Excellent. Really pleased I contacted Ben. Lovely Guy and work is brilliant. His colleague Glyn is great too!

I rang Ben late afternoon & he called at 8am the next morning to fix my washing machine. It turned out that my grandson had pressed the child lock on it! thats why it would start! Such a nice guy, he refused to take any payment. I would definately recommend Ben and use him again for any appliance repairs. Thank you!

Great service. Diagnosed and replaced faulty pump on my dishwasher on the same visit.

Ben is the washing machine whisperer! A1 service fixed in a jiffy for reasonable cost. Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. Ben diagnosed the fault with our tumble drier over the phone, ordered the part and pencilled us in to come and fit it a few days later. He turned up on time, was super polite and friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond getting the drier out and back in (it's stacked on top of the washer in a narrow cupboard, with a really tight vent hose connection). Will definitely use again when we have problems with any of our appliances.

Professional, friendly and reliable. Called Ben about a washing machine issue. He checked his diary and pencilled me within a couple of days. He turned up at the time he said he would. He sorted the problem out promptly. His price is very reasonable, he even gave me a slight discount off the quoted price because he did not have to move the integrated washing machine out. How honest is that. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Quality service, Ben knows his stuff, is prompt and professional and I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service; drove to the house in 20 minutes after a quick call ON THE. SAME DAY and fixed the washing machine. Absolute legends. Thank you Ben and Charlie!

Ben recently fixed our tumble dryer with complete ease, professionalism and at a great price! Super friendly and amazing service will highly recommend! Thank you Ben 🙏🏻

Great service from the team at Buddy’s. Ben certainly knows his stuff and fixed our Miele washing machine in minutes. We thought we would be in for a huge bill, but it was incredibly reasonable and he didn’t even charge us for the part he had to make himself to fix it! Would 100% recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant service - very professional, friendly and reliable. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for someone to repair their appliances!

Would highly recommend Buddys, great service, clear and fair pricing, came the next day and resolved our issue. If we have anything else go wrong again will definitely use ben!

Ben repaired our dishwasher was very clean and efficient

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered the parts for me and fitted the same week. Plus really nice chap

Came to sort out our very noisy tumble dryer. Unfortunately was beyond repair as a hole in the drum. Ben looked up the price of a new one while with us but more economic to just replace the machine. Ben charged only a very reasonable amount to cover the call out and took the faulty machine away for us. He was on time, friendly and we will certainly use him again and would recommend him.

We were sent Bens number from a friend who had recently used him for an oven repair, he was highly recommended. Had Ben from Buddy’s appliance repairs over to look at a tumble drier seal, give us a price for replacing a glass hop top that was cracked and diagnose and repair our Samsung microwave oven which had a faulty/ damaged start switch. Ben arrived very quickly (within 2 days), quickly generated a quote for us for parts and labour which we thought was very reasonable. He cleaned the filters on our condenser drier and said they could leak if not regularly cleaned. He ordered the parts for us, and organised to come back and fit them the same week. He turned up when he said he would with all three parts needed for the repairs on the three appliances. All work was carried out within roughly an hour. Ben is a great engineer, very organised, left our place as clean as it was when he arrived and did a great job on the bits he repaired. Would definitely recommend,

Came & sorted out a small problem which we didn't realise with the fridge. Easy to deal with & good value

Ben came around to look at our tumble dryer this morning. He managed to find and fix the fault. He was punctual, efficient, very outgoing and charged a fair price. I would use Ben again, without hesitation. All round, an excellent service.

Tumble dryer belt snapped on a Saturday. Couldn't wait until Monday. Called Ben, absolute ledgend! Had one in his van. Great price. Dryer back in action. No hassle.

Couldn’t recommend Ben highly enough. Thoroughly nice lad who clearly knows his stuff - we will definitely use his services again next time we need appliance repairs or servicing.

Came and fixed my tumble dryer in and out checked every part of it cleaned after himself no hidden fees very happy

Brilliant service from Ben. Rang around several different local firms and Ben was the only one to proactively take my call and arranged a same day visit to investigate and resolve the issue. Would happily use again if needed

Ben came to fix my dishwasher after another firm gave me his number when they couldn’t fit me in. He was reliable and punctual, and made sure he had the correct part before arrival. Unfortunately the part was faulty that he had been sent but he immediately ordered another and returned to refit it once it arrived. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Excellent service, prompt, polite and professional. Will definitely recommend Ben for all appliance repairs.

Really great service, friendly and knowledgeable very happy with the service received fixing Bosch washing machine would highly recommend!

Ben from Buddy’s repairs came to us the day after we called, fixed our Miele Oven after others said it wasn’t repairable. He replaced the main oven function switch which solved the problem & has worked perfectly since. Professional, tidy & knowledgeable. Great to see a tradesman who knows his trade well. Highly recommend
