We have used SCD plumbing for around 2/3years, always professional and helpful, fast response and provided advice where we needed. I highly recommend, they have helped us with installing extraction fans, radiators, new gas pipes and cutting old gas pipes and have found them very helpful every time

I was very happy with everything the plumber turned up on time, was happy to go thought everything that I like done, felt at ease when chatting to him, he was very helpful and polite to chat with, look forward to having the work done soon

I was very satisfied with the pipe repair by Jeremy on 15/05/26. He is always so courteous and helpful, and the whole firm is good.Thank you.

Brilliant service arrived on Time completed the job charged as per quote. Very very good service

Very professional. Carlo and Stuart were so professional, caring, consciousness and prompt with timing. I have used the company for a couple of years now and I keep going back. I would strongly recommend their services and professionalism. Thank you guys!! All the very best Karen Buckley Moderna Properties LTD

SCD plumbing Ltd have been fixing and servicing my boiler for many years now. I have always been well looked after.. The engineers are always polite and willing to answer my questions. This week Stuart the owner of the company sorted the problem I had and serviced my boiler. He was great, friendly and so helpful. It was lovely to have my boiler fixed and hot water again. Thank you Stuart. I would thoroughly recommend you call this company to service your boiler.

Pleased with the work done, speed and communication!

From my first dealings with the company (Carlo) I have been very impressed. The communication has been first rate and the work carried out promptly and professionally. I would thoroughly recommend this Company

Work carried out quietly and efficiently to a high standard. Very competent engineer. Well pleased.

Booking an appointment with SDC was so easy and they were able to come out super quickly. They were extremely helpful and very understanding with what we needed help for. Our engineer even called the Gas Board for us. Would highly recommend and so glad I've found a reliable local company.

I've had SCD Plumbing out a couple of times to fix issues with my bath/shower. They've been fantastic on both occasions and I highly recommend them. Most recently, I had a mystery leak that other plumbers had not identified (partly because they were reluctant to remove the tiled bath panel). Mike skilfully removed one large tile intact to reveal an access gap, and then replaced a very clogged trap system. None of it looked easy due to lack of space, but Mike diligently persevered. He also kept me informed as he worked and gave me options when possible. SCD Plumbing are now my go-to plumbers. They are professional, efficient, reliable and friendly from start to finish, and save me a ton of stress.

The company has done work for us twice now. They come promptly to assess the job, give a clear estimate and work very efficiently and courteously on site, consulting where necessary. Jobs finished to a high standard. We are delighted to have found them.

Swift, friendly, efficient service from all members of the team. I’m so impressed! Thank you!!

Stuart and the team were great. Attended site fast, and at the time stated. Friendly, welcoming, explained everything. Completed the work in great time. New Hot water Cylinder is amazing, although a little upheaval in the house to get it fitted this was expected its not a small job. Job complete as per estimate, areas left clean and tidy.

Highly recommended! Well worth the money and got the job right the first time (unlike other plumbers). Highly professional, respectful and friendly. Mike let me know what he was doing as he was doing it and even gave me some advice for future issues. I contacted SCD Saturday afternoon with a non-urgent issue, they booked me in for 4pm Monday, and arrived promptly. I will definitely use SCD Plumbing again. They are expert bathroom installers and far better than regular plumbers. Thank you SCD!

Great service, friendly, professional and efficient, thanks so much! Would definitely recommend!

we moved into our new home back in July. We had SCD come and service the boiler for us as it looked old and for peace of mind check it's safe. I was happy for them to price up a new boiler there and then but they were very honest and said the boiler is old but still in safe working order for now so save some money and until it starts showing faults leave it there. All was working fine so good advise. Few months on and the old boiler is struggling. Called SCD who came and tested the boiler and found some faults. They gave us two quotes, one to repair and one to fit a new boiler. So again they were very honest for giving us a choice for either budget. We will be using them to fit a new boiler and I'm sure the next review we give will be full of praise also. Thank you SCD Highly recommend to others

Good rates and no hidden charges. Exactly what was quoted.

We thought the worst when we saw damp on the living room wall, but the plumber found the issue quickly, fixed it, and reassured us it wasn’t major, huge relief.

Our shower kept flipping between boiling hot and freezing cold, the plumber found the issue in minutes, swapped the cartridge, and even checked the boiler settings for us, proper top-tier service.

We’d been struggling with poor water pressure for months, the plumber identified a half-closed valve in minutes and fixed it straight away. He was chatty, professional, and gave some great maintenance tips.

My experience with SCD plumbing has been nothing but efficient, helpful and beyond. same guy each time so he really knows what’s best and always keep me informed so I know what’s happening.

Excellent work, reliable, very helpful in advice on problems our end. Will use again and definitely recommend

The guy turned up early which was fine. He was very efficient ,courteous and knowledgeable .I could fault him and would recommend you to others . Well done !

Excellent professional service provided in a timely manner. Did exactly what was promised.

Recommended these guys about 5 years ago for boiler servicing. Always on time, courteous and tidy in work. No flannel...tells it how it is. Picked up on some parts needing replacing and explained why, during recent service visit. Then explained how to contact manufacturer to check on how much guarantee left on boiler (Worcester Combi).

Great company, we have used their services many times now.

SCD Plumbing turned up when they said they would at short notice to help us repair a water main. The lad who carried out the work was carried out quickly and professional. Business to business we would definitely call for your services again. We look forward to working with you in the future

Brilliant from beginning to end. The process to book etc. was straightforward. The real value began when a few issues were discovered. The details and fix suggestions were made quickly and clearly. I was kept informed throughout and the team found the best solution without breaking the bank. The work itself was completed to an exceptional standard and on time (which I was not expecting after the issues!). I now have a lovely new bathroom and plans for some extras later in the year. I cannot recommend SCD highly enough, particularly Mike who was fab.

I can’t recommend this company enough, they are among a rare group of tradespeople that still care about their customer, going above and beyond to advise and assist in anyway they can. The engineer who attended was very professional, polite and a very clean and tidy worker. Should we need anymore work carried out I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

Complete new bathroom refit. Works carried out to my specification, with guidance and help when needed. All work carried out in timeframe and within the original quote. Communication was good throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Jeremy has just left after fitting my property with a new hot water tank. He did an excellent job! He was punctual, very tidy, friendly and professional. He expalined how to use the new timer setting and expalined where the different features were on the new tank so I knew. Much appreciated! I would always reccomend SCD Plumbing and have to friends and family members.

Thank you for our new wet room and associated works. SCD Plumbing are friendly, reliable, organised and honest. Any minor issues were resolved honestly and quickly. Our new wet room is amazing - we absolutely love it. We would highly recommend you to anyone.

Great people. Top quality.

Lovely honest and friendly service. Quick and trustworthy engineers.

Fantastic service managed to fit me in. My elderly mums bathroom sink had a leak from the waste pipe and sink had come away from the wall too. Booked me in promptly with great comms throughout and the plumber who came was friendly and patient with my mum which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and would use them myself for any issues.

SCD have just done a brilliant job removing my mother's bath and small shower and replacing it with a new low level walk-in shower. All work completed in 5 days. Very efficient and tidy.

Stuart who visited our property, went above and beyond .excellent service, thank you.

What a great company to deal with fast, professional and very well priced!. They had my tennants boiler and central heating up and running when all the other company's said 'tail end of next week mate". Great job guys and gals !!!!

very helpful and came extremely quick to help us. Very happy we found them. Thanks

Very good company to use. SCD installed my new boiler and shower without a hitch. So professional and friendly too!

These guys really know what they are doing. They are driven by their desire to deliver a top class service in a prompt and efficient way

I phoned and the engineer was knocking on my door 15 mins later.. 20 mins all fixed sticky pump replaced .. amazing service.

I can thoroughly recommend SCD plumbing. They have helped me out several times. The latest was for a leak from the waste pipes of my bathroom sink. I received a text to let me know they were on their way and they arrived promptly. The plumber was really helpful, fixed the pipes and left the area clean and tidy.

I can't recommend SCD Plumbing enough! I have used them before for general servicing and repairs and always found them to be super professional, very prompt and always kept well informed. When it came to having a big job done with a new boiler and all new radiators I had no hesitation in booking SCD for the work. They absolutely did not disappoint and kept me updated as the week progressed and the work was carried out. All of the engineers were experienced, worked efficiently and a joy to have in the house. I can HIGHLY recommend SCD Plumbing

Great quick efficent service, would highly recomend, engineers attending were very knowledgeable & friendly.

Jeremy from SCD Plumbing carried out a power flush and boiler replacement over two days. After the installation of the boiler on the second day, Jeremy took extra care to ensure that all the radiators were working properly. We had problems with 4 radiators not working properly before this so this was an excellent result for us. No hesitation in recommending SCD Plumbing so we'll done Jeremy.

Performed a review of the heating system at very short notice. Very informative. Excellent service.

We recently moved into a house and had to move our gas meter, SCD Plumbing was very fast at coming out to connect the meter back up to the boiler and install the gas pipe in the kitchen to how we would like them so we can renovate our kitchen, they listened to how we wanted things done and they done this that way, they were very helpful and also helped us to take out old gas pipes. The two men who attended were very professional, I highly recommend this company.

John did a lovely job with my new sink

Good Service. Competitively priced. Patient with questions when wanted something clarified. Radiators changed. The team were polite, patient, accomodating & efficient.

Reliable and friendly and helpful 👍

We were wowed by SCD, and will definitely be recommending them! After discovering a crack in our (poorly-fitted) bath and pretty severe water build up behind the tiles in the bathroom, they managed to squeeze us in and get the issue resolved within 4 days. Everyone was really friendly throughout, and we felt as though we were kept well informed of our options the whole way through. Mike undertook the majority of the work, and we knew he had our best interests at heart. He and Stuart were very clear about how best we could repair the issues, were always upfront about costs and timescales, and spoke to us in a way that a layman could understand but didn’t make us feel condescended to at the same time. Additionally, Mike was very considerate of us working from home throughout, and made sure he wasn’t disturbing us (or our very skittish indoor cat!). John and Lewis also came round at points to help out and were friendly, and Carlo was always very helpful when we needed to speak to the office. We’re really happy with the final product, we now have beautifully finished tiles and a bath that doesn’t wobble about when we get in. Thank you SCD!

Excellent workmanship and friendly attitude.

SCD came to look at a plumbing issue we have Stuart gave us excellent advice to seek help from a leak detection company to pin point the exact location of the leak either internally or on the mains externally

The SCD team have been incredible from start to finish. I had a leak from my taps coming up through the floor and walls and the whole bathroom needed redoing. Not only were they friendly, professional and fast , they've got a real eye for detail and gave me recommendations from taps all the way through to grout. My bathroom is beautiful and I cannot thank you enough!

Very impressed with this company which was recommended to me by a friend. They arrived punctually within the time frame specified and their employee was very efficient and friendly and after completing the service on my gas fire left everything clean and tidy. Looking forward to using them again for a service next year.

Great Firm. Very impressed by speedy, efficient admin at all stages of the proceedings. Good communication skills. Work carried out in a professional, no fuss manner leaving the place clean and tidy. What a lucky find. Will recommend without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. CLEAN AND TIDY. EXPLAIN WELL and do the very best work. Louis Scott.

Great response time and well executed. Highly recommended!

Pleased with SCD Plumbing service. The friendly plumber arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and cleanly. Communication beforehand was excellent and helpful, Recommended.

Super responsive, super helpful team and very competitive quote. The guys were also very helpful in answering my questions. The team were also extremely patient and flexible with us when we had some issues with our radiator delivery and it arriving damaged (nothing to do with SCD, we sourced the radiator!) and we will definitely use them again for future work.

I have used Scd plumbing a few times now and always been very pleased with the work Always professional and always my first choice if I need a plumber

We had a new boiler and several radiators replaced in the summer, waited until using the heating regularly to give feedback. Basically feel rather ripped off. The good thing is that the heating works. But it was a lot of money for a job completed with no care and a lot of mess. Boiler works but no attempt to clean up after installation. First thermostat installed did not work, in the end Stuart came out but could not get it to work so took it out and installed a Nest instead, which is what we had first suggested. Radiators were installed but had to be repositioned as placement not ideal. One bathroom radiator is still wobbly even though it was 'strengthened' in a later visit. A variety of radiator valves used, some easier to use than others. No care taken with work so stains left on new carpet that had been laid less than six months previously - Stuart offered to clean then later said not possible and offered £50 which, despairing of anything else, we accepted. A bath towel disappeared during the install, not seen since; we saw one just like it being used on floor but were told it was not ours. Unfortunately would not feel right in recommending SCD, at least not without caveats.

Really good comms. Nice tidy job and good explanation of what was needed. First rate chaps.

Absolutely outstanding service! I contacted the business via email arranged a quote and a new boiler installation all within a week. The work was done quickly and the place was left spotlessly clean. These people are quite simply the best contractors I’ve ever employed. Incredibly efficient and sensibly priced. Thank you so much!

SCD have done a great job, both my partner and I are very pleased with the new boiler and the they went the extra mile. The engineers have been very professional and installed the boiler so it perfectly fits inside the kitchen cabinet, the pipes are hidden and it looks great. They also left the house clean and tidy, would definitely recommend!

EFFICIENT, PUNCTUAL, HELPFUL

I had two engineers in from SCD Plumbing to fit 2 new radiators, replace our 3 port valve and service our boiler. The engineers worked efficiently and carried out a neat install without fuss. I'll definitely be using SCD Plumbing again.

SCD Plumbing deliver an excellent service and I recommend them highly. Extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

Jeremy arrived promptly & was very polite & efficient, we will definitely be using SCD again

Jeremy was very polite and pleasant. He soon ascertained the problem, and got straight on with doing the job. He's a credit to your company.

Quick, reliable, pleasant, knowledgeable and good work .

I found SCD plumbing via the bathrooms shop at Castle Point Bournemouth and was told to give the shop feedback if for any reason I was unhappy with their work. Needless to say I won't be doing so. Mrs Pegg of Bournemouth

SCD Plumbers were reliable, honest and trustworthy to their word with pricing and delivery. Mike and Lewis were polite and worked diligently. The whole team where skilled, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend SCD Plumbers to anyone wanting top quality finished bathroom.

From start to finish my experience was extremely positive. The team are friendly and professional. The automated platform used to send the quote, updates and invoice is excellent and the work completed was to a very high standard and my husband and I are very happy with the result.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted by scd . I am really pleased with the work that has been done . I was kept informed each day about what they had done and what was going to be done next . Anything I was not happy with I was able to tell them about it and they made sure the problem was resolved. Thanks to Lewis and Mike for the work you did . I would definitely recommend scd .

Brilliant work on a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, which was finished last Thursday. The 2 lads Lewis and John were amazing, and fitted everything perfectly, always cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend this company to anybody, and Stuart the owner was at the office to advise on all the work to be done. Really pleased with the job, and finished on time

Stuart arrived 10 mins earlier than appointment time he was courteous and patient in listening to my requirements and offered suggestions to fulfill my requirements, the quote came through the very next day impressed with the service received to date

Excellent. Fast efficient, professional. They identified the issues quickly and take immediate action. I can't thank them enough

Great service, professional and personal. John and Lewis are great lads and worked so hard to fit our new shower. Thank you all.

Great service. Clean job. Prompt responses to calls and queries and I'm grateful you could fit me in quickly

An excellent and professional service offered by SCD plumbing from the very start. Efficient in dealing with the initial enquiry and a fair quote given. Carlo is always on hand for help and advice and Stuart was very helpful in guidance with what would work best for our bathroom. John and his colleague who completed the work were both very polite, well mannered and kept the work area incredibly tidy. The end result is excellent and I wouldn’t think twice to use them again and also recommend to others.

Great work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SCD Plumbing in the future.

Very efficient and great service from SCD Plumbing. Would highly recommend them. Have used their services earlier and now and it has always been a good experience with them.

Very happy with work carried out, very professional, clean and tidy.

Had a new boiler fitted two years. No problems get my yearly reminder of boiler safety check ,all done with ease ,clean workmanship easy to get hold off and arrange worry and stress free a company which I would highly recommend

Excellent Service - friendly engineer - job completed efficiently.

a Minor complicated job that was owned to completion. fully recommend, great customer service

Excellent service from SCD as usual. We've used them for a variety of plumbing jobs and their service is always prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Stuart and SCD plumbing have looked after us on a couple of jobs now and are our go to company. He's done what was asked of him, efficiently and tidily, and provided extra, helpful information that's been relevant elsewhere but wasn't on the original spec. I am happy to recommend them.

We took a risk using SCD, having been let down twice by others and having no references, we just got in touch having passed the showroom. We couldn’t be happier. Excellent comms, great advice, Stuart and his team have been excellent, it was a big refurbishment (for us at least) of a family bathroom and separate WC in an old house, with a few “curved balls” but they were great to work with, offering sensible advice when needed, and Mike in particular (who was on site most) has a particular way of making sure things are done “right” that we really appreciated. Everyone who worked here was a pleasure to have around, so much so we have now found another job for them to do. Not the cheapest (bad idea), not the most expensive (another bad idea), but great value, and that’s what matters. Highly recommended.

Shocking experience, I spoke to a lady to ask about getting a quote, she hung up on me twice and then just didn't answer the third time with no reason given. If you are too busy, you could just say so!

This is the third time I have used SCD Plumbing and will have no hesitation in using them again in the future. They are prompt, hard-working, clean and tidy, and very accomodating. I have recommended them already to others.

These guys are good - when a hotel's boilers turn themselves off in winter, it can be a disaster. They arrived within 18 hours and found and fixed the problem, with guests due to check-in shortly. They installed and service the boilers annually doing an excellent quality job at a good speed in a reasonable time frame, never late on site, more often they get here early! I highly recommend SCD - Many Thanks! Miles Dolphin

Clean and professionally carried out thankyou for a good job well done

Great communication from beginning to end. Really pleased with the jobs done today. Would definitely recommend

Great service, very fast.

I am an estate agent and we recently used SCD Plumbing for one of our vendors and Stuart was fast at coming back to me with a quote and managed to fit the job in quickly for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

It was all very well organised: we were given a date for the major plumbing work to be done, and the plumber arrived just as planned. He was very competent and polite, and did a beautiful job, leaving our toilet clean and tidy at the end of the job.

Fast and efficient, which is exactly what we needed to fix out leaking tap. We would highly recommend this company.

A faulty insulation in a 3 core wire on our central heating stopped heating and hot water running independently, a fault Jeremy had only come across twice before, expertly found and repaired 5 Star service

Great service from Stuart, Luke & Lewis of SCD Plumbing. Job started on time and the guys clearly understood the range of tasks to be dealt with during the day. They kept me informed of what was going on and worked diligently throughout the day. I am very pleased with the end result and as a result have asked SCD electricians to come and have a look at our electrics which also need attention.

This company as got very high standards and give 100% And things are not right the company will not pay extra because the company Look after people thank you from Mr Jonathan Jones friend to Mr and Mrs Kelly

Great job no real issues that weren't addressed immediately reliable courteous and focused on customer satisfaction

The young plumber who attended my property couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. He even went out of his way to help me sort out the seal on my washing machine drum, which was way beyond his remit. I highly recommend SCD Plumbing.

A real pleasure to deal with polite and very professional a rea. Treat to deal. With was advise of costs before work commenced pity I not allowed to award more stars all the staff need apat on the back from the ladies who answer the phones To the technicians who do the work .

We used SCD to fit out a new family bathroom and they did a fantastic job for us. The fitting involved laying a large area of porcelain plank-style flooring, tiling inside a shower enclosure and installing a vanity unit/basin, toilet, roll-top bath and large shower enclosure with shower. The guys arrived on time every day and worked really hard to get the job finished, special mention to Toby who did a great job with the tiling. They were all very friendly, professional and we would happily recommend SCD to anyone else.

Very prompt, efficient and courteous service, ‘going the extra mile’ for a frail homeowner at a very reasonable cost.

SCD Plumbing are a pleasure to deal with. Carlo makes the bookings for their plumbers quickly and efficiently. Mike was the plumber who altered some very awkwardly positioned pipework in our kitchen to allow an integrated fridge/freezer to be fitted. He also fitted a replacement cartridge in our shower unit, which was a difficult job as the old one had seized up and was really difficult to remove. He was positive and pleasant throughout both jobs, so I can thoroughly recommend him and SCD Plumbing to anyone.

Just had an outside tap put in & its another excellent job , along side my new bathroom & kitchen jobs .I have complete confidence in the workmanship, in short wonderful! Thanks Mrs Wheatcroft

Very pleased with the installation of our gas hob. As a keen DIYer I also enjoyed seeing the new technology they used to plumb in the gas pipe. Beyond my pay grade!

SCD Plumbing originally came to resolve a very long term unpleasant plumbing issue. Having done that, they went on to do some upgrades in that bathroom, which led us to ask if they would take on a much bigger project for us. They have now completed a major refurbishment of our downstairs - from a new bathroom installation to an entire new floor, where a wooden floating floor was removed in 7 rooms and replaced with a tiled floor. The result is stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SCD Plumbing to anyone. Care was always taken, and we were fully kept in the loop regarding progress, workmen who would be on site, and budget. A fabulous job! Thank you Stuart and your team😀

All very efficient from the lovely lady on the phone who booked our job in to the friendly and efficient engineer who called at the house very impressed and happy with dealing with a local company no problems at all very pleased

Excellent response and service. Our boiler was making strange noises and had been cutting out. All fixed now. Thanks for a great service.

Quick response to gas leak trace and repair. Professional service.

SCD had, about 1-2yrs ago, fitted a new pressurised water system. A pressure relief valve failed and cause a large leak into the drainage system. I called SCD out. They took 3 days to come, whilst the leak continued at the rate of a left-on tap, identified the defective valve which they had fitted in the first place, and replaced it. I was charged the full amount including labour and a new valve. I complained that since they had fitted a defective valve in the first place I should get a discount. They refused, saying the valve was out of warrantee. I understood this but since the defective valve was not my fault, but theirs, I expected a goodwill discount. They refused again. SCD were right in law but not in spirit or customer care. I paid the bill, but will never use SCD again.

Wow! What an amazing, professional bathroom refurbishment. Stuart was available from the quote all the way to the finishing touches and any queries/ questions were dealt with immediately. We had the pleasure of Mike carrying out most of the refurbishment. He was very friendly and is work is outstanding. Very happy with everything. I look forward to booking them again in the near future for my other bathroom.

Fast response to enquiry and quick fix - would use again!

Excellent service. Replaced my new electric shower with a clean finish. Will definitely recommend using you again if I need my bathroom re-done

Brilliant service as usual from SCD Plumbing. Stuart and his team are always friendly, courteous and tidy. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Very professional, came on time and cleared up afterwards. Excellent service

Had a new water tank fitted by Stuart did exactly what he said he would no more leaks fantastic job well done so pleased would definitely recommend scd plumbing wish I had found them years ago !!!!!!!!!!!!

SCD Plumbing repaired my boiler recently. Stuart came around and carried out a temporary solution to get it working so we had heat. He then came back swiftly with the part required for it to function correctly again. Still working perfectly through this recent cold spell. It was nice to have everything explained clearly and to have things back to normal quickly. A polite and proficient company, just what is required these days.
