Hidden Cool Ltd

Excellent service from start to finish, very professional installation team and very happy with the finished product!

Jon and the team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Great communication, great product, great service. Would not hesitate recommend or to use again.

Hidden Cool were fantastic from start to finish, going above and beyond to get our A/C units fitted quickly and with real attention to detail. The initial visit was prompt and informative, and communication and scheduling were smooth throughout. The installation team were friendly, professional and meticulous in their work. The indoor units look great and the outdoor compressor is neat and discreet. We couldn’t be happier with the service - highly recommend Hidden Cool!

This hidden cool company is very good and on time done the proposed work with out any delay the team were very friendly and helpful I am very much happy with their service I would definitely recommend this company for air conditioning installation

A 5 star service from this company - nothing we asked for was too much from them! All of their team were polite, considerate and carried out their work to the best of their ability - also very hard working! Prices were very competitive and I would honestly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to have air conditioning installed! Thank you from us!

Absolutely fantastic service over a bank holiday weekend! Purchased a mobile AC unit which I had some troubles with (completely my fault 🤦‍♂️) Jon then was straight out to me within 2 hours on a BH Monday! Fixed the problem within 5 minutes and even made sure everything was set up properly before leaving! 10/10 service from Rebecca and Jon. Great people delivering a great service!

Thank you to Hidden Cool for the fantastic AC installation. Joel & Michael were courteous, tidy & talked us through everything every step of the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We recently had Hidden Cool LTD install air conditioning in our three-bedroom house in Kennington, and we are really impressed with the results. Since we were restricted from having a bulky outdoor condenser, their internal-only Italian systems were the ideal solution for us. What we love most is how well the units are integrated into the walls; they almost feel like a part of the furniture rather than a typical AC unit. The installation team was fantastic—they were polite, incredibly tidy, and handled the whole process with a lot of care. It is a huge relief to have effective cooling that doesn't ruin the exterior look of the house.

Excellent air conditioning units and service. The team is very knowledgeable and delivered on the unique requirements very well. An important point to note is their excellent range of wall-mounted units, which made all the difference for me. Everything went smoothly. Thanks for the excellent service!

I would highly recommend this company should you wish to have air-conditioning installed. If you live in a flat/apartment, Hidden Cool offer specialist aircon, & those hot unbearable summer sweaty nights are a thing of the past. The company give a first class service and fully explain the process from start to finish, and professional throughout. I would highly recommend this company and you wont be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience with Hidden Cool. Our building has very strict regulations that prohibit external AC condensers, which made finding a cooling solution quite a challenge. The team at Hidden Cool provided the perfect answer with their water-cooled internal units. The installation was seamless, and the system works incredibly well without the need for any outside equipment. From start to finish, they did an excellent job—professional, tidy, and highly knowledgeable. If you live in a restricted apartment like us where external units aren't an option, I cannot recommend them high enough.

Great service and high quality of work , i will definitely recommend them .

Excellent service, quick and efficient and working well. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Very good company and highly recommended. They came to do my service on the units in my property and the engineer was polite and helpful.

Jon arranged a service on the aircon units at my office and the chap that turned up was brilliant. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend

Stay away from this company! They started a job at my home which proved to be a total disaster. Their work was terrible and all well documented. They admitted it was faulty and incomplete but instead of returning to rectify, they ran off with the money. Stay away and report to relevant authorities/trading standards!

Really happy with the service provided by Hidden Cool Ltd. The team was very professional - clean, tidy, always on hand to answer my questions (and very nice to my dog who wanted to oversee proceedings!). The units are sleek and efficient, heating and cooling the rooms quickly. Highly recommend.

Hidden Cool did an excellent job installing two air conditioning units in the bedrooms of our newly refurbished apartment in North London. From the very first call they were friendly, clear, and reassuring — exactly what you want when you’re having work done in your home. The team arrived on time, explained everything in a way that made sense, and worked carefully to protect the new décor. The installation was tidy, professional, and far less disruptive than I expected. They also took the time to talk me through how to use the controls properly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how respectful they were of the space — no mess, no rushing, just a really polished finish. The bedrooms are now beautifully cool and quiet at night, which has made such a difference. I’d absolutely recommend Hidden Cool to anyone in London looking for reliable, high-quality air conditioning installation.

I’m genuinely really happy with the work Hidden Cool did installing the AC units in my apartment in London. From the first message to the final handover, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. They arrived on time, worked neatly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The installation itself is super tidy, and they took the time to explain how everything works and make sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. What I appreciated most was how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process — good communication, respectful team, and no cutting corners. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Hidden Cool absolutely did. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC installation.

Very good company everyone was very welcoming and supportive from start to finish and still are, guided me through everything very smoothly and 10/10 costumer service I will definitely recommend this company as they know what they are doing and they are top tier

Excellent and very professional services. Strongly recommended.

There is a strong foundation already in place, supported by a team that is highly experienced and approachable. Their professionalism and personable approach significantly enhance collaboration and make the overall process much smoother and more efficient. This positive dynamic contributes to a productive and reassuring experience throughout the engagement.

Amazing service

At last a company I could rely on! What a professional company! As it was so hot this summer I decided to look at having air conditioning installed. I spoke to several companies but all apart, from this one, said I would have to have the big fan box on the outside of my home and I just think they are ugly and ruin the look of the house. Hidden Cool had the perfect solution. So that is the one I chose! Their prices are very competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The engineers were on time, very polite and they respected my home. They did the work with very little upheaval to myself. I am more than happy with their work and have already recommended them to my neighbours and friends. It’s so nice to find a company that does what it says on the tin. Thank you

I’ve recently had the pleasure of ordering from hidden cool Ltd. The staff were helpful and friendly and even helped me find the right air con for my property. The thought of being able to have ac in my listed building was amazing and the added benefit of having hot air as well as cold air while being able to hide the unit in a disused cupboard is amazing. I have already recommended hidden cool to a few of my friends who are interested due to being in flats with no problems as I was told it could be fitted anywhere. Would recommend as well as use again. Thank you
