Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. Called out Tuesday. Not worth repairing. Got me replacement and fitted on Friday. 👍

Great service from SD Appliance Repairs and Steven when we had trouble with our dishwasher. Identifying the problem swiftly and the communication to arrange and install a replacement was top class. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service. Came out to see if a repair was possible for our washing machine. When it turned out to not be cost effective, they were really great in helping us source a replacement, offered installation and removal all at a competitive price. They were also very patient as we sorted out a mutually convenient delivery/installation date and time. I'd highly recommend!

The engineer came out and was very friendly, carried out the repairs and explained clearly what the issue may have been

Good communication prior to fitting of my freezer

Needed a seal replaced on my parents washing machine. SD Appliances replied to my request for a quote straight away. Gave an honest quote the same day after confirming the machine details and came out to fix it within a couple of days. The seal was replaced with the correct part, tested with me present to see it's working fine and no more leak. Very impressive service. Thanks. I highly recommend them for any appliance issues.

Contacted on a Sunday night for a washing machine repair - promptly responded and booked in repair for Tuesday keeping me informed of timescales and fixed price from the outset.

Professional and friendly with helpful advice and great service.

Reliable, efficient and easy to talk to. 10/10.

Very pleasant and prompt service from Steven. I would highly recommend him for any appliance problem you have.

Good communication, installation was professional. I will use them again.

Excellent communication and fantastic service all round. New dishwasher fitted quickly and efficiently and took the old one away. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend SD Appliance Repairs enough. Steve responded to me over the Xmas period by whatsapp and arrived promptly at 9am today. He was very clear and honest explaining that the cost of repairing my tumble dryer was not worthwhile. He recommended a replacement (at no profit to himself) and only charged me his standard callout fee. Having used other repairers in the past and been upsold a very costly inefficient repair it was refreshing to find an honest company. I definately recommend Steve.

Very good communication and service. He surprised me every time we spoke with his work ethic and urgency for our situation. Thanks SO MUCH and Merry Christmas, Joshua!

Very polite, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend

Sent a WhatsApp on Sunday night not expecting a response and had an engineer booked in for the next day. Lovely chap, sorted my dishwasher out! Will be using again. Definitely recommend

A really excellent service and highly recommended. Fast reply to my initial emailed contact form (within hours) and the engineer came out the very next morning. Phoned ahead with an arrival time, fixed the problem quickly - I had thought that parts needed replacing on my seven year old Neff washer/drier but this was not necessary and the engineer showed me exactly what the problem was. Very reasonable call out fee - this was all I was charged for the repair. Why can’t all service engineers be this efficient, responsive and professional! The company was recommended to me by a neighbour and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. A huge thank you to Steven!

Great. They sent someone out when I messaged on WhatsApp, the guy fixed the dishwasher within an hour of being in the house and I paid a very reasonable call out fee.

Good communication, professional service will use again Thank you

Repair and engineer attendance was great but the comms / messages about visits was late / lacking / poor.

Thank you, extremely efficient, in and job done and oven working as it should in 30 mins

Professional and on time with good communication. My dishwasher was expertly repaired.

Excellent same day service. Fixed my induction hob for just the call out charge.

They were very quick to respond. Same day call out. The engineer who visited was very helpful and sorted out the issue with my washing machine. Thank you.

Contacted the team via the mobile, regarding a spin issue with my Beko. They said they could come round later same day but they where open and honest and said it could be expensive so best to wait for waranty work to be done. (2weeks). Great to have an honest company will be keeping a note of them for future issues. Thank you

Great service

Responded quickly to messages about faulty dishwasher and was seen within 24hrs of contacting. Very efficient and professional - sourced and fitted new appliance in a timely manner. Highly recommend and would use again.

Very efficient company, friendly and knowledgeable engineer. Would highly recommend

Very good service as usual with SD Appliances. No hesitation in recommending them.

Our second time using SD Appliance Repairs and another positive experience. Steven came out to look at our washer dryer as the dryer had stopped working. A quick fix so just a call out charge and all is well. Very friendly and efficient service.

Our extractor fan installation was seamless and the Engineer was friendly and most helpful. Thank you.

Good service

Great work on replacing the fridge freezer and built in microwave

Quick fix on my dishwasher but very polite and professional service, great communication. Would highly recommend.

Came out and changed a part in my dishwasher and all was good, however it didn’t fix the issue and wouldn’t respond to contact after payment. Lesson learned for me, I suppose.

Very speedy service. Repaired my oven. Price quoted. Would highly recommend

Great service, reasonably priced and came out at the first opportunity.

WhatsApp Message sent on Saturday at 5pm, after calling multiple companies for a washing machine button replacement job. All said no for various reasons. Quick reply back and arranged a slot for Monday. Contacted on the day with ETA, Engineer was in & out within great time. Also helped further by sorting a 2nd appliance too. Brilliant service and quick completion of work. Will gladly use again and certainly recommend the company within my network. Thanks again, Samina

Excellent service 👏 from Steve Went above what he needed to do. Thankyou for all your advice

Great work. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Washing machine broke down … quick to come out and diagnose. Repairable but quite expensive as it was the motor. Recommended replacement options which we chose. Sourced, delivered and installed within a few days. Call out fee waived. Excellent service. Used before and will use again no doubt!

Very prompt service. Mr Davenport came within a few hours of us reporting a problem, advised us that a new machine would be best option and sourced and installed it within 3 days. Great service. Thank you

Great service. Were able to fix the washing machine before Samsung were able to quote how much it would cost to be fixed. Great communication throughout.

Came to assess then repair our cooker; such a quick, efficient and friendly service…have no hesitation in recommending them

Supplied and fitted replacement appliances. Everything went smoothly. If the new oven is as good as the service I will be very pleased.

Great communication. Engineer arrived when agreed, diagnosed and rectified the problem quickly. Great service all round.

Good service, v friendly and quick to respond.

Arrived the same day of contact, problem diagnosed quickly. We agreed washing machine not worth repairing. Steven sourced a new machine, and matched the price of Curry's. Subsequent removal of old machine and installation of new carried out quickly and cleanly. I would definitely use his services again.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The service was excellent. The job was done excellently and the guys who installed the fridge were most helpful. I shall certainly be using them again.

My old washing machine packed up, called a few companies, chose SD Appliance Repairs, guy came out , said drum bearings were shot, not worth repairing, gave ma a few quotes for a new m/c, I chose one, came out a few days later, installed, took old one away. I did a load in the new machine - worked fine.

Great service as always!

Excellent service, will definitely use again and highly recommend . Brilliant.

Our washing machine was stuck in 'lock' and would not work. To add to the pain I am currently having to attend hospital for daily treatment. Steven arranged his visits around my varied schedule, provided us with a new machine, removed the old and was the model of professionalism throughout. I would recommend SD Appliance without hesitation based on my experience. I would also like to publicly thank them for their prompt and superb service.

Prompt response, great service. Thanks.

We got back from holiday to find that our washing machine was not working. I contacted S and D repairs and they responded immediately. As we suspected the machine was beyond repair . S and D repairs sourced a new washing machine for us giving us a range of options. We had some questions about energy efficiency which S and D repairs were really helpful with. They installed our new washing machine yesterday and we are really pleased with it. This is the second time we have used S and D repairs. The first time was for a cooker hob. The service we received was brilliant. The company arr responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. We will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you very much.

Great communication, punctual and fixed dishwasher on the same day. Would highly recommended

I had some workers come over to fix my washing machine, but they left after just 5 minutes without fixing anything and charged me £56. After paying, I left a review and was then threatened, with one of them saying they'd slash my tyres in the coming days. I have reported this to the police. Absolutely appalling behavior – avoid these workers at all costs!

Fast and efficient service. Kept me updated with the delivery of part and when they could come out. Would defo recommend. Thank you 😀

Great service! I’ve sent a message through the website ‘contact for a quote’ on a Sunday afternoon and had an email back very quickly offering next day technician at my house to fix the oven. Job done in 15 minutes and technicians very friendly and explained what he did. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with their service. They came and looked at my fridge, and a decision was made it was not worth repairing. A new appliance was chosen, ordered and fitted within a few days. Professional service.

I highly recommend this service! The experience was outstanding, offering excellent quality at a fair price. Within just 10 minutes of arriving, they replaced the broken washing machine door, and now it’s working perfectly again. My 83-year-old mother is very pleased—thank you so much. Better to fix than replace the whole machine for the sake of a door.

I called SD yesterday to ask if they could fit a new door seal to my washing machine, the quote was very reasonable so I asked to book it - they were able to arrange it for today and arrived within the time window they had given me. The job was completed efficiently and the two men who did it were very professional and pleasant, I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them highly.

Polite, professional, quick and efficient. Called them late afternoon and they were out to us the following morning. New integrated washing machine then ordered and fitted within a couple of days. They provided an approximate time range for attendance and also messaged when they were on their way. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service.

Fast and efficient service. Stephen was very friendly and fixed my washing machine quickly. Left no mess and made sure everything was working correctly. Fantastic service.

Great service from a very friendly and professional company. Highly recommended and did the job at a good fair price. Special thanks to Steve the engineer who came out and fixed my problem swiftly.

Efficient service! Thank you!

I contacted SD to have a look at an integrated fridge freezer which had stopped working. An engineer came out the following day to advise that it was not economically repairable so we asked them to install a new one. At every stage SD kept us informed of progress and timescales, even down to letting us know when an engineer was en route. The new item has now been installed without problem. We can't fault SD at all, very efficient, great communication and very competitive pricing. I would readily recommend them.

Steven was quick to respond. Very professional and arrived when he said he would. Dishwasher fault was found and fixed all within an hour. Very reasonably priced and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic company, they gave me a quick assessment of my washing machine, although they cost of repairing it was barely short of a new machine, they sourced and fitted a replacement at a very competative rate and waved the original call out charge. Lovely engineers, couldnt be happier.

Really great service! Called them this morning and had an engineer with me by lunchtime who fixed the problem in minutes! The engineer was able to get the dishwasher restarted without needing new parts and only said they may be necessary next time, if the pump ceased again so I felt like I wasn't being up sold! Would 100 pc use again.

Great service and great price kept up to date with dates and times cannot fault

Fantastic service from the day I called to the day we had our new washing machine delivered. Responsive, polite and super speedy delivery and installation. Hopefully we won't need to contact you again anytime soon. But if any of our appliances start misbehaving we will have no hesitation. Thanks for diagnosing the problem with our machine and supplying a new one so quickly (7-year-old Eco Bubble's motor had packed up).

A pleasure to do business with. Very professional, on time, polite, quick and approachable, nothing too much trouble. I will definitely use service again and highly recommend. Thank you Stephen, great job, well done.

Found SD Appliances through a local Facebook group and they were one of 4 people I had got in touch with in a crisis. Steve was so quick to get back to me and honest and direct with communications and was able to give next steps and advice efficiently, which was much appreciated during the Christmas period.

Excellent service! Messaged in the morning about a heating element for my cooker that had stopped working. By the afternoon, it was fixed and working! Took 20 minutes to do and was efficient and quick!

Efficient service, matched Curry’s price but cheaper on delivery and installation

Great company to deal with!! I found the communication between us was excellent and clear. Really happy with the repair!

Great experience from initial contact to delivery and fitting of my new oven.

Washing machine failing to Spin. Came out on a weekend and by Monday the pump was replaced. Friendly service. Thank you 😊

Exemplary customer service from start to finish. Once contacted, came the same day to diagnose the washing machine problem (after testing it) and offer a range of solution options. The new machine chosen was delivered, installed and tested a few days later, on the agreed day and time. Reasonable cost for all aspects of the service (call out, new machine, installation and removal of old machine). Very professional throughout. Exemplary.

Had a great experience, contacted the team when our oven decided to stop working and got an instant response. After explaining the problem, they knew what part was needed, ordered it and sent an engineer out a few days later. Super quick and easy, and the engineer was lovely too. Would recommend! :)

Excellent service and communication from Steven at SD Appliance. Left a message Sunday and was there Monday. Unfortunately my 14 year old machine wasn't worth repairing. Steven helped us source a new one at a very reasonable price and it was installed by Friday. Its such a relief to find a company you can trust, I will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank-you!

I am keeping Steven’s details for future use. Very quick response initially and turned up as agreed the next day to repair my grill that had come away from the oven housing. The grill is now more secure than it’s ever been and he also offered to help an elderly friend who’s having problems finding someone to replace their oven A very amiable guy who deserves success with his business and charges a reasonable amount for his work

I am really happy with Steven from SD Appliance. I had messaged a few plumbers and left a message with SD Appliance not knowing who could fix my problem with the dishwasher. Steven was the only one who communicated clearly about the call out charges and answered all my other queries. I couldn’t identify the manufacturer because the Dishwasher was bought from Ikea, but Steven was happy to investigate and confident that it could be fixed. During his visit, the problem was diagnosed right away, the correct parts were ordered immediately and the next visit booked. Steven has happy to work around my schedule and offered to visit on a time on my convenience for the repairs. We are a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company.

Repaired my machine very swiftly and have been very responsive. Would be very happy to use in the future on other appliances. Very pleased with service.

Called just after Christmas I called SD Appliances to fix a washing machine that had suddenly stopped functioning properly. Steven inspected the machine, found the fault, but the cost of parts and labour would be foolish for an old machine. Steven located a new machine at a good price and installed it before the New Year holiday... he charged reasonable installation and disposal charges and did not charge for the original call out. One very happy customer.

Two smart and friendly guys turned up promptly and quickly identified the fault, explained the problem to me and showed me that unfortunately the required replacement part was no longer available. Although they were unable to fix the fault I was impressed by their professional behaviour and I would have no hesitation in using SD Appliance Repairs again.

Great service, very fast, clean and reasonable prices…will use exclusively going forward…
