Do not use this company. Very quick to sell me a new boiler and take money upfront. The boiler developed a problem today at one of my managed property which was installed less than 3 months ago, after a phone call to the office that I had a vulnerable person living there who doesn’t have hot water or heating the owner Jason relayed his staff to instruct me to contact the boiler manufacturer and did not want to send an engineer out despite having 10 years warranty. I’ve had a number of new boiler installation's carried out over the years with various local installers who have all provided a call out service for the first or two years of installation. Feel totally let down today by Jason who didn’t have any decency to call me an address this incident.TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not worthy of a single star.

Very disappointed, had an appointment last week, the engineer arrived on time, checked the boiler and then left hoping I would get a quote from them. Said they’ll call but never heard of them, no email, no phone call, nothing(is bern 4 days now and no sign from them). I even waited a week for this appointment. Maybe not worth the job but they should’ve called and said that politely and I would’ve gone elsewhere. I contacted them because they are local and I support local businesses but I’m disappointed by their lack of communication and customer service support. Not going to use them again,waste of my time.

Blue flame fitted a boiler for me over 15 years ago and this week they replaced it . I can’t rave about them enough after experiencing such bad experiences over the years on other jobs … these guys are incredible! Efficient, professional, communicative, knowledgeable and they are reasonable. Conner fitted our new boiler and new radiators over 2 days , no issues, and was so polite , respectful and helpful. I came home to a clean warm home with no waste left and no mess ! I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else from now on . Thank you so much ☺️

Blue Flame recently replaced our old boiler with a new Viessmann. The age and layout of our house made the installation less than straightforward, but Connor and Jason took everything in their stride and quickly identified solutions. They were prompt, courteous and efficient, taking time to explain everything to us, and leaving our kitchen clean and tidy after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

Needed a gas engineer to replace a broken part on our boiler and do a service. All done for £107 by Connor, who was on time, competent, efficient and a nice, decent man who gave useful advice and took his boots off without being asked. Highly recommended - we will be using them when the boiler eventually dies.

Arrange for Blue Flame to service our boiler. Jason arrived bang on time and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner. I mentioned as he was leaving that I'd had an issue with the valve on a radiator. Jason took a look and managed to fix it in a few minutes, and did not charge me for this.

Had seen the team working locally on a project and took their details to make a booking. Really great team. Efficient work. Had a boiler and electrics done in the house while we were away, so needed high levels of trust. Great communication. Phoned blue flame and they came out same day which was good and the bloke seemed nice enough but he spent 10 mins fixing boiler seemed to work but when I came down next day the boiler was leaking phoned the bloke up who came around and he said he would sort out but surprise surprise no one comes back , spent £150 to get a leaking boiler damaged floor, not great !

Blue Flame have serviced the boiler at my home and produced a Gas Safety certificate for a rented property. In both cases the service was excellent. Communication was timely, appointment times were respected and problems were identified and resolved in a timely manner. Pricing was also transparent and reasonable.

Been using Jason at Blue Frame for years for serving and repairs for both myself and my elderly parents. Called this morning as parents heating and hot water not working, as always very helpful fantastic service. Definitely recommend

Had a boiler dreakdown in late October just as the weather was turning. Great service particularly with a 7 month old. While they were waiting on parts they lent us a portable heater. With the little one they did prioritise us but sounds like they could've done the work reasonably quickly anyway. We called them Monday, came Tuesday and fitted the part they'd ordered on Wednesday. Call out charges seem pretty much the going rate as well (obviously no one likes that bit!! ****UPDATE**** Used Blue Flame a few times now and they’re just great. Thoroughly recommend them.

Boiler replaced with a new Viessman. It was installed and it works, but a bit slap dash, would of made a better job myself, but not in 8 hours. Electrical cable outer insulation cut through, but left, pipework and new magnetic filter could of fitted better, but the quote was £500 cheaper than others. Had no reply to my email, and also found the newly fitted magnetic filter was fitted the wrong way round.

Jamie installed a Viessmann 100w combi boiler for us today. Did an amazing job start to finish, explained each step as he went in a highly professional manner.

I called Jason with a problem I had with the shower water going cold and hot and wanted to make an appointment for him to check my boiler. He was so kind to give me advice over the phone to check the shower head first to see if the problem was with the shower head or not. He didn't want me to waste my money on making an appointment first.

We have used Blue Flame to carry out the annual Gas Safe boiler and gas appliance service in our rental flat for many years now. They very helpfully get in contact on the yearly anniversary to remind me that the service is due and then get in touch with our tenants and do the rest without fuss or bother. They are great communicators and efficient and we are very happy with their pricing. Their follow up is always prompt and efficient too. Really honest, fair, and easy to service

They are really great at what they do and very polite. I asked about an issue we had with the bathtub water not being warm enough and they fixed it right then and there and refused to charge extra. Also on a previous boiler inspection appointment I mentioned one of our toilets doesn't work. They offered another appointment and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I fully recommend blue flame.

I have used Blue Flame Gas Engineers before, it was easy to book my yearly gas service & I was having problems with my heating. Jason called on time he was polite, & very helpful he explained what he thought the problem was & quickly solved it. We have been using Blue Flame for all our heating/boiler issues for over a decade now. Jason is very friendly yet professional and no job is too small or too big. He replaced our boiler and all 14 radiators. Other times he has come in to pipe up a gas hob. Excellent service and always turns up when he says he will.

I contacted Blue Flame Gas Services as my boiler was loosing pressure. Jason described what might be the cause and provided a quote, and I booked him in. On the day, he turned up on time, assessed the boiler, which turned out to just need its expansion vessel repressurising, so I only need to pay for a service callout. Excellent, professional service, only doing what was needed. Recommended.

Used Blue Flame twice regarding our boiler service/PAT test and then at a desperate request (usual plumber let us down 3x) to check a leaky tap, was willing to help with this as well. I have had many years experience of using Blue Flame services, to include fitting an entire new heating system. Throughout each and every occasion l have been entirely happy with the excellent quality of service on all counts, to include punctuality and reliability. I can completely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Jason came around and did a boiler service, and I asked him to quote to instal a radiator and fix my shower. Both times he turned up promptly when he said he would, did the work, left everything tidily and generally did an all round great job. Jason at Blue Flame was very friendly and professional. He fitted my gas hob quickly and even secured the electric oven in afterwards. He also detected that the gas pressure through my gas meter was too high and phoned the gas board for me to have this sorted on the same day. I rented a flat on Gloucester Road for 6+ years and this was the company our landlady used for all boiler servicing, repairs and replacement. The staff were always a pleasure to deal with over the phone and in person, and resolved any issues very quickly. They gave you a time slot for their visit and stuck to it too, which was usually done in time for me to still get to work for 9am. As a homeowner now, I will definitely use Blue Flame if we ever need their services.

My boiler had stopped working this morning and I called blue flame about 9:30 am. Jason popped round within 15 minutes and got it working. He also showed me what to do if it should freeze again. After being let down by a large well established plumbing company my partner came across a recommendation for Blue Flame on a BS5 Facebook group. With a leaking scale inhibitor that appears to have been leaking for a long time we called Blue Flame. Jason called to the house and immediately told us what the issue was, how he would resolve it and when he could fit us in. True to his word he was back at the agreed time, very courteous, helpful & our issue was resolved in half an hour. Jason has completed my Gas Safety Certificates for 5 years and he is always reliable. I can also call on him in an emergency for help and advice and this is invaluable for a Letting Agent. I totally recommend him.

Our boiler broke and as soon as I was able to contact Blue Flame directly (rather than through the landlady) the fix was in place. Jason was happy to come round after social working hours and, when needed, ordered parts for the next day. Our heating is now back on and we're delighted with the service overall. This was the first time I have used Blue Fame Services for my boiler service, But it will not be the last. It was a very thorough and efficient job. The whole process was thoroughly explained whilst the work was being carried out, and a couple of helpful tips were given on how to make the boiler / heating system to work more efficiently.

I could not have been happier with the amazing service. Super friendly and helpful. Doesnt try and charge you for stuff you dont need and as a female living alone i really appreciated that! They do early mornings and evenings and saturdays which helped me put soo much, my boiler got fixed before work-so helpful! I will definately be using these guys when my boiler eventually packs up!

We called BlueFlame after an issue with a boiler which we were told by other companies was terminal and required a full boiler replacement. The experienced engineer turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the true problem, and returned 2 days later, on time, after ordering the part and installed it, rectifying the issue. I would highly recommend as a first point of contact if you have a boiler issue. Good service all round. J

I was extremely pleased with the service we received from the very start. We received a reply to our initial email promptly and arranged a convenient time for Jason to visit our house. He arrived punctually and was friendly but efficient. He was fully aware of the issues we needed looking at in advance and diagnosed our boiler issue straight away. He showed me how to fix it ourselves next time and did not charge anything beyond the call-out fee for this. As promised, we have now received our quote for a replacement radiator and will be happy to go ahead with this. We will always come back to Blue Flame for any future issues.

I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of Blue Flame. When my boiler broke down I contacted them as I was let down by another company last minute. I explained my situation and told them I had a young baby and really needed someone to come asap. They told me this would be no problem and they would make me priority. They came out the same day and managed to get my boiler up and running. The engineer was very professional and did a great job. I was very pleased with the company from the minute I called. I found everyone very friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had my unvented hot water cylinder (Range Tribune HE) serviced by Jason from Blue Flame. My whole experience with Blue Flame was excellent from booking the appointment over the telephone to the actual service. Everyone was very polite and helpful and a price was given before confirming the booking. Appointments are made in 2 hour slots and Jason turned up within the allotted slot. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then got on with it and left the area clean and tidy when finished. From this experience I would highly recommend Blue Flame Services.

Excellent service, thoroughly professional. Our boiler broke last night and we only realised this morning. Called up Blue Flame Services, who managed to squeeze us in same day even though they were very busy. Came round when they said they would and took a minute to identify the problem (a leaky automatic air valve). The plumber ordered a new part and said it would be with us by Monday. I asked if it could be any sooner because that's a long time without gas. He said he'd see what he could do. He had another job to get to so left, but called back later and said he could be round in a few minutes to change it all over. He did exactly that - all sorted by 13:30 same day. Brilliant! No mess, no fuss, quick professional service.

I had a boiler service scheduled which had been booked weeks in advance, unfortunately Blue Flame cancelled at short notice ie at the appointment time. Phoned them to reschedule an appointment in the next couple of days, they said they would phone me back and never did.
