The service Lee provided in fixing our oven was exceptional. He has been so professional , helpful , communicative and personable in the whole process. He really has gone above and beyond to ensure that we have the best outcome, particularly as it was a very difficult problem to solve. Lee also took the time to source an item for our fridge that I have searching for for quite a while. Overall an excellent service for a very competitive price. Thank you!

Lee came within 24 hours to fix our Bosch washing machine. Very friendly and efficient, fixed within 30 mins and price was reasonable and clear from the start. We will be using Lee for all of our appliances from now on - very good service.

Lee came to my house today to investigate a fault with my washing machine, his workmanship is 2nd to none and I would have no issues recommending him to anyone I know. Washing machine fixed and a load going as we speak! Thank you Lee 👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻

Lee has been to fix my washer and dryer on separate occasions. He’s honestly the loveliest guy, nothing is a problem to him. Very responsive and knows all appliances very well. MUCH BETTER than contacting a retailer to fix your machines! Thanks Lee!

Lee was very quick to diagnose the problem on my Miele dishwasher. He then quoted for the repair and very quickly booked me in for the repair. I can highly recommend Lee and he was very communicative.

So far Lee has managed to repair our fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher- twice! Saved us loads of money. He is always very quick to respond and a lovely, personable chap. Unfortunately our dishwasher on the third time of his visit (all three different problems which he resolved two of) could only be repaired at a cost that was really not worth it so Lee recommended this time we buy a new one - when he could have just charged us lots to try another repair - hence why we trust his opinion, he always recommends the most cost effective solution. He defo kept our dishwasher going a couple more years by repairing it. Can’t recommend him enough.

Lee was very quick to respond to my call and fixed my oven in no time. Thank you, Lee! I’m so glad I was given your details. I will definitely be using your company again in the future and would happily recommend your services.

Lee came round when he said he would. I had a object caught in the drum. Thankfully he managed to get it out and he was very reasonably priced.

My partner called Lee yesterday lunch time oven not working he arranged to come this morning diagnosed problem relaced parts all done and dusted great job highly recommended would use again no problem thanks again Lee 10/10

A real super hero! He came out so promptly, repaired our washing machine and at a very reasonable price. It was not an easy job, especially on a very hot day, but he was cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. It’s rare that I leave feedback but he was outstanding.

We had an issue with an oven door. Lee responded promptly to our phone call, Within two hours. He fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again, if I need to fix an appliance.

Just moved to the area, sadly our tumble dryer did not like the move. However spotted Lee at Southern Appliance Solutions on a local FB page. So glad we did. He is a total professional but also personable. Messaged him yesterday, he had visited and sorted the issue by 10am today. Also good value for money. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

After speaking with Lee to discuss the issues I was having with my oven and dishwasher, he was with me within 4 hours. Quickly diagnosed both issues when he arrived and had them both repaired within an hour. Great service and would recommend Lee to anyone having issues with their home appliances

Lee has saved us a fortune again! This is the 2nd time we used Lee, the 1st for a dishwasher repair. This time our washing machine sounded as if the drum might have broken, and we thought we would have to buy a new machine! But again Lee waved his magic wand and found the culprit was a 5p coin! On both occasions he came out quickly with great communication. Thank you Lee, we’re so grateful!

Prompt response from Lee when my washer stopped pumping out water , came and sorted the problem , not just the filter as originally thought but needed a new part which fortunately he had in his van , and left everything clean and tidy . Highly recommend Lee .

I messaged Lee about my dishwasher and he replied really quickly. He came the next day and had already considered what the problem was so brought the correct spare part. It didnt take long to fix and he explained what he had done. He left everything neat and tidy. Great job, thank you

Contacted Southern Appliance Solutions on Monday afternoon, the oven at our care home wasn't working. By 11AM the next day everything was fixed and up and running again. This company literally saved the day! I wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future, thanks for the great service.

Amazing service, very quick to come out to look at the job.

Brilliant service - i have a Samsung American-style fridge freezer that had stopped dispensing water and ice - i tinkered around as much as i could using YouTube vides etc but couldn't get it going. Lee took the model number via email and was here next day - he quoted a straight forward call out charge - he systematically took things apart to find the problem, found it, fixed it (blocked pipe inside the freezer) and put it all back together perfectly within an hour. No additional charges beyond the original quoted fee. Lee is brilliant, friendly and knowledgable. Strongest possible recommendation.
