WDI Group (Surrey) Ltd

Bradley and his team installed aircon units for us. He kept us updated with stock given it’s difficult to find any at the moment and promptly booked the jobs in once they arrived. We landed on the Samsung WindFree units that he recommended which have been great and feel nicer overnight than expected. Very professional and tidied up after themselves, minimal dust. Would recommend and have already passed on WDI recommendation to friends and family!

We recently had our air conditioning installed by WDI Group, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Bradley was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was completed to a very high standard. The workmanship was excellent, everything was left clean and tidy, and the new Bosch AC system works perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend WDI Group to anyone looking for a reliable and professional AC installation.

Highly recommend!

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Prices are reasonable and the work was done in record time. I highly recommend.

Great service all round, nice people. these guys installed our new boiler in 2020 and have been giving great servic to our heating/ boiler system and general plumbing services for many years.

Brilliant company, came out at short notice for oven disconnection. I was having some personal issues and WDI really came through for me and sorted my issues. They went above and beyond. The job was done very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Very punctual and helpful. Low hot water pressure. Bradley turned up on time and tried couple of things to make it make work. As it was in issue with the cylinder it self, he advised what to be done and didn’t charge anything even after spending close to 1 hour trying to fix it. Happy to recommend WDI and Bradley to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing / heating company.

I'm really happy with the service I received from WDI. It was easy to book an appointment with great communication.  The Engineer arrived on time and worked professionally and cleanly. He explained clearly what the problem was with my boiler. I have found a great Engineer who I would recommend to anyone and the pricing is reasonable too.

We recently employed the services of WDI Group to fit a megaflo in a 3 storey property in Carshalton Beeches. We met with Bradley, who surveyed the property and provided us with a comprehensive quotation for the works. Brad was efficient, professional and completed the work in good time. We look forward to working with WDI again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any boiler and plumbing works.

I had a great experience with WDI. The plumber arrived right on time, was professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the work. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently without any mess. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises. It’s refreshing to find a plumbing company that’s reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be calling WDI again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

I’m very happy with the service that WDI provided, their engineer Fin was very polite and helpful.

Fin was excellent, polite and efficient, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease when he came to swap 2 of our radiators.

I call WDI Group as I had a leak under my sink. They came out the same day to replace / fix the problem and was as good as new in no time at all. Quick, efficient and professional service. Highly recommended.

Really good service provided by these guys. Had issues with my boiler for months and 2 gas workers previous couldn’t fix it. WDI Group arrived and fixed the issue within a couple hours, was a PrV sensor. So happy we were considering a new boiler but now every has been perfect. 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bradly from WBI Group Ltd, and I cannot praise him enough for his exceptional service. I had an emergency situation with a blocked sewerage drain, and Bradly's quick response was truly remarkable. He attended within minutes of my initial call! Just amazing! From the moment Bradly arrived, his professionalism and polite demeanor were evident. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and swiftly getting to work. Bradly's promptness and professionalism were commendable. He worked diligently to resolve the issue, preventing what could have turned into a messy and inconvenient situation if left unchecked. I am incredibly grateful for his skills and prompt action. Not only was Bradly quick and efficient, but he was also incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was completely resolved. His dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every aspect of his work. I can confidently say that Bradly from WBI Group Ltd is the best plumber I have ever encountered. His promptness, professionalism, and expertise make him stand out from the rest. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Thank you, Bradly, for your outstanding work! I will only ever give you a call!

Thank you so much. Polite prompt excellent clean work would recommend 100%. Will be using again.

Brad of WDI is an excellent bathroom fitter/builder and all the rest of the work that you'd want down in your home. He and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom. Nothing was to much trouble when changing my mind and they cleaned up and left my home spotless. Take a look at the photos👍. I thoroughly recommend WDI to anyone.

Been using WDL for many years they always give the best prices and never let me down. Highly recommended

Wdi came out to carry out our boiler service as they do every year, reasonable pricing never an issue with these guys give them a try and see for your self

After speaking with Bradley at WDI group explaining we have a leak that 3x other plumbers have been unable to find Bradley sent a specialist leak detection company out to use a very hi tech piece of equipment to find the leak they managed to find the leak within an hour or so and repaired. Thanks to WDI group and his team.

In May 2023, I employed WDI Group to install a gas boiler. I was not made aware but they subcontracted the work to their friend. Wdi group did send someone from their team to help with the installation however, I was not satisfied with the boiler at the end. There was a small leak that I noticed and when I contacted them about it, they were quick to rectify it. The boiler came with a 12 year guarantee, as long as it has been registered by the installer. It took weekly call and nearly a month to get this registered. I then contacted WDI Group with a concern from their installation and it was made clear by Bradley that I was "trying to get things done for free" rather than address any of my concerned. I contacted Gas Safe, who made WDI Group and their 3rd party come and ensure that the boiler is installed as it should be. I am disappointed by the service received by WDI Group but am happy with the fact that Gas Safe was able to help and ensure that everything was done right.

Technically very competent heating engineers, available at short notice. I am especially impressed with the straightforward get on with the job approach. Reasonable charges and tidy work.

Very friendly great service and knowledgeable

The team from WDI Group have installed a new boiler for us, with 4 new radiators and a condense water pump, removed an existing boiler, water tank, flue and installed new ones with all piping replaced. They have done an amazing job, we were impressed with how fast they completed it all and the great quality. They were approachable, polite and tidied all up at the end. We did have quite a few quotes for this work before and they finished a big job much faster and cheaper than what others have quoted us with. We will not be using anyone else for our future plumbing work. Wish there were more companies like that in London. Not all heroes wear a cape indeed ;)

From System boiler to Combi boiler. Bradley and his team was on time to change the boiler. Both guys were super friendly and done the job within time limit. I would definitely recommend!

I recently had my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 38CDi Combi Boiler serviced by WDI Group. The work was carried out by Bradley, who arrived on the dot at the time agreed. He was friendly and courteous and got on with the task in hand in a very professional manner. I had mentioned a very minor leak in the boiler to Bradley. He diagnosed/spotted the problem immediately, rang few places for the replacement part, picked it up and fitted it no time as part of the service call. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and service provided; so would definitely use them again for any plumbing and heating work I have in future. In addition, I would have no hesitation in recommending WDI Group to my friends and family.

Great communication throughout, all done in one day and they cleaned up so well you would have never noticed them being in the house. Great Guys, Highly recommended.

Review from Rasiklal & Pravina (Panna) BODHANIA of Norbury - London. Before work commenced, BRADLEY visited our property and we suggested the type of Boiler and the location where we wanted to instal the Boiler. BRADLEY explained us the full details of work and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Our experience with this company is:- We would give 5*. The team consisting namely BRADLEY, COLIN & FIN carried out all work. They were excellent and courteous. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and relatives. If any Boiler, plumbing or heating jobs are necessary in future we will certainly use them again. Finally, very efficient with sending out all communication via e-mail, with regards to invoice, receipts, guarantee etc. etc. VERY VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Had these guys over to change and move a boiler. Converted from tank to combi. Price was excellent, the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even when it meant routing the new pipes through awkward places. No mess, no fuss, a real pleasure to have them. In fact they are now my "go to" guys in the future when I need plumbers. Attached is a photo showing the quality of their work. This is the boiler installation in a cupboard where it's not on show but the quality of the installation speaks for itself. Feel free to get in touch if you doubt that these are the plumbers you need.

Bradley gave me sound advice on the Vaillant boiler I needed and saved me nearly £500 in the process.Without his advice I would have opted for a more expensive Vaillant boiler which would not have given me any additional benefit, Colin and his mate were very professional installers and the new boiler was installed very quickly. and very quietly. I would have no hesitation in reccomending WDI Group Ltd to anyone needing a new gas boiler

Highly recommend Bradley at WDI- great service and went above and beyond when installing my new boiler- including repairing a radiator.

Bradley came to install an outdoor tap for me as the summer months were approaching. He was super friendly and was able to give me an accurate quote alongside a confirmed date for install. Upon arrival he was polite and efficient - I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended best in Sutton

They removed & installed my new boiler. The service was second to none. The job was completed on day two but that only took a few hours. They also unblocked some of my radiators that had previously either stopped working or were not as hot as they should have been. The best thing though was the quote was less than the original one. The service was a totally different thing. They are a lovely team, polite and friendly. I was even asked if it was OK to use the toilet. Hows that for old fashion values! I would highly recommend them. Just talk to them on the phone and you'll see exactly what I mean. A phone call costs nothing

WDI installed a new central heating boiler for me. Very competitive price easy to deal with and work done promptly and to high standard. Happy to recommend.

The company installed a new boiler and complete domestic central heating system. They responded quickly to my request for a quotation and gave very good advise on the type of system and layout that I needed. Pricing was competitive, The work was carried on time and very professionally. The house was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed on a daily basis. The price quoted was the price charged at the end of the job. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant thanks again to Colin and Finn to installed a new boiler in my garage. They worked so hard all day

Combi boiler replacement. When our boiler started failing I called around a few businesses in the local area to get a quote. Bradley was quick in his response and provided a clear quote with timleines for the work. The quote for the boiler and work was not the cheapest but wasn't that far off from it but WDI had positive reviews online. When our boiler suddenly failed completely, having called Bradley he was able to move things around and came out the next day to install the new boiler. Appreciated the service and the professionalism of the team. Would certainly recommend.
