Reviews
4.1
Caterworx is often praised for friendly, knowledgeable engineers, clear communication and quick responses when commercial kitchen equipment needs attention. Reviews mention successful installations and repairs for glass washers, ovens, fridges and gas equipment, with staff helping customers feel at ease and sometimes supporting community organisations. A few reviews raise serious concerns about delays, communication, workmanship and unexpected work or costs, so experiences have not been consistent.
I had Joe sent to help install my new glass washer today, It wasn't straight forward job but Joe was very helpful, polite and communicated well with what he was doing. I just want to give that man a shout out that he deserves today. Thankyou for making a stressful situation easy to manage, top bloke, he needs a bonus. 😉 Kind regards Shelley ( Rising Sun Wimborne)
Absolutely phenomenal service from Caterworx. We had the pleasure of having Toby complete our gas installation on our converted horse box and he made sure we were 100% confident with it before he left. Extremely friendly and trustworthy and super easy to be around. Kelly was our 'messenger' on the telephone whom went above and beyond with exceptional communication. She communicated with us every step of the way and reassuring too! Super friendly firm. Highly recommend. Thank you! From 2 very stressed horse box owners...you put us at ease!
Kelly was outstanding, despite a fully booked schedule, they grasped the urgency of my biz situation and went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute engineer visit. Truly appreciated!
I know them for last ten years and always great service

Amazing service with a big heart for community ❤️! We are a small charity in Boscombe, feeding around 500 people per week. One of our kitchen essentials broke and got fixed free of charge! Thank you so much! Your Feed our Community Team 😊
Used cater works to service our rational ,everything was perfect and the oven was never been touch before except by caterwork . One months later error e36 came up for faulty ignition, took over tow months of chasing to fix the fault and two engeneer visits. After 6 weeks of waiting, On the the day of replacing the fault the engeneer came at 5:30 at busy kitchen, the engeneer fix the part and left within 15 min ,the oven left work for 1 hour cycle .the next day the chef tried it and not working. Called caterworx to explain and they accused us of signing the papers if we are not happy with the work . Eventually and other charged£££ visit to inspect the oven after 2 weeks .the first person who fixed the ignition had damaged the gas valve hence the the second fault ,called and explained my frustration in regards to the matter and waiting time and, than I have been told to look somewhere else and the part has not been ordered. After paying £800 to caterworx, 3 months waiting time with a faulty oven and no communication. Just evoid at any costs
Bagel oasis with fridges ovens and fresh ground coffee we need quick and no nonsense repair Paul and co spot on
Fantastic service from Paul and his team. Huge thanks to Toby and Adi for getting out to our bakery first thing and getting two big issues sorted same day. We would if been screwed without them. Thanks again Caterworx 👍
Always helpful with any queries we have, competitively priced and a good service.
Very good service !!! Highly recommended
Strange experience. Asked for quote but they did the work without my consent. Misinformed by receptionist how much further work would cost, rectified by Terina, only one there with great customer service skills, but confusing information all the way through and to top it all, a boss who thinks if anything is not clear or goes wrong, it's the customer's fault. I wouldn't go back.
Poor service from quality of work through to customer service and communication.
