Total Appliance Repair

Brilliant service, fixed my Washing Machine and Dishwasher within 24 hours, would highly recommend.

Booked monday morning as oven stopped working. Out at 230 and fixed within 20mins. Quick and effcient and would not hesitate to use again

Superb fast friendly service with my built in microwave. Technician arrived same morning and explained everything to me ordered parts and all fitted quickly by another team. Thank you will keep your card handy.

Had a call out from Craig. Regarding a washing machine repair ( dog had chewed the seal) , communications were great. Very reliable, arrived on time. Explained everything plus some very good hints and tips. Work carried out tidy, rubbish removed. Price as discussed on phone call. Would recommend, thank you ( June 2026)

Very professional and helpful staff especially Martin and his colleague and the reception staff. Arrived promptly to repair the De Dietrich Double Oven overall very happy with the repair and service and would highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service. I will use them again!

Very impressed with speedy service within 3 hours of my initial enquiry. My washing machine problem turned out to be very minor, but it was identified and dealt with very efficiently. The engineer was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He checked over the machine and gave me lots of useful tips re maintenance and cleaning for which I am very grateful and have since passed on to various family and friends. I would certainly use this company again.

Fast and professional.

Really great guys. Great job fitting new double oven and integrated microwave.

Supplied and installed a new induction hob. Very efficient service. Great communication, responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Would recommend.

Excellent service on my tumble dryer which had stopped spinning. Called on Wednesday afternoon, could have been repaired on Thursday morning but wasn't suitable for me. Craig arrived Friday morning and was fixed within 30 minutes at a very affordable price. Thank you Craig. I would highly recommend.

Craig was very knowledgeable done a great job, polite and clean.

Very professional repair service with good pricing and excellent customer service. Jack, the engineer repairing my dishwasher not only fixed my dishwasher but provided me with a full information of how to look after my appliances properly. Wish all the companies work as well as Total Appliance Repair. Thank you.

Excellent efficient service. MARCO explained the issue clearly and left the work area clean. I would highly recommend.

They are real stars and very professional. Quick to respond, their experienced, knowledgeable engineers can fix anything. Highly recommended.

Prompt and efficient service that needs to be celebrated. Having found Total Appliance Repair on Checkatrade this I had to wait less than an hour between initial phone call and the engineer being at my door. The engineer was professional and helpful and I was very impressed with his service.

Our washer machine broke on Sunday (4th Jan) and was advised to replace it and everyone I spoke to recommended Total Appliance Repair as I never want to use a large company like AO/Currys. I am extremely pleased and grateful I did. Spoke with them Monday morning and by Tuesday 4pm the new machine was installed and working. I really can't recommend them enough and the prices were also very competitive. The install team were brilliant (Jim/Mitch) who made sure the integrated door was aligned with the rest of the kitchen. It was great they spent the time making sure it was perfect. Excellent price, service and overall experience and I will always use them for everything appliance related moving forward. Thanks again.

Fantastic company - excellent customer service and excellent engineers who came out almost immediately to fix our dryer, thank you!

Very happy with their work on both occasions, and they responded promptly both times.

Jack was really helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend these guys

Great prompt service . Arrived within 2 days of calling. Thrilled with my new double oven and how quick , easy and stress free it all was . Very polite , professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I Highly recommend. Sally.

Our dishwasher was literally on the "blink" with a flickering display. We have used Total Appliance Repair before to fix a faulty oven so had no hesitation in contacting them. Craig the engineer quickly diagnosed the problem of broken cables and fixed it within the hour. Craig was friendly and tidy and we were pleased with the price of the repair. Manual dishwashing duties are now over!

Once again fabulous fast and efficient service. Our ancient 17 year old dishwasher finally bit the dust, Total Appliance had done a few repairs on it over the years and extended the life of the machine by years for us, but a huge issue and redundant parts meant it was time for a new machine. Competitively priced replacement machine was delivered and installed. We live in a small flat with an even smaller kitchen so installation was challenging, but as ever, they did an absolutely perfect job. 100% recommended.

Amazing service . Have used this company twice in last month for oven and fridge/freezer repairs . Same day service and super helpful . Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect, Really good service and such polite individuals. All the young men are really hard-working and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Always helpful, knowledgable and friendly - my go to for new appliances and repairs!

Excellent work by the engineer on his report on the issue of the fridge and Excellent an prompt work by Jim+Mitch..Reff BB23..

We’ve used Total Appliance Repair for both repairing an appliance and the supply & fit of a new appliance. We’ve always received excellent service, very quick (same day or next day) engineer appointments, prompt delivery and fitting of a new oven, great value for money and an excellent friendly service from the office staff through to the engineers. I would HIGHLY recommend Total Appliance Repair.

Friendly efficient repair. The engineer took the Rome to explain the cause I'd the fault, how he was resolving it and steps to take in future to prevent recurrence. There was only a couple of days wait for the engineer to visit and he left the area he worked in clean and tidy and a very happy customer.

With a call out fee of £79.99!!!!!! Really not worth it. Better contact companies with no call out fee and there are plenty, OR buy new .

Efficient and courteous both for engineers and office staff. Will use this company for any other appliance repairs I might have. Recommended

Fabulous work, good communication, very friendly. Fixed my machine and got it all up and running. 100% would recommend!

Great company, friendly staff, a pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone

Great company to deal with, nice guy came on time within an hour, job done very satisfied, highly recommended

I emailed them on Sunday with a washing machine issue. They phoned me early Monday morning, and by 11am the problem was fixed. Great service thank you

Would happily recommend this local company to anyone needing another option compared to big chains. Quick and quality service from all of the team. Thanks

This company responded immediately to our broken cooker, they found a replacement at a very reasonable cost and fitted it while taking away the old. The guy was on time, polite and friendly. Highly recommend this company . Thank you

DO NOT USE. They damaged my kitchen and my appliance, and now will not respond to emails to resolve this. They left me with a damaged kitchen and appliance that I cannot use. I have written a formal complaint and have had to no reply even with chaser emails for nearly 2 months? No terms and conditions displayed on website, nor their public liability insurance. They demand you pay them £88 on the first visit and say this will cover the repair, you only need to pay for the part. However, do not provide any form of receipt, contact nor any T&C. Little care for other people’s property and tried to argue that they didn’t damage my appliance. Wouldn’t have them anywhere near my house again!!

Was sworn at when I tried to re-arrange a visit. They seem like a genuinely thuggish group of people.

Washing machine stopped. But that was OK it was the wall mounted socket that was to blame 🙄. Bad fitting by bellways homes in our new house .

Great price, efficient & great service. Will certainly use again

5 star service everytime! Cant recommend this company enough every engineer, fitter, delivery driver and assistant have been friendly and professional. Quick and quality service delivered everytime with a very short waiting time. Will use Total Applicance Repair again and again

Good people great service

Excellent service. Replacement washing machine fitted in basement down tight stairs, old unit removed, friendly helpful, fast and great price.

Helpful, friendly staff

I’m not convinced by this company. I am now waiting for them to come back for the 4th time to repair my oven. Each time they charge me for time and parts and it still is t working properly. By the time they’ve finished they’ll have replaced the whole oven, and I don’t believe the whole oven was broken. Use someone else.

I am very pleased with the excellent service of the two gentleman who delivered and installed my washing machine , thank you for your kind help and assistance . Once again thank you , I would certainly recommend this company and the helpful staff in the office as well .

Knowledgeable technicians who skillfully fixed our old dishwasher with no fuss. Thank you.

Brilliant service, would definitely recommend, used them to repair my dishwasher.

I had my washing machine repaired and they were very polite and professional. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and they repaired my machine very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic service , came out same day as called brilliant , thought I’d most Definitely have to buy a new washing machine but thanks to Martin he fixed it in no time at all , would 100% recommend very happy with the service and felt comfortable at all times

Great service, value and response time. Would definitely use again.

amazing service, same day call out and fixed my oven, would recommend to my friends and family

Very easy to use company. Messaged them on Sunday and they were out on Monday.Craig was very helpful and understood the problem straight away fixed it with ease on my Bosch dishwasher and showed us how to fix it oj future if it happens again. He even helped put a board up on the wall for us once he had finished repairing the dishwasher. Would use again and recommend. Thank you so much

Very friendly service. Used for the purchase of new appliances and repairs. Highly recommended.

Excellent service prompt knowledgeable and fixed my appliance. Would definitely use them again!

Good job well done

Jack replaced a new element in my oven he was polite informative and on time. Just a little expensive

All round great service. Highly recommended

First rate service! Dishwasher broke down on Thursday night. Called TAP on Friday morning. Craig came round half an hour later (he'd just finished a job nearby). We had a new dishwasher installed and operating that same afternoon!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They have completely ignored all my emails and requests in regards to my broken oven glass door (after speaking to 3 people!!) Will not use them and do not recommend them.

Charged me £88 to tell me the fault was what I already told them then told me I should just buy a new one. I feel a bit more upfront discussion on cost like I asked would have been helpful here.

Swift efficient repairs. Callout charge a bit steep but they know their stuff. We use them for all our repairs. Recommended. Thanks folks

Didn't visit their premises but they provided a good service with our washing machine repair /replacement

I needed some new brushes for my washing machine The whole team there were fantastic and they really knew their stuff Sorted me out in no time and saved me a fortune in a new machine!!

Absolutely brilliant , came out and assessed problems with both whiney dishwasher & american fridge freezer ice maker, ordered parts and came back a few days later to complete repairs. Martin was very professional , tidy & friendly - am delighted

Outstanding service. Help my 85 mother sort out her cooker and freezer problems. Suggested a replacement cooker and installed it. Very reasonable prices and excellent service, thank you. I would recommend this company.

Quoted £75 to even come out. Then parts then labour. Local chap (re wash appliences) came out next day. Fixed the draining issue, charged me £45 and no parts where needed . Bill would been over £150 with total appliences

(Washing machine repair) I was really pleased with the high level of customer service and speed at which the repairman came out to fix my washing machine - in all it took less than two working days. The repairman was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and kept to social distancing (with a wore a face mask at all times). Best of all, it wasn’t as expensive as I first thought. I'd recommend Total Appliance Repair to anyone.

Excellent service and very helpful engineer. Certainly knew his job and learnt a great deal about manufacturers dodges and falsehoods. Who would have thought Bosch machines were mainly manufactured in China?? Remarkable! Chinese quality at German premium prices.

Phoned for condencer dryer pump they took model details ordered part be in Monday phoned me to tell me part was in went to address to pick up very nice girl gave me my part took payment part was correct very pleased with service will use again

Efficient well sorted. Polite good

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful advice. Have used them several times.

very helpfull, had exactly what i needed, will use again thanks

Great service, very professional and considerate. Highly recommend!

2 callouts needed for the dishwasher after the first repair didn't work and still the dishwasher didn't work. £150 wasted. Avoid.

Total Appliance Repair are efficient and very professional. Their staff very polite and knowledgeable. They were very helpful and came out at short notice, they revisited twice within one day. Best service ever received.

Fantastic service thank you

Excellent services, extremely friendly and professional engineers.

Excellent service from Tom & Mike. Did a perfect job removing our old double oven & replacing it with a new model. Fast service & very competitively priced. One extremely happy customer.
