Mr Cool aka Nicholas was an absolute star! We called him for an emergency decommission of our Aircon unit having been let down on the day by an other company. We explained our situation and he came, on his day off, and provided a professional and swift service. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be using him for all future installations. 10/10

Nicolás is a lovely guy, very professional, who located the problem that we were having with our condenser and fixed our comfort cooling system within the hour. First time it has worked properly in over 7 years!!

Very good at what he does, particularly very good at explaining what he is doing at every step. I am really happy with his work.

Needed a deep clean service on an old ceiling hung a/c, Nick is prompt and professional, a/c running lovely.

I was particularly impressed with how professionally and diligently Nick of Mr Cool air-conditioning, fixed my ac after I was told by another AC repair company that the outdoor unit was completely brokenbeyond repair thereby saving me thousands of pounds. He was complete honest with me taking me through what fixing it would entail and how much it would cost, which was much lower than replacing the AC system. He was punctual to every meeting and very courteous.

Thank you very much for your expertise when repairing our air conditioner! We really appreciate your service and will definitely call you again for routine servicing. Highly recommended! Best, Happy Customer

Excellent service. Professional and helpful. Will definitely be using this company again.

I came across MR. Cool Air Conditioning Maintance just over 5 years ago when we had trouble with our air conditioning system at one of the properties. We had terrible pests invasion over winter, all the wires on the outside unit were destroyed. I called and spoke to Nicolas who was nothing but accommodating, polite, kind, helpful and professional. Despite the issues that were caused by Daikin chain of supply, Nicolas and his team found the solution and fixed the air conditioner unit efficiently at no time and at fare cost. Nicolas is always responsive and friendly, happy to help on a short notice. We have been using his services for over 5 years now at different properties with the peace of mind, that we are always in good hands. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Thank you so much, professional and reliable. Will definitely be using you again in the future!

Exemplary work carried out, every time. Great attention to detail. Always on time, great customer service skills. Would recommend his service any day.

I’ve got 5 a/c’s in my house for the past 6 years. I’ve had multiple companies, my own uncle who have come to repair and service. All rubbish. This guy nick, one of the best. Done little missing bits free of charge. Good guy, proper work, proper prices. 👍🏻

This company has the most brilliant and empecable service....I was very pleased with the work and will definitely recommend this company 5stars
