Cheshire Builders

Thank you James and Lewis for making our bathroom look fantastic, you did a first class job with a difficult room and we will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Thank You Jean & Richard

I could not recommend James more highly. Thoroughly honest, excellent communicator, very experienced tradesman. The quality of James’ work is excellent with great attention to detail. We had a complete bathroom refit, finished on time, on budget and such a quality finish. We hope to keep using James for future electrical work.

Absolutely love my new bathroom! The team was friendly, tidy, and finished on time with a perfect result. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their bathroom done!

We was really pleased with the bathroom fitted by James & Lewis. James was very helpful with choosing some items & recommending a better option if needed, especially the bath for which he found a smaller bath for the space that we had, but doesn't look or feel as small as expected-very pleased with this. We was happy to leave James & Lewis to complete the bathroom while we we're away. The finishing touches are all good & couldn't be happier, we would highly recommend him. Many thanks Heather & Tony.

James and the team have done an unbelievable job with our bathroom renovation. From the initial detailed quote where James had anticipated various issues (meaning we didn’t get any surprise additional costs) to final installed bathroom, James was very professional, communicative and helpful. The CAD pictures James put together prior to starting the work really helped visualise the end product and led to some minor tweaks that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to make to the detriment of the end result. Throughout the job, James and the team were very thorough with tidying up at the end of the day which was greatly appreciated. James was also very receptive to our ideas and requests for individual items even though this meant him sourcing items from a variety of suppliers which he had no problems with. The end bathroom has been done to a very high standard and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We can’t recommend James highly enough and hope to get him back soon for the next job!

A very professional job by a very professional team James Andy Lewis ,Have no hesitation in recommending this company, Polite Reliable Tidy Excellent job on a total bathroom refurbishment we love our new bathroom .Colin Mandy.

James and the team were with us completing two bespoke bathroom conversions. Nothing was too much trouble and James really helped us work towards a design that worked for our family. His knowledge and advice was welcomed throughout the work as well as during the design stage. The team were hard working and always made sure our home was left tidy at the end of a busy day. We would highly recommend Cheshire Bathrooms and Electrical if you’re thinking of creating an amazing bathroom space 😊

James and Andy have done a fantastic job transforming our home. We have had 2 new bathrooms done by them and a few other bits. The work done is brilliant and done to a very high standard. They left the house clean each day which we greatly appreciated. James is extremely professional, always friendly and is particularly easy to communicate with. They are keen to make sure you are happy with the work which is all you can hope for. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

James along with his team Andy and Lewis have just completed our beautiful bathroom. James works to the highest standards his knowledge, skills, innovation and enthusiasm are amazing. If you would like a first class bathroom Cheshire bathrooms are the firm to use. Thank you James.

We had our bathroom completed on 31 October 2024 and the work started on 23 October 2024 - The team at Cheshire Bathrooms made the refurbishment from what the bathroom looked like to the modern look as per photos an easy transition. The job was completed on time as scheduled. They did an excellent job and the bathroom feels so much better and just what we wanted. 100% better than what we had before! Thank you for doing this!!

From the first time I met James when he came to give me a quote, I felt completely confident that he would do a great job, and I wasn’t disappointed. Communication was excellent and everything went as planned. I was particularly impressed at how well James and his team cleaned up every day. I really enjoyed working with Cheshire bathrooms and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My finished bathroom was of a high standard and far exceeded my expectations. I’d already bought a vanity unit and tiles. I told James I wanted a walk in shower, bath and cupboard. I left everything else to him.

Ours was a pretty complicated build involving the creation of a new ensuite by reconfiguring two existing cupboards. A new drain was brought from outside into the centre of the house and water and electrical services had to be brought from rooms on the far side of the house. James was extremely thorough from the initial measuring up, the detail of the quote, the accuracy of the timing and keeping us fully informed at every stage. The quality of the finished product is fantastic and definitely exceeded our expectations. I cannot praise James, Ryan and Sam highly enough – the workmanship, attention to detail and thoroughness at every stage was exemplary. They also spent the last half hour of every day clearing up, vacuuming and wiping dust from all the surfaces. They are a fantastic team and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class service from start to finish on my electrical work and total bathroom refurb. Jay supplied several designs based on my ideas and his experience and never once made me feel a pain when I requested ...'just one more' Could not be more thrilled with the service provided...Jay with the support of Ryan were meticulous workers with a fantastic work ethic...they paid attention to the finest of detail, turning up on time and never once leaving my home without cleaning up.....I even joked on taking them in as my cleaner when they vacuumed all rooms Thank you Jay ...I love my bathroom refit Job completed on time and with very minimal disruption...brilliant service Would highly recommend

James, Ryan & Sam are all amazing & very hard workers. We’ve just had a new bathroom fitted. It’s better than I ever expected. They are all very professional and clean up after them selves every night. James is approachable and explains everything. I loved having a 3D image of the bathroom of how it would look. James was helpful offering different ideas until I was happy. Would 100% recommend.

James and Ryan are absolutely fantastic and we would definitely recommend them to anyone! They've completely refurbished our master bathroom and two ensuite shower rooms. James had so many great design ideas and sent lots of pictures of products to choose from and seeing the design plans before the work began was wonderful. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, tidy (you wouldn't even know they've been in the house at the end of the day) and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much for everything and we'll hopefully see you for other projects in the future.

James and his team are absolutely amazing, we are currently half way through our bathroom renovation and could not be happier with it. James has been fanatic every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond helping us with other small project and troubleshooting. They are punctual, polite and tidy. He could not be more helpful. I can’t emphasise this enough - book him for your bathroom project you will not find better I promise you.

The best experience we've had with contractors for our house hands down. James and Ryan were efficient, tidy, thorough, friendly and helpful. They guided us through every part of the process and gave great advice when deciding what design to go with. Very happy with our bathroom!

We used James several years ago when we had our first bathroom makeover. when we moved September last year our bathroom was still as good as it was when they done it all those years ago. James and his side kick Ryan was asked to quote for our new bathroom in our new home. We never intended to get more quotes because we knew what we were getting for our money. James helped us to design a new bathroom which not ony rivalled our last bathroom but the end product suppassed all of our expectations. He quoted 3 weeks from start to finish, it took exactly 3 weeks. Every day before starting they covered all floors from front door hallway, stairs and landing. every night before they left they cleaned up and vacumed everywhere they had been walking. Both james and Ryan were so polite and professional, we cannot fault their work ethics or cannot find a single fault in our new bathroom. If ever we move again and it needed a new bathroom we would not hesitate calling James to come in and re-design us a bathroom. We would definately reccomend them to any family and friends who are looking for new bathroom designs. From our last home we reccomended james to both my sister and my neice and he has re-designed both of their bathrooms and they are over the moon with the quality and the design that James chose and fitted. Well done both James and Ryan.

Just had a very professional bespoke bathroom fitted by Cheshire Bathrooms, exceeded my expectations and all done by a friendly team, totally recommend!

The service from James has been amazing: by far the best we've ever had from any contractor. He helped us plan our downstairs WC refurb, he listened to what we wanted and had some great ideas. He sent us links to multiple options for the units and appliances and helped us choose. He came with his apprentice on time, and stayed until the job was fully complete. He communicated with us very well throughout and responded very promptly to any queries we sent him. The final outcome is exactly what we wanted and in fact exceeds expectations. The room was completely gutted, the walls were not in a great state and needed new plaster board. This extended the length of the job but James stuck to his original quote. So, in summary, great communication with us, he came on time, was very responsive to queries, stuck to his quote and delivered a great result. Highly recommended.

James and his team have completely re-fitted our bathroom with underfloor heating to a breathtaking standard. James & his team left our home clean & tidy every day through out the two week refurbishment & they were very friendly & polite. We would definitely recommended James and his A team.

James and the team were friendly, perfessional and tidy. The standard of the finish exceeded expectations and the work was done for a fair price. Can't praise or recommend this business highly enough, very pleased.

James and his team have just completely refitted our bathroom and our en-suite shower room. We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and their attention to detail. James made some great suggestions to improve our initial plan and kept us informed of the progress throughout. James arrived on time every day and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend James.

I would highly recommend Cheshire Bathrooms and Electricals. Their workmanship is top quality, with attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to delight the customer. They are also punctual, tidy and great communicators. A pleasure to deal with.

Complete bathroom refurb. James listened to my ideas, advised and suggested ideas as well. Worked hard and managed to liaise virtually on some design ideas. Finished to a high standard and have left everywhere immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. We had a full bathroom re-fit and are really pleased with the end result. They were very professional throughout and discussed all options with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Job was completed in 2 weeks and all rubbish taken away.

James Cheshire, Matt and Ryan converted our large 120-year-old bathroom into a new Master Bedroom ensuite shower room and a new family bathroom. The quality of the work was superb, their price was very competitive, and they finished the estimated 20-day job two days early! Their cleanliness and professionalism throughout was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them as the best Bathroom and Electrical contactors I have ever come across.

The work involving the replacement of toilet and basin and removal of bath and installation of shower and tiling was carried out by James and Matt in a very professional manner! Nothing was too much trouble. Immaculate attention paid to every detail. So happy with our new bathroom. We have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire Bathrooms.

Complete refurbishment of my bathroom & I absolutely love it, good quality units, excellent workmanship & attention to detail for a very good price, cannot fault anything - excellent

I cancel my earlier review; after James recovered from COVID he got in touch, provided a satisfactory quote, communications were good, answering questions with good information. James and his team worked professionally and meticulously to a high standard and were very tidy, cleaning up at the end of every day. The job ran over by a couple of days but that was partly my fault (I asked for some extras) and partly the result of him willingly fixing faults that he discovered in our plumbing system. We are very pleased with the bathroom and will invite James to return in 2022 to do some kitchen work.

Would absolutely recommend this company. They did a fantastic job with my bathroom and cloakroom. Always kept me informed and left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. James was very helpful with his ideas and suggestions. It was a pleasure to have them in my house. I shall definitely use this company again.

What a find James and Matt are! If I could have them doing everything around our house that needs doing I would. They have literally given me my dream bathroom...and I was VERY specific about what I wanted. James was able to see my vision from the quote through to completion of our bathroom remodel. He is incredibly responsive, professional and intuitive offering ideas and solutions throughout the project. My stairs and bannister have never been so clean because they clean up every single day. James is the consummate perfectionist and will not "cut corners" like so many other tradespeople I have unfortunately encountered. If you want the absolute mutts n**s of a bathroom, then James and Matt are the guys to do it.

Incredibly knowledgeable guys, very professional, courteous and punctual. fantastic finished result couldn't be happier. would reccomend to anyone.

Amazing service and a quality finish. Nothing was to much for James, even when we added on extra jobs for him to do. James and his team have now done two bathrooms for us this year and both have been amazing quality. This company goes more then a extra mile to ensure you have the bathroom of your dreams.
