Bright & Beautiful Winchester is valued for reliable, high-standard home cleaning, from regular weekly and fortnightly visits to deep cleans and end of tenancy work. Sally and her friendly team are praised for being efficient, discreet, flexible and attentive to detail, with prompt communication and a willingness to help when needed. Customers also appreciate their dependable service, considerate approach around family life and the noticeable difference a clean makes at home.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Winchester Bright and Beautiful team for the incredible deep clean this week. From my very first enquiry and quotation through to arranging the deep clean and then booking the ongoing fortnightly service, your communication has been absolutely fantastic. Every message has been replied to so promptly, even though I know how busy you all are, and that has honestly meant such a lot to me. I really appreciate the patience, reassurance and kindness you’ve shown throughout the whole process. I can be an anxious person and ask lots of questions, but nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that gave me the confidence to go ahead. The team worked incredibly hard and transformed our home. It genuinely feels like home again, and walking through the door afterwards gave me a feeling I haven’t had for a long time. The deep clean has taken away such a huge source of stress and has given me a fresh start that I really needed. I’m so pleased that I’ve decided to continue with the fortnightly service from August, and I’m really looking forward to welcoming the team back. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved. I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve done. Lisa

The team at Bright and Beautiful do a great job of cleaning our house. They are always friendly and reliable. It has made a big difference to us and I am very grateful.
We switched to Bright & Beautiful Winchester some time ago, and the experience has been fantastic from the very first enquiry. Sally and her team are truly excellent, delivering top-quality cleans every time. They are also incredibly reliable. Literally never missed a clean which is appreciated as we have two young girls.
Sally and her team deliver an impeccable service every time. I have benefitted from their cleaning for over 5 years and can only say good things about them. I've run a small business hosting guests for short breaks and they have ensured that the feedback I get for cleanliness has been consistently 5 star. At times they have gone above and beyond, helping me out of sticky situations when no-one else could have done. They are conscientious, with very high standards and utterly trustworthy. Thank you Bright and Beautiful!
The whole service from 1st call to the end of tenancy clean the ladies are super friendly and did amazing job
I've been using Sally's team at Bright and Beautiful for a couple of years and am delighted with the service they offer. The team are always on time, friendly and efficient and it's a pleasure to come home to a clean, tidy and lovely smelling home! Highly recommended.
Bright and Beautiful are an excellent housekeeping company with very high standards. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. I am always happy to return home after their visit. The two ladies that visit my house are friendly and approachable and work around the constraints of my family life ie-pets and a husband with dementia. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I love having my weekly B&B clean, it’s such a treat not to have to do it all myself at the weekends, and I could never get it to the same standard as regularly. The ladies are very good, it’s nice they work in a team, and they are happy to be flexible, I’ll often ask to miss a room for something else each week.
