Further review: I called Gas and Heating Direct on the eve of Christmas and next day, Rory and his dad came out to fix an issue with a heating zone valve that had caused my hundred plus year old neighbour’s heating to be permanently on. They are a great company with great service. Thank you so much! Great local family business. Trust Rory and his family implicitly. Care and attention and great service. Thank you so much. A year on, Rory and Dhinil cam at no notice to fix boiler after foreshortened flue during building works caused boiler to stop as a precaution and then serviced it, extended the flue and the pressure release pipe. Great Fathers and Sons business. Thank you!

Rory fitted our new boiler today. The team are very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Rory communicated well and juggled other jobs to get our boiler installed as fast as possible. Would highly recommend

Rory and Simon, professionally and quickly identified problem with out Combi-boiler which had cut out. Carried out temporary repair to get central heating and hot water working, pending our having kitchen waste pipe unblocked and following which condenser pipe can be reconnected. All very efficient and at competitive price. Would highly recommend.

Rory and his Dad came to replace my boiler at short notice which I was really grateful for. It was a trickle job (not a lot of space and very old house). They were very professional and personable and I would highly recommend them. 🙏

Excellent service. Responsive and proactive with great suggestions for future proofing during our renovation project. Highly recommend!

After a failed repair on our boiler (was pretty old and had not been serviced regularly - if at all judging by the state of it - before we moved in) Rory and his dad came out today to fit a new one for us. They managed to fit us in at late notice, turned up when they said keeping us informed of their eta etc and kept everything extremely clean and tidy whilst fitting and after. Would happily recommend them to anyone in need and will be having them back next year to service our new shiny boiler. Cheers guys

Fantastic experience using Gas & Heating direct. Dhinil, Rory and team were so professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, they are professional, punctual, empathetic when dealing with problems, and very polite when working at the house (especially important as we have young kids). Thanks!

From start to finish a great experience. At all times we felt in safe hands. The guys were polite, knowledgeable and honest. Initially carried out a boiler service and in the process diagnosed another issue which they came back to fix the following week. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you.

Dhinil and his father did a superb job of getting our central heating back up and running. Particularly appreciated the updates via text/WhatsApp regarding arrival time. The repair was quickly done and was remarkably good value for money. Highly recommended 😀👍.

Genuinely pleased that I called their number to carry out an install of a new boiler and Mixergy hot water tank as the quality of workmanship is outstanding and it is clear Rory & Dhinil (and Simon & Cal) take a real pride in their work. They quickly understood our requirements and were on hand for advice with elements I had done myself. The only downside is that I have found myself spending more time in the garage recently admiring their efforts! I am more than happy to recommend this company to any persons reading & considering having them visit, you will be genuinely impressed and pleased that you did.

Just had Rory & his dad out to service our boiler. Was a bit concerned as it had not been done in literally years (was brought up on the old if it ain’t broke don’t touch it motto when it comes to the boiler) They were super friendly, professional and alleviated my concerns. Know who I will be contacting next year for the annual service and any other plumbing/ central heating issues. Thanks guys.

A great job . Very professional and tidy work. Much appreciated!

This company is by far the most professional company i have found and used in cobham. After Dhinil serviced our boiler and kindly pointed out the problem was a simple pump change..its worked perfectly. Now Rory has kindly been, and replaced another pump to additional bathroom which wouldn't shut off. Their simple, straightforward diagnosis of issues is a rarity these days. No attempts at confusing terminology, but friendly, & professional workmanship, leaving us with a perfectly running system throughout. Thank-you Dhinil & Rory for excellent quality of service 👌

These people charge £75. Plus VAT to come and look at the job before even doing anything!

Dhinil and his team capped, removed and disposed of a old Gas fire, they turned up on time, and were professional, courtesous, knowable, friendly and helpful. Having been let down by other Plumbers/Gas fitters, I would not hesitate in using or recommending this company again. Thank you.

The guys were great that had to take out the old boiler and moved the new boiler into another room. They also replaced 5 radiators and kept the house very tidy. All ready booked in for a service next year. Totally recommend these guys

Have been so pleased with the service and the work carried out. Have had a couple of small jobs done as well as a full boiler replacement and will definitely be using again.

Highly recommended this company. Had a new boiler and megaflo system relocated and installed so was a big job. Didn't expect hot water that day but the guys worked so hard and stayed late and made sure we were up and running the same day. Clean and tidy We were very impressed, they were Brilliant!!

Fabulous Service! I contacted him in the morning because there was an issue with our tenant's heating. As it was a little cold, the tenant wanted it fixed as soon as possible. The engineer was incredibly responsive and arranged to fit the appointment in at the end of his day. He was also able to fix the issue on the same day (and I think at the same time as his first visit). I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will certainly use him in the future.

The most professional outfit I have ever used, would highly recommend this company, engineers are excellent and really know what they are doing, very clean and tidy. Very happy with the work that was carried out and haven't had a problem since.

I have used this guy a couple of times now to help with a current extension project. He was very knowledgeable, clean and tidy and also very keen to help, he also redirected some central heating pipes that we only just had incorrectly fitted by another local boiler. Highly recommend to all, will definitely be using again. Thank you

Dhinil came to our house and repaired our boiler very quickly and very efficiently. We made one call, and he came the following day to temporarily get the boiler running again as we had not heating. He returned a few days later and carried out the repair. We also got Dhinil to renew our shower pump which had a small leak on it. All jobs carried out professionally and to the quotation supplied. I would highly recommend Gas & Heating direct (Dhinil) if you need a very good polite, neat plumber.

I've used these guys for installing a new boiler. The engineer was superb and left the place meet and tidy. Highly recommended.

Thank you Gas & Heating Direct for coming out so swiftly to fix our heating. Very efficient and explained the problem and quoted a price, which I must say seemed very reasonable compared to the last company we used before carrying out the work I would definitely recommend them 😀😀😀😀😀
