DSM domestic appliance repairs ltd

Dale was brilliant. He removed an old dishwasher and replaced with a new integrated unit. The job was a bit trickier than anticipated, but he completed without any extra cost. He also removed my old appliance at no additional cost. Dale was respectful, clean & tidy, knowledgable and very responsive via text/call. It is so difficult to find reliable tradespeople, but Dale is fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing repairs.

Great communication, very friendly, on time and through and through great service.

Excellent, honest service from DSM Appliances. Our Hoover washing machine had a violent imbalance during a spin cycle, leaving the drum shaking violently and moving across the floor. Dale came out the very next day and sorted the issue completely. He did a fantastic job and managed to safely adjust and save the existing parts, meaning we only had to pay the standard call-out fee. It's rare to find such honest and skilled traders these days. Will absolutely use Dale again. Sandra.

Top service arrived 20 minutes after initial call. Located the problem with my washing machine leak in minuets , put everything back and cleaned up the place afterwards. Thanks for your help

I can’t recommend Dale highly enough. He came out at very short notice this morning to fix my washing machine and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Thank you, Dale – I really appreciate your prompt response and fantastic work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others.

My washing machine would not drain water, and the door would not open. I tried everything for about five hours. It ruined my whole day. I called Dale and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Dale came very quickly, he was respectful polite and professional. He fixed my washing machine and explained what had happened. I'm honestly so glad I called him. Price was reasonable too. I really can't complain. Thank You Dale!

He quickly replaced the faulty element while I was rushing out the door, and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Really appreciated how efficiently he handled everything. Very impressed with Dale. He offered a great service and was on point with his assessment of our washing machine. I would use him again.

I chose DSM because of their reviews. The engineer arrived on time, was efficient and clearly explained the issue with my machine. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Dale was happy to talk though the issues with the washing machine and happily diagnosed it was not worth repairing via text

Diagnosed and fixed my dish washer pump. Great job!

Was able to attend my job quickly and was really polite, helpful and efficient

After a rip in the washing machine's seal, and five or six hours of trying to get a new spring on without the seal slipping off on my own, I gave in and called the professionals at DSM. It still took both of us to get the spring around the seal, so I'm glad that it wasn't that I had bought the incorrect things!

Dale arrived promptly and fixed our dishwasher quickly.Price as quoted would recommend Dale

Dale was professional and punctual in dealing with my dishwasher repair. Replacement parts were ordered on the day he diagnosed the fault and Dale was around the next day to install them. DSM's pricing is fair. I recommend DSM for domestic appliance repair.

Dale was super. Called me back after he missed my call on a job, gave me a small time window for his arrival the next day, laid out exactly what my costs were and what they included, and called me 5 minutes before he arrived. He spotted the issue immediately, fixed it and was out of the house in half an hour and sent me the invoice via text. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I highly recommend Dale. He answered promptly, fixed our oven quickly and he’s very nice. Would call him again!

Great service for dishwasher repair. Dale was easy to contact, booked us in quickly, and then texted on his way. He was polite and tidy, and fixed the problem promptly and simply, at the price quoted. Would definitely use again!

I had a issue with my Tumble Dryer. Del at DSM is very knowledgeable and friendly. He came around within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Because I had warranty with my manufacturer, he advised me to get it repaired by them saving me over £200. He was very honest and professional and didn't even charge me for the call out. Highly recommend DSM.

Very fast response and great communication. Fixed the issue the same day and pleasant to deal with.

Although it unfortunately wasn’t worth repairing our washing machine, I can’t help but leave an excellent review for Dale. He was quick to respond, communicated clearly, and was extremely courteous—above all, completely honest. He explained that, due to the machine’s age, a repair wouldn’t be worthwhile and even charged me half price for the visit. On top of that, he gave me helpful advice on where to look for a replacement and offered to assist via video call with the installation to help me avoid further costs. Absolutely golden. Valentino

Brilliant service can't recommend highly enough

Found via after Googling “washing machine repairs near me”. Saw DSM Domestic Appliance Repairs were local, called the number and right away liked Nicola on the phone (we chuckled over the fact I’d tried to look up how to fix my machine myself online). I’m a big people person, nice customer service means the world to me. Nicola gave me good vibes - even suggested getting Dale out to me that very evening - so I went ahead and booked. No regrets whatsoever. Nicola was lovely on the phone and Dale was lovely in person. Not only did he fix my washing machine but he even took the time to show me what was wrong and how to do basic things like how to access the emergency door opening bit and where the drainage pump is. Reasonably priced & nice people! I will 100% be using them again.

Great experience with DSM very knowledgeable and quick. I’d definitely recommend

Very prompt and friendly. Diagnosed the issues with both our oven and dishwasher very quickly. Replaced oven heating element, and recommended a new dishwasher, rather than a profitable ‘quick fix’. Would 100% recommend and use again! Thank you!
