LW Domestics

Highly recommended. My washing machine stopped working on Sunday. I contacted Liam, he was here midday Monday and within 5 mins problem solved! He even diagnosed the problem over text!! Super efficient service!

Called Liam regarding a non-working dishwasher. Came out quickly and whilst it was beyond repair he explained everything and made some helpful recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate calling him again for any necessary repairs I might need. Honest, polite and very helpful. Cheers

Expert in his field and fair to deal with. Liam has helped us in the past with various white goods. This time he thought what was wrong with the washing machine may not be worth fixing. He did some diagnostics over the phone for us and saved us calling him out on a wasted trip. Very grateful to him. We will continue to use Liam for domestic appliance issues.

I cannot praise Liam enough for fixing my washing machine so quickly today. It was full of water and laundry but he pumped it out and cleaned and checked the hose and filter finding the blockage causing the issue. He was very professional and has a pleasant demeanour that instantly reassured me and put me at ease. Very reasonable cost below what I expected. I will be keeping his number on file and won’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Liam for a first class service at a very reasonable rate.

Great service and communication, fixed our aging dishwasher within 48 hours of me messaging. Very knowledgeable and a great price, thanks Liam 👍

Well what can we say. Liam is an absolute star and very much a professional. We called Liam out to a broken fan in our double oven. Liam fitted the fan very quickly and very professionally and even checked out the second oven. Didn’t charge the earth. Fantastic value for a professional service. Thank you Liam.

Excellent service from Liam, good price and very quick service on a dishwasher repair job.

We were fitted in quickly and really happy with the work he did for us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and will be returning customers for any future problems.

Such great service from Liam!! Fitted me in the same day I called, unfortunately he was unable to fix my washing machine, it's 32 years old 😑 He didn't want any money!! 100% recommend him to anyone!!!

Liam repaired our oven quickly, he was on time and for a good price. I would highly recommend his service.

Called to see if could help with a fridge freezer - recommended to another company as couldn't help. Friendly and polite 🙂

Excellent service. Luckily was in the area and arrived as promised a few hours after my call! Issue with electric oven shorting out quickly identified and repair made. Also provided advice for future trouble free use. Reasonable quote given. Would recommend.

Had my Beko dishwasher repaired. Quick, reasonable price. Would certainly use LW Domestics again and have recommended him to family. Excellent service, thank you

A very honest appraisal of my washing machine and it's inability to be repaired, saving me £100's. Highly recommended as a genuine honest professional. Cheers Liam.

Used Liam a few times for different appliances. Always on time, polite and explains what's needed and the cost involved before fixing. Called him about a broken oven that wouldn't heat. Came out next, on New years eve, and fixed promptly and very reasonable priced. Great to find an honest and reliable tradesman these days! Great service Liam, much appreciated.

Polite, efficient, solved the issue in no time. Will be using again.

There can not simply be anyone better than Liam when it comes to repairing your utility appliances, we communicated on a Sunday when my oven broke down, Liam called a few days later spent the time in repairing the oven without any problems or hassle and all at a reasonable price too plus no call out fee , long may you continue Liam and Thank You

Liam came the very next day after I contacted him about a problem with our washing machine. Identified the fault and fixed it there and then for the price he said it would be. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks

We contacted Liam at LW Domestics regarding an issue with our tumble dryer. Liam was extremely helpful in tackling our query, and was upfront and honest about the next course of action. He recommended some troubleshooting tips and noted that whilst he could look at doing some work, it wasn't guaranteed to resolve the issue and didn't want us to waste money. Honestly like that is fantastic, and means we'd thoroughly recommend LW domestics.

Prompt. Good communication. Really helpful and proffessional.Would use again

Good service and reasonable price.

Extremely helpful

Excellent service from a call late on Saturday, turning up midday on the Monday. No call out fee and fixed what was in the a simple problem but did not over charge. Will recommend him 100%. Thanks Liam.

Great service Professional

Brilliant service, great price couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for fixing our dishwasher top bloke. Highly recommend 100%

I contacted Liam and, even though at the end I didn't need a repair, he deserves the 5* for his quick reply (and unexpected given he would have been off at that time!) on a Friday eve, superb customer service. I will definitely keep this contact and recommend his service for the future.

I had a leak under dishwasher, called other companies and they wanted a call out fee. I saw LW domestic on FB and gave him a ring mended in days and the cost value for money. I am glad I saw Liam mentioned on FB. Thank you and also thanks for recommending LAK refrigeration for my American fridge freezer. Now all mended and both these companies are brilliant services and value for money. Don’t look anywhere else.

Texted Liam and he got back to me within 10 minutes asking for model number and some diagnostic questions. He then confirmed he had a good idea what the issue was and that he had the relevant parts and time to come round. He arrived within a few hours and was incredibly thorough, eliminating all other possibilities before replacing the part he originally thought was the issue. He also identified other problems with the machine that he rectified all as part of the service. Finally he advised me on what preventative steps I could take to prevent issue from recurring in future. Price for the job was incredibly competitive too.. not a great deal more than I could buy the part for online. Liam is an absolute legendry chap that genuinely has your best interest at heart!!

Liam came within 4 hours to look at and mend the dishwasher. We had been quoted £79 call out, PLUS a £65+VAT repair from another business. Liam arrived,, with a view to replacing a microswitch, to discover that the dishwasher was seated further back, and had not been held in place correctly. Engineers with less integrity might have feigned a repair and charged a full visit. Liam was embarrassed to ask for half a call out fee, but we paid more than happily. Excellent service, great guy, great communication. Thanks Liam.

Quickly resolved washing machine problem. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Liam was very responsive and bang on time. Fixed the oven quickly by installing a new element and even changed the bulb for us. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, reasonable fees! Very honest, especially as I was unsure about the problem.

Quick service. Friendly and helpful and very reasonable. Brilliant!

Great service - honest, friendly, punctual and polite. Would recommend without hesitation. I was especially pleased with this service as our oven isn't that easy to get parts for and I had been told by another company that I might have to go directly to the manufacturer for repairs, so I didn't have high hopes in terms of speed or convenience. Very glad to be proved wrong - thanks Liam, much appreciated!

Called Liam out today he came within the hour .Told me that he could not fix my washing machine and I would need a new one. A nice decent , honest guy would always recommend

Liam came out to sort our dishwasher this last week, unfortunately he said that it was not economical to repair and suggested replacement would be better value for us. Great guy, honest service , I have given his card details to a friend and would highly recommend him. thanks Jack

Excellent prompt service

Really nice, straightforward and thorough. Correctly anticipated the problem with our washer and charged what he said he would. He has another loyal customer!

We called Liam out, assuming we would need a new pump for our machine. He arrived when he said he would, and had a lovely cheerful manner. We didn't need a new pump, we just had a blockage. I wouldn't have known that. Lovely, straight forward and honest service. He knew what he was doing, and did not charge a call out fee. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, came out the same day and fixed a problem with my washing machine at a very good price too! Would definitely use again if I had to and would recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service ! Liam saved my day at very short notice when my washing machine stopped working ! Would def use again ! Thank you Liam !

Top banana, best thing since sliced bread. Very efficient & punctual, thanks

Our washing machine broke and although my boyfriend is usually quite good at fixing things around the house, we didn't have a clue what was wrong with it. We contacted Liam, who was very helpful and informative. He came around the next day and told us exactly what we needed to do to repair it (turning out to be a fairly simple job). I would definitely use him again and would reccomend to anyone else needing an appliance repair man.

Liam was fantastically helpful. He responded really quickly to the text I sent him about fixing both of our machines in both instances (repeat business) and worked to the precise quotation he provided. He was polite, pleasant and professional. He's basically our go-to engineer from now on! Thank you. Can highly recommend.

Liam is a reliable and competent engineer, I have no hesitation in recommending him and will use again in the future.

I phoned Liam at mid afternoon today because our Fridge Freezer was failing. He was in Petersfield within an hour, and an hour later all was fixed and running fine. We cannot commend Liam too highly, a well earned five star experience. ! John.

I called Liam on Monday as my washing machine was broken. He was able to come out the same day to look at it. He ordered the part there and then and was back 3 days later to fit. I would definitely recommend Liam and will definitely use again if I have any problems with our appliances.

Fast, efficient and good service Thank you

I've used LW Domestics twice before, Liam is a friendly and trustworthy service engineer who clearly has a lot of experience on white goods and kitchen/utility appliances. He was able to quickly identify and help me resolve the issues I had with my fridge and washing machine in a friendly and practical manner - and at short notice. He was more than happy to give some advice on proper use and maintenance of both appliances which has undoubtedly helped save me money and effort. Thanks again for your help Liam, if I have any problems with any of my other appliances I will be in touch!
