Fagin Enterprise Ltd T/A Eco Climate Solutions

Excellent service for ducted AC. Timely quote and managed to fit us in around the heat wave that made working in the loft extremely challenging. We were kept updated and the work was really clean and respectful.

Very happy with the experience, from getting the quote and talking through the details of the installation, they were responsive and proactive. Wyatt and Elliott did the installation and they were a pleasure to have around, very knowledgeable and treated everything with lots of care. I’d definitely recommend anyone that needs an AC installed to work with them.

Had 2 Daikin ACs installed. What a difference it has made over the summer. Communication with ECS has been very smooth. From initial contact to installation was carried out within 3 weeks. Shout out to Elliot who did a very professional installation. Would highly recommend this company.

I did a lot of research before appointing ECS and was not disappointed. They were quick, responsive and reliable would definitely recommend 👍

Ive just had 3 of 4 Daikin AC Units installed with 2 condensers in my house in South Croydon the last unit will be fitted when the building works have advanced Gina gave great advice, patiently explained the options costs and savings, responded promptly and gave me the confidence to place my order. Craig came at short notice to do the on site survey, an absolute professional - practical, knowledgeable, patient and helpful They managed to source and fulfil my order really fast and have worked around the building works I’ve got going on There were a couple of snags but they’re doing all they can to resolve things Their pricing is competitive but their service exceptional, I’ve recommended them to friends and colleagues and intend placing another order with them for the other rooms in my house I am happy to recommend them to anyone else looking to install AC in their bome

Superb service, really pleased with the communication and the staff were polite and respectful.

Brilliant job . Delivered on time . Superb service.

These guys are legit. They’re professional, clean and actually want to get the job done right the first time. Shoutout to Ellliot, Jamie and Wyatt who spent 3 days replacing our old A/C system in blistering heat. 100% recommend. Thanks again!

Unit was blowing out warm air in this heat 🥵 ECS came and diagnosed, talked me through the repair and had my unit back up and running on the same day. Now my bedroom is nice and cool again and I can sleep at night.

Aircon has broken only 2 years after installation, I called every day for 3 days only to be emailed back saying they have no availability. Great, thanks.

Amazing service !

Great service received from ECS. Install was quick neat and affordable. Professional service from a professional team. You will get taken through the whole process from start to finish which I found reassuring. I went for the maintenance package after the install as I have had ac in the past and it didn’t end well due to lack of having the filters cleaned and the outdoor unit was worse. ECS explained to me the purpose of maintenance in a way that made me realise it’s not something you can really skip to ensure the lifespan of your system so it only made sense to me. Thank you again and see you soon on the next service. 👍

Spent ages communicating with them regarding getting a quote. They offered a slot then just didn't show up. When I asked l when someone was coming, was just told they were too busy even though they offered the slot. Save your time and go somewhere else In response to your reply. Why would I rebook another day with you when you didn't turn up today? You expect my children to miss a other day waiting in? Don't overbook yourselves and offer times you can't uphold. You could have suggested next week or 2 weeks time, it was you who set the date and time.

We did AC installation in three rooms with ECS and are very happy with the outcome. The whole process from the survey to installation was smooth and quick. The office was very responsive with any queries post survey regarding specs and quotes. The team doing the installation was competent, did all the works with minimal disruption and left the house spotless after each day of work. Great experience overall!

The installation team completed the work to a very high standard while accommodating all of our specific requests. Chris led the process seamlessly, maintaining clear and timely communication from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Great communication from the off. Stuart did a great job with the installation, workmanship was excellent and he ensured everything was tidied up before leaving. Very good value for money too.

Really happy with the service. The team made me feel free of worries, and got my everything running perfectly. Would definitely use them again!

Really happy with my air conditioning unit, ECS were easy to deal with and the team on the ground were great too.

Called twice to book a service. No one calls back. Customer service is awful.

A superb job carried out quickly and efficiently. A very good crew of workers were in attendance who left no mess or rubbish at the end of the job. I recommend this company without reservation.

I searched around before choosing ECS as the installers of my air conditioning. The quote I received was competitive and the installation process good. However this company provide a maintenance contract and as an incentive they will give customers a discount if they leave a 5 star review. I was lured in by this, what a BIG mistake this was. You pay a monthly direct debit for 2 services per year a minor and a major. My first service took place, my second service was due in April they contacted me in March by whatsapp their preferred method of communication informing me they would come on the 7th April this date was not mutually agreed beforehand and I had work commitments that day so wasn’t at home. I asked for alternatives dates and was told we will get back to you - I heard nothing so I contacted them 4 weeks later. I was given a date of Saturday 3rd May at 8.30am this was the bank holiday weekend. The engineer failed to turn up on this date without the curtesy of a phone call to inform the customer they weren’t coming. The following Tuesday I contacted their office and was informed the engineer went sick but no one thought it pertinent to let the customer know. I cancelled my £18.55 per month direct debit and cancelled the maintenance contract. Since the visit in Sept I have made 8 payments therefore I am due a refund of approx £148.40. After painful dialogue I was told on whatsapp this had been sent to accounts and I would be refunded that was on May 9th and as yet no refund made or any further communication. If I hear nothing by next Friday 6th June it’s my full intention to pursue this matter through the smalls claims court. Do NOT take a maintenance contract out with this Company the communication or moreover lack of communication is utterly appalling.

Competitive price, great communication with Holly and a professional air conditioning installation team. Very happy and cool :)

Good service on Air-Conditioning installation by ECS

Great service , the AC daikon unit looks great, the cooling works really well and super happy with the outcome , thanks Gina , you was a pleasure to deal with

I recently had two room air conditioning units installed by ECS.The price was competitive and there were no hidden costs. The quotation and communication from the company was clear and comprehensive. The staff were friendly, polite, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure my requirements were met. I was very pleased with the completed installation.

Had an installations of AC/heat pump last week in main bedroom. Guys turned up and all completed same day. Very pleased with it and the ECS team. All explained and arranged in a few days. Definitely recommend them. Got an App so can control downstairs or away from home, very handy.

I've had a good experience with ECS installing a 3 room aircon systems at my home. While the people involved in installing and also managing the end to end engagement have been very good, I would say better planning of the ordering of the kit and the installation could have been done slightly better. Also it seems the wrong email address was used sometimes when ECS tried to contact me for updates or invoices which created avoidable issues. All in all quite happy with the overall service, especially the installation team who were very professional and tidy. ** Update since my first review: Have had ECS install aicon and Ventilation system in my garage. Very pleased with the professionlaism, speed and knowledge of the team. The engineers know the systesm really well and were able to take into account my specific needs. Highly recommend ECS and would use them again. ** Update since last review: I moved into a new property and had 5 rooms cover with aircon. Will be adding 2 more room plus VAM systems as the engineers doing the install did a great job as usual and the reliability of the hardware is amazing. Highly recommended.

Chose ECS as the information they provided prior to the installation was more comprehensive than any other The engineers who installed the installation were very polite and we hardly knew they were in the house. Every day they left the house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend ECS as everything went perfectly from start to finish.

Quick, responsive service and they suggested an alternative that worked for our apartment.

Good comms and service. Recommended

Aircon fitted to our kitchen extension on time and in budget. Very responsive to questions and managed to move the installation back when our builders needed extra time on the plastering.

The service has been fantastic from the email communication followed by very prompt delivery of the AC and the installation was professional and really well done.Thank you !

I have now used ECS for 2 recent air conditioning unit installs at my fitness studios .First in March this year and most recently July .I have found then professional and good to work .unlike some other local companies I have experience of recently I had no hard sell and the quotes have been reasonable. Highly recommended

A great customer experience and consummate professionals. The communications were top-drawer from the outset and ECS even managed to slot me in ahead of schedule post a cancellation. The installers were extremely considerate and knowledgeable and really nice chaps to boot. The indoor unit turned out to have a minor fault (no fault of ECS) and they were back within a few days to replace the unit completely. Once again; 5* service & great comm's. Have already recommended to plenty of friends.

Really professional team, from the first point of contact over What's App to the project manager to the team who installed the unit. Installation date was quicker than expected and the install was also very quick. Thank you!

ECS were originally very responsive and provided quotes quickly for a number of scenarios. Service and communication was strong, until it got hot and they got very busy. After providing a wide range of details online as requested, and having agreed to the online quoted price, ECS confirmed that a project manager would visit my home in Central London to do a survey and finalise the quote. They proposed the time and I agreed to it. On the day of the appointment, I was called that morning to be informed that the appointment would need to pushed back by an hour due to an accident on the M25. I agreed to the new time and was assured the project manager would still turn up. But then 30 mins before they were supposed to arrive, I received another call saying that they now wouldn't make it. The agent was polite and very apologetic, and told me the issue was because (i) a traffic incident on the M25 and (ii) they were very busy. They said they would prioritise my appointment for 'early next week'. Having heard nothing, I chased up the matter on Monday, and was told by text that they had no appointments this week and I'd have to wait at least another week, seemingly being pushed to the back of the queue. So now I've had to look elsewhere because ECS is now not responding to my messages. ECS let us down, they failed to make it right when we asked, and now they have the audacity to ‘ghost’ us. I find this so absolutely unprofessional. If ECS were perhaps a little more resilient in dealing with issues like 'accidents on the M25', and/or an increase in demand due to hot weather, I'd probably have more faith in their competence as air conditioning installers. I'm pleased to learn that there are other installers who seem more organised.

Lovely people for first conversation and all the way through to the finial fitting. Very prompt service, very professional fitters that were respectful throughout. I would recommend anyone that needs AirCon to use this company

Exceptional service. Air conditioning system Installed in one day just in time for summer

We used ECS at our previous house to install an AC unit. They were very good so we decided to use them again when we moved to our new house. Great service, I have recommended them to several friends over the past couple of years.

I am very pleased with my installation and my overall experience, ECS were brilliant at every stage! They provided quotes quickly in response to my initial inquiry, the project manager site visit was efficient and informative and the engineers did a fantastic job of the installation. The whole process was expertly and seamlessly co-ordinated via WhatsApp by the brilliant Holly and to top it all, the price was better than some other quotes received as well! I would highly recommend ECS based on my experience!

ordered ac for my bedroom, units arrived on time, installation smooth and easy, would recommend

The whole purchase and installation process was conducted very professionally by ECS. We are very happy, roll on summer!

The Swan

ECS were brilliant. They were responsive, friendly, installed the AC professionally with no problems, a pleasurable experience all in all. I don’t often provide reviews but they deserve this.

Incredible Service. Fast and great installation. Guys were friendly and very helpful.

they were cost competitive and very knowledgeable. pleasant to deal with too.

Great communication and service provided. Very happy with ECS!

Fantastic service, neat and tidy, good communication and installed the aircon as requested, very happy with the service and engineers!

I was very happy with ECS team both engineers and electricians were excellent and very professional. Kept our house very clean and were polite and courteous. Good reflection on ECS keep up the good work.

They done the job very well. I am just waiting for my shop to be complete than I will start using it.

Great service, fast and reliable!

A very professional service, good value and tidy installation we are very pleased with the work and the A/C kit.

Installation done professionally.

Brilliant, professional communication and fast service. Really impressed with the service we received, AC installers were polite and very clean workers and got the job done- thank you!

ECS were literally fantastic. From the first enquire to the full process being complete in less then a week, and just in time for the 40 degrees heatwave! The team were professional and listened to every need we had. They worked extremely hard in such hot weather. We couldn’t fault them at all.

Staff were professional. Happy with AC install

The guys were very professional as we have already experienced in the past. Very tidy and efficient also. Would definitely recommend this company.

ECS provided an extremely responsive and and professional service. My first enquiry on the morning of a 40C heatwave resulted in a project manager calling the very same afternoon! Six days later the installers arrived and fitted a split air con system in a double bedroom in a single day. They worked tirelessly and I am very pleased with the installation. All we need now is some warmer weather so I can try it out! (typical English Summer!). Thanks ECS

Amazing service! From my first phone call when I requested a quote to site survey and actual installation, everything was finished in less than 10 days!! The service could not have been better. The surveyor and the install engineers were polite, professional and very knowledgable. I would not hesitate to recommend ECS as their workmanship was faultless - no exaggeration.

Quality service, done professionally and efficiently. Thank you!

Recently had x3 ac systems installed in our bedrooms. Very responsive in the office, really happy with the work from the engineers at the house. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable AC company. Thanks ECS

From first contact to installation was just a week. Friendly and helpful, but most importantly responsive and realistically priced. We now have a fantastic A/C unit fitted in our master bedroom- thank you for such great service.

Very efficient and tidy installation, ready to fight a heatwave!

Installation technicians were polite and professional, staying late to complete the job. Gina Spoon was excellent - project managing our Installation & providing all the necessary advice & information for us both pre & post Installation.

Great installation.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Fantastic service!

Brilliant service from start to finish.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Do not use. The company unilaterally changes the contract to charge DOUBLE the agreed prices! If you do not agree to be extorted, they cancel your warranty. Be careful about the positive reviews. They offer considerable discounts for their services if you agree to provide feedback! As part of the original contract, we have very clearly agreed that they would provide a 7 year guarantee as long as we enter into an annual service contract with them and have ONE service visit a year. After the first year, they have attempted to unilaterally change that agreement by saying that the guarantee will continue to be in force only if we agree to service the units TWICE a year. Gina was the main person at ECS we have exchanged emails with. Importantly, Gina and the ECS team agree that the original contract provided for just a SINGLE service visit per year, but they claim they have a right to change the terms of the annual service contract as they please. Of course, that does not make any sense – equally, they could just put the prices up tenfold or require, say, 52 service visits per year. It appears to be a clear breach of contract, but they do not seem to care. (Initially, Gina also claimed that 2 service visits are required by Daikin, the manufacturer, but we have confirmed directly with Daikin and ECS’s claim was plainly false). We have tried to speak to Gina or anyone with any decision-making responsibilities for months without any luck. The secretaries/receptionists who take the calls just tell us that someone will get back to us as soon as possible. Predictably and consistently – no-one does. The company is very responsive until they have received the cash, and then it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone. We could sue them as they do not have a leg to stand on, but it is probably not worth our while.

Disreputable company. The biggest issue: they are DOUBLING the price of the service contract AFTER the contract has been entered into and they installed the A/C units. The secretaries/receptionists who take the calls just tell us that someone will get back to us as soon as possible. Predicably and consistently – no-one does. The company is very responsive until they have received the cash, and then it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone. One more point – be careful about the positive reviews. They offer considerable discounts for their services if you agree to provide feedback!

Good communication during installation and happy with finished product

I cannot recommend this company more. They were unbelievably fast and responsive. The day I accepted the quote I was called and the items were ordered. We had the air conditioner installed within a week. The guys were very professional, polite and respectful. After the installation there was a slight rattling noise when on the low setting. I mentioned it to them, they sent a PM around to check it, he agreed there was a sound, absolutely no quibbles, he just ordered a new one and the same two guys came around to replace it - again fast, polite and professional. I wish I had these units all over the house! They are amazing - feels like being in a nice hotel when its hot outside. If I need another I will for sure use this company. I also had no idea it took so long to install one and how complicated they are, so the price I thought was very reasonable for the service they offer. Highly recommend.

Installed 2 AC machines back in Novemeber 2020. Great machine and service. Would use again.

Good service overall. They can be extremely busy during peak season so not don't expect a very responsive service. But once the order is locked in, they provided a very professional service that met my requirement. Many thanks

We obtained a few quotes and ECS were competitively priced and could also supply the brand we wanted. Fitters were very professional and we hardly knew they were there.

We were very impressed with the quality of service we were given. Extremely professional and hard working from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We felt like we were in safe hands with this company, can't fault it.

Thank you thank you thank you ECS! Absolutely overjoyed with the friendliness, professionalism and technical knowledge of the ECS Team! I knew I was in safe hands from start to finish of the AC installation process and completion. Excellent customer service and all around delivery. Highly recommend this company and team. I will most definitely be signing an AC maintenance contract with this company as well. Extremely happy!

Great company . They supplied and fitted 2 air-conditioning units at my home in SW London. The job took 2 days and the engineers were incredably tidy and very respectful of the house. The whole process with ECS from the initial site visit to finally turning on the units was smooth & painless. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick comprehensive quote and installation, good responsiveness to our enquiries. Installing team was friendly, accurate and resourceful.

A/C installation in garden office. Helpful advice on specification. Installed within a week by very skilled and friendly team. Good workmanship. System operating well.

Quick prompt service from initial enquiry, quote, survey, delivery of materials/kit and booking in the installation 3 days later. Very professional and personal service from project manager Craig. When I pointed out that some minor build repair work was required post-installation, this was addressed immediately and the repairs done the next day.

The team at Eco Climate Solutions were easy to deal with from start to finish. They were quick to respond with a quote, a site survey was booked in the next day and installation within a week. After the site survey was carried out, my quote even reduced as I was able to opt for a smaller unit. Installation was quick and efficient with no mess left and friendly engineers. Can't fault the service received so far, thank you ECS.

ECS have installed air conditioning on my semi-detached house. The installation took about 6 hours and unit performs really well. The installation engineer arrived on time and very friendly, he did a great job in cleaning up after the installation. He explained the functionality of the unit and provided some aftercare tips. I recommend this company to anyone looking for residential air conditioning to be fitted.

Outstanding experience overall - from the project team, installation engineers and after sales support. They were transparent, thorough and very professional. Very polite and nice too.

Very professional and friendly team, we are thrilled with our air conditioning & wish we had it installed years ago! We have concrete ceilings but nothing was a problem for the team , they just got on with it and worked late to ensure everything was in place. I needed the units painted the same colour as the walls and when delivered they were the perfect colour. We are definitely getting ECO Climate Solutions back to install air conditioning in our kitchen. Highly recommended

Craig and the team were professional and came in on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend

I received excellent service from Eco Climate after being let down by another firm. They were really professional & very friendly- they got the job done in a timely manner and fair price. Great Service !!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Professional installation, clear communication and quick response. Can highly recommend ECS!

Really friendly and professional team; they came, they saw, they air-conned! Highly recommend.

It’s important to have service that you can depend on! To be on time, to carry out the work and for the work to be carried out in a professional manner. ECS thank you for being the SOLUTION to my PROBLEM.

ECS were great from my initial enquiry to the installation of my air conditioning unit. Professional and trustworthy tailored to my individual requirements. Would happily recommend.

I have to admit the service provided by ECS has been nothing short of first class! From my initial consultation through to installation, the team have been truly professional. They went the extra mile to ensure I understood the system features and made it clear how to get in touch should I need further support. Highly recommended!!!

Nice

You will be getting more than what you paid for. Their service with your A/C is obviously great hence why my 5 stars but it is more of their customer service and their ability to details as well. Defo recommending them. The way they explain what they will do and actually carry you along. I think someone in another review wrote friendly engineers, well I can second that, quite a good chap the last one was. Anyway, good people. Cheers

Really pleased with the three units we had installed. The guys were extremely neat as well which was a bonus.

Having priced up a couple of competitors I found ECS to be a great value. Not only were their prices inline but they were prepared to take on the whole project and they didn’t require me to involve other trades. made for much less of a headache for me and a great service.

Horrible Experience. I have written a long review on the very poor after-care service this company offers, but I'll save you the pain. I even sent a draft to their Director, Craig Ellis, to give him a chance to contact me and provide answers. No response - they just don't care. They just want their money. Buyer Beware!

ECS installed 5 units at my property. Communication was very good in the run up to install - I had a lot of questions regarding their terms and they were very accommodating and transparent regarding them. The install itself went relatively smoothly. They turned up on time and finished when they said they would. My only criticism in this regard was that they had to cut some holes in the floorboards and they didn't tell us where they were whilst the work was going on! That, and the place was not left in the most tidy state at the end of the day. However, I spoke to them about this and after that conversation, everything was fine. At the end of the install, everything was put back as originally found. Post install, everything is working as expected and I'm just about to take out a maintenance contract with ECS. Communication has again been very good and they have been very helpful explaining all the terms. Easy to deal with; very knowledgeable and they did a good job overall.

Perfect install , great communication throughout the process

Great service from start to finish. Worked around me and my specific requirements.

Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommended

Highly recommend these guys if your looking for AC. Process was very simple and stress free, project manager Craig explained all various options around having a pitched roof in the loft which resulted in a floor standing AC unit rather than wall unit and he explained the best location for the condenser on a free site survey! Installation was faultless, easy to get hold of throughout and all the team where very responsive in the office. Thanks again Nathan

True to the reviews on there site my experience of them this far has been brilliant. All I've been doing is getting a quote. Gina at head office has been superb and very knowledgeable. I haven't had to chase a thing. Tom and Finn who came to the house were a credit to the company. :)

Fantastic experience with Eco Climate Solutions. The team were incredibly responsive, knowledgable and helpful and the customer service was brilliant. Highly reccomended!

Just had x3 indoor ac units installed, all on x1 outdoor condenser, from start to finish these guys where fab! Very responsive and fantastic communication throughout, Craig surveyed the job and explained everything to me so i understood everything about the works involved - thank you for your patience on this back and forth with the emails! The office staff and the installers where very polite and professional. would highly recommend to all family ,friends and anyone looking for AC in time for the heatwave we are well overdue!

Highly recommend! Brilliant commnuication throughout the whole process and very responsive! Craig the project manager knew exactly what he was talking about, he came out the next day after we called up and surveyed the works - offered us the best installation for the 3 rooms we wanted AC in. Fantastic installation from the x2 engineers and they cleaned up leaving my home spotless! I cannot recommend enough thank you to the whole team :)

hard working, efficient and friendly

Extremely satisfied with the information and advice given prior to ordering and very patient with me asking numerous questions . Great price and service throughout the process . I would definetly recommend this company . Thankyou .

Just had four units installed by Eco Climate Solutions and couldn't be happier. From the initial booking of the survey to the installation everyone at the company has been super helpful. The project manager Craig who did the survey provided excellent advice, fully explaining the pros and cons of both single and multi-systems and in the end came up with the perfect solution for my requirements. The installers, Luke and Darren, were friendly and efficient, cleaning up after themselves and I couldn't believe how much care and pride they took in their work and their attention to detail was so reassuring. I'm really glad I went with this company and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Five star service! Fast installation, great communication and overall we are very happy with our next air conditioning system. Would highly recommend. :)

Was very happy with ECS as they managed to work around building work to the bedroom, and roofers to install air-con in my loft room in double quick time. Looking forward to summer now!

Fantastic company, I had these guys come and install 3 air conditioning units in our bedrooms all linked to 1 external unit which has been mounted on my garden wall. Very fast service and very responsive. I emailed in for a quote and managed to book in for the install to begin 3 days later. The engineers where very technical, and took the time at the end to clean up leaving my home immaculate and even offered me a home demo of the system. Cannot recommend enough - just in time for the bank holiday and warm weather! Thank you very much to Craig and the install team and the ladies in the office! 5 STARS ALL ROUND! :)

Really pleased with the service throughout. They explained every process step by step in a way that made sense so that I was able to make informed decisions. As a female I would definitely recommend and will be using them again for sure!

A very professional service provided. I was away on business while ECS installed AC throughout my home, kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend their service!

Ecs installed 2 units at my home, I was really pleased with their service, would recommend to anyone!

ECS have recently installed an A/C system in my new restaurant. ECS were a pleasure to deal with, they were professional, organised, punctual and the quality of their workmanship cannot be argued with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for cooling or heating solutions.

Eco Climate Solutions have let me down badly. They behaved unethically and have left me with one unit installed and the other not. The issue began when ECS forgot to include the cost of a scaffold tower in their quote and subsequent contract. I paid 75% to place the order. Their foreman (Craig) installed one unit and told me during the installation that a scaffold tower should have been included, for Health & Safety reasons. He volunteered that this was ECS's own fault and said he would not be returning the next day to fit the second unit without a scaffold. I awaited to hear from the Administrator (Ida) what ECS would do next. Over the next month, Ida tried to get me to pay an additional £675 for the scaffold - inventing a number of excuses for this, while never owning up to it being ECS's mistake. First she tried to sneak this into the installation of a third unit - claiming that I had changed the spec for this (an outrageous claim as nothing had changed in the spec that could possibly affect the external works). When I took unit 3 off the table, she then tried to insist that I pay for a 'Scope of Works' document for the installation of the second unit at a cost to me of £520 (another outrageous claim as the installation of unit 2 is practically a carbon-copy of unit 1). Ida then tried to get me to pay for the remaining 25% - in direct contravention of our contractual agreement. Ida then tried to alter the cost of completing the installation of unit 2 - claiming that since I was now only going to have 2 units installed, ECS's quote (originally for 3 units) was no longer valid. I offered to go back to a 3-unit installation (to help settle matters). I asked for confirmation of the final costs and questioned whether a scaffold would be needed. Without hesitation, Ida said, "I don't know, I'll have to refer back to Craig." As expected, her next email confirmed that the scaffold would be needed and no apology/explanation was offered. Having run out of patience, I wrote to Ida saying that I had known all along about ECS's mistake and was not prepared to be treated like this. I gave ECS 60 days to come up with a solution (even offering to meet part of the additional cost) - but haven't heard anything back from Ida or ECS in well over 60 days. Having been forced to look for another A/C installer to complete the work that ECS left unfinished, I found 3 local companies on CheckaTrade. All 3 have confirmed that ECS’s original quote for the work was higher than they would have quoted, like for like (one company was 35% cheaper). None of them would ever have asked for 75% upfront payment (most would be happy with 30-50%). On inspection of the work carried out by ECS they confirmed that corners had been cut (like the brackets to support the external unit were screwed directly into the wall, without using some form of rubber insulator to reduce the likelihood of vibrations being felt or heard in the house, like the casing used by ECS to conceal the connections between internal & external units is not normally used for domestic installations – it is much larger than needed and is a brilliant white plastic material that will discolour over time). Two of the three installers said they would not have needed a scaffold tower to carry out the work. All three A/C installers had clever suggestions for simplifying the effort required on the 3rd unit – when ECS’s solution involved the installation of a peristaltic pump that would require additional effort, cost and risk of noise. Bottom line, only engage Eco Climate Solutions if you are happy: - paying over the odds (perhaps up to 35% too much) - paying 75% upfront (unlike most installers’ 30-50%) - engaging a company not on CheckaTrade (for good reason) - for the installer to cut corners that leave you with an inferior end product - to have an unnecessarily complicated solution - to run the risk of being treated like I was (and another 2 customers who have also slated ECS in their Google reviews).

Fantastic and professional service by ECS. There has been such a dramatic change in the way we live, due to the new installation of AC unit by Craig and his team. Have recommended to family and friends, who notice the difference as soon as they step into our home. Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend, great service and install team.

I used Eco Climate Solutions to install a Daikin unit in my bedroom last week. Really happy with my new air conditioning, although I have it on heating at the moment as you can imagine. The service was very professional and they were clean reasonably priced and quick. Thank you guys!

fast and efficient, thank you

GREAT JOB!!!!!!! Thank You. Really happy with my new air conditoning installetion. Great team and great service.

Really happy with my new unit. They were fast and polite, clean and helpful. THANK YOU

I have just had a system installed from Eco Climate Solutions (late for summer I know but I took advantage of their 10% winter discount). The unit has been installed extremely neatly, it heats wonderfully and I can’t wait to use it for the summer! Craig was my initial contact and he spent a lot of time going through the unit specification with me, Ida in the admin team was so helpful and answered an abundance of questions, while Gina in accounts was very professional and efficient. Great service start to finish! THANK YOU!

Not even worth the one star but was unable to leave no stars in order to review. This company accepted an up front payment from WCHT in order to visit & repair my air con, never heard anything from them regarding when they would visit to repair for ages. After WCHT chasing them up on 30th Aug 2018 it was clear that their admin (Ida) had been texting and calling the wrong no as she sent screen shots of messages she'd sent me but she'd inserted an extra digit in my phone no which is clearly why I never received them! How she'd been able to leave voice mail on a UK mobile with 12 digits is beyond me but hey she insists she did and this was her initial excuse for not being able to gain access. I know she'd been given the correct no because I'd been copied in on the emails that WCHT had sent to her with my contact details! After apologies from Ida on behalf of Eco and assurance my phone no had been updated (all done via email) an appoint was made for an engineer to finally visit and repair on Sept 11th. At 7:55pm the evening before the scheduled visit I received an email from Eco stating they had to cancel, no reason given but advising that the next free appt for them to visit would be in 10 days time and that if this was inconvenient they'd refund WCHT the money already paid for the visit!!! I mean what the hell? As I was going on holiday I told WCHT to liase directly with Eco and arrange for when I was back. Whilst away I received a call from my contact at WCHT to say he'd again chased Eco for a visit date and been told by them I'd not responded to messages they'd sent me requesting access? Seriously I had no such messages requesting access. Today 2nd Oct 2018 WCHT have informed me that Eco have returned the money they were advanced for my repair as they were not interested in doing it!!! Totally unreliable company with incompetent admin staff. Engage at your peril!!!

We have just had an air conditioner installed in our bedroom by Eco Climate Solutions and we are so pleased with it. The team are very professional, knowledgable and friendly from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend ECS.

Great customer service and very responsive. They were able to schedule installation quickly and out of hours to meet my needs. I did have a fault with the installation but they were very responsive and tried to fix it as soon as they could. Ida and Craig were stars. Would highly recommend.

A great experience! We had quite one AC unit installed downstairs and a central air system fitted for the whole of upstairs. The communication and support from Ida and her team was fantastic. Craig the engineer was very thorough in explaining everything to us before the fitting. The installation guys, Tommy and Jay were friendly and hard-working. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality units and staff members. We're very happy with our new systems!

We had a Daikin unit fitted by ECS/BlueRain. The communication with Ida was fast, clear and efficient throughout. The installation went very smoothly except for one electrical hitch which was a house wiring issue that they overcame. Overall very impressive - I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to anyone wanting an AC system installed.

If you read this review, and are considering getting aircon installed, I say DO IT and make sure you use ECS. You will have no regrets! I am sure my domestic installation is very small, however, the customer service and help which has been provided by your team has been incredible. I have to compliment everyone for making me feel like such a valued customer, for paying great attention to detail and providing a such a pleasant and excellent service. It is sadly too rare when dealing with companies today to feel like you are genuinely appreciated as a customer, so I am beyond pleased to have chosen ECS to install our aircon. It all began at the end of last week when I sent a frantic email begging for help! Ida responded straight away, and Craig, the engineer, visited on Monday to make a survey. Craig, who is very professional, but also friendly, personable, courteous, efficient, considerate - absolutely nothing seemed too much trouble - took as much time as needed to discuss the different ways the system could be installed and the pros and cons of each. We went ahead with the unit fitted at the top of the stairs in our small 2 bed terraced house. Our main aim was to cool the upper floor and bedrooms, but Craig thought that we may succeed in cooling the whole house. On Tuesday Tyran the engineer and his mate Billy arrived. They too were polite, professional and friendly, and they worked very hard all day on the installation. They cleaned up beautifully after themselves and by 4pm the air con was on! I had a little concern about one part of the fitting, and was so pleased that it was dealt with really well and resolved with no fuss at all by Ida, Craig and Tyran by 6pm the next day. I am totally won over by the team at ECS, ranging from great communications; the speed they installed our system; to Craig's honest and down to earth manner, as well as with his professionalism and the genuine care he took to do a fantastic job. And - OMG the air con! It's currently 35C degrees outside, but our whole house is cool from top to bottom in every room. We are so pleased to have achieved this with one unit and no fuss or mess! We will no longer dread the hottest days of summer. ECS I thank you!

Excellent. Prompt polite workmen, a few teething problems but all sorted in a timely manner. Really enjoying our air conditioning in this heat wave. Thank you

Professional, efficient and well delivered service. The turnaround time was very quick and the unit was installed in a perfect location. They even found a concealed location for the condenser. Ida was great, friendly and kept in touch with me to make sure I had a great customer experience and all my concerns and needs were met. Great job!!!

Recently had a unit installed in my lounge.. I am extremely happy with the professional service I received from ECS. Overall great customer service- kept me up to date on progress and the engineer ‘tommy’ was very courteous. 10/10 and loving my cool home in these summer months! Thank you again ECS

Excellent service. Very prompt at providing quote. Turned up to do job when they said they would. Workmen were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very happy with ECS. We've used them twice to install a unit in two bedrooms and they have always been very prompt, polite and the units work really well. Thank you.

If you want no fuss straight down the line residential AC then speak to Ida at ECS. Ida kept us up to date, the engineers were efficient, pleasant, and vacuumed after installation! Highly recommended if you want a cool summer.

Always an efficient and reliable service. I would highly recommend them.

Always a fast response rate, exceptional service both from the office and the engineers - fast, courteous, efficient and genuinely succeed at aiming to please.

ECS were quick and efficient and properly professional, explaining everything I needed to know in detail and what the alternatives were. They were also never hard to get hold of. I had my unit up and running in no time and, when I realised I had made a mistake re where to place the outside unit, they very quickly explained why it was not as simple a job as it seemed, and what could be done, then helped me out hugely not only by lowering the price but also cleanly covering some pipes and putty from the previous time. The person answering the phone knows all about a/c and all the work the engineers do, which is great because it means there’s no disconnect when you talk about the work on the phone. She is also supercool, professional and remains friendly when the pressure is on, in difficult situations with scheduling etc. The engineers were fast and thorough, cleaned up all their stuff and even gave me some tips on who to use locally for a different job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Eco Climate Solutions last week to fix my ducted air conditioning, they came on the same day I called and managed to fix the system straight away. I am now getting them to install a new system in my bedroom. Really happy, thanks guys

Used Eco Climate Solutions at two of our retail stores. Quick to assess issues and arrange repairs. Excellent customer service. Recommended to all.

Recently had this company install AC throughout my flat, excellent team who were hard working and went above and beyond to complete the installation works around my work schedule. Fantastic communication throughout and exceptional standard of work carried out. Professional, knowledgable and very competitively priced - highly recommend to EVERYONE looking for heating or AC. Thank you ECS

Lifesavers! When the weather was bad last week they installed an AC unit in my living room, now I get hot air at the push of a button. great company, great service.

I was very happy with the professional service that I received from ECS I would recommend there Service's to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Eco Climate Solutions offer and excellent customized service and were very willing to go above and beyond. They make an effort to offer high quality products and service at a competitive price. I would definitely use them.

Clear concise information and meeting all deadlines. Exceptional service.

Used Eco Climate Solutions for an air conditioning installation recently and I am really happy with the end product. Got a wall mounted office air con unit, it looks sleek and clean with all of the works completed in one day. The contractor seemed really knowledgeable and cleaned up everything perfectly. Thank you so much!

Very efficient and delivered the full product within the time constraints. Highly recommended.

Dishonest company which holds clients hostage until receiving 100% of payment despite works not being completed with "gangster methods" like removing equipment again from site which is necessary to operate the system. They never stick to timelines, they don't tell the truth, Ida not reachable for weeks, then delivering late jeopardizing overall project timelines. Then threaten to withhold warranty unless clients signs a service contract with them which is ransom.

I was very happy with the work carried out by Eco Climate Solutions, and was impressed by thier professional approach. I would definitely use them again.

I just wanted to thank Eco Climate Solutions. I’m really pleased with my new system. It is heating perfectly and I can’t wait to try cooling system it in the summer months. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. I have decided to take a chance using a company I have never used before with such a big job hovever I must say I am very happy I did!

ECS saved our summer - AND winter. The engineer went above and beyond (worked until the job was completed at 10pm) to install a unit in our garden house. Service was impeccable and definitely value for money. I have recommended them to EVERYONE and they continue to replicate this level of service proving my experience wasn’t a one-off!

These guys did some exceptional work us @trueflavour. They offered a bespoke service and work around our business delivery hours. Would definitely recommend them to family, friends and other businesses wanting a clean prompt service.

Great service! The team at Eco Climate were so helpful and gave me lots of different options regarding their services. My office is now the perfect temperature all year round!

My air conditioning system broke down they had an engineer with me within 24hrs he was very polite and helpful, explained the fault in a clear manner. The fault was resolved in a good time bracket and in a economical costing. I will strongly recommend this company to my fellow associates.

Recently had an installation completed by eco climate solutions. Having witnessed first hand how diligently and professionally they went about the installation I was impressed with both the speed and quality of work. I would definitely use them again.

Great service all around. Ida in particular was an absolute legend. Craig the owner is a knowledge power house. If you want slick, highly professional with a human touch, these guys win hands down.

Eco Climate Solutions has been maintaining the Air Conditioning and Ventilation system they installed in our restaurant for many years. They are trustworthy and we would recommend them to anyone for their professionalism, pricing and also long term customer service. Thank you guys.

Used the service recently for a repair. Very efficient and I’m happy with the service

4th time I have had work done by the team at eco climate. Spot on every time!

Eco Climate designed and installed our air conditioning and extraction systems exactly as required, on time to budget and deftly workng around our opening hours. Craig and Ida were brilliant in communicating all works and continue post fitting to ensure everything functions perfectly. We absolutely irecommend Economic Climate for their excellent service at the Courtesan.

Thanks guys for installing the air conditioning in my property. Great work Guys!

My first experience with this sector so their patience was highly appreciated. Great customer service and a fantastic product. Highly recommend.

This was a big job, but your company did not disappoint. I am absolutely thrilled with the final product. This will make our lives so much easier now. Thank you so much!

Just had the installation completed in my house. The entire process was remarkable. From retrieving my quote to the final product. I will defiantly be recommending!

Loving our new system! The installation was amazing, everything ran smoothly, all in all, a great service :) Thank you from the team at Y & S Marble Ltd.

I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone looking for Air Conditioning. They are not only extremely professional and fast at responding , but also very organised and clean workers. I had 3 wall mounted units installed upstairs in each of the bedrooms. They did a fantastic job, all the walls have been filled and touched up - you'd never know anyone had been in the house, except it's no longer a sauna! The AC is working wonderfully and hasn't been switched off all week - Very happy customer, thank you so much.

We have worked with Eco Climate Solutions for years now on various projects and are very impressed with their professionalism and diligence. Great team and definitely recommend them. They only use premium brands such as Daikin and Mitsubishi, are competitive and will beat any quote for air conditioning installation.

The team at Eco Climate Solutions are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond excellence.

The company took a payment and never provided the service. I have called their main number 4 times since July and it goes through to an answering service. They may not be a legitimate company. Buyer beware!

Just had an installation done for air conditioning in my bedroom. Really happy with the unit. The job was done really quickly and professionally with no mess. The pipe work looks neat and there is a 3 year warranty on labour and parts. The office staff were very quick to respond and the price was by far the most competitive for the all in quote I was after.

I used eco climate solutions a few moths back, really happy with the work that they done. with the hot weather now its great to have air conditioning installation.

So, needless to say.. there has been a heatwave in London over the past few days. As I was melting half asleep by the open freezer in my kitchen in the middle of the night unable to get comfortable, I of course had a bright idea.. air conditioning installation!! So of course like any sane human, I logged onto my computer at 3am and starting emailing every company on the first, second and third page of google. 300 emails later.. and feeling extremely impressed with myself I passed out for a couple of hours before work. The next morning I woke up to 3 emails. One of them from Eco Climate Solutions, who after a quick discussion gave me a guide price for a Daikin wall mount in my bedroom. The next day it was installed and now my entire family (and the dog) share my bed. But At least everyone is sleeping! Might have to get more air conditioning in the other rooms, but I will say this, if I was to get more...or shall I say when I get more.. it will be with this company. Really pleased and great work guys!

Sadly we have had a dreadful service and experience with ECS having the Daikon system installed into our new home. Ida avoiding our calls to arrange the stages of the installation after our deposit was paid, departments not communicating; engineers blaming fitters for missing parts and information; our toddler had a freezing cold room for 2 weeks while they told us they were 'too busy' to complete the installation. Now the product is in and the kitchen unit is leaking down the walls and ECS are claiming its warranty issue and not an installation issue and won't even come out to the house to look at the situation. Hugely disappointing, I would not recommend ECS
