Bright & Beautiful Chandler's Ford

I'd like to thank Em and Tracey for an amazing clean which made all the difference at a very stressful time. The team are always great and do a lovely job every time, but it's particularly wonderful when life gets really stressful.

Kayleigh and the team are so great. Very professional and friendly, they get the job done and leave the house looking and smelling amazing. They also have a nice attention to detail with little touches that make a big difference.

The service Bright & Beautiful provide is always 100% . To return to a beautiful clean home is such a joy and also the personal touches around the home are wonderful . I can’t thank the team enough ,knowing that stress is taken away in our busy lives is so worth it .

Top job. The team came in and did a deep clean of our 3 bedroom house after being away for 2 years. We went out for the day and when we came back it was immaculate and totally restored to how it was before we left. They even cleaned all our windows. Would have no doubt recommending this company to all our friends and family. From the very start really easy to deal with. Made arrangements to suit us and simply turned up and delivered with no fuss

Very professional from start to finish. Came and viewed, quoted and subsequently carried out a deep clean on a property left empty over the winter. Lovely job, smelled delightful! Would recommend to anyone!

Another amazing clean by the ladies in pink as my little one loves to call them. Today's clean must have been very difficult on all accounts, messy rooms from my wife and I being very tired due to the birth of our 8 day old daughter and our 5 year old being on his holidays, which gave us not enough time to do a quick tidy before our awesome cleaners arrived. But, as usual, our cleaners were beyond the best, giving us assistance, keeping our little boy entertained throughout the clean, and finishing the house to the high standard only Bright & Beautiful have achieved. We cannot thank you enough for all you are doing, keeping our home so clean, you're all superstars. Wishing you a very happy Easter.

I've never had a cleaner at my home before but on a friend's recommendation I approached Bright & Beautiful. I'm so glad I did. Emma was lovely and we hit it off at the initial meeting and she made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Rachel and her team turned up when they said they would and I left them to it. I could hear all the bustling going on downstairs and the occasional coo-ing over my inquisitive dog. They were all lovely and when I went downstairs after they had left I was so happy with the result. A brilliant service and a decent price to get my weekends back to myself. The pressure is off. Thanks B&B. :-)

Friendly and professional team arrived on time. They didn't stop - like whirling dervishes! When they left, everything was spotless, clean, tidy and shining! The house has never looked this good. Would definitely recommend them. Many thanks to all concerned! And - the house smells beautiful! XXX

I have a fair bit of experience as a customer of local cleaning companies, over several years. The Chandler's Ford based Bright and Beautiful are by far the most professional and polite team I have used. The communication prior to the clean, with Emma, was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening and when, there were no hidden costs, all quoted up front. On the day Emma met me at the property with 2 other members of her team. All 3 were very friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I left them to it, and when I went back, the quality of the clean matched the level of professionalism I had already experienced with them. It smelled fresh and looked gleaming, they must have worked extremely hard to create that transformation. Highly, highly recommend.

Angie’s ironing is second to none! Thank you for your excellent service.

I love the fact the cleaning is done with a team so the cleaning is done in a flash and you don't get disturbed for very long. Excellent service with very friendly ladies.

Just come back from a long dog walk and the Bright and Beautiful fairies have been. So nice to come back to, an absolutely fantastic job at my cottage again today. They had their work cut out. Im so impressed, they always go above and beyond. Thank you!!!!😊

I found this company to be very efficient and professional. The manager, Emma, was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to detail and the two girls, Agnes and Kate, who had the unfortunate job of cleaning our dog orientated house, did a fantastic job. It was wonderful to come home to!! I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly, professional service, always on time and provide a very thorough clean. The team are very happy to work around our requirements and needs even whilst we're working from home

Everything was fantastic, I have never seen my home looking so clean! Attention to detail was great and Kate and Jas were both friendly and proffessional. Looking forward to my monthly clean going forward. It honestly takes away the stress away for me. Working full time means that my weekends have been taken up by a big clean of the house, which I feel will no longer have to be the case and I can enjoy my free time. Thanks so much again! 😁

Many thanks to Amy & Jas who provided us with a superb clean of both the end of tenancy on our Flat and the moving in clean of our house. We really couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much ladies and thank you to Sandra for your excellent response time and getting us out of a pickle when our previously booked cleaner let us down. If you need a cleaner please ring Sandra and her team, you won't be disappointed :-)

We contacted Sandra @ Bright & Beautiful before reopening our office, we had a 6,500 sq ft space that needed cleaning. From the quote to the end finsh the process was seamless. The teams professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding especially on a clean of this magnitude. I highly recommend Bright & Beautiful a true gem on our doorstep.

I have used Bright & Beautiful for over 3 years now following my divorce. I work full time and have two children. Something had to give and I chose the right thing to outsource - my house keeping! Many of the team have come to clean my house, change bed linen and take care of the ironing and they have all honestly been first class. It feels like a hotel when I arrive home on a Friday evening. I have to give a special mention to Amy France who has cleaned and supervised the clean here for the last year. She was a delight, always happy to see you and nothing was ever too much trouble. Took great pride and understood how important this was to me with my busy schedule. Following the COVID shutdown I was delighted to have my first clean today which was done by Beth & Faye. What a day to come clean in 30 degree heat! It felt like Christmas had come early - they had to work around me and my kids all on line with work and school, but this didn't phase them at all. The house is immaculate and not a fleck of dust anywhere. It smells divine and I think I could eat my dinner off the kitchen floor! Thank you so much! As said, many have worked here and all are great. I just had to mention Amy for the past years hard work and Beth & Faye for making my day today after such a long break!

Bright and Beautiful are excellent. They always do a great job of cleaning my home. I was so happy to welcome them back safely last week. Thank you very much team!

I swear these ladies must be magic, I could never get my house this clean and tidy no matter how hard I tried. We had a spring clean service and have signed up for fortnightly cleans following this. I love a clean and tidy house and it's a great feeling to come home to a clean and tidy house, especially as with a 3 year old and another on the way, I just can't find the time or the energy to do the standard of clean I like myself. Thanks Emily, Jaz and Jazz - can't wait for the next clean.

They send a team to clean! Six months of excellent service so far. Highly recommended

What a pleasure to see the return of the Bright and Beautiful Team return on Monday! As always, a brilliant job. The house looked immaculate on our return from our walk. Thank you to the two who came. Sorry not to be able to name you personally. Keep up the good work.

We've just had our first Covid house clean. The team did a marvellous and very thorough job. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to welcome them back into the house (all precautions observed) and emerge from socially distancing in the spare room to a spotless home. Thanks

The Bright and Beautiful team are fantastic! They are always so friendly and professional and it is just lovely knowing that the house gets a thorough clean each week. Welcoming them back after the last 10 weeks has proved how brilliant they are as we really missed them helping us! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning/ironing service.

After nearly 10 weeks of not having the wonderful B&B ladies cleaning our home it was lovely to come home from work yesterday to a gleaming clean house. Thank you very much Em and Carolyn not only are the B&B ladies professional; thorough and efficient they also do everything with a smile! So glad to have you back. Would highly recommend.

So lovely to come home to my house today after work and the house having a deep spring clean!! That smell of cleanliness that hits you as the door opens and everything absolutely immaculate and tip top and thoroughly cleaned. Absolutely lush. I’ve soooooo missed this lot and thank you and I’m so pleased you’re back working... highly recommended!!

Bright & Beautiful are a wonderful company. The house is always sparkling and fresh after every visit. They bring all the products and tools with them and use all natural cleaning products too. The staff are always friendly, professional and very hard working, with really good attention to detail. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Brilliant job by Faye and Beth today with our deep clean - every detail covered and lovely touches everywhere. Highly recommended!

The girls are always cheerful, quick and reliable. They seem to cope with everything that is thrown at them , new puppies, a house full of people and disorder throughout the house. The house always looks good when they have been and it is a pleasure to have them here.

Extremely professional, a band of friendly and efficient ladies arrive with all the necessary cleaning tools and products and quickly, quietly and thoroughly work their way through their list. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, even mountains of ironing miraculously reappear a few days later with the B&B ironing service. I could not recommend them more highly.

Good people and frienly

Fabulous

After much research and looking at reviews we chose Bright and Beautiful. My daughter has recently given birth to twins and with a 3 year old as well she was finding the upkeep of the house very hard work. The team have been brilliant and taken a huge weight off of her shoulders. I would thoroughly recommend Sandra and her team, if you are looking for a dedicated and hard working team then look no further.

Had my first clean undertaken today and the team were fantastic. Their attention to detail was very impressive and their professionalism was outstanding. Very happy with my decision to book them on a regular basis.

I am a bit of a clean freak; I just love clean surfaces and sparkly bathrooms. My house gets heavily used, so I am absolutely over the moon with the standard of cleaning given by Sandra and the team, and their attention to detail. Their communications have been excellent too and I have complete faith in the cheerful team working in my home. It's been a fabulous to come home and find the cleaning done, and the house smelling fresh. Thoroughly recommend.

I've just started using Bright and Beautiful, and had my initial clean last Friday. I am very impressed with the professional service that I got, right from the first meeting with Sandra. The cleaners themselves were very professional to, they kept me informed of everything, and even went round with me at the end to see if I was happy with everything, they were also very friendly to, and where more than happy to fix something that wasn't quite right. I would 100% recommend them
