HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brian came as agreed, on time and was very pleasant. NOTE:- Its a £20 cash call out fee. Looked at my Hotpoint (Aqualtis super silent) Washing Machine as had been making a racket for a couple of weeks. I had thought it was the belt wearing/moving but after a good look at (and in) the washer, Brian advised it was banging/noisy as the concrete weight had come loose also advising that the belt looked ok even though its getting on. Brian resolved the issue quickly and professionally and was gone within 20 minutes! Washer is again quiet. I would definitely recommend Brian and the company without hesitation. If they had been disingenuous they could easily have told me literally any issue and as i need the washer i would have had to either get it fixed or replaced. However, as this was NOT the case, the fix was quick (and luckily!) cheap to resolve. I really appreciate that and I will use them again if i have issues with other appliances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, sorted it out with no fuss or bother. Good price too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Needed a repair to our grill, fab service given ... easily contacted, they got back to us immediately and booked a time to come out ... then turned up and made the fix for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

I returned home from a week away with a case filled with clothes. Washed them, threw them in the 4 year old dryer to be met with a noise, burning smell and nothing more. I'd resigned myself to a £400+ spend on a new dryer, but decided to contact Brian in the hopes it could be salvaged. Appointment booked for the following day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and within 20 minutes he was done. My expected £400+ bill was reduced to £45 and everything is up and running once again. Honestly, a lifesaver and I couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend and will use again should the need arise. Thanks again.

Rangemaster oven door started leaking to the extent of becoming dangerous to use. Brian sorted the problem really quickly, providing a professional and first class service. Really appreciated the tip on how to close the door to help prevent future issues.

This guy is a star. Very helpful and does the job with no fuss. I don’t normally leave reviews but I would recommend him 100%. He won’t overcharge by adding in things that don’t need repairing. Give him a go you won’t be disappointed.

Came out the following day to repair my oven, diagnosed and repaired there and then super quick. Saved me having to buy a new oven! Responsive and really friendly service and a great price! Highly recommend to anyone!

Well communicated from the first phone call. Same day repair at an affordable price after being quoted much higher for the oven repair. Brian is a top guy and will use again in the future

Excellent service. Messaged late in an evening after my oven broke whilst cooking tea following family recommendations. Had an instant response and with a few messages exchanged had an appointment arranged. Gentleman arrived on time and quickly had the issue resolved and the oven working, along with a receipt and guarantee. Genuine friendly man, terrific service and comes highly recommended.

I was looking for a reliable company to carryout some repairs to a Miele dishwasher, warming drawer and wine fridge so having read the amazing reports of Stockton Appliances RepairsI rang Brian at 8am this Saturday morning. He answered and mentioned that unfortunately he doesn’t work on Miele products, however he would forward a number of someone who does. Within seconds I had the number and he ended by saying take care & have a lovely weekend which I thought was 100% the best customer service I’ve had for a very long time :)

He knew the problem with our washing machine with just a phone call, he ordered the part and fixed it quickly- it’s as good as new. Friendly and professional service.

Brian was very professional, turned up on time and didn't waste time getting on with solving the problem unfortunately my dryer needed more than one call out and Brian made sure he came back promptly and resolved the issue. Extremely reasonable prices.will be using for all my appliance issues in future.

I phoned Stockton Appliance Repairs today, because the spin on my washing machine had broken and I needed to book an appointment for someone to come out. I spoke to Brian and he gave me an appointment for the next day and told me how much it would cost. He then asked me some questions about the spin problem and managed to diagnose and fix it over the phone. So, I got a free repair . He didn’t have to do that though, he could of come out tomorrow and and charged me, but he didn’t, which proves that he’s trustworthy and a good guy. I would definitely contact him to repair any appliances from now on xx
