Hampton Heating & Plumbing Ltd

Hampton Heating & Plumbing provided an excellent service from start to finish. We were working to a tight timeline and they managed the installation efficiently and without any fuss. We opted for the Midea Breezeless unit, which has been impressively quiet in operation — both the indoor and outdoor units run with minimal noise. Highly recommended.

Matt and the team were so great. Amazing service and price. Would recommend for air con and boiler/plumbing work.

Great job and a great company to deal with.

Fast service and good to know every year that the boiler is working its best.

Efficient service, advice and good communication throughout process. Would definitely recommend

Hampton heating serviced my boiler arrived on time and as usual the technician's were happy polite and efficient

Very happy with the service and the courteous attitude from both the ‘office’ and the engineers. Enquiries were promptly dealt with by friendly and efficient members of staff. As for the work, this was carried out in a timely and professional manner; an issue was spotted during the first visit, material ordered and a second call out booked promptly without any unjustified charges added onto the original quote. Very refreshing to deal with no nonsense people, who still believe in customer service and I will certainly contact Hampton Heating and Plumbing for any further requirements.

Quick response arrived when they said they would, and solved the problem, many thanks

Decent, professional, fairly-priced and a pleasure to deal with. We just had a boiler service, a sink trap fixed and a potential gas leak assessed in Teddington. Marcus and Matt are the people we know and have been spot on.

I've used them for many years for my annual boiler service. Always on-time, quick, efficient and no nonsense! 100% recommend

Brilliant, efficient and friendly service! From declaring my 16 year old boiler dangerous, they installed a new one within three days then dealt with a leak from it promptly and contacted the manufacturer to examine it. Whole process in a week!

Always satisfied with Hampton Heating, always keeps you informed and very reliable, reasonable pricing and would recommend them.

Came punctually, did the 2 jobs quietly and cleanly

Prompt and courteous service.

Joel completed work for my Mother in Law (google review on her behalf). “Joel worked quickly and efficiently to resolve a plumbing issue. Much appreciated!”

Another great job by Joel from Hampton Heating & Plumbing replacing our bath and sink fittings. Always our go-to plumbers!

Terrific service from Hampton Heating & Plumbing. They were able to come straight away and replace our tap and do the job efficiently to a high standard. And the cost was less than others we called.

Courteous and professional service, quickly fixed leaking pipe, would definitely recommend.

First class service. Boiler was not working and Matt came within 3 hours of my phone call to take a look. It needed replacing and Matt's team came back and did the whole job two days later. They were very thorough and explained everything to me and I'm very pleased with the service. Exactly what you want from a local tradesman.

Very happy

A great experience working with Hampton heating & plumbing, they got the job done quickly and with a really high quality finish!

Several maintenance jobs including a new kitchen tap and a boiler service. We have used this local company for many years and will continue to do so. The plumber this week was on time, polite, very tidy, and worked well - no chat; just got on with it. We are very pleased.

We have used Hampton heating & Plumbing for a number of years. There are other competent plumbers out there BUT Matt and team always respond to queries, turn up on time and do a professional job. 100% recommended.

I have been using these guys for a few years now. They installed and regularly service my gas boiler. Always prompt and courteous. Easy to correspond with.

Fabulous job by Hampton Heating & Plumbing this morning, I'm ready for next year's heatwaves! They were on time, neat & tidy and covered my carpets & furniture, everything was left clean. Great job, I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

The engineers clearly know their stuff. Installed our new Vaillant boiler and explained every detail patiently.

Great job replacing our old tap. Fast service and no mess left behind. Very impressed.

Lucas did an amazing job installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler. He worked quietly and left the area spotless.

Fantastic service from Lucas who installed our Vaillant boiler. The whole process was stress-free and the price was reasonable.

Brilliant service from start to finish! The Midea air conditioning system they installed works like a dream—cooling has never been better.

We recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed. The whole process was seamless, and the team left everything spotless. Highly recommended.

Mark was fantastic — diagnosed and fixed our boiler issue within the day. He also explained everything in detail. A+ for service.

Called them to replace a leaking tap. They arrived quickly and did the job perfectly. So easy to deal with.

Needed a plumber urgently to fix a leaking tap. Matt arrived within the hour and got it sorted quickly. Very professional.

Hampton Heating & Plumbing did a fantastic job servicing our gas boiler. It’s running smoothly now, and the technician was friendly and efficient.

Our Worcester Bosch AC unit was installed by Lucas. Super knowledgeable and polite. Would happily use Hampton Heating & Plumbing again.

Joel did a full system check on our central heating and gave honest advice with no pressure. Great local business.

Just had air conditioning installed by Mark. Clean, neat job and he was very respectful of our home. Would definitely use again.

We've used Matt and the team a few times, servicing our boiler and replacing a toilet pan connector twice due to rodent damage. Every time they were speedy, polite and professional. The boiler service was just under £100 which is great value for money. The toilet pan repair jobs were ~£200 each, first replacing the flexi pan connector and then with a solid pvc connector (after the flexi was chewed through again). Matt kindly took off the material costs (£30 + VAT) for the 2nd fix of the toilet pan connector given the rat damage reoccurred so quickly.

5⭐️ company from start to finish. Mark and Joel were very professional, clean and tidy and very thorough throughout the 2 days at our house. Our boiler was fitted effeciently and in the time frame stated. Highly recommended local company

Thanks again Matt and team for the boiler service and repairs. Always trusted to give honest advice and efficient service.

Supplied and installed Worcester Bosch boiler. 5 star service from start to finish.
