Just Construct Ltd designed and built a new split-level patio in South Croydon, including two external flights of stairs and drainage to deal with a previous surface-water problem. The work was described as quick and neat, with no waste left behind, and the drainage trouble was reported as sorted. The quote was described as reasonable and within the estimated budget, and the customer was kept informed and consulted at each stage, including suggestions to get the result they wanted.

Ryan and his team are a class act. Designed and implemented a new split level patio for us in South Croydon. The work included two external flights of stairs and a lot of drainage work to sort a previously terrible surface water problem. The guys worked quickly and neatly, turning a tatty old area into something really special. The drainage issues are sorted and we’re delighted with the end result. Thank you guys. The quote was very reasonable and done within the estimated budget. I was kept informed, and consulted at each stage. I was listened to, and Ryan made suggestions to achieve everything we wanted. No waste was left behind. Top marks.
