Shields Stonework & Restoration Ltd place their work in Banstead. Their profile says the company was established in 2009, and that a young firm can still bring extensive experience in stone restoration.

From design and detailing to supply and fit, they describe work across natural stone, including marble and granite. Restoration, on their account, covers stone and brick, façade cleaning, stone and brick cleaning, stone and brick repairs, conservation, stucco and render repairs, brick repointing and Keim painting. They say most commissions come from the commercial and public sector, among them historic buildings, monuments, Grade II listed buildings and churches, with a smaller share from homes. Domestic and commercial work are both recorded for them. They aim for a high standard and say their staff are highly trained.
