Domex Appliance Repairs

Domex engineer attended my property to diagnose and repair my washing machine. From the moment I called them to the repair being completed the customer service and engineer quality of work was exceptional. This is the 2nd time I have used them and they are in my opinion the very epitome of quality and service provision of the highest level. Absolutely recommend for all the above and they will always be my go to business for domestic appliance maintenance.

Really impressed with the repair of my oven. The repair proved to be difficult but the engineer stuck to his task and managed the repair. It was well worth the fee.

I am very impressed with the service. I booked an emergency freezer repair yesterday and the engineer turned up this morning. I was kept informed of arrival time. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my freezer efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

Great service !!!!! Professional !!! Will recommend 200% to anyone

Quick efficient service, very polite engineer, all fixed and working

We have used Domex three times now (for different applicances), and were consistently impressed with their skill, efficiency and courtesy. In particular today Soheib, our engineer, explained the issue clearly and fixed it, and was also happy to share advice as to what we could look out for to avoid future potential issues. Would recommend!

They did a good, professional and pain free repair.

I booked engineer to come and fix my dishwasher, engineer Alex attended, didn't even checked fully, just open door planel ,took screws out, lift bit out and put back screws, didn't explain fully about fault, plus charged added v.a.t when quote was including v.a.t. Very disappointed 😞

Excellent service, from start to end. Their website is super easy to use and I could book the engineer very easily. The issue engineer arrived in time and resolved the issue quickly. This wasn't the first time I used this service and both times, what I particularly liked was how the engineers went above and beyond to resolve an issue. They were not happy until they figured out the root cause even if I wasn't able to help them to do so. In these times where such service providers want to just cut costs and charge more, it was refreshing to see such professional service.

From the time when I first spoke to a young lady at Domex until your engineer came to repair my washing machine, everything went smoothly and professionally and in good time. You are to be recommended.

Great all round experience. Alex was a star and the service received beforehand was exactly what you hope for. Thank you - Catherine & Jon

Worst repair company ever Call said they will be late, after 4 minutes he tried to call saying he is waiting and no one is home after we've been waiting all day Never use

I took out cover on my American fridge freezer from Argos. This year alone I have had it repaired in February, March, April, June and now again in July it’s broken awaiting repair. On three occasions I’ve had to bin all the contents of my fridge and freezer and have had to wait 5 days for a repair the last three times. The most recent repair only lasted about a week before breaking again. I put in a complaint and they issued me with a £12 refund for the last 3 months cover id paid for. No mention of replacing the fridge freezer, no care about the wasted food (which isn’t cheap) and no care about there being 3 children in my household, one being a toddler and it being over 30 degree heat. When they do come and repair it, the repair guy is polite and does temporarily fix it. Get cover elsewhere that covers for loss of contents!!

How fantastic from the minute the kind lady answered my call , to a friendly knowledgeable engineer. The charge was £99 in total so happy with that. From now on I will always call Domex .

Quick and efficieny

Good website. Booking appointment was easy to navigate with clear fee structure and my engineer called ahead to give an accurate time for arrival. Repair was assessed swiftly by a really knowledgeable person who fixed the issue and gave me tips and advice on how to avoid a future problem. Also provided guidance on future issues that could arise. Professional, efficient, respectful of my property and also friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Domex! I’d been dealing with a fault on my American fridge freezer for over six months, and although LG sent engineers twice, they couldn’t fix it. Domex quickly diagnosed the problem, and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally. After months of frustration, my fridge freezer is finally working perfectly again. The engineer was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly experienced. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend Domex.

Fantastic service- thank you. Arrived promptly, diagnosed and sorted the problem immediately, with a new part carried in the van- perfect. Very friendly and professional service.

Our oven had stopped working so contacted Domex as first-time users and novices in the area. Domex were quick, up-front and organised and their web-site very easy to use. Appointment made within days and no hassle on day of service. Hanan was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable diagnosing the issue, advising on solutions, and repairing the fault. All done in an hour at a fair price. Highly recommend for anyone else in a similar situation !

Our Domex experience was exceptional, Panashe our engineer was brilliant and communicated well, and our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Very easy booking process, clear costs and good communication about timings on day of appointment. Would definitely use again

We used Domex to repair a broken dishwasher. Uday arrived on time and was very courteous, and quick and efficient at diagnosing the problem with the dishwasher and finding a solution. The whole process from organising the repair to final payment has been seamless and reasonably priced. We've had good communication from Domex throughout the whole process. I'm a happy customer and would definitely use their services again :)

Fixed my washing machine promptly! Great service and very reasonable.

Kosta was very helpful and advised me on how to care for my appliance and possible actions to take in the future.

Excellent and rapid service. Super friendly team and got the job done.

After booking through Miele the job was passed on to Domex. They were provided the fault code and model number for a Miele dishwasher over 48hours in advance. Their tracking system didn’t work, I had to call multiple times and was dismissed. The engineer was over 45 minutes late and then told me the error on the dishwasher was the error code I had told them. He turned up with no spare parts and they now kindly want to charge me for their service.

Absolutely brilliant. Kosta, the engineer, even knew the problem before starting the job :) Thank you Kosta.

Great service, kept us informed of arrival time. Carried out repair on our gas hob quickly and efficiently. Would use again.

Outstanding service!

Quick, efficient and polite

Kept me updated on engineer arrival time. Very polite and clean worker. Respected my property. Showed me the fault and repaired my dishwasher. Quoted repair price etc. Happy customer. Have used your company before.

This is the gold standard for domestic appliance repair in the South. Domex recently repaired our Caple extractor hood and, while it required a few visits, their team were consistently thorough, highly knowledgeable and courteous throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domex for Caple or any other appliance repairs.

Brilliant service. Thank you!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the service provided by Nayana from Domex today. Not only did he fix my washing machine skillfully, but he also offered valuable professional advice on how to maintain it. His polite and friendly demeanor made the whole process stress-free. He is a credit to your team and easily the best engineer I’ve worked with here.

Mo was professional and most importantly fixed my oven!

Prompt service, very efficient Engineer was very polite and informative Very happy with service

Kosta, my engineer, was brilliant and I cannot fault him. Experienced, very knowledgeable, quick and precise and very polite. Domux’s service was excellent - a very swift response to my original request and booking was extremely easy. They kept me posted with texts and calls to inform me of Kosta’s arrival. I will not hesitate to use them again for any future applicance issues.

Gancho provided a great service and managed to fix my LG fridge within minutes. He was very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the service and results. Would use them again.

Brilliant emailed sunday 16.00 repaired monday 11.00 what more could i ask for.

were able to get an engineer to fix my tumble drier within 5 hours of me calling them, sorted the problem quickly and we now have dry clothes again

Easy no nonsense way to get your appliences fixed - simple to book, guy arrived on time - fixed the dryer and left. What more do you need?

very efficient and puctualExcellent admin and engineer....will definitely use again

Excellent work. Speedy and v efficient

I have used DOMEX several times and have always received an excellent service. Their fees are transparent and they always seem to fix what needs fixing! Their engineers are always friendly and polite, and always call to let you know they’re on their way. If you need appliance repair, DOMEX are definitely the ones to choose.

Excellent experience with Domex and the engineer who came to help, Adnan. The website was extremely straightforward to use, booking was simple, Adnan worked very quickly to fix the issue (even doing some carpentry due to my incompetence!), and I was delighted with the whole experience.

They keep putting tools and unit parts on easily scratchable floors. Theyve been told not to do it, even escalating to management level but they still do it. Not acceptable.

The service engineer Sid from Domex did a great job in replacing the failed compressor.

Although it required more than 1 visit to repair the dishwasher due to faulty parts, the repair was completed by Hammad satisfactorily, in the end.

Amazing experience every time been using this company for years

The Domex engineer was truly brilliant, a real problem solver. I was told my gas hob couldnt be fixed - but he fixed it. The manufacturer had gone out of business and so no spare parts - but all hobs are now in working order. I much prefer repairing old things than buying new so if I have any problems in the future with any of my appliances Domex will be the first contact. I cannot recommend them more highly.Thankyou.Domex

I was able to easily book online in the morning for a same day appointment. The booking process was easy and gave me a cost (excluding parts). Tony was very helpful and proactive as he rang me to tell me he thinks he knows the problem so went to pick up the part from the warehouse before arriving. He was right and quickly fixed my fridge freezer in 10 minutes. As they arrived so quickly I didn't need to throw out the food in the fridge freezer, which also saved me a lot of money. Would definitely use again for any issues with appliances, and will recommend to others.

Rado was really helpful checking why my dishwasher wasn't working ruling out the cheaper things first. He had the replacement pump with him and successfully installed it He also mentioned how to prevent problems with the pump Absolutely excellent service.

Outstanding service. Our engineer was friendly, professional and resolved the problem quickly. He cleaned up perfectly and the price was excellent. Thank you Domex!

Wow. The guy come came to run a diagnostic our noisy washing machine was so rude to my wife. Its nice to have knowledge thats what you are paid for, but do not belittle people and if you are having a bad day or are frustrated call it a day or put on a smile. Borderline insulting (I was present at the end and he was way out of line) Said I will call back but really I wont I just wanted this guy out of our house. Domex shame on you.

Don’t ever use these people ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I booked a second repair for the exact same fault they didn’t fix the first time they confirmed by email and text that the engineer would be there from 14:00 to 18:00 I get a phone call 12:00 on the day from the engineer saying he was 15 minutes away. I informed him that my appointment had been confirmed for 14:00 to 18:00 he then said “in that case I won’t be turning up “ and put the phone down I sent messages to customer service NO REPLY I sent text messages NO RESPONSE I called the help line only to be told I would have reschedule my appointment as they had cancelled because they NOT ME had changed the time of the appointment So I get penalised because their engineer finishes his previous job early a can’t be arsed to wait I took the afternoon off for this repair appointment Worst customer service I have ever experienced ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE BE WARNED

Tried calling thrice (10am-1pm Monday) to get some clarity before scheduling a repair appointment for my oven. Wasn't able to reach anybody or get a callback. I called the Siemens service instead, and spoke to a helpful person immediately. Siemens told me they automatically reserve parts to try to complete a repair on the first visit, whereas Domex appears to schedule a follow-up to come back with parts. I guess I'll be going with Siemens who are around the same price (£119 incl. VAT inside the M25).

Professional

The guy who came to fix my microwave oven today through Domestic & General was brilliant. He phoned me to say he was ten minutes away. He fixed my faulty microwave in less than 30 minutes. He was polite and friendly. Five stars.

Useless. They have have cancelled twice on the morning of with no explanation

Super helpful staff on the phone. Great communication before and during the repair, which required two visits. Engineers were polite, tidy and very efficient. Combined with reasonable pricing, Domex is a rare find in London.

Outstanding service - Stef was friendly, prompt and professional at a reasonable price

very knowledge, helpful and polite.

Professional and thorough service. Highly recommend.

On time, prompt and efficient service.

The engineer who came to fix my washing machine this morning was excellent — polite, helpful, and really professional. He got the job done quickly and everything is working perfectly now. I often find it hard to trust domestic engineers, plumbers, and builders, but I’m genuinely glad I found this company. Their costs are reasonable and clearly explained upfront, which makes the whole experience feel much more trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Came to repair my washing machine today and the fault is still there. What a waste of a day off. Didn't even test it to check, if they had they would have seen its still not working. If I could give 0 I would have, not the first experience of this crap company.

It was quick and easy to set up a repair of my Indesit washing machine that was refusing to fill up. My engineer arrived on time and explained the issue and got it sorted quickly for me. Reasonable prices, would be happy to use them again for appliance issues.

Engineer was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave advice to stop it recurring.

Had little success with this firm re a freezer repair and do not understand why a firm like Miele would use them.

Thanks to Sid and Domex for the very swift response. I discovered my fridge was not working properly at a really bad time of year; Dec 23rd 😬. I logged a request with Domex and Sid arrived 09:30 on Xmas Eve. So these guys can really be relied upon. Sid said I was lucky to get an appt tbh. Prior to that, I wasn't optimistic in getting help so had rushed out and bought a mini fridge just in case, so now I have a spare fridge for the shed! Thanks Sid and Domex.

Boris was very helpful. Resolved the issue promptly within the expected cost.

Very happy with the work: quick, professional, high quality, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I’m very happy with the service. It was fast, reliable, traceable, and reasonably priced. The engineer was polite and professional. I also liked the SMS notifications and the MyRepair platform. One important improvement: please stop using bit.ly links in SMS messages. Link shorteners are heavily abused by subscription scams. Even as a fairly savvy IT user, I was almost caught by a “Market Now24” offer that appeared to lead to a £29.90/month subscription. I understand this is not Domex’s fault, but the use of bit.ly makes it harder to trust the message and easier for scams to blend in.

Efficient booking, prompt attendance and knowledgeable repair.

Good people did a good efficient job tidily and cleaned up perfectly

Tony is very professional and efficient . He fixed my fridge very well.

Engineer attended to fix my fridge two minutes later he suggested it’s short of gas or the compressor which very obvious asked for his fees didn’t sort nothing . Very disappointed

The absolute worst company, they don’t want to work. They spam you with messages the booking is happening today unless you want to cancel. And if the booking happens the engineer just drives past you and leaves. Contacting the costumer service is nightmare, especially the managers they will just argue with you and might even offend. I will have given them a 0 but it is not feasible. Absolute horrid

Engineer did a great job, super knowledgeable and helpful, can't fault his work. 3 star rating is because of the time it took between logging the issue and having a working washing machine again (10 days), and the communication from Domex about the likely turnaround time was not clear.

Professional. Diagnose the problems very quick and fix it rapidly.

Very efficient booking system. Engineer called when on the way, was very helpful and polite, and diagnosed and repaired my oven very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Engineer was punctual, well dressed and very polite. He immediately put protective slips over his shoes and got to work. Identified the problem, discussed it with us and was quickly on his way. Would highly recommend.

Avoid like the plague. Dishwasher flooded our kitchen a month after installation, causing thousands of pounds of damage. When new engineer came out, he confirmed that it was installed incorrectly but customer service were adamant they owed nothing.

Great experience. Usama was very professional, punctual and fixed the issue very quickly.

Tafa identified that an iced-up fan was causing a problem in a Hisense fridge freezer and fixed it today. He was polite, good-humoured and efficient. Sasha was also very helpful when I phoned Domex yesterday. Pricing is very clear, and reasonable for London. I recommend this company.

Ivan from ServiceView (Parent company of Domex) was excellent. Superb communication all the way through to the end. Highly recommend purchasing kitchen replacement items from them as their service was 10/10.

Fast and hassle free repair. The engineer was great

Would not use again. This is the recommended Miele company, for a 4 year old £2k washing machine. There was a minor leak, but instead of doing the long term fix of ordering the spares and fixing it, he did the short term fix of applying a lot of glue around the area. Any future maintenance may now need to remove that glue. In addition, when the machine was out and the dirty floor exposed, he used our own laundry (clothing) to clean the floor. Kinda shocking overall... And I won't know until the future as to whether he shortened the life of a very expensive washing machine... What's the point in buying Miele if this is their approved maintenance? Job number 25450164 in case Domex want to say this didn't happen.

Excellent service. Easy to book, very knowledgeable engineers, affordable pricing. Thank you Domex!

Excellent service the agent Ivan was outstanding, responded to every E Mail with empathy and a clear commitment to resolve the issue. Numerous parts were required to repair the appliance and Ivan went above and beyond to ensure the parts were correct and dispatched promptly. This could have been a disaster with a difficult fault to determine Ivan gently led me to the correct parts and technical support to ensure they were fitted correctly. This resulted in a repair, bringing the appliance back to full working order. I would not hesitate to recommend the service and a big shout out to Ivan, whose support I could not have completed the repair without. Many thanks Pete

Domex offered a great Oven Repair Service for my 12 year old Caple Oven. Initially they ran a diagnostic check, before ordering the part required (was a switch fault). Over two visits, my engineer Diego was very courteous, efficient and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend.

Appalling service and zero responsibility. Had a technician come out to “repair” my dishwasher — but because there was no electrics at the time, it couldn’t even be tested. Fair enough, except once the power was back on, surprise surprise — it still didn’t work. When I called to report it, I was told it now counts as a new repair. Seriously? The manufacturer themselves confirmed it should be treated as an existing issue, yet this company refused to take any ownership. I rang again yesterday morning and was told an escalation had been raised. Two working days later — still nothing. No call, no email, no update. The irony? To complain about the lack of response, you have to raise another escalation… which also goes nowhere. Absolutely shocking communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of care for customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent service of our Cooker hood. Good communication about arrival time and possibility that it might need a new motor (it didn't, but they couldn't check until transformer replaced).

Excellent service.Arranged late afternoon for an engineer to attend the following day to fix our washing machine.Initial contact was good.Clear instructions and information about costs and offer of a time to suit for the repair. Was notified he would attend between 8-11am.Recieved a tracking link the following morning at 7.30am re engineer arrival time.He rang 5 minutes before arriving at 9.10am.Soheib was very polite and quickly diagnosed the fault and managed to replace the faulty heating element.Job completed in 1 hour.Paid by card and Soheib left at 10.15.Highly recommend.

Quick, friendly and explained to me the repair. thanks!

Good engineer, completed work quickly. very happy

this engineer seemed to understand the problem and worked hard for some to time to fix it and told me that he had been succesful in doing that. Of course it will take some time to know whether it was fully fixed or not but I have no reason to doubt that it has been.

It took a few days to get booked in but otherwise very professional and courteous.

Again, a very efficient service from Domex. They were able to offer me an earlier appointment than the initial time offered. The engineer kept me well informed of likely arrival time, was prompt, polite, efficient and friendly. And, above all! my cooker is now working ;)

Great service. Friendly and efficient engineer. Thank you Diego!

Great service today to fix my washing machine. Explained the problem and fixed it. Would recommend.

Domex have repaired my washing machine twice now. Their engineers are friendly, polite and courteous. Leaving the space tidy and clean. In addition, the ability to book appointments online and track the estimated arrival time is extremely beneficial.

Excellent engineer -

Very good service. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable.

Excellent service

Great service, very efficient

Reliable, sorted my issue and really nice people who turned up to our home too. So good to have our washing machine fixed when we thought we'd have to buy a new one. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service, great communication, highly recommended - a service company that provides exemplary service

Great communication throughout the repair process with Domex. I liked the split fee where you only pay the diagnostic amount if the issue cannot be fixed. Tafadzwa my engineer was very polite and fixed the issue with my fridge very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Domex again!

Jason fixed my freezer fridge! Meile. Professional efficient and fixed my unit in good time. Highly recommend

Absolute terrible customer service. 5 visits in machine still not repaired. No clean clothes or underwear to wear, no accountability taken. Terrible avoid.

So I have an Elica extractor hood which is not working. When I booked for the job and after words in domex website My Repair section, I provided all the info - manufacturer, model, serial number and what exactly is the possible probem. Their technician arrived on site and asked me what's the problem, I explained him and told him that I have provided all the info when I booked. He checked it and "diagnosed" that it needs swtich replacement. His company will order the "parts" as he is not carrying anything and will be back t fix it. For now, I had to pay for diagnosis. I did tell him that I had already diagnosed this and already provided all the info, are you sure I will get the parts and will not end up paying for this "diagnosis" only and nothing else. He said don't worry. Two days after job, I get the call from them that parts are not available (a plastic switch) and they cannot repair it. I was furious and so disappointed. I provided all the info already and all they could have done is confirm before sending the technician that the parts of this model will not be available, if needed, so are you sure you want us to visit and check it out. Then it would have been my call. But right now, I feel like scammed. The guy came in and told me what I already knew and I paid for it. This is bogus and appalling. And I feel it's better to get your local technicians to fix the stuff rather than these big companies. Very unhappy and feeling scammed. Even in their response to my feedback, they fail to acknowledge that they should have informed me before sending the technician that spare parts are NOT available of this device anymore.

Engineer was punctual, he provided good customer service and did a great job.

Akhil was good engineer very friendly and spotted our problem and also told us what to do so that the washing machine and keep working for 2 years or so. I was very satisfied very Akhil

Kept informed of times regularly. Engineer very friendly and helpful. Have used this company for quite some time as found them very teliable

This was my first experience using Domex and it was a very pleasant one, booking an appointment was easy and the charges were totally transparent. The young man who visited was polite and did the job efficiently with good explanation of what was needed and what could possibly be needed in the future. I loved the fact that he used shoes covering and gloves. The company's website is easy to use which is a blessing for a senior like me. As much as I don't want to have any more repairs to my appliances should I need them I will use Domex for sure.

Very efficient repair service. I booked an engineer visit online through the Domex website. The engineer arrived at the appointed time the next day and repaired the oven (new heater element, fan and bulb). Friendly and helpful. One year parts guarantee. Cost was appropriate for the work done. Can recommend Domex highly.

Domex make money out of sending their repair staff to visit peoples homes. So they will always end up having multiple visits. They charged me £80 to visit my dishwasher. The repair guy said there was a part missing that would cause a leak and also that another part had broken. I agreed to pay for the new parts at £147. 3 weeks later they were due to arrive with the new parts. 30mins after their expected arrival time they phone me to say the parts they have received are broken and it will take another week. This really annoyed me so I went onto the web site for the Miele dishwashers, spoke to their parts department customer service team and they confirmed the missing part was nonsense and told me how I could fix the spinner - all for free. I don't think they are very skilled and their business model is dependent on having to make multiple visits so will also be expensive and slow.

I cannot recommend Domex enough. Everything was excellently communicated and fixed. All repairs and costs were transparent so I could understand and see exactly what was happening. Kim the engineer was fantastic, polite and quick to fix our oven. Overall a fantastic service!

Very professional and tidy.. didn’t have to wait too long. Will definitely use Domex again

- I called domex 6 months ago to repair my washing machine door, which had broken a few months before that. They fixed it without replacing the part. - the door broke again recently (6 months later). I had to pay another £140 to fix it with the new latch (still don’t know why they didn’t replace it last year). - 5 days later, the door is broken again. This time it doesn’t open and all clothes are stuck inside. You really need to sort your services out. This is absolutely not acceptable.

My engineer Kim at Domex was wonderful fixed the issue was polite and fast

Excellent Service and Advice from Domex from start to finish. Easy booking online and good communications. Andrei the Engineer was very polite punctual and professional sorted out all my problems and gave good advice. Would Recommend.

Excellent service!

Very pleasant experience

Boris was friendly, polite and honest. Repaired my malfunctioning Caple wine chiller.

helpful, friendly technician who came in on time and was able to fix my oven. No complaints

Same day service! Very efficient and kind.

Diagnosed the problem and got my machine fixed in good time, communication was great and they even managed to re-book my repair earlier than originally proposed. Great to have clean washed clothes on demand again and not trek to the parents house for laundry!

Excellent experience with Domex mending / replacing my hob overhead extractor fan. Very friendly and polite engineer, kept to timeframe and kept me updated throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Following a 10-minute repair at the cost of over £100, my fault returned after two and a half weeks. They expect me to pay the labour charge again to come back. The 1-year guarantee is basically a lie. Beware. Edit addressing the response: Choice wording again there. You will conduct a diagnostic free of charge, but you will charge me nearly £50 again as a flat rate for any labour needed. Spin it however you want. The fact is you are asking me to pay you for not correctly diagnosing or carrying out the necessary labour on your first visit. Also, regarding the guarantee you're implying I've misrepresented. From your website: "we offer a 1 year guarantee as standard on all parts and labour." And from the same page: "You get an industry leading 12 months guarantee on your repair including any electrical / mechanical (non-cosmetic) parts we fit." Do I really need to argue the language? Even the word "including" there is a statement of the repair itself being covered, excluding parts. And now from the booking email I assume you're referring to: "We will provide you with a 12 month guarantee on any electrical or mechanical parts we fit. This means that if the same fault occurs again, we will provide a repair at no additional cost to you. However, if a different (unrelated) fault occurs, this would be treated as a new repair and further charges would apply." Is it really that much of a stretch to think that from these statements, I wouldn't expect a certain standard of service? Like a courtesy visit after less than 3 weeks before exactly the same (very much related) fault reappears. Edit (again) on 1/4/25: Just to be clear, this isn't an April fools. My negative reviews here and elsewhere did encourage Domex to send the same engineer back completely free of charge. This time, they seemed to give the machine a bit more attention, identifying a new issue and replacing a part. However, turns out they didn't reconnect the pipe to the condenser, so I had to stop my drying test run half way through, clean up the flood in the kitchen, open the machine up and finish the job myself.

Very quick and efficient repair of a broken washing machine pump

Once again, Pavlin from Domex saves the day. A spring broke on our integral dishwasher door, leaving it dangerously heavy and liable to break someone's leg if it dropped. I contacted Domex, booked a repair for 3 days later and Pavlin arrived on time and fitted two new springs within the hour. Great service and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Nick was a thorough professional. Finished the job in 20 min and dishwasher is working fine. Thanks Nick.

Rado,very poor service

Akhil provided an excellent service and resolved our queries.

Really efficient. Was updated with timings, fees explained clearly and the engineers arrived on time and fixed the item with no issue .Will definitely use again .

Very professional, efficient and quick to respond. Truly impressed with the service provided and would recommend them.

Very happy customer. I’ve used Domex services several times and the engineers are always timely, work completed to good quality, issues explained clearly to me and most of all the repair costs are very reasonable in comparison to buying new appliances. The online booking tool is easy to used. I would recommend Domex anytime.

Hanan was extremely courteous, friendly and effective. He kept us fully informed about the timing of his visit. We were delighted with the service he provided and his very agreeable manner. .

Really impressed with punctuality, politeness and quality of job. Surprised in the right way by the bill too.

The whole process of booking an appointment was easy. I was kept up to date throughout the process The engineer that came to fix my dishwasher did a great job

Quickly fix the problem of my washing machine

I wouldn't recommend it. Very bad experience, I spent £130,00 pounds to fix a washing machine that leaks a bit. They didn't solve the problem. They wouldn't give me the money back. They want me to pay £120.00 more to try more of they repairs 😡 I would give it no stars.

If I could I would give it no stars at all. I wouldn't recommend it. Very bad experience, The service man who came to my house was not helpful. He was very fast doing a very dodgy job and leaving quickly. I spent £130,00 pounds to fix a washing machine that leaks a bit. They didn't solve the problem. They wouldn't give me the money back. They want me to pay £120.00 more to try more of they repairs 😡

Excellent, arrived on time fixed the issue quickly. reasonable price

Excellent service with flexibility so that the engineer was able to fix another problem that arose whilst he was here.

Excellent service by Kuda - my neighbour! Prompt arrival, ID provided without request and professional throughout. Required repair identified and completed within an hour. Very happy with the service and strongly recommend.

Excellent service all round at a reasonable price.

I wish I could give a negative rating, the fact that I need to even give one star just to write this review feels very wrong! My washer dryer is under warranty. The washer/dryer machine was working fine on a cold wash, the issue was that is wasn’t heating up so I was unable to do a hot wash or use the machine for drying. The first engineer came and BROKE the part that he was supposed to replace. He had to leave and order a replacement (he didn’t have another in his van apparently). To make things worse he didn’t even have the sense to put the machine back together so I was left unable to at least cold wash. A WEEK later another engineer came, he fiddled around with the machine for 45 minutes, said it’s fixed and left. When I used the machine after he’d gone the same problem was still there and WORSE - the machine now had a burning smell coming from it!! When I called to complain they didn’t care, just said they’ll send a message/link as I need to complain via that. Weeks later I’m still left without a washer/dryer and have heard NOTHING from this company. Your highly incompetent staff and engineers need to learn how to do their job properly! Absolute disgrace!

Excellent service as always from Domex. Engineers are knowledgeable, professional and overall the service for a call out is good value imo.

Very professional and efficient service from start to finish. Domex have their processes sorted; an easy to use and effective on-line repair booking and tracking system, good over the phone support, and professional, prompt and polite engineers. Highly recommended.

A professional, friendly service, which resolved the issue.

Our washer was having issues and we called for a repaired; our engineer was Stefan, he was very professional, took the time to explain the issue, and the solution as well as given us tips to maintain the unit. He made sure the washer was in place after he was done, very helpful. Thank you for the quick response and getting our washer back in service

It was a simple job but I needed to get it done by a professional. Very easy to book. Very clear pricing structure. Turned up when they said they would. Did the job properly and answered my questions. The only thing was I would have liked to have a downloadable receipt instead of just seeing it on the web page. I like to keep receipts for my records so ended up having to print screen the page and keeping a photo of it. Would recommend the company.

Super responsive, easy to arrange, transparent on price (which were also very reasonable). Highly recommend Domex for washing machine repairs based on my experience

I always have confidence in Domex engineers. As soon as Josh started looking at my washer-dryer I knew he'd do a great job of fixing it - he obviously knew exactly what he was doing and cared about fixing it properly. He was quick, efficient and tidy. The cost was exactly as quoted and the communication about the engineer's time of arrival was very helpful.

Excellent service ... Recomended to all Many thanks

Fixed our wine chiller on the first visit. Well done !

Efficient highly recommend, friendly, professional

Gancho was excellent! Found the problem with our oven and replaced the part so swiftly. He made sure it was working once installed. Cannot recommend him enough! A great service.

On time; on agreed price; friendly service; experienced engineer. Got the problem and answered sorted without drama and fuss.

Very pleasant and tidy workman. Give him top marks . Efficient and professional approach. Good explanation of the problem. Prompt repair by same employee is a nice touch. Reasonable price.

Absolutely fabulous service from Kim this morning. Was here within 30mins of responding ‘today’ on the ‘your service can be earlier’ text. Repaired in super quick time, cleaned up all the mess and was super kind and respectful. Also a big thank you so much for giving great advice on taking care of my dishwasher. Highly recommend this service. FYI future customers: please make sure to arrange parking within your estates. It’s essential for them to carry out the repair in good time without the extra worry of parking tickets and long shleps to the can together parts needed!

Brilliant service, very helpful and honest. Would recommend again

Thank you to the Domex engineer called Sid. I had 2 visits from him, one to diagnose the problem and again today when he replaced the faulty part. Sid is a lovely engineer, polite, smiley and thoughtful, with a wealth of knowledge and hints and tips for my appliance. Thankfully he repaired my oven so I now have a functioning oven in time to cook Christmas dinner! Thanks Sid and I wish you a very Happy Christmas.

Excellent service being the second time we’ve used Domex (different appliances). Very slick booking process, really good availability and the engineer was friendly, tidy, and experienced. Such good value for money.

Good efficient service. Expensive but accept that on account of the way job was handled.

Arrived within 25 minutes of me filling out the web form! The engineer Gancho was really good. Fixed my broken fridge freezer and bill was £119 which I thought was good. Would definitely use Domex again.

Appalling customer service from this company. Liars who tell you a part isn't covered when it explicitly is covered under the manufacturer warranty. The engineers appear to be incompetent and took 3 visits to fix a small leak actually making it far worse and damaging kickboards from flooding. Would not recommend anyone use this company.

Would highly recommend Domex. Very helpful and polite on the phone to book my appointment and the engineer was on time, respected my property, diagnosed the issue, and then very quickly Domex came back with a price to replace the part and the cost. Costs of visit and subsequent visit to replace the part very reasonable. From start to finish really lovely company to deal with and totally stress free.

This is the 2nd time Domex have come out to fix our washer/dryer, and the 2nd time they have charged us for a "fix" that did nothing of the sort. The washer/dryer is still not fixed but they charged us anyway despite their booking form explicitly stating "You won't pay the repair fee if we can't repair the appliance". Do not use.

Rangemaster’s hob was repaired perfectly. Booking was so easy and fee is reasonable, the engineer Daniel was so helpful and did great job. Thanks!

Was really impressed with this company. Got a next day appointment, fees were clear and up front, and the issue with my machine was quickly found and clearly explained. The engineer was really friendly and helpful. Will use again!

The appointment was easy to book, and Domex's web portal and communications are excellent, unfussy, functional. and helpful. Technician Mark arrived early, having first phoned to confirm I was home. He was polite, friendly and helpful, explaining the nature of the fault and that it was partly due to wear. Nonetheless he sorted it out, answering my questions and giving me some useful advice along the way.

Boris was very helpful and informative. He did his best with the repair.

Excellent service! Very prompt, clear and helpful. I’d highly recommend Domex.

I waited in all morning as agreed and the engineer was still 15 minutes late. I am now late for work. He had the nerve to try and bill me after the office conceded I would not be charged. I am really annoyed.

Hi I had 2 engineers from domex come to house for a Samsung washing machine in 2 different dates not only they were both late as they did not have a clue in what to do all they had to do is move the machine out and see what was the issue but they didn’t even bother very bad service I hade a engineer in today from we repair company and he did a great job with in 30 minutes he found the issue and fixed

Flexible, easy to book, professional, efficient and friendly, modest in pricing

Great service from Domex. The engineer Venko was on time, polite and efficient. Reasonable price too.

Thank you for arranging this washing machine repair. Through domestic and general and ensuringwas updated with emails and texts. Alex came on time, respected my property. Did amazing job and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Alex and team Sent from Outlook for Android

I would put zero stars if I could. 5 visits over a 2 month period and washing machine is STILL not fixed!! I asked them “how long will the repairs go on for, months or years?” They have replaced every part and still adamant on sending more people out even though they cannot and have not fixed the machine. And they cannot guarantee that the machine will be fixed and/or when yet cannot admit/confirm they cannot fix it despite coming out 5 times now! Also told me all engineers reports are with LG- yet LG have not received anything from Domex. Appalling!

Soheib was great, respectful, hard working, sorted out the issue then and there.

Tony arrived when he said he would. He put covers over his shoes to protect my carpets. He checked with me that I knew that I would have to pay for his time and any parts that would be needed as my fridge/freezer was out of warranty. He knew what he was doing and was able to rectify the issue (a airlock in a pipe) very quickly. Throughout the visit he was unfailingly courteous … a great asset to your company and I would certainly be happy to use your company for any future domestic repairs.

Very efficient service and helpful, friendly engineer. Thank you.

Domex replaced the motor brushes on the washing machine. The engineer was very professional and polite. Great service.

Great service from Alan at a reasonable price to fix my faulty fridge freezer.

Justin came today for our washing machine, he was fantastic, really friendly and made our washing machine work in no time, thank you so much !

Very professional, super experience, highly recommand.

The engineer was efficient and helpful, showing me exactly what had failed and replacing it quickly. I am very happy with the service.

Domex team was very helpful and efficient when my washing machine broke. They managed to find an engineer available on the same day which was extremely helpful. Communication via app was convenient, easy and well organised. The engineer arrived on time. He left my place tidy and neat despite having to deal with quite a messy task. Payments were handled online, updates sent by emails and text messages. Overall I am very much pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

Super easy and convenient online booking. Perfect communication at every stage. I have used Domex to rescue several of my appliances. The engineers always explain the fault, which I appreciate. Will definitely use them again.

Ashok arrived punctually, even some minutes before time slot. Cleared a particularly difficult limescale issue in filter area. Efficient and courteous Engineer.

Many thanks, great communication and my engineer was super polite and got the job done very efficiently

I would like to thank you for sending an exceptionally good engineer and person. He has applied 2 visits in past 2 weeks

Arrived within the anticipated time. Identified the problem - fridge freezer’s blocked drain and resolved it. He cleared the drain, removed the ice, dried the area and put the freezer drawers back. The engineer was not only able and competent but courteous and a delight. I will certainly call on DOMEX to resolve any future white goods problems.

Fantastic service, very professional and thorough job. The engineer called me with the expected arrival time and arrived on time. I had my washing machine fixed and couldn't have hoped for a better service. thank you

Problem was diagnosed quickly, the engineer had the replacement part on his van and replaced and put the washing machine back very efficiently. Would recommend and will use Domex again

Domex were excellent. An engineer was sent to me very quickly after receiving the request and Udhaya was able to fix my appliance there and then. Very pleased, thank you.

The technician was friendly and polite. Fixed the fridge and put everything back where it belonged.

These guys took on my Miele appliance repair and I hadn't used them before so didn't know what to expect. I have to say the experience couldn't have been better from start to finish. Clear booking and visibility over timings and costs all the way through the process and then a great engineer who fixed my appliance then and there and couldn't have been more considerate in my home. Thank you Great Job

The repair was carried out on time, quickly and efficiently. Andrei went to a lot of trouble to explain the problem and how to better maintain our Miele washing machine.

Our Samsung fridge/freezer had frozen pools of water appearing at the bottom of the freezer once or twice a day. We contacted Domex and Kosta Bakalov came out the next morning and fixed the problem in about half an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and showed us what the problem was and how he would fix it. I would definitely call on him again if we had any further problems with our fridge/freezer.

Great value, great communication and the engineer Vadim was really experienced and quite obviously wanted to do the best job he could. Would recommend highly

Had a faulty washing machine repaired in which the drain hose was replaced. I've use Domex for a number of years now, but have noticed that the price I pay for parts is usually higher than if I sourced directly myself - so looks like, to me, that they are also profitting on the parts too. In my example, I was charged £21 for a drain hose, where these are widely available for less than £10. It's only a £10 difference in monetary terms, but it works out at 50% more in real terms. That's quite a mark up

The serviceman came on time. He was incredibly polite and he showed his ID and wore shoe covers before entering. I really appreciate all these as my wife was alone with our little baby. He was careful to diagnose and took time to clean up after him. Would recommend Domex and five stars for Adnan!

Excellent from start to finish. Updated frequently with booking/visit. Engineer prompt. Extremely knowledgable. Fixed elica extractor. Highly recommend & will definitely use again.

Our landlord's agent recommended Domex as we needed a technician to come to repair our washing machine. It couldn't be easier to book a same-day appointment, no hidden charges, onsite payment and receipt received in minutes via email. Joshua was punctual, professional, talked through the issue and repair and how to prevent it in the future with easy cost free tip. I'd really recommend their service

Easy to book, regular updates from the engineer on when he would arrive and a quick repair. Very satisfied.

Great and efficient service and technician.

Very good service. Engineer was prompt and knowledgable. Would recommend to others

Engineer arrived as scheduled, was polite and respectful. He investigated the problem and was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He continued to do a proper check to ensure there were no other issues and tested the machine to make sure it was working fine before he left. He also gave us some useful advice on caring for our particular machine. Very happy with this service

Excellent service from Diego one again - washing machine fixed as expected, and great customer service

What I like about Domex is their reliability. They arrive when they say they will and I have always found Nick very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a blocked Miele dishwasher. Ashor, the engineer, repaired it and got it working again. He was thorough, took his time to check everything, explained the problem to me, and was careful to do a good job. I would use Domex Appliance again if I need future repairs, especially with qualified engineers like Ashor.

Hello arrived on time, did diagnostics on the washing machine. And did the required repairs. Explained everything. Very respectful to me and my property. Would highly recommend.

Danial arrived as stated, he was polite and professional, he repaired my oven, explained what the problem was and noted parts that may be needed in the future. 5 🌟 service all round. Thank you

Didn’t give up and got the washing machine going again. Great service!

Excellent work and the engineer was very helpful and kind. Showed us how to properly use the washing machine. Excellent service 👍

I found Domex to be very professional, helpful and reliable. It was easy to arrange a visit and the engineer was thorough, polite and helpful. I would use this service again

Booking an appointment was easy on their website. Comms were excellent and most importantly, Alexis the technician, turned up when he said he was going to do. The repair was carried out efficiently and without fuss. Excellent service!

I have been waiting for my appointment for about 2 weeks only for the engineer to not even attempt to enter the building. The concierge was fully aware of their arrival and they said nobody from Domex arrived. I have asked for photos as proof that the engineer attended. I do not even recognise the buildings in the photo and they have already assigned the engineer somewhere else and had to reschedule me for an even later date. Domex came back in 2 days after rescheduling but they refused to do the job, because they cannot find parking nearby. There have been many service company in my building and they are the only ones who refused to do the job because they cannot find parking.

Udhay was efficient and repaired my washing machine very quickly

Not very pleasant experience after assessment I was told it was a hinge and after waiting 2 weeks for parts to find out it was not a hing I have to find out directly from producer that it was a whole door and the cost which make it I repairable But Domecq excuse themselves saying that their diagnose was correct when in fact was very obvious it was not very competent staff assessment it was the door and he was advised by the engineer in turn that it was the hinge I would not recommend the company I spent £49 for nothing and they waste my time as well

Very happy with the dishwasher repair thank you.

My engineer Nayana was charming. He was respectful and explained everything beautifully. He also repaired my wine chiller without a need for a return visit which I was delighted about.

The communication was good with a phonecall when that engineer was on the way. The engineer was polite and professional. He presented his ID when he arrived and I was able to match it and identify him from the picture on the webpage. He applied shoe covers to his feet. He was able to identify the issue and repair it quickly.

Really nice friendly engineer who solved the problem quickly and professionally

Easy to explain and report problem Easy to arrange appointments online. Able to message company to explain suitable appointment times Engineer polite and very thorough. Explained work done when finished repair Easy to arrange payment and obtain receipt Very happy overall ☺️ 😊 Many thanks 😊 🙏.

On time, quick, courteous and professional. All fixed.

Good customer service

My disabled mother-in-law is suffering, while Domex engineers fail to repair the faulty on our new washing machine Our washing machine is leaking water, a lot of water and Domex have visited my home on 4 occasions and have failed to repair machine. The engineer has mislead my wife, almost treating her like a fool, so I decided to take time of work to see what is going on. Today 13th May the engineer arrives and repeats all wot he had done on his previous visits, I asked him if he knew wot the problem is and he replied, “I don’t know”, so I asked if he had made any reports from his previous visits and he said no. My disabled mother is suffering while Domex fail to resolve our issue. I will keep you all updated

can't fault them

Absolutely terrible do not advise. I have been very stressed and upset the past couple months. I have wasted a lot of time calling and chasing this company and still not resolved. Not reliable will change appointments last minute and lie about repair reports. They have not fixed my appliance for 6 weeks now and still waiting. Also if you read the previous reviews I am not the only one experiencing this awful service. Avoid this company.

Terrible service and this 4.6 star rating is questionable. Requested very specifically for a part to be replaced and after an ordeal trying to book a time (they provide 6 hour long "time slots") they send someone WITHOUT the part that was requested. I called them up and all they had to say was "we don't send parts till we know the problem, you can use another service if you want". Their engineer's "diagnosis" was that they need the part that I had requested, well done Sherlock! If you value your time, need someone to not drag on a job and get it done efficiently then please look elsewhere.

This is the third time that I've used Domex for an appliance repair and if anything else breaks I'll happily use them again. They are easy to contact, provide comprehensive information about upfront and potential follow on costs in terms of labour, parts. They are quick in arranging for an appointment and turn up on time. They fixed all three problems we had and explained the issues. What's not to like?

Mark did an excellent job fixing my washing machine incredibly helpful and knowledgeable thank you so much ☺️

Amazing service from our engineer, Venko! Everything was well-communicated, he arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed our washer in just a short while! Our washer is now back up running again thanks to Venko!

Easy to book and good communication on the day. Oven Clock wiring problem was resolved quickly. I was impressed with the service. Thanks

Good setvice

Great communication and service!

Well done Alex - Domex Engineer-for a professional customer service and repair. Punctual and courteous as well. Keep it up!

Excellent service

Really good company for repairs

Very easy and quick response. My dishwasher issue was resolved and the contractor was good at their job.

Mark was fantastic, he quickly identified two things that needed looking at and fixed them very quickly, the difference to the machine has been amazing and it is now working perfectly. He was efficient, polite, gave good advice, talked me through the issues and cleaned up afterwards, could not ask for a better service.

Excellent, good communication, time keeping and very helpful. Thank you

I would be vary wary of the 5* reviews here. If you look closely, they all follow the same structure and pattern. Avoid entirely. My experience included Domex cancelling our appointment twice, the first due to "having to order parts", and second due to "illness" which seems to be a recurring issue at Domex. When the engineer visited two weeks later to fix our washing machine, he didn't have the spare parts (that we had been waiting for) and insisted a glueing of a tube/pipe would suffice. When i asked him why can't he just use a new tube/pipe, he said "this will be fine." The next day we had even more standing water on our floor than before, and since then the customer experience has been atrocious and it remains unfixed.

A Domestic engineer was sent to repair my Hide n slide NEFF oven door (damaged by a Fantastic Services oven cleaner guy) the engineer didn't know how to repair it I showed him a YouTube clip on how the door should slide once it's opened, he didn't want 5o know, he said the door opens and closes when you hold the handle and to him thete was nothing to repair. I told him the mechanism for the slide n hide was damaged and that's the part that needed reparing. He wouldn't listen and just left. He was very rude and ignorant to what repair man should be capable of repairing- a total Con - never use them!

Domex engineer caused a leek and scratched the wall. I booked Domex when my washing machine malfunctioned in the first week of January 2024. Initially, their communication was good and they sent an engineer to diagnose the problem and quote for the repair. They proceeded to order the replacement part and book an appointment to do the repair. So far so good. A different engineer came to do the work in early February and things started to go wrong from there. He replaced the part but said the repair was incomplete and that actually another part was required. He struggled to put the washing machine back under the counter and said that it was going to be a two person job to put it back. I have a modest London flat and having a washing machine fully out from under the kitchen counter (for over a month!) is a significant inconvenience. Shortly after the engineer departed we noticed that the pipes leading to our gas boiler was leaking (dripping water) - the boiler is directly above the washing machine with pipes leading down right next to it. The obvious assumption is that the pipes have been bumped/damaged when he struggled to maneuver it back under the counter. There was also a 3 inch scratch along the wall next to the washing machine. I called Domex the next day to report the leak, the fact that the repair was incomplete and that the machine was not put back in place. I lodged a complaint regarding the leak and Domex said it will be reviewed by their technical department and get back to me. Meanwhile I arranged for the leak to be repaired myself. A month on, I have followed up with Domex but they just say it's being reviewed and don't bother getting back to me. The ordered the replacement part and came on the 9th March to finally complete the repairs. Only one engineer came and he had no issue putting the washing machine back under the counter. Domex have not accepted responsibility for the leak or apologise for the inconvenience. I have given up and decided to post a review instead of continuing to chase them.

Had engineer called Anan repair my washing machine .He was so professional and cleaned up afterwards a very pleasant young man an asset to Domex

Purchased a brand new Lg fridge and upon installation the ice tasted rotten and plastic kind of taste. I emptied the ice 6 times. Lg sent a domex engineer by the name of sive. Replaced the ice maker (clearly was faulty otherwise why replace it) however the ice continued to taste bad. He came a second time confirming a bad taste then called his superior and spoke outside of my house. Upon returning all of a sudden the ice tastes fine to him. All I needed was the engineer to confirm the fault but refused to do so. He said one thing in person and writes something else on the report. It’s almost like they don’t want to confirm a fault with the fridge because it comes out of their own pocket. And he then slayed my character saying I wanted a Samsung fridge when I simply mentioned my previous Samsung fridge didn’t have an issue like this . Absolute waste of time. They act worse than McDonald workers when you ask for extra sauce it’s like it’s going to kill them for a customer being on the verge of an exchange. Just confirm the fault so I can go back to the supplier who said they’ll happily exchange the fridge if the engineer confirm it but they don’t. Engineer is a liar says one thing to me and writes a completely different report. Shame on them as well as the second engineer Florin who said to me they’ll get in trouble to write the fridge off. Shameless people

Cosmin was so professional and kind. He was quick at fixing my machine and even gave me advice on how to manage the situation if it happens again. Such a lovely guy. It was a pleasure speaking to him.

Clear pricing, easy to book and track the engineer. Engineer was friendly, professional and fixed our issue quicky. Can't recommend this folks enough.

Our engineer Arshid is experienced, answered all the questions we have asked very politely.

Have had both our main fridge and wine fridge serviced and repaired now. Really happy with it and very reliable. Our engineer Nas was knowledgable and friendly, would recommend to anyone looking to get old fridges repaired.

Fantastic service to fix my dishwasher, diligent, friendly and sorted the problem quickly.

edit to my review: would be Zero stars if wasn't for the 2nd engineer Sid who came First visit 27th jan 2024 by Boris thought it was fixed , as was told to wait 12hours for compressor to kick in. It never did so not fixed. 2nd visit on 2nd feb by Sid who investigated issue properly found power inverter fitted by first engineer was a 500 instead of a 750 & it need another part the main pcb that should have been diagnosed on the first visit. 3rd visit 15/02/2024 by Sid who seems to know what he is doing. Finally fixed after fitting correct power inverter and new pcb, In reality should have been fixed at least by the 2nd visit had it been diagnosed correctly in the first place. 3 days taken off as holiday which I'll never get back, should have been 2 days at the very maximum.
