Excellence Homes

Based in Lytchett Matravers, Excellence Homes are builders who offer a comprehensive range of construction, renovation, and property improvement services. Their work covers new home construction, house extensions, building conversions including barn conversions, loft conversions, and projects on listed buildings. For larger undertakings such as new builds and extensions, they can provide a complete design and build service, assisting with architects, autoCAD, planning applications, building warrants, and full 3D walkthrough animations to help visualise the finished scheme.

Their broader building capabilities extend to general renovation and refurbishment, home improvements, and building maintenance and repairs. They carry out structural and specialist tasks such as underpinning, wall tie replacement, external wall rendering, plastering and screeding, and paving and driveways. Excellence Homes also undertake damp proofing and control, damp treatment, and woodworm solutions.

Each staff member is specialised in their individual field, and the business uses carefully vetted sub-contractors for any specialist expertise not covered in-house, including kitchens, bathrooms, solar installations, and full electrical services. They provide free quotes for their work and remain committed to upholding high standards of workmanship and integrity across all their projects.
