B&K Passmore Ltd More Ability & More Build

We chose Passmore because we wanted a quality job with good project management rather than trying to coordinate it all ourselves. We thought the price was steep but decided to go ahead anyway as we were paying for a managed service. We were told our project would take 3 weeks from start to finish, but it was actually four due to delays. We can’t fault the fitter who was lovely, punctual, polite and did a full day’s graft every day (he would get 5 stars) however we had a delay with the basin which should’ve been picked up given the lead time to starting the job was long enough (our start date was rearranged without us being told at the beginning too as I notice other reviewers have noted). On the day the electrician was supposed to come he hadn’t been booked in by the office meaning more waiting (he is a sub contractor, although the website says they don’t use subs). At first they were attentive and visited regularly including the boss checking in to go through stuff with the fitter but once the delays started our installation manger went very quiet and it was left to our fitter to give us the bad news that work would run into another day, then another. The inconvenience of having the house upside down and dusty for three weeks we were prepared for but for it to go beyond that is frustrating and really tested our patience. When we mentioned this at project sign off, we were told it was never a 3 week job, and had always been intended to take a month, which is different to what was explained to us at the start, so again misalignment of communications. The ultimate test is always would you use them again and the answer for us is probably no. The initial design was good but I would’ve liked more of a consultation / being shown options rather than everything decided in one go for us. For the premium costs they charge I’d expect a five star service and that wasn’t quite our experience. If you do decide to get onboard with them I'd get it in writing up front what timescale they are working to.

We had to do a complete overhaul and fit a new kitchen. We highly recommend Passmore for keeping things relatively pain-free compared to the horror stories we've heard (and experienced ourselves in the past) The work was done in a timely, professional manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. Six months on, the kitchen is so easy to keep clean and look good. Our installer Andy from Leeds is a true artist. Many thanks again.

Primrose van drivers are extremely dangerous. Not only do they hold customers expensive orders in their vans, they pull out into fast lanes without indicating almost causing crashes. When doing so, they tailgate other road users with full beams on attempting to bully and antagonise them. Dangerous and careless driving especially when carrying customer orders. Lack of regard to other road users and customers. This is all for self gratification and arrogance. Maybe do more vetting when it comes to hiring cowboy delivery drivers. They let the reputation of the company down without evening trying by driving like absolute idiots with customers expensive goods in their vehicles.

It's been the best service from the get go! We had a new shower installed and soem work in the kitchen so not major reno but was still given the best customer service from Passmore's entire team. Julie contacted me after my initial enquiry and she is absolutely wonderful, she accomodated her visits according to my availability and expedited work as I am in my third trimester and soon to pop a baby. She is lovely and always prompt to respond to my queries. Rob then came for a secondary insepction once I accepted the quote and the work started exactly when promsied. Martin then arrived on the day allocated for the work and he works like a machine, completed the work well before time. Very professional and protected all the surfaces taking care not to cause any damage to our property. He was very pleasant and works really hard. Overall everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience and the job was well done!! Kudos to everyone in the team and thank you very much for everything. Sindhoora & Ben

they fitted adaptaions in our bathroom resin floor put over a few eeak floorboards so had to come out and redo it. fitted a toileyt that washer and dries you 3 times they had to come out qnd fit it back onto the wall. thevladt time it came off with me on it. it was a good job my carer was there or i would have been stuck underneath it. I would never reccpmend them

Best professional company ever the best! We are out of warranty still managed to get it rectified by them. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Absolutely awful. In just over a year parts are failing and are now obsolete. We waited three weeks for a part for our shower. A complete light fixture failed, and now we are yet again waiting for a new flush for the toilet, over three weeks and still nothing has been done. We are extremely dissatisfied.

Had a bit of carry on with these I live in a council property and had to have my bathroom changed to a wet room work was carried out over 5 weeks when should of of been completed in two had four different fitters and had no wash shower of bath for three weeks but have to say Tom was great taking over the job, very polite lad but will say had a very arrogant customer service guy believe the name was Dave could be wrong ? Customer service needs a little touch up, anyways work is now completed and bathroom looks good hey ho…..

Had our ensuite totally remodelled. It was a long job but the result is stunning. Customer service is brilliant. Thanks to the team for everything. Highly recommended

We have just recently had our bathroom redone into a wet room, Gary from passmore went above and beyond nothing too much trouble, he was very polite and explained everything that he was doing and everything he had done, Gary you have given my Husband his dignity and life back, you will never know truly how much it means to him and myself, I would highly recommend Gary for any bathroom/ wet room , such a great job we are very happy with it,👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Just wanted to shout out to Ben who is the fitter installing my wet room shower this week. Very pleasant, polite hardworking young professional doing a great job and ensuring that his work does not impact on the rest of my flat 👏👏

Excellent work by Ronnie, done an amazing job of our bathroom ,cleaned everything away everyday , our wetroom certainly has the wow factor now .thank you all at passmore x

We have had two bathrooms installed by Passmore, both wet rooms and one with specialized equipment for disability. The work was expensive and the quality variable. Recently they failed to engage in any helpful dialogue about repairing or replacing the specialized equipment. It seems that they have no long term commitment to the client. When one wet room leaked through the ceiling due to poorly installed seals the repair was of poor quality and we will need to get someone else. Best avoided.

Very highly recommend. Clean and tidy, very pleasent workmen, can't do enough for you. Only the floor to lay and everything is done. Thank you very much.

Definitely unprofessional and time wasting, Unbelievable communication skills .

Poor customer service. We spent over 7k on a very small bathroom had problems with bath leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs toilet shower pump stoped working we had wrong screen installed And when we contacted them for a replacement soft close toilet seat was told someone would ring us back it’s been 3 weeks still waiting

It was the first time had visited the showroom and it was brilliant. Best showroom I have ever seen. Top notch.

Absolutely dreadful PLEASE AVOID - customer service is none existent and the quality is sub standard to say the least. I have a kitchen that cost £22,000 fitted less than two years ago and have had constant issues ever since.- one after another and it never stops. In the hope that things may improve I made direct contact with the directors but unfortunately I still have had no joy. They seem to care even less than the staff. The sub contractors with the exception of one (electrician) are extremely poor and have caused so much stress due to lack of good standards. I would have been much better going to IKEA and it would have been a great deal cheaper too. I actually wouldn't give them ANY stars but you can't post a review without at least one - as I say please avoid!!!

Top class service from start to finish, I didn't really know where to start but Simon the designer came up with a great design to maximise the space. The whole process was easy and efficient, mick the main fitter was superb, nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the final result, highly recommended

It's ok for bespoke bathrooms but not not for DIY jobs

Would highly recommend thankyou very much

I like this place they're very friendly and there great staff well done passmore

Friendly, informative staff, and a showroom which, while not large, had some good quality show units.

Used Passmore to renovate my mums bathroom in Bradford. Jim was an absolute star. Very professional and took pride in his work. An asset to his organisation.

Had exceptional service from this company...didn't know businesses like this still existed! Every time we walk into our bathroom we are still delighted-my dream was a Langham Hotel bathroom, but this surpasses it! We has our bathroom fitted a year ago.The designer gave us some useful ideas we would never have thought of ourselves. The lead fitter Martin was great-his work was to a high standard and he tidied up every day! He made several useful suggestions to adapt and improve the design as the work processed. On completion, there were a couple of snags that they came out and fixed without complaint. A year on, we developed a couple of minor issues (not related to fitting) and true to their one year guarantee, they came and fixed these without a quibble. A special thanks also to Kate who was always so helpful on the phone.

From start to finsh my bathroom was a joke ended up with water and concret coming throw my celling the stress they caused think twice before letting them in your house i have photos and videos they paid for the damages had the boss out twice

Very friendly and professional service, couldn't ask for better!

Apple Group Training, working at height

Top quality company

The quality of their work is sub standard at best due to bad management from Tony Hill who pervs on clients more than he manages anything to do with work. The lack of expertise in their builders is ridiculous, one of which lays bricks with 20mm perp joints with an arrogance and immaturity that has him believe his own hype when in fact he probably couldnt place a sausage roll next to the correct label in his previous job stacking shelves at tescos to another so called builder who has a strange addiction to using expanding foam for absolutely everything and anything. I wouldn't recommend this cowboy outfit to anyone wanting a dog house never mind an extension or bathroom, there's more effort put into hiding their mistakes and cutting corners then there is in doing the correct job they quote to do. The amount of back biting combined with a two faced work force makes for a bad working environment which shows in the quality of their work due to individuals trying to stitch each other up to management every chance they get, this doesn't fill any clients with confidence that passmore is the right company to do the job but by the time the client witness's this they're already tied into a contract.
