EXCELLENT JOB! We chose Cool365 out of multiple quotes due to their great pricing, customer service and attention to detail. Perry, Jack and Louis were extremely kind and accommodating. They answered all of our questions with patience and adjusted every detail as per our liking. They did a clean, quick and flawless installation of 4 AC units in our house. It was a big job yet we never felt bothered by their work throughout the week. The end result is immaculate! We are so happy we chose Cool365 for the installation of our AC units.

Excellent Service from Cool365, Highly Recommend

Excellent service from Cool365. Daniel quickly diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning issue, was professional throughout, and got everything working perfectly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic work carried out by Daniel and Steve, at Fleetdown Community Centre. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They sorted our issue out with ease...well done Cool365. Communication between the service department and everyone involved was excellent xx

Cool 365 were brilliant for installing air con in our bedroom and garden room. From planning to installation, the communication was excellent. Perry and Louis did a fab job installing the machines and were very friendly and respectful. The house was left spotless too! Thank you!

Nice people, efficient installation. Lovely to have AC during this heatwave.

1st class service from everyone at Cool365. Needed aircon in loft conversion. Got quotes from a few vendors but Cool365 were by far and away the most impressive and after the initial visit from Syd I had my quote a day later. The process was seamless. The apparatus arrived by courier with up to date tracking. The guys (Perry and co-worker whose name escapes me) then arrived as agreed, on the scheduled install date at 8a.m. ready to go. A few hours later they were done and the area was spotless. They then ran through a quick demo before leaving There was a point during the install where I had concerns about the pipe work from the tiles but I was assured by Perry that when finished would look very different. I even got a courtesy call from Syd with some accompanying pictures showing how similar installs looked like and sure enough Perry delivered with the finished effect looking very tidy. Later I had an issue connecting the App WiFi I received an email shortly after and even spoke to someone who was happy to talk me through the steps and stayed on the phone until I was fully up n running Very impressed and I would definitely recommend Cool365 to anyone needing Aircon installed from knowledgeable professional.

We've used Cool 365 for a number of years for servicing our air conditioning and they have always been excellent, so we recently decided to have a new unit installed by them in our office. The installation was carried out by Tyler and Sam and we were very impressed with their polite communication and professional work - would highly recommend!

Really responsive, really clear, and booking was super easy and slick. Everything was explained upfront, including exactly what would be done and the costs involved. I recently had air conditioning installed in my home and was very impressed with the service. The team was highly professional from start to finish. Before providing a quote, they visited the property, took detailed photos, and suggested thoughtful solutions that balanced effectiveness, cost, and compliance. Once the details and quote were agreed, the installation was carried out swiftly and in an organised manner, with minimal disruption or damage to the property. They thoroughly tested the system to ensure everything worked perfectly. The work was done while I was away on holiday, and I was confident leaving the job in their hands; my trust was well placed. Overall, they were very responsive, attentive, and delivered a high-quality service at a very reasonable price compared to other companies I contacted. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a split AC unit installed in my garden office and new silent pump installed in my bedroom unit. All went very smoothly. Team very professional. First used Cool365 to fix a problem caused by the original installers and stuck with them for my next install. Will use again when installing split systems in the kids rooms next year. Happy to recommend.

Professional and friendly, cleaned up well afterwards

Very responsive team. Professional service.

Great company. Efficient, professional and respectful. Daniel was great at servicing all our A/C units. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the second year I have used Cool 365 for the maintenance and annual service of the AC units at my private childcare business, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are professional, reliable, and helpful. Today, Daniel came by to perform the checks, and he was fantastic! He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and even shared valuable tips on how to operate the AC units more efficiently. His friendly demeanour and sense of humour made the entire experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service - thank you, Daniel!

We are absolutely delighted with our air con installation from Cool 365. The service and communication from Syd was impeccable. He listened to what we wanted and he was flexible with changes to ensure we were happy. It was also very handy to visit the showroom in Dartford to compare the different air con units. Danny did an amazing job with the installation. He was meticulously neat, tidy and respected our property. He offered advice when we were sitting on the fence with decisions and everything turned out perfectly. We're so glad we chose Cool 365 out of numerous quotes and we can't recommend them enough.

The team put the system in very neatly and were very helpful working around people who were still working on the premises. It has worked out as a sympathetic installation in an old building

Great experience with this company! They have a really good communication process and keep you informed all the way through the process, including faults, fixes, arrival and completion times etc... They also turn up when they say they will, which is rare for most companies and are reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them.

From the initial enquiry via a trade directory website, to liaising with the office to get the job booked in, to the tradesperson who carried out the work - every point of contact was professional, polite, efficient, thorough, and exemplary. Syd, Brooke, Shane, and Claire were all brilliant. As a Facilities Manager, I wish all companies were this fantastic!

It's a rare thing these days to find a contractor who offers such a good service, with a fast response for booking the visit. All work was carried out extremely professionally, without any mess or fuss. Thank you!

Very good - managed a tricky installation..they were not the cheapest quote, but I liked them the most when speaking to them through the quote process. They turned out to be very good and completed on time, leaving no mess behind. Gave good advice, too. I will be using them again.

The guys are really helpful and easy to contact when needed. We had to move the condenser unit due to an unrelated building issue and a small fault in the internal unit but they got it all fixed and were very good communicating and making sure I was comfortable with it all. It's when things go a little wrong when you see the true nature of small businesses and these guys were great. Would recommend!

Amazing experience with Cool 365 following some disappointing encounters with other suppliers. Highly recommended!

Great experience all round. Syd contacted me within a day of putting in a query, he came to Waterloo to give me a quote, was very professional in the face of many obstacles! I required 2 new AC units and an external unit that was on the roof of a 4 story building, the whole team were professional throughout and working within communal spaces were considerate to other residents. The new units look lovely and work amazingly. Thank you to the Cool365 team, I’d highly recommend their services.

Syd and his team at Cool365 were great from start to finish! We were able to quickly obtain a (very competitive) quote for two AC units, and they were flexible with installation dates. The installation itself was very well done with a clean finish even in a tricky spot in an upstairs loft. Don’t hesitate to book!

Syd has a very thorough knowledge of a/c systems and was able to identify our likely problem just from my description. Work was carried out on time with no fuss and I am very happy with this company and will be using them annually to service our units and keep them running perfectly.

Super communication, arrived on time, did a great job and super friendly. Cannot recommend Cool 365 more!

I searched for quite a while to find someone who could replace my Nuaire MVHR. It’s surprising how difficult it was, but then I found this company via checkatrade. Syd was very helpful, the visit was arranged easily. The installers arrived on time and also cleaned up after the work was done. I also received a follow-up email, which I appreciate. –So if you need your MVHR replaced, give this company a call.

Syd and team are always a huge support whenever needed. We sub contract our Air Con work to Cool 365. We've never been let down, they always offer varied solutions to issues that arise and are professional in every aspect. We've even needed pretty unrealistic response times in the past and they've managed to support us here too. MA
