1st Call Appliance Service Ltd is valued for prompt, reliable repairs and friendly, professional service, from washing machines and dishwashers to ovens, cookers and tumble dryers. Customers appreciate clear charges, quick appointments and engineers who explain the fault and complete repairs efficiently, often carrying or ordering parts quickly to get appliances working again.
Very quick to diagnose the problem and had the part on the van so it was fixed at the same time. Saved me buying a new Miele washing machine.
Turned up on time, did the job for the agreed price, very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the job and service.
Efficient service. Open and clear about charges.
Very happy with the service received. Very quick to respond and do a very good job. Thank you!
Our oven kept tripping the electrics. Ross came and discovered via an electronic reader that the fan element needed replacing. Luckily he carries parts in his van and was able to replace it immediately. He then explained that the occasional use (we usually use another oven daily) had contributed. Nobody had explained this before so we have now decided to alternate the use of ovens. We were very grateful for his explaining all of this in detail and efficiently doing the repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use 1st Call again with other appliances should the need arise.
Efficient, speedy, charming and knowledgeable - great job putting in a new element on our Bosch oven. Thanks. Not the cheapest but totally reliable.
Great, prompt service. I’m very happy to have a working dishwasher again.
