Haus Maids Chandler's Ford & Eastleigh

Good and reliable service. Very clean and very organised Punctual on arrival and efficient in cleaning Polite and accommodating Left the house clean and tidy in a state it hasn’t been in for a while Thank you

A massive thank you to Danielle and her team! The service provided is very professional and friendly. The team worked wonders in our home! The ladies were both very lovely. I can’t begin to tell you how much of a weight it has taken off me to know that our home has had a thorough clean. They performed some magic on our limescale areas too! I would highly recommend Haus Maids to anyone. I’m so pleased I found them!

I have used Haus Maids for over 2 years in 2 different properties for regular (fortnightly then monthly) cleans and 2 one-off deep cleans. Danielle and her team have been lovely to deal with, with the cleaners arriving at the scheduled day/time and providing excellent cleans. If I ever needed to alter a scheduled clean they have always been easy to contact and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Haus Maids again and recommend them to others.

We had a cleaner for 15 years before we retired.. But then, our son and his young family engaged Haus Maids in Chandler's Ford and recommended them. We got in touch, sent basic room photos, specified what we wanted and how often; all contact was excellent, and a cost estimate was sent to us - they charge by the task not by the time. We have just had our 'initial clean' and were very impressed by the cleaning and the professionalism of the young team who came. They were fine with our dogs, understood requirements and got straight to work!.... Very happy to recommend.. we have asked them to come every 4 weeks.

I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was a difficult job as I've been living in my current place for 4 years and when I arrived it was in a state. I made a few attempts at cleaning the difficult parts without much success. It took a couple of hours and they left it practically spotless, cleaned all parts that were possible to clean. Well impressed.

Two very hardworking ladies came to clean my home and I was very pleased with the result. They were very kind and friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism. .I would happily recommend this company if you need help.

Fantastic experience. From first talking to Danielle, when she came round to explain services to the team coming today, I couldn't be happier. Bella, Holly and Stacey did a fantastic job, house looks and smells lovely. Would highly recommend.

I found the service terribly overpriced and the quality of cleaning mediocre. Given plenty of opportunity to improve but it just didn’t work. These videos were taken straight after the cleaning was completed. Very disappointing.

I couldn't recommend Danielle and her lovely team members enough. I am a details girl but was blown away by the standard of cleaning. They spent all day blitzing my house and I will certainly be booking them again. Thank you Danielle, Trudy and Vicky.

Excellent friendly, efficient service from Danielle and her team. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Danielle and the Haus Maids team for deep cleaning my house They all worked incredibly hard. It gave me a great sense of calm to know that the whole house was clean, polished and nicely scented. Danielle is business like and unfazed by any domestic details. The whole team were pleased to meet my over enthusiastic dog. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

Very friendly bunch and left the place looking sparkling.

Exceptional job from Hayley and Leila , very efficient and friendly . Worked hard and my house is left very clean and tidy . Will definitely recommend, and continue using Haus Maids for my monthly clean. Thanks again .

We met with Danielle who was lovely, we paid for a deep clean which we where not overly happy with - our TV is on the wall, and easily accessible behind, they hadn’t dusted this as previously agreed, there where also points around the kitchen that also haven't been touched - we let Danielle know and she advised these would be completely during our next clean but after the first clean the standard actually got worse and then we found out the cleaners where only staying for 40 minutes which wouldn’t be an issue if the cleaning was done correctly. We explained to Danielle why we will no longer be using them and why we are not happy to pay our final bill back in October. What makes this incredibly disappointing is for security purposes I had asked for my key to be returned and we are now In 2025 and this has not happened. I would avoid this cleaning company.

Absolutely fantastic- lovely ladies and my house looks shiny and new! Thank you again this really is a huge help, with small children and working long hours this is the break we needed and now the house is all sparkling for Christmas 🌟

We have been using Danielle and the Haus Maids team for a regular clean for a few months now. They provide an excellent level of service and they go above and beyond to make sure our house is clean and tidy. They respond promptly to any requests and they are extremely flexible. Highly recommend.

Had a deep clean from Hausmaids and so pleased! I have tried three different cleaning services, and this is the first time I've come home to that 'just been freshly cleaned' smell. They did such great job, and were all really lovely. I'm now booked for a regular three weekly clean. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Great experience with Haus Maids. Our house was cleaned to a very high standard and it was a real treat to arrive home to. Great energy and great vibe. :-)

I'm very impressed with Hausmaids and would definitely call on them again. My downstairs was cleaned perfectly and the ladies were very efficient and didn't waste anytime, they worked from the moment they arrived until the moment they left and nothing was missed! A horrible job very well done with smiles on their faces the whole time. Thankyou so much ladies! 👏👏👏

Happy me and happy clients! My clients had exchanged contracts on their house and the plan was to clean the house before completion. Danielle responded to my enquiry, visited and sent a quote. It was not her usual package, as I wanted extra things to be cleaned. The quote was accepted as it was fair and reasonable and her invoice paid. On the day of the clean, the team arrived in sign written cars, wearing branded shirts, being ambassadors of the company. I left them to clean and returned to check their work and was delighted to see the shine and clean in my clients' house. Happy me and happy clients! I am very happy to recommend Danielle and her team. They did a great job.

Danielle has been really responsive and organised throughout. The team were friendly, hard-working and thorough. Would highly recommend Haus Maids - my house looks and smells lovely!

Great service, friendly staff and a incredibly clean home, couldn't be happier!

Haus Maids carried out an end of tenancy house clean for me and they were amazing. The house was spotless and smelt amazing. Will definitely use them again.

Really friendly, reliable and great service.

Absolutely brilliant service, from quote to clean. Can't recommend enough.

Danielle and the Haus Maids team provide an excellent service and have great attention to detail. They go above and beyond to make sure our house is clean and tidy. They also have been excellent in communicating with us. Would recommend

Very happy with the Haus Maids Team! Very thorough, hard-working and professional. Continued thanks! 😄

My wife and I were very pleased with the Deep Clean that we had last Wednesday morning and look forward to starting our regular fortnightly clean later this month. Good to support a locally based company

Haus maids do a fabulous clean

Really friendly staff and my house was wonderfully clean. I'm looking forward to them returning in 2 weeks!

Very efficient , co-operative people from initial enquiry to thorough regular cleaning team Totally comfortable having them in our home even when not here ourselves.

I would highly recommend this company, they are professional, friendly, and their cleaning service is to a very high standard

We were over the moon with our deep clean. The ladies worked so hard and our home absolutely sparkled like never before when they had finished. We have now booked in for regular cleans with them. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the cleans, Sue and Janine are very thorough and do a great job cleaning, leave the house looking amazing.

Danielle came to give us a quote for a deep clean super quickly and then the amazing Hayley and Esme completed the clean. Danielle called to check if it was ok if they could arrive a bit earlier due to a job change and they then worked incredibly hard for 4.5 hours. The house looks completely different. They were so respectful and professional and it was a fantastic first time experience for us. When I tell you the taps were gleaming…I don’t think they looked that good brand new! I loved the small touches like placing things in a stylish layout after they’d cleaned, organising the caddies in our bathroom and the toilet roll folding that made it feel like we were in a hotel. We are so happy with the results that we are now looking to move to frequent cleans with them. Good to know: - Danielle visits after your first enquiry and she quotes by job not by hours which means you pay for the job you want no matter how long it takes (you get a physical copy of the quote there and then and no obligation) - Payment is made via bank transfer and you receive an invoice in advance (for a deep clean, you pay 48 hours in advance) - For deep cleans, ovens aren’t included and windows are an extra (but not unreasonable) charge - The whole team were amazing with our dog and cat which was really nice

I recently had an initial deep clean and all the internal windows cleaned and I was delighted with the results! The manager, Danielle, came round very promptly to give me a quote and was very helpful and friendly. The two cleaners who came on the day were professional, hard-working and obliging and left my house looking great! I would highly recommend this company!

I've had a weekly clean for 3 months now and I am very happy. Normally I let them get on with it, but they are flexible if I want changes. They seem to enjoy their job even when I leave a trail of debris.

Professional, friendly cleaners who do a good job :)

I highly recommend Haus maids! I needed them urgently and they were so accommodating! They were professional in their approach, well organised and have an incredible work ethic. The house was thoroughly cleaned to a very high standard and I will definitely be using them again!

I can rely on Haus Maids to turn up be trustworthy and do a thoroughly good job.

Danielle and Hayley delivered excellent results with a deep clean of our home. I would highly recommend this company. Great for your home and your head!!

I didn't think my house needed a clean until Hausmaid had been - and then - I noticed the difference. Everything shone. great service, nice cleaner - and shining result!

I am a new customer and have been delighted with the excellent service I've received from Hausmaids. The team are very hard-working to a high standard, paying attention to detail which I appreciate. The service is flexible too, and you can change the day or frequency of your clean to suit your own needs. Thank you Hausmaids, so good to have you helping me to look after my home.

I can't imagine that my experience.with Haus Maids could have been better. It's like living in a new Maisonette!!

Once again it’s a pleasure to use Haus maids, great service and fast and efficient .

Just great, friendly, helpful, place looks lovely when we get home

Great service. Staff are very professional and friendly. Was recommended Haus Maids by a neighbour, and I would definitely recommend myself.

Fantastic experience - we use Haus Maids for our house in Southampton, and Danielle and her team have just been amazing. Responded quickly, was very helpful in getting us an appointment, and have done a fantastic job. Can’t recommend enough!

I booked a one off deep clean as I'm a hard working family man who loves spending time with family rather than me and my wife cleaning at weekends. The house needed a deep clean and Danielle and her team turned up and started to transform our house. I'm so happy with the results. I will definitely have haus maids back and highly recommend them.

Contacted Haus maids at very short notice as they were local for a house clean pre sale, they were amazingly efficient, friendly and accommodating, fitted the clean in an evening and made a fantastic difference, so pleased and would highly recommend them

Excellent service, I’ve been using haus maids for 4 months now, fantastic service they offer and couldn’t recommend enough.

We booked a deep clean as we are selling our family home and wanted it in ship shape for viewings. All I can say is its worth every penny. (reasonably priced too) Haus Maids have been a pleasure to deal with from quoting to cleaning. We could not recommend more!! Great work ladies and thank you!

*BEWARE OF PRICING STRUCTURE* After employing the team to do a one off deep clean I then entered into a regular fortnightly agreement. The 1st regular clean took 2 people 3.5 hrs, to a good standard and we paid the invoice. The next fortnighly clean the same team left after 2hrs. I did not critique the 2nd clean but when I received an invoice from Danielle for the exact same amount as the 3.5hr clean I queried the time taken - 3 hrs less cleaning (2 persons x 1.5hrs). The unwaivering response was that they do not charge by the hour but by job. Giving the benefit of the doubt I suggested we return to a minimum 3 hrs each fortnight and again was advised pricing was per job. Technically that business model then allows Haus Maids to charge me the same for a 1hr clean as a 3.5hr clean. Interpret that as you will!

I've been using Hausmaids Chandler's Ford for 7 months now and they do a lovely clean everytime. Lovely ladies who are flexible and accommodating. Can't fault the service.

I am an elderly widower living alone and recently had necessary building repairs done to my house. The Haus ladies arrived and in no time everywhere was looking spotless. They got on with the job promptly and were pleasant to have in my home. I will use Haus again. Thoroughly recommend.

Danielle and her staff are always professional in the job they do. I trust them 100%. They are responsive and flexible and they even deal with my 3 mad dogs!

It has been great to have Danielle and her team cleaning our house. Always makes me smile when getting in from work. Very responsive to requests. Thank you.

Excellent service from Danielle and team. Initial very thorough deep clean was to a very high level. Very pleased with our ongoing regular cleans, the team are smart, polite, highly professional with a good attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

We have been incredibly impressed with the care and attention to detail that Danielle and her team give when cleaning our house. Our house is cleaned fortnightly, and is always immaculate.

Really helpful and easy to have around, the house looks great!

Absolutely LOVE HausMaids … I struggled with the concept of needing a cleaner at first, however as a super busy mum to 8 it really is never ending and when the girls come over and give me a day off it’s done wonders for my mental health! Honestly recommended to family & friends as it’s been a complete game changer! Recently become unemployed and my mental health became overwhelming and knowing that Haus Maids were coming was a huge weight off my shoulders and I don’t think I could have managed everyone & everything if I didn’t utilise them! I’m not usually in when they come over as I just want to clean with them 😂 (I tried to stay and chat but recognised I was probably better off leaving them to it!) …. But they are both super friendly and easy to talk/communicate with!

The company work hard to deliver value-added house cleaning services at a high standard. "The work is not done until the house has been cleaned". Danielle and her team provided an initial deep clean which transformed the entire house. We are delighted with the routine, discipline and results. Our home feels like it has been thoroughly cleaned each week. Thank you Danielle, Dee and Karen for making such a difference!
