Murray Fraser Domestic Appliances is frequently praised for prompt, reliable repairs, with engineers arriving on time, explaining the fault clearly and completing work efficiently. Washing machines are the most commonly mentioned appliance, alongside dryers and ovens, and customers appreciate fair, transparent pricing that can make repair a worthwhile alternative to replacement. One review noted difficulty getting a return call, but the wider feedback highlights friendly, tidy and professional service.
Excellent prompt service from Murray, replacing door handle on washing machine. Transparent in costing too. Would recommend.
My washing machine was totally clogged and I messaged that day and john came out and fixed my machine in no time ,absolutely appreciate it back to doin washing again at home thank you so much.
My washing machine wouldn't open and nor did the manual route work. A friend recommended MFA .Arranged a visit with John who arrived spot on time and even brought the parts to put my fairly old Hotpoint back on the road. A good price too. I'm very pleased indeed. Iain, Glasgow West End.
Phoned in the afternoon and John arrived this morning as arranged. Repair to washing machine carried out very quickly and efficiently. Very impressed, I would highly recommend.
Highly recommend using Murray Fraser. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and highly efficient I have had two appliances fixed in the last few weeks and have saved a fortune on the cost of replacement by having repairs done.

Arrived well within stated timeframe and got it working again pretty quickly. Was surprised at how lean the price was. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with Hover washing machine drum not spinning. Punctual, diagnosed the issue quickly, and all fixed within half an hour. Nice guy and explained the issue, and fix required, to me clearly. Very good value compared to the cost of a new machine! Highly recommend.
