional job. Would highly recommend Heywood Heating.

We used Heywood Heating for the first time to fix a shower that hadn't been working for about 6 months. Merrick diagnosed and fixed it. He was extremely professional, courteous and very patient, answering all our questions. Both the company Heywood Heating and Merrick were very efficient. To be highly recommended.

Used these guys a lot over the past 2 years. Firstly to redesign an ensuite bathroom and then for various other plumbing issues around the house. Always very prompt and efficient at fixing the problem. Not too expensive and very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Definitely recommend them

I've used Heywood Heating for the last 2 years for my gas safety inspection and I've been really impressed with their service; they're quick to respond and are very efficient in organising a visit. I happily recommend them.

I have used Haywood Heating for several years and find their service professional and reliable. Their service technicians are well trained and all those I have meet have good customer skills and are always willing and able to explain any technical issue. Highly recommended.

Heywood Heating were asked to carry out a combined service and gas inspection. The engineer was punctual, polite, professional and thorough. The administration and communication for the appointment were efficient and impressive. The charge was very reasonable.Looking forward to the next appointment!

Heywood has refitted both my properties and there workman ship is professional timely and more important not over budgetary restrictions Daniel is very hands on owner and his team work well together furthermore the staff turnover is low hence always retuned plumbers aware of my properties Highly recommend them for all works to do with plumbing electrical etc

Fitted our thermostat, fantastic service, very efficient and good communication. Would use again.

Fast efficient and friendly service. Great plumbers and support team. Highly recommend

As always, professional, courteous and very helpful indeed. Highly recommended.

The Heywood Heating team have never let us down and even came within 2hrs when our boiler broke down. Highly recommend them.

Fast and reliable as ever

We've used Heywood a couple of times now and always had an excellent service. Most recently after a move to the US Heywood offered great support in diagnosing and fixing a problem with the heating for our tenants.

Punctual, reliable, friendly, do a great job. Highly recommended.

Heywood Heating came and diagnosed an intermittent central heating fault - boiler wasn't lighting some mornings. They gave 2 estimates to fix it, depending on the amount of work required. The job was booked in for the day I requested and the system is now working fine. The engineers were knowledgeable, polite and tidy. The estimate, billing and payment process was efficient. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic and prompt service carried out by a thorough professional at a more than reasonable price. Thank you Hayward.... I have listed you on our local community news letter as a trusted and reliable company. Thanks once again Patrick

Very polite and thorough service, from the moment they took my call, right through to the engineer leaving and tidying away after himself. Recommended.

Excellent workmanship. Explanation given prior to commencing the job and upon completion. The standard of the work carried out by Ryan James the Gas Engineer was extremely high and he worked methodically throughout the entire process. We are very impressed with this company as they have offered a very good customer service from estimate to completion. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Excellent work The recent work included fitting a new boiler in a different location and , separately, fitting an outside tap. I am extremely please with the quality of the work and the service provided. All the work was carried out very tidily and I was kept fully informed on progress. Everything has been done to the highest standard. Thoroughly recommended.

Heywood Heating have been looking after all our plumbing & heating needs for many years now, and have always been extremely professional, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. They even provided some help and advice when our boiler broke the day after their Christmas party! Strongly recommend.

Good communication and delivered good work. Daniel and his team came to fit the new boiler and during the course of work he/his team would call if there would be any changes or further work required. I was kept informed and happy with the service. Will call them back to fit the bathroom for sure.

Excellent professional service! I have been using Heywood Heating for over 14 years they are my "go to plumbers" for all my gas and heating repairs and as well as advise. A big thank you for repairing by boiler so promptly. A 14 year old boiler now working as good as new!! A very happy customer!!!

I have always had excellent service from Heywood Heating. Theywere my the heating engineers when I converted a house into three flats and they continue to be speedy, efficient, reliable and pleasant to have around!

I engaged Heywood Heating just a few days ago to replace a siphon unit in my flush handle toilet and to unblock a washing machine waste pipe. My online enquiries were dealt with complete understanding and my concerns were met sympathetically by both the front line staff Tracy and Tiffany and the work was done successfully by plumbing engineer Marek with total attention to detail in a manner desirous of a professional. All for done for a reasonable charge I can afford to pay in full.

I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company. A Heywood engineer was sent immediately to sort a hot water problem. The Vaillant boiler had an electrical fault and was a week or two out of guarantee. Heywood sorted things with Vaillant on my behalf, and one of their specialist engineers attended and fixed the fault the next day. I have recommended Heywood Heating to countless satisfied friends and will continue to do so.

First class service. Very professional and friendly team. Would highly recommend for boiler and plumbing services.

Love Heywood Heating, have been using them for eight years now. They are always thorough, punctual and fairly priced. Great customer service too. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

Excellent service from Heywood Professional, courteous and efficient I can recommend this company without hesitation

I have been using Heywood heating for many years. For full plumbing install, yearly boiler services, and general heating and boiler repairs. They have done work for many people I know and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Heywood Heating did great work to refurbish my bathroom. They were prompt to quote. They were able to carryout the work very quickly. All work was completed professionally and in a very clean and tidy manner. I would use them again for any future bathroom or plumbing work. They are check-a-trade approved which brings an extra level of assurance.

Heywood Heating offer an excellent service. They are professional, helpful and efficient. Tracy is always extremely helpful as customer support. I cannot praise them highly enough. I highly recommend them.

We have used Heywoods now for over 5 years, they are quick, efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommended

I only use Dan and his great team, best plumbers and heating engineers I have ever tried. Fast, punctual and professional on all accounts, excellent service.

I have been using Heywood Heating for many years and always find them reliable, efficient and price-competitive. I have often recommended them to friends over the years.

During the recent cold weather we woke to have no water in the house- although they were extremely busy Daniel Heywood managed to attend to our property and diagnosed that we likely had a frozen T-pipe underground. We were given very good advice and right from the off the customer service was excellent- including a follow up call and a personal contact just in case the matter deteriorated. Happy to report the advice was excellent and extremely pleased with the conduct and honest professionalism. We've used them before with great results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I used Heywood Heating to change my boiler and upgrade my central heating system . The advice they gave was first rate along with their punctuality and workmanship. The cost was very reasonable and there were no hidden extras , the quoted price was the price . I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a heating engineer .

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and reasonably priced!

Always a great reliable service. Won’t hesitate to recommend them👍

Used as a main contractor and will not use anyone else. Pure professionals with a polite service.

I've been using Heywood heating for boiler servicing and gas safe certs over the past 3 years. Always on time, realistic charges, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend

I've had them over for three jobs now and nothing but praise. All jobs completed successfully, on time and budget. Office support is excellent and three different engineers have been professional, courteous, took great care to protect furnishings etc and a pleasure to have in your home (they even washed up the tea mugs when they finished!). The most important thing though is their quotes appeared sensible, unlike two other local firms, and the work was to a high quality.
