CFS Group Limited

We have worked with CFS for over 10 years as our appointed maintenance contractor for our commercial building. They provide a full range of services including gas and boiler maintenance, electrical works, and plumbing. CFS consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise. They are particularly skilled in the maintenance and repair of older and legacy building systems, including boilers, fan coil units, chillers, and associated plant equipment, which is a significant advantage in managing an established property. Their response times are excellent, especially in emergency situations, where they typically attend site within an hour. This has been invaluable in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the building. Their engineers and staff are experienced, professional, and approachable, and all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard. CFS has proven to be a dependable long-term partner, and we would confidently recommend them to other commercial property management companies.
