Smart Heating Maintenance Ltd

Prompt communication from the Company in providing a quote and arranging a visit. Engineers arrived on time and did a competent job. Unusually the job was actually simplier than expected but my bill was reduced which was appreciated. Will use again.

The Smart Heating team are amazing. They are so good, I really don't want to share them. They're responsive, fair priced, but most importantly, they are excellent at their job. We had an exhaust fan, a toilet and a new radiator installed. They solved every problem they encountered, check to make sure I was happy at each stage, they were tidy and very professional. They were also really quick. They got everything done in one day. I think they are fabulous.

I have been dealing with this company for over 5 years for all my heating and aircondioning issues. They have been outstanding in terms of service ,solutions and pricing. I had an underfloor issue in my basement for over 15 years. Multiple engineers had tried to solve the issue with no success. Pranav (Peter) the co owner came up with an innovative solution and fixed it. I can’t recommend them enough

I recently had a boiler installation completed by an exceptional engineer, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The engineer was punctual, explained the entire process clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the job. The installation was completed efficiently, and I have peace of mind knowing my new boiler is operating perfectly. I can highly recommend SMH. They are very quick to respond and their engineers clearly know their stuff. I had some problems with radiatirs and a seized stop cock which they replaced rapidly and without fuss. Just as important their chrges were extremely reasonable compared with other quotes I had received. They were recommended to me by an engineer from BG who knew their work. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Excellent, professional and reliable service. Changed the programmer for our heating and did a neat and tidy job. Thank you

I highly recommend SHM for their expertise, pragmatism and efficiency. They supplied and fitted a replacement boiler in our house . Guru provided the initial advice and estimate. Shivam and Jigar undertook the installation and it was done very quickly. I also commend Sachin for excellent back-office support and communication.

I recently bought a flat and some improvements were needed, amongst other things I needed to change the boiler, radiators, and plumbing in the bathroom. It was a stressful time, and Sachin was incredibly helpful answering all my questions promptly and guiding me on the best options. Thereafter, the team doing the work was very professional, tidy, and nice and they were very kind doing a couple of small things I asked for even when they were not in the original quote. I will be using Smart Heating in the future and would recommend them to anybody looking for the services they offer.

A big thanks to Sachin for your engaging, prompt, professional service and follow up on recent plumbing challenges at my apartment in W2. What a pleasure to interface with your 'Can Do' attitude!

We were in trouble with a bad water leak, I phoned them and honestly less than one hour an engineer was at our place and he fixed the problem within half hour. Highly recommended

SMART HEATING is a great team of capable, reliable, skilled plumbers and heating engineers. They have always been punctual, polite and trustworthy in every respect. They have solved all of the issues that they have been asked to modify/ rectify in 3 very different apartments in Central London. Sensibly priced as well. Thank you Guru, Ritesh and Peter!!

Smart heating ( Pranav) best I found for the last eight years anytime I have a problem he will contact me within the hour What a first class service I had for the last eight years I couldn't ask for any better service Keep going just like my boiler!!

Unfortunately I was disappointed by the last two of the three visits by the SHM engineers. They charge for the time spent at the property and from what I observed worked deliberately very slowly in order to charge more. On two occasions quoted for extra repairs and spare parts (note they own a spare parts shop) even though these problems were not identified at first, but "discovered" when I was not with them to observe. When I complained, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. Finally I requested to speak to the owner about this - he promised to call back and never did.

Excellent company have used them for many years they are efficient, respond immediately and carry out the work when specified quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

I am a Property Manager for upmarket residences and have used these guys and this company for 10 years. They can gear up and down to deal with small maintenance or complicated commercial installations. 5*****

Good work every time. Have used multiple times. Would recommend! Thanks.
