W H Brading & Son Ltd is praised for reliable, well-managed building work and clear communication throughout projects. Customers value the polite, knowledgeable team, careful attention to detail and high standard of finish across renovations, extensions, bathrooms and wet rooms, bricklaying, carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, garden rooms and landscaping. Larger projects are handled honestly and transparently, with customers kept informed and supported from start to finish.
Brading’s took on a significantly bigger project with the bungalow I purchased . Which took 8months and got me in as promised for Christmas. . At every stage they consulted with me and gave me time to make decisions. All the workman were polite and helpful. I did ply them with a fresh baked cake each week which may have helped 😁. But the end result has been very pleasing and I know I can get back to them with any problems
I have used this company many times and have always received excellent service. No worries, the jobs are well managed, on time and with a first class finish.

WH Brading have been excellent with not only knocking down a bungalow and rebuilding an upside down house. In addition they have built a garden room in the back garden, converted what was the garage and landscaped the whole site. Just thrilled with my new home.

We had Alan come to do a quote for a possible staircase adjustment, the Advice he gave was so useful and completely honest, and although the placement wouldn’t of worked for us or the property at present just on his solid honest advice we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Alan again for other works in the future. Happy potential future customer.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Initially very apprehensive re putting all my trust into a building company, particularly with such a large project, but from day one the whole team at WH Brading proved to be reliable, trustworthy, honest and transparent each step of the way. The end result has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone searching for a talented and reliable building company. Thank you WH Brading and to all your lovely employees.
We recently had a wet room and separate bathroom installed as well as alterations to the patio. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we were kept informed all along on how the work was progressing. I would recommend them
