Just Services Group Ltd

Just Services Group were professional, reliable, and great to deal with. The engineer arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. Really impressed with their service—highly recommended!

I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Colville in my London flat from Just Services Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly well organised. Colville arrived on time, walked me through the plan for the day, and made sure everything was clear before starting. The boiler installation itself was completed to a really high standard — tidy pipework, seamless setup, and zero hassle. He also took the time to explain how the new boiler works, which I really appreciated. The house was left spotless afterwards, and the new system is running perfectly with glowing hot radiators. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who combine great workmanship with genuine customer care, but Colville absolutely delivered both. Highly recommended — five stars well deserved!

Great company, excellent customer service, reliable and very competent.

Had an excellent boiler repair! Really impressed and would certainly recommend! Very professional and thank you for your great service!

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the boiler working perfectly. Professional, tidy, and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

Great service, prompt, professional, and reliable. The engineer was knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.

Came next day for a boiler service. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional! Highly recommend.

The best service ever! We use Just Services for our gas safety certificates and boiler services in the London area. Tonight we had some new tenants freezing cold with a malfunctioning boiler. I sent an email out of hours on a Friday afternoon and Colville called us, then contacted the tenants directly and solved the issue over the phone. Amazing and means I can relax and our tenants are happy and warm.

I recently used Just Services Group and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I got in touch, the team was so helpful and responsive and I managed to get an appointment on the same day. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and did an amazing job to get my boiler up and running again. It's rare to find a company that's reliable and easy to deal with these days and I will definitely use them again and wont hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service! Fast installation, professional team, and great communication. Boiler works perfectly. Highly recommend this company for reliability and quality!

We had an issue with our boiler Col was amazing! He came out quickly and had it all fixed in no time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and genuinely helpful. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

While I’ve had good experiences in the past, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The engineer who attended was shockingly unprofessional—swearing openly, showing a complete lack of respect. Instead of carrying out the work properly, he requested to not install a necessary parts because it would have required extra effort on his part. To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue along with others, the receptionist was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Overall, this company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care in this instance.

5 stars all the way from me. Polite, friendly & efficient. What a great job you've done Josh. Thank you so very much indeed. What a nice chap. Thoroughly Recommended.

Highly, highly recommended. We had various gas and plumbing work carried out over a few weeks period, including moving a boiler and plumbing a new kitchen install. Colville was brilliant , from initial advice and quoting to the actual work carried out - professional, friendly and really flexible when other factors kept changing the work he could complete. His work was neat and tidy and looked great when finished. Also big thanks to Hayley in the office for being very understanding of last minute changes and helping with rescheduling. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to have some gas or plumbing work carried out.

Great service, Hayley was particularly knowledgable and helpful taking my enquiry.

In a sea of dodgy suppliers Just Services Group have been consistently excellent. Honest assessments, fair pricing and nice people have been a real breath of fresh air.

First class service, it was a very quick and efficient installation after a sudden breakdown. Darren was very approachable, clearly knows his trade and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Just Services Group to anyone looking for excellent service at a reasonable price.

Perfect service. Very courteous communication. Will definitely ask for their help always.

Excellent service & friendly engineer, sorted the problem no trouble at all. Super efficient!

Excellent service provided and would definitely recommend! It was easy to book the service in for a time that suited. The engineer arrived at the expected time, was polite and worked efficiently and tidily. The price we paid was very fair compared to another quote that we received for the same work.

Thank you for a great efficient boiler service

Amazing service from a friendly and knowledgeable team, both over the phone and in person - Hayley was so helpful when we called, and got our boiler working again, resolving a stressful situation with practical advice. Highly recommended, this company really cares about their customers

JustServiceGroup replaced our boiler quickly, efficiently and with minimal fuss. They could not have been more polite and professional. I'd highly recommend their services. An excellent team, thank you.

Know them from servicing my boiler for the last 5 years, needed a plumber and thought I would give them a try. Great response times and appointment set up quickly. Engineer enquired about the reason for the job, asked for pictures and told me what to do to fix the issue and save myself an expense. So if you want people you can trust, and who do it right, I recommend you give this group of companies a go. Well done guys, outstanding service.

Great service, Gordon came round and fixed the issue quickly, gave clear advice on what to keep an eye on and how to fix in the future with similar issues. Would recommend

Superb customer service and installation service from start to finish. Courteous team onsite who cleaned up well once they finished and took the old boiler away for recycling. Great job!

I contacted the JustAircons team to get a quote for air conditioner installation. They replied within 9 minutes and arranged a visit for the next day for a free quotation. The engineer, Col, was very friendly, checked everything needed, and discussed all the necessary details with me. I emailed them the next day, asking when the quotation would be ready. On June 13th, Chris from the JustAircons team replied, stating: "Col will build the quotes and send them over when he has totaled up the cost of all the materials required." Since then, I have emailed them three times without any response. It has now been a month since my first email, and I still haven't received a quote. I feel frustrated and ignored, especially considering the company's high rating. UPD: the company hides my review…

I have used this company for boiler service and gas safety certifications, for about 3 years, at different properties. They are extremely efficient and helpful. They managed to come out within a day, in January, when the boiler broke down. And when I had some problems with my Mum's boiler, they talked me through how to solve it myself, avoiding the need to send out an engineer. I can't comment on other services, as I haven't used them, but they've been excellent on this stuff

Excellent customer service all around. From the team booking in to Lawrence who arrived to fix our boiler our experience was first class. Clear and jargon free communication as well as speedy same day fix! Thank you!

I wasn’t asked to write a review, but I felt one was necessary. Gordon, Chris and the team at JustServicesGroup are first class. From identifying the issue I had with my boiler, to fixing it, the whole process was both professional and ethical. They will be my go to company moving forward.

These guys were awesome. I called and booked an appointment and then they realised they could actually help by running through what I needed to do via a video call and so it got fixed over the phone and no charge! What a lovely honest company. I would highly recommend them. Thank you 🙏

Excellent in every respect

AVOID! They caused a leak through negligence/incompetence and did not compensate for the water damage. During a routine boiler service, the engineer inspected the water tank in the loft and did some fiddling. He left without checking that his fiddling had not caused a leak - he had. Some hours later, we noticed water dripping into my 1 year old son's bedroom though the ceiling spotlights, and multiple patches in the ceiling. I went up - it was easy to spot a pipe valve dripping. Complete negligence from the engineer to switch on the water and not check the system before leaving. We had no water until the next afternoon when their "head" engineer arrived. He charged me for a new valve (even though the old one was functional prior to the service) and left. Once again, I went up to have a look and could see the valve was still leaking and was not fitted correctly! He was called back, arriving a couple of hours later and tightened it correctly this time. Again, the fundamentals were ignored - just turn the water on and check your work! Despite the ceiling damages, redecoration required and inconvenience, they would only refund me £47.50. Beware they put your credit card on file BEFORE they visit and can then invoice what they like without your confirmation.

I recently had a boiler installed, my whole experience was very positive. The customer service team is excellent, they were very helpful from my first telephone call. The boiler was installed by a highly skilled engineer who maintained clear communication throughout and was very efficient. I'm very happy with the final result. Strongly recommend it!

Great service, came to property to do the quote, easy email correspondence, fair price and itemised quote options. Installation done quickly and efficiently while I was at home and all left neat and clean. Boiler controls etc explained at the end and the engineer John was polite and patient. Thank you.

Absolute first class service. Helped me have someone out in 24 hours and even returned 24 hours later with the part that had been ordered next day delivery. Will be using again!

Friendly, flexible and very quick response. Highly recommended

Fantastic company to work with (and I have done so on a number of occasions for different issues over the past 6 years). Great communicators - they are very responsive and very clear about the scope, the pricing and the expectations. Fantastic team, very professional and very reliable, always arrive with a smile and a friendly attitude and always see things through to successful resolution. And the prices are very reasonable. Colville is not only my favourite plumber, but also all of my neighbours' favourite plumber. He is absolutely fantastic.

JustBoilers helped us out during our hour of need on a cold December morning. They were friendly and professional and quickly got on with identifying the issue and then recommending the course of action required to fix it. We have had plumbers try to identify this problem previously but they were unable to diagnose it. I wish we’d just gone straight to JustBoilers and saved a lot of hassle. We will have no hesitation using JustBoilers for all our boiler and heating related issues going forward.

Just Services Group was recommended to me by a friend, and he was right, they are an excellent company to deal with. Paul, who carried out the survey on my boiler, arrived as booked and I had the quote within 10 minutes of him leaving the property. The quote was a very fair price - and the subsequent install (also by Paul) was carried out a week or so later. The job was completed seamlessly, and the old boiler was removed, leaving my place clean and tidy. I was also given a bit of training on the new boiler and Hive system. The team in the office were a delight to deal with, and the after care has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Swift appointment. On time arrival. Job quickly completed by a competent and helpful engineer. Excellent.

Excellent service by John Millen. He was very thorough in his work. Very focused, effective & tidied up well after the installation of the new boiler. Thank you!

Honestly brilliant service - came on time and super knowledgeable and professional. So pleasantly surprised after some less than great experiences with other local businesses!!

Great service and communication throughout. The engineer was very helpful and provided a lot of useful advice.

We have been using JustBoilers for a number of years now for all routine servicing and repairs to our gas boiler and central heating system. We have always found them quick to respond with very efficient office communication, engineers are always very knowledgeable with excellent problem solving skills. We can strongly recommend JustBoilers for any similar work, and we intend to continue using them in future.

I needed my external flue sealed and an inspection panel fitted in my flat. These guys were perfect. From the initial call I had to amend the time 3 times (as a cherry picker was needed) they were so helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul the boiler man turned up in time and got the work done. I would definitely recommend these guys. Rianne could not have been more helpful

Have used JustBoilers for past 5 years, boiler and thermostat finally needed replaced this year. Very fast turnaround from quote to installation and price more competitive than BG. Lovely customer service team got me booked in on the day I asked for, and the engineer who did the installation, Gordon, was superb and kept me informed of all the nuances required beyond just the Boiler and went extra mile to get everything completed on the day despite it being a very long day. Trustworthy firm, quality work and great customer service with old school courtesy.

We have used JustBoilers for 4 years and have always had excellent service. The advice and delivery is helpful, prompt, and reliable. They installed a new boiler for us (after our previous boiler firm had left us with a mess), and we have had faultless performance ever since, with a once yearly service. The engineers have all been very professional when they service the boiler, taking care and not skimping.

Just Boilers recently completed a Gas Safety check for me. They were quick, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I received my Gas Safety Certificate immediately on completion of the job. I have used them for a boiler service previously and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service!!! Riane was incredibly helpful/ polite. Col who came to fit the AC units was also brilliant, the units are in and are really quite. Couldn't be happier!! Thanks very much to the team at Just Boilers!!!

Had an issue Colville the technician came out quickly on my preferred day and time. Colville was super professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Very easy to book. They sent a text when the engineer was on his way. The engineer gave some tips on how to run the boiler more efficiently. Very polite and no problems at all.

I just wanted to give a special mention to Colville Crawford who answered my call on Saturday when I noticed a broken pipe and leaking water in my wall. Colville was highly professional and also went above and beyond to help me see what the problem was and offered to video call to give me the confidence to smash through some dry wall to achieve a temporary fix (to prevent major water damage) until he could schedule a visit. This was a wonderful example of excellent customer service and meant that I felt confident booking justservicegroup to come and fix the problem. The guy who came to fix the problem was also on time and efficient. He also came with parts already in his van which was a huge help and is rare in this day and age!

After having a boiler installed by Just Boilers a few years ago I rang for some advice recently.Rianne was extremely helpful.

Used these guys twice now and been impressed with the response, professionalism, and service. The cost was also reasonable so will use again. Hard to find trustworthy trades people in London, so I’m very happy with Just Services.

Excellent service from online quote to survey to powerflush to boiler installation. Office staff easy to communicate with and Gordon was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very impressed with the service we received! The men were very efficient and worked really hard the whole time they were here! Explained everything before they left and we’re very clean and tidy! Overall impressed with everything.

Radiator fitting. Engineer was on time, polite and friendly. Really simple electronic paperwork for payment and service. Helpful, flexible and accurate quote. Have used a few times and will continue to use again for next service

Really prompt, professional and efficient. Will definitely use again!

Service was fantastic. The main desk were very helpful and efficient, Colville was exceptional. Visited the property very quickly, provided advice and even checked in on Sat to top up the boiler as a gesture. Then completed the job before throwing in some boiler efficiency advice as we head into winter. Thoroughly recommend. Decent value too.

Great service highly recommended

Excellent service! The engeneer Dan is a very good professional, trustworthy and polite! He has done a great job regarding the gas safety in the property!I'm very appreciated!Thank you so much!

Professional

Full boiler and thermostat installation. Extremely professional, reliable and good pricing. We got multiple quotes including bigger companies such as British Gas and their service was flawless from start to finish. Gordon, our heating engineer was excellent. No faults, would definitely use again. Thank you

Just Boilers offered a delivered an excellent service. Couldn't have been better.

Excellent customer service following my initial telephone call and understanding of the problem with my boiler. Courteous and clear with regard to price of attendance and supply of parts etc.. Engineer notified when on the way and arrived on time. Highly knowledgeable to resolve the immediate issue and gave good advice as to the next stages of the longer term repair. Faultless from state to finish. Very happy.

On time, polite, efficient and very happy with overall standard.

I have been using Justboilers.com for boiler maintenance, and a boiler replacement in one case, past several years and will continue to do so - sensible prices, usually available at short notice, always professional and generally very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

The plumber named Gordon came within the hour as specified and showed great troubleshooting skills & determination to fix the blockage in the pipes. Gordon at just boilers showed great customer service & went the extra mile to get the job done. Easy to recommend, worth the time and money. Gracias

Excellent service. Communicative, prompt and did a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had an issue with my thermostat no longer connecting to my boiler - turns out that this can happen if the batteries run out and it’s ‘off’ and disconnected for a while. The process to reconnect them is more complicated than I could manage on my own so Just Boilers sent their engineer Gordon to help - he arrived within an hour of my phone call and sorted everything out, and gave me advice for making sure this does happen again and using my boiler optimally and most efficiently. Thank you!

John Millen attended my house over the course of a day and a half and installed a combi boiler in place of an old boiler/immersion heater system. Whilst he was here, there was a random leak with the toilet that resulted in water leaking through the living room ceiling below and he immediately started sorting the issue and very kindly drove to a shop to get the correct parts and fixed this issue for me immediately. John was incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable and is an asset to JustBoilers. I can't speak highly enough of him and I won't hesitate to contact him for future work required and/or recommend him to anyone else. Thanks so much for your help John! You really helped me out!

JustBoilers got back in touch to organise a visit to quote us and came to replace the boiler the next day. Clem was excellent and talked us through. I also appreciated that we weren’t made to do a power flush as it wasn’t necessary in our case and most companies charge £500+ for this. Being registered with Which is also a plus. Excellent company.

Very responsive and good value. Came when they said abs were very clean and helpful. No fuss Would definitely use them again

I was very happy with the plumbing work and new boiler installation I received. They were informative, helpful and flexible. The work itself was very tidy and looks great. Cheers, Grant

Extremely professional, on time, concientious, transparent. John and Adam combo - top drawer. Thank you Tom Lorimer

Really pleased with the service of JustBoilers. I phoned them on a random Thursday with boiler troubles and they had a plumber around the same day. Quote for new boiler was in my inbox within half an hour of the plumber visiting and the price was better than expected. New boiler installed and working a treat within a week and a half from first phonecall.

Both Adam and Gary were friendly, efficient and thorough. Really looking forward to having a warm house! 👍🏻

Quick and efficient. Finished in the time slot. No hidden costs. Polite engineer.

These guys are great across the board. From kindness at the phone, to fair and transparent prices, to responsiveness and knowledgeability of their gas enginners. I had such a terrible experience with the previous company who charged a fortune for a pointless call out visit - estimating over £1,000 for a boiler repair, making me think it was a long, complicated work. This gas engineer was kind, on time and extremely knowledgable. He solved the issue in 20 minutes and spent some time to explain me how to use the boiler. The lady at the phone was helpful and, before the visit, took all the information she needed to buy the piece to change beforehand, so that the engineer had all he needed to finish the work in 1 visit. And price is great. I can't recommend the service enough.

I used Just Boilers to replace my boiler on the recommendation of a neighbour. They were excellent in every single way. All the admin team were efficient and organised and Aaron did the quote and fitted the boiler. He was polite and helpful - explained everything and very tidy and organised. Their prices are competitive and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service all round!

Brilliant service. Arrived within an hour of us first contacting them. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient and fixed our issue without fuss, avoiding us having extensive damage to our property. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service by a friendly and professional expert. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. I've been putting off my boiler service for so long and now I've no idea what I was so worried about.

Adam was very professional when fitting our new boiler. It took him 4-5 hours. His work was quiet. He cleaned as he went along and left no mess afterwards.

Throughout the whole process John, Rianne, Hayley, Yvette & Roly have simply been Fantastic! Extremely helpful, always reachable whenever we needed them. They answered and replied very efficiently, to all our emails, messages and queries in the same day. They created such a warm and helpful environment that we felt more like friends then clients. It truly has been a wonderful experience, John has been amazing, his work was flawless while installing our new boiler. His politeness, professionalism, punctuality, extreme tidiness, experience and knowledge as a heating engineer are the reasons why we would highly recommend him and Justboilers for their outstanding 5 star service! We really can not thank enough the Justboilers team for everything that they have done for us. The Justboilers team is Just Efficiency at its best! THANK YOU!! Warmest regards, Chilli & Jay.

My ceiling got flooded during the heavy downpours back in May, this was due to poor maintenance of the building façade and blocked gutters, but the freeholder refused to handle it and blamed it on the boiler company even though it wasn't their responsibility! They were very patient through the whole process, provided all the evidence, liaising with everyone. Considering the stubbornness of the freeholder in his refusal to cover the costs of the repairs, JustBoilers ended up fixing my ceiling for free! I am very pleased with the work they did, their contractor was friendly and on time, so were the engineers I met for the various inspections. I highly recommend JustBoilers for their professionalism and flexibility. They had no obligation to take care of this and I really appreciate the gesture.

Amazing service and very happy with the work done. We now have hot water. Colville was very friendly and professional the guy knows what he is doing. Would recommend Justboliers.com.

Very good and smooth installation of new boiler

Just had aircon installed and couldn’t be happier. Was seamless from initial phone call with Hayley to installation by Col. Very impressed and wouldnt hesitate recommending

Dan was very smiley and friendly - efficiently sorted all the issues and was very clear about how to avoid anything problematic in future! Top lad, good service

Dan was processional, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Wonderful service!!

Dan did a good job of our boiler service - On time, courteous and didn’t need to ask to put shoe protectors on! Would definitely use again. Hassle free to book and friendly staff on the phone when I had to change the date.

Booked a boiler service & justboilers were able to come the very next day at 8am which suited me perfectly. Professional, courteous and efficient service was completed on time and as expected-good value as well. Recommend.

Very happy with the new boiler installation, efficient professional and neatly done.

Matt was fantastic. Very thorough and explained what was wrong with our plumbing. Would highly recommend!

Matthew was fantastic! Very communicative and great service - I feel very confident with my new boiler and heating system. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service provided by Matthew. He did the new boiler installation. Great service from beginning to end. Matthew has been so helpful and professional. In addition, their pricing is quite competitive. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Matt was very thorough + helpful. Sorted the issue out quickly!

Excellent communication from Customer Service, clear and quick response. Daniel, the engineer arrived promptly to service boiler and was excellent; professional, through, polite and very helpful. Would recommend.

Got my boiler serviced with JustBoilers. Matt was brilliant - helpful, professional and a really good communicator. Thank you for a very positive experience!

Really pleased with the service provided by this company . Matthew did a fantastic job . From assessing the problem to solving it , everything was done in a quick , professional and efficient manner . Definitively an honest and helpful company . Highly recommended . Thank you .

Daniel from justboilers just saved use from further cold showers. He was friendly, efficient and tidy. He was also happy to answer the numerous questions I had about the system installed. Would recommend justboilers to friends and family.

Great service from beginning to end. Really helpful team in the office, complemented by very knowledgeable team who did our installation. Polite, helpful and just all round lovely. With a competitive price tag too.

The service from JustBoilers.com has been great. John the engineer was fantastic from start to finish - providing a clear, transparent and very competitive quote; and installing our new boiler at a time that fit our schedule whilst being very thorough in his work and knowledgeably answering any questions we had. Great service!

Excellent customer service, good value, new boiler installed to a high, professional standard in a timely manner by Dan.

Super friendly staff - I really appreciate how efficiently the work was carried out. Thank you :)

Very pleased with the service provided by Aaron & his colleague, he came out to quote for a new boiler within a couple of hours of calling & it was fitted 2 days later, they were efficient and left the place clean & tidy. Aaron was happy to answer a lot of questions and gave advice for future maintenance too. If you call them expect to get a 100% professional service!

A really good, responsible, reliable, helpful and friendly company. Matthew did a great job installing a new boiler and completing some additional tasks. He is a conscientious and knowledgeable professional. There were a few setbacks which delayed things, but Matthew and his colleague Cole kindly made the time and effort to resolve things and go the extra mile, for which I am very grateful. Hayley, Rianne and Yvette from the office provided excellent customer service throughout.

The gas engineer has been very professional, helpful and he explained me many things about the boiler whist he was checking. He helped me with a leak in my radiator and he diagnosed the problem offering possible future solutions without taking advantage of it. I was really happy with today's appointment. I would say that you should send a reminder to your client for the future years.

Couldn't recommend more highly. Aaron was friendly, responsive, very clearly explained the problem and went above and beyond to find a solution/quick fix. We will definitely be using again.

A conversation on the phone prior to the visit enable them to narrow down the problem and arrive with possible parts. Arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly; efficiently and cleanly. Perfect

Fantastic service - punctual, immediately fixed the issue, really helpful explaining what was wrong and how to fix, friendly and polite. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you

Extremely well run business, their customer support and resolution of the issue was fantastic! Such a refreshing change from what I've come to expect with British Gas.

No mess, no fuss and cleaned up after themselves. Came out to see us within a few hours of calling, on a weekend, got a new boiler fitted only a couple of days later. Can't do enough to help you. Great service.

I cannot recommend just boilers enough. They were professional, honest, responsive, brilliantly priced and just a joy to do business with. From Hayley and Yvette in the office to John who fitted my boiler, they were all amazing! Do not go with British Gas - go with Just Boilers!

Professional, polite and efficient. Took a follow up call and recommended against spending more on a new system. Will be using in the future.

Super speedy to get a specialist to look at the boiler and heating system (within 2 hours), and wore PPE so felt safe and secure. So lovely to deal with - responsive and honest. Rare find!

Not sure why ratings here are so high, maybe I just had bad luck. I was the first appointment Monday morning and guy came 1h late with no face mask on (Covid tier 4 period). Boiler won't fire up but technician does not find fault, only after calling manufaturer suggests that electrics are broken. Meant to order new component (PCB) and send a quote quickly trying to come the next day as we are sitting in the cold (January). Later in the afternoon I call the office to follow up and they promise to chase. Nothing. Called another company, guy comes over and fixed issue on the spot (30min work). I feel like having paid £100 for nothing as the bill for the "diagnostics" came 2min after he left the house and they took my card details upfront. Usually I would only pay after a job is done, and this for a reason as can be seen! Not one but two stars as initial contact calling on a Sunday was good and the office is nice to be fair. UPDATE: After complaining, they offered to refund me, which is appreciated in this situation.

Amazing Service !!! Quick , helpful and fast , Roly was able to help us over the phone when we discovered that our boiler is not working . With his patient instructions we quickly got the pressure back in the poor boiler. Money saved and good mood restored :). Thanks !

I phoned justboilers and spoke to Coleville. I had bled a radiator and couldn't find the fill valves to repressurise the system. Was in a bit of a flap as it was starting to snow! Coleville suggested I looked at the water tank and talked me through how to sort it. It now works and I'm incredibly grateful that 2021 doesn't need to start with frozen toes! Thank you so much!

I called requesting a quote to fix a boiler. I repeatedly asked if there would be a fee for having the engineer come look/give a quote and was repeatedly told, by the admittedly friendly attendant, that there was no "call out fee". Once we got to the booking stage I was asked for my card details - "oh but don't worry, we only charge once we start the work". I enquired as to why they needed this to "secure the booking" since I had no idea of cost and did not know if I would ask them to start any work. I was then after hold put through to a much less professional person, who repeatedly talked over me to state that while there is no "call out fee" there is a minimum fee for them to come out and give a quote. She failed to see how that was indeed what I had enquired about in the beginning. If they had been more transparent I would have been tempted by the fee, but this behaviour just shows they are unprofessional and likely to charge much more than they reveal upfront. Avoid!

From my 1st phone call with Justboilers.com things just felt right. Colville explained everything to me and made sure I understood all my options. The team turned up on time and the work went flawlessly. They even went above and beyond the scope to remove an old shower pump. They really impressed me with the skills and precision used. My central heating and hot water have never been this good. They removed everything and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great job done. 5 Stars!!!

Great service! Turned up in under an hour of calling, sorted the issue really quickly as well as giving me tips/advice on the boiler and future maintenance. Were open and honest with it and talked me through it whilst there. Great price for such good service too. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic helpful team where nothing was too much of a problem - they were a pleasure to do business with and they did a great job. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

We would like to say a big thank you to Just Boilers, specifically Colville for helping us fix our boiler via Facetime! We called out of hours and they responded quickly and guided us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them! Thanks Colville and to the rest of the Just Boilers team! Amazing work!

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish! Office staff lovely, polite, friendly and understanding; Pricing very transparent; Mechanic was on time both times he came round, with a text message saying he's on the way and most importantly, boiler fixed! Could not recommend these guys enough.

Excellent experience - from choosing the correct boiler, confirming the appointment the day before and letting me know when Aaron was en route, the whole process was seamless and painless. Aaron gave me an excellent review of the workings when he had finished, tidied up and left me everything I needed. Service and quality for a sensible price. Thank you!

Just Boilers were absolutely excellent - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cole especially went above and beyond to help me. Everyone I dealt with acted with utter professionalism, and tremendous knowledge. Thank you for all of your help!

Honestly, the best service Ive ever had with regards to boiler servicing. Aaron was a true professional and provided me with excellent information and advice. I wont hesitate to recommend this company and hope to get them onboard for my upcoming house renovation.

Respond quickly to emergencies - reasonably priced and competent

I highly recommend JustBoilers.com. Their service is friendly, efficient, skilled and reasonably priced. I replaced my old gas combi with an electric combi, and their installation and post-installation advice and support has been exceptional.

I don't ordinarily leave reviews but I am making an exception with this firm. JustBoilers.com provided an excellent service and made every effort to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and dealt with the issue promptly and cost effectively. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service, very easy to book an appointment for a service. Engineer arrived early, was very polite, tidy, efficient, answered all my moronic questions about plumbing - and also went round the house showing me how to tweak my CH system. I will be setting up an annual service with this company. 10/10

JustBoilers - the clue is in the name, and confirmed by their website. I entered my number and was called back within twenty seconds. My old boiler had stopped working and would have to be replaced. After an initial assessment the engineer returned two days later and I now have a Glow worm Betacom4 24kw. It's quiet, efficient and reliable. A big improvement on the old boiler and much more economical. Very efficient service.

Excellent service, the engineer was very aware of social distancing and made me feel comfortable of his presence. All round great company, id highly recommend

Aaron did a very good job not only in installing my boiler but also suggesting the correct product. He was dedicated even though the job ran into a second day.

Brilliant experience with JustBoilers - very fast service, excellent value, friendly, professional and tidy engineer. Cannot fault them.

Emailed about 10.30pm Sunday night and by 10.30am Monday morning the boiler was working again! Excellent responsiveness and professionalism.

Very good service, competitively priced and very transparent pricing.

I don’t often review but making an effort for that company because of how good they were to me. My combi boiler was suffering from an intermittent fault which caused it to regularly break down. Hundreds of pounds spent on new parts and 4 separate engineer visits from 3 different companies had failed to solve the issue ans I was finally resigning myself to getting a new boiler installed. The Just Boilers engineer initially came in to quote on a new boiler install but, upon taking a closer look, told me that he didn’t think that a new boiler was warranted and that he could fix my current one instead - before promptly proceeding to pulling this off! I seriously still can’t decide whether I was more impressed by the honesty or the technical skills... In any case, I really can’t recommend them highly-enough...

Sunday call out for a leaky boiler. Quick call back and time slot booked. Work completed in a good, clean, and efficient manner. Would highly recommend

Another excellent experience with Just Boilers. The booking was quick and easy to make followed up with a text message reminder before and on the day. The plumber completed our boiler service with the minimum of fuss and was very polite. Easy payment and seamless customer experience. All in all I will continue to use Just Boilers and would recommend them to others. thanks. S

High quality service. Trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend their services, would ise again.

Almost went for British Gas, so glad I didn’t. Not only did I save over £1000 but a better boiler was fitted on the date requested. The installer, Aaron, was very professional and efficient; providing excellent guidance on the best boiler for my requirements. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Excellent service from Just Boilers, the engineer (Colville) was excellent.

Very efficient, helpful people and high quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the best service I've had in London across any service! I had someone at home giving me a quote within 15mins of ringing. Aaron was great at communicating the right options for my situation and making sure I understood in plain english.

Excellent gas engineer,Aaron replaced a faulty boiler and pipework, he offered knowable advise in a polite and courteous manner.Aoron was extremely helpful and meticulously tidy..cleaned water tank...he skillfully replaced awkward pipework preventing disruption to existing pipes,he surpassed my expectations.I am delighted with his "professional " installation of my boiler and all aspects of his work.

Delighted with the service and the professionalism.

great no bull service and reasonable prices

Excellent service. Arrived when they said they would and did thorough and professional service boiler. Will definitely use again

Fast service. Up front information and a fair price.

Great company to work with. Easy to book appointments and all our jobs were done more or less immediately. Helpful and friendly staff. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

An excellent company to deal with - professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. The installation of my boiler was competitively priced and entirely fuss free. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication, high standard of work. Just had new radiators fitted and very happy with the quality. Best you will find

Arranged for them to come to my 87 year old mother-in-law...they were very good with her and sorted out her problem..very reasonable...would definitely recommend them..turned up on time and done the job on time they estimated she's well satisfied the guy that came was very polite etc....

Super Efficient - Just Boilers spoke directly to the tenants, organised a time, completed the work and sent though certificate seamlessly.

Boiler replacement. Darren worked hard and did an excellent job. he also coped with the difficult parking restrictions of central Hammersmith

Punctual and good service. They went out of their way to reposition the boiler where I am sure others would have declared it impossible. I have no hesitation in recommending JustBoilers

Great service. Easy to book, on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Will use again.

Amazing service provided by a very professional company. From the moment go this was organisation well above the shoulders of many others we had contacted. From the quote , to quickly arranged visit and the service itself. Many things really stand out but what really impressed us was no nonsense taking engineer called Darren who assessed the issue very quickly and simply provided us with a quote of what we really needed rather then sell extra things which quite frankly many other companies did try. Five stars for listening , really it’s hard nowadays to get someone to listen . Mostly people just hear so this was quite refreshing. The service on the day also provided by Darren was just hustle free and non intrusive in any way. I actually managed to do more work whilst having my boiler replaced then I would normally do in my office. Darren proved to be very skilled, amazingly professional , super friendly , quietly efficient and very very clean. I only wish all home works were so easy . Time to expand guys. Totally impressed.

Just Boilers arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily. I would recommend them to others.

A fantastic company. John the engineer arrived on time and was so helpful and thorough. He fixed the boiler which hadn't been working properly for years. I was given clear quotes re pricing and the whole job was run very efficiently. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, polite and on-time.

Prompt, Fast and Honest. Really helpful friendly customer service. Was assuming it was all going to be a nightmare organising everything, but these guys were great. John the installer was excellent and made me feel very confident in his abilities. He explained everything really well and showed me where the problems were in my ancient boiler. Decided to go for a new one and was surprised at the competitive price and advice. Turned up the following day on time and sent me a reassuring text on his ETA. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a boiler serviced or installed. Two thumbs Up.

Very good service and very quick installation of the new boiler

Had a great experience. Our guy was quick, punctual, friendly and fixed the boiler within an hour. When I had a question later the same day he gave me a call and explained what he'd done. I'd use these guys every time.

Hailey was very polite and trying to get the best times for me over the phone. There were no hidden charges, John Millen was very efficient, there was a leak in my boiler that was fixed within an hour and he even helped dry the water that was all over the kitchen floor. Very happy with this company, thank you.

Have used Just Boilers on three occasions. They have always been available at short notice. They are efficient and reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly and explain everything they are doing. Would definitely recommend.

John was fantastic - arrived early, great service and very honest. would definitely recommend Just Boilers for london!

Excellent service - responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended!

Boiler serviced by Aaron, local specialist with warm and professional manner. Safe, trustworthy service from friendly individual. Highly recommend this company to anyone, old or young.

In a world where every plumbing company seems to be all about ripping customers off with high fees or untrustworthy workers it’s so refreshing to have found justBoilers. The staff are all so professional and helpful and their pricing/after care service are both fair and sensible. Recommended!

Over the last 3 years I have used JustBoilers for annual gas safety checks and also for adhoc repairs. I have always found them to provide an excellent quality of work, be competitively priced, quick to respond and offer a friendly service. I also find their video call service to be very useful when minor issues such as calibrating boiler pressure occur. Happy to recommend JustBoilers to any landlord needing boiler repair work completed in the SW London area.

I've used Just Boilers a few times now and I rate them really highly and have already recommended them to friends and family. When you know nothing about boilers it can be scary to get an engineer in as you are at their mercy in terms of being told what the issue is and how much it will cost but my experience with Just Boilers have proved to me that they are an honest and straightforward company to deal with so that's why have no qualms about recommending them. Their call handlers and customer service people are excellent and if you have further queries they are able to explain it in layman terms.

Brilliant service from original phone call to quote to installation. Aaron and Adam were both excellent - friendly, professional, affordable, efficient and my new boiler is great.

Excellent. Swift to assess and estimate the replacement of a Vaillant combi. Job done in a timely way with efficient and tidy work.

Called a few of the big companies, useless! One week to come out and look, then I got cancelled on. Rang these guys and the came out that very same day, and fitted a new boiler really really well 2 days later. Don’t even hesitate. Oh and to top it off was the cheapest of 5 quotes. Now I’m off for a HOT shower.

I rarely post reviews but these guys went beyond the call of duty when they didn’t have to and way out of office hours. Very efficient and very professional. Bravo.

Very professional and tidy job done! John the engineer turned up on time (even early!) and quickly recognised what the problem was, sent me an estimate of the work needed, I accepted and he came back next day and fixed the problem within the estimated time and price, very approachable and much appreciated! Happy customer 👍

Brilliant work and great people to deal with.

Richard was brilliant, professional, tidy and on time. They also provided a very competitive quote and got the new boiler installed quickly. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Really good service from Just Boilers. Richard arrived on the same day and fixed our boiler within 2 hours. Speedy and professional service.

Friendly, efficient and affordable service! Richard always arrives on time and takes the time to explain the problem, the possible solutions and makes you feel very comfortable that the problem will be fixed. I've used JustBoilers a few times now and will continue to do so!

I contacted Just Boilers after a routine annual manufacturer's service showed that my boiler was incorrectly - and potentially dangerously - wired to the pressurised cylinder. It had been like that for 8 years but no one had noticed. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Richard not only explained the problem but knew what the solution was. His approach was to look at the whole system which had been tinkered with over time and he gave it a complete overhaul, doing not only the obvious things like fitting thermostatic valves to all of our radiators but he also solved the pressure problem that meant the loft extension has been chilly for the past 30 years. The whole job was done quickly, efficiently, with attention to detail and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Richard was absolutely fantastic!! Would definitely recommend justboilers to anyone and will be using them again myself. Thank you so much!

Excellent. John was puntual, polite and very professional. Long-term problem with my boiler clearly explained and remedied. Thank you from a very grateful customer.

Really fantastic company to deal with and they did a great job replacing our boiler. From getting a quote to communicating to the office staff and getting my boiler fixed the service was fantastic. I felt like they gave the best advice to get us the best deal at the best price in comparison to other companies where I felt as if I was being ripped off. They were extremely professional and put us at ease. They cleaned up after themselves and regularly gave us updates as they installed the boiler. Highly recommended company, would definitely use again (but hopefully don't have to if my boiler behaves!).

Great service from Richard who came out on a Saturday and got our hot water working, later returned for a permanent repair. Would highly recommend!

Really nice people to work with and did a great job of changing the boiler Improved my kitchen design while they were at it so happy customer all the way. Recommended.

Very good service. Responded quickly after my boiler broke and fitted a new one very quickly.

Had a new boiler installed by just boilers very happy good price good service will recommend to all

A great service, refreshingly polite customer service - nothing has been too much trouble!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient engineers. Totally recommend.

Very good service and price. Super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended JustBoilers by my neighbour when I told him the boiler I inherited with the flat finally reached it's last legs and I got a quote from BG. I hadn't signed anything with BG yet so I gave them a ring and a lovely chap came out to assess my situation and also look at the assessment BG had left behind. Not only was he friendly and knowledgable he also told me what the other provider was overcharging me for services and parts, including unnecessary work that wold have ruined the cosmetics of my flat. So I immediately cancelled my appointment with BG and went with JustBoilers. Fast forward a few weeks (due to my availability) and the same lovely chap was installing my new boiler (and Nest as requested) for significantly less than what BG quoted. He did a great job fitting everything, taking away my old boiler and tidying up any dust or debris as part of the installation. Fast forward again 5 months to the time of this review and I'm happy to say all is working well and I love my Nest! From beginning to end, the service was fast, friendly and most importantly of high quality at a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough!

Efficient, polite. Knew what he was doing. Thanks Darren

Excellent service and very quick to respond. Dealt with a really nice man on the phone who was very patient and helpful. Excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Highly recommend.

Friendly engineer, speedy service and a really tidy job.

Accepted quote at £385.80 final payment came in at £530 and then another bill of £90 for the first visit so all together I paid £620 two days later the boiler started making the same noise asbefore phoned up and they told me they would get a fitter from the company that makes the boiler and I would have to pay £290 feeling cheated dont use this company

Great service all round - Just Boilers were responsive, efficient, and gave good advice, making the process totally easy. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended to others. Andrew, SW17

Absolutely brilliant service. Though clearly snowed under with demand at the coldest point of the year, I was visited within 24 hours to sort my uncooperative boiler. Friendly, efficient and reassuring. Aaron was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Massively quick response late at night with instant knowledge of the problem and how to resolve. Pretty handy when -5! Wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend..

I have to say that this company is by far and away the best Boiler company I've used. Recently they installed a Glowworm boiler in the flat I let out and from first quote to total installation they completed the job on time and to budget. Roly (Manager) and John (Eng) couldn't have been more professional or reasonable. Today in my house (not an area that they cover in London) I called them up for advice on my boiler which had packed up in -4 weather conditions (naturally a bit panicky with two young children to consider) and Richard (Eng) answered the phone, offered to help remotely via Facetime and talked me through resolving the issues. I have never seen customer service this good especially in light that Richard offered me this help with no expectation to get paid. He just wanted to help for helps sake. Brilliant!

Such a professional reliable company, from my initial call to Chris on what must have been the coldest and busiest day of the year, he managed to get Richard out to my 90 year old father who had no heating. Richard was polite and informative he ordered a new part for the boiler and fitted it the next day. A real pleasure to deal with such lovely caring people. A big thanks to Chris, Richard and Yvette. Highly recommend Just Boilers.

Fantastic company. Our boiler leaked and they came out on a Saturday afternoon within the hour of calling them to sort it. Very efficient, lovely people to work with. Always on it, very professional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from all the team. They have resolved a number of issues in my house quickly and at a great price. On each occasion the problem has been dealt with on the day it arose. I have complete faith in their expertise and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

First class service. Professional, pontual, efficient with outstanding customer service.

The team at Just Boilers were so incredibly helpful when i woke up with no hot water or heating on Tuesday morning, although sadly my existing boiler could not be repaired (it's ancient!), the response was faster than i could have hoped and the team so charming. Thank you!

I've used Justboilers twice now - once to replace old storage heaters with a new combi and radiators and once for a service a year on. The engineer both times, Richard, has been superb. Really professional and knowledgable and I was really happy with his installation - he clearly takes pride in his work. Fair price, no complaints!

Great service all round: from Chris in head office, to Darren the engineer who fixed my boiler, and Richard the electrician who popped in to make sure everything was just right. I received a response within hours of making an enquiry on a Sunday and my boiler issue was diagnosed by Tuesday that week and was fully repaired by the Thursday. I will wholly recommend Justboilers to friends and family.

Great back-up service with JustBoilers. Engineer came around to check the radiators and the system. Fast and efficient. Everything ticking over beautifully. No charge. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Our current boiler was installed 4 years ago by ‘JustBoilers’ engineer Richard - he also kept our previous (rather ancient) one going for a couple of years before persuading us to upgrade to our present more efficient and cheaper-to-run model. That’s given us very little trouble so I think the annual service (for which they don’t charge a fortune) must be worth having. Everyone in the company I’ve spoken to (e.g. when booking a visit) has been friendly, helpful and efficient. I would especially recommend them to anyone looking for a less impersonal service than that offered by larger organisations like British Gas.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially called Putney Plumbers out after my boiler wasn’t working properly. They told me to fix the problem would be as expensive as a new boiler and therefore would recommend me getting a new boiler. After cancelling an appointment 5 mins before coming, I decided to look for a second opinion. One no show later, after being given a time from 11am to 3pm, yes Rectify plumbing and heating, you obviously think your time is more important than mine. Called ‘JUSTBOILERS’ and spoke to Haley who was polite, friendly and helpful and who set up an appointment that evening with their top engineer Richard. He came on time and told me I didn’t need a new boiler that it could be fixed for around £300. Once the parts were sourced he was quick to come and fix the problem at a convenient time for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly sorted the issue and I am back to having my heating and hot water working as normal. Massive thanks to ‘JUSTBOILERS’ for doing exactly what they say they do with friendly professionalism, I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service, great people and go beyond to get things done. Really appreciated the approach and flexibility to get us up and running on the same day the problem occurred. Good value too. Highly recommend.

Been using JB for well over a year. Super friendly customer service and engineers.

Have had a number of issues recently with hot water and heating. Richard and the other members of the team have always been fantastically supportive over the phone and then quick to come out and fix the problem. Would highly recommend this friendly and professional company

Can't thank Richard enough for his excellent work getting my boiler back up and running. Richard came out very short notice out of work hours on hearing I'd been ripped off by an outfit who left me with lukewarm water and no intention of solving it. Richard's service was exemplary, clearly very skilled and experienced, efficient and gave honest advice. Will be recommending to everyone, thank you.

Outstanding service and price. From the initial visit to determine which boiler would be best suited, to after sales service, everyone who I have dealt with at the company has been fantastic.

The service provided by Just Boilers is impeccable. The team managed to arrange for Richard to do an initial assessment of my boiler within 15 mins of me calling! I was told by my insurance company I would need a new boiler and was quoted an astronomical amount. Richard from Just Boilers saw what the problem was and told me the boiler could be repaired instead for a fraction of the cost quoted by the insurance company. 48hours later the boiler was fixed and I now have my hot water and heating back. He really knows what he is doing and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks.

After a very bad experience with Pimlico Plumbers who told me I had a broken circuit board and needed a replacement boiler (at £3500) - I called JustBoilers for a second opinion / quote. They arrived quickly and replaced the pump (at a fraction of the cost) finding no fault to the circuit board. Heating back up and running quickly. Excellent service, tidy, efficient, very experienced and knowledgeable engineer. Thank you - will defiantly recommend to friends and use you again.

I called to ask for someone to come out and help pressurise my boiler. Rather than make cash from a easy call out, the team on the phone guided me on how to do it and the problem was soloved in minutes. Top draw customer service!

Impeccable service!! A bit of a cliche, but I called upon them as my heating had packed-in after the summer and I was beginning to get cold, surprisingly they didn't just come round that day, they arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call! I've never known such service. Furthermore, once they were here they also fixed my washing machine (pipe had come apart at the back) and oven for free! Punctual, qualified and honest- I can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks Richard, Chris & team. Emma from Wandsworth.

excellent service - very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their boiler.

Amazing service. They were very knowledgeable and quick to come and help me with minimal fuss. Also the most competitive quote. Would 100% use again and would recommend to all friends and family if asked.

Thank you Just Boilers for installing a great new boiler and doing the job so quickly and efficiently. A pleasure having you in the house.

Extremely efficient and high quality service, and very helpful staff. Highly recommend

Quick turnaround. Very friendly. Good job. Would use again.

Fantastic service from Just Boilers who even came out on a Sunday to repair my boiler.

just boilers were so helpful and efficient, customer communications were excellent , I had 6 estimates and just boilers were the best value , the job was done in one day very clean tidy fitters would recommend *********

very professional and prompt service at a fraction of the cost of the competitors...the guys really knew what they were doing and communicated with me throughout the process ... would definitely recommend!

No dramas at all- quick, easy and a better price then I found scouting around. Definitely recommend

Absolutely brilliant service, friendly engineers who came out on a call out free of charge and quoted on the spot a very reasonable price. The quality of the work was great and Darren went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend.

Friendly, honest and efficient. Great service

Brilliant Service from the Just Boilers Team, from initial contact to arrange for a quote right through to getting the work completed. The quote for a new Combi Boiler & Nest System was spot on, with no hidden extras and Richard even identified a potential issue with our existing power shower which none of the other 5 engineers I had round to quote had spotted. A true testament to Richards experience. Can't rate Just Boilers Highly enough. Thanks Guys!

Excellent service, would recommend. Had 6 TRVs fitted and wireless thermostat. Good value for money.
