Neptune Window Cleaning - Botley

Very professional

First time using Neptune, Harry was very professional and able to answer all questions that were asked about extra jobs. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊

I've just had my windows cleaned by Ben and his partner, they have done an excellent job. I can't thank them enough. My upstairs windows haven't been cleaned for age's so they were filthy Now they Sparkel. Thank you guys. I'll definitely be seeing you again in 8 weeks. 👍

I’ve been using Neptune for a couple of years. They are always reliable and do a great job. Friendly and professional people. They are always in touch the day before they are due which is really helpful.

Shameful speeding through a residential area

Hope you can clean better than you can drive

Could not be happier'

Professional service, very satisfied with window cleaning , thank you

Been using these guys for ten years , always do a cracking job and trustworthy which is paramount . Thank you

We had a large wooden decking area and stone patio that was very dirty and stained. Shane gave us a very competitive price to undertake the work and promptly arrived when he said he would. I was very impressed with the equipment he used, it was gentle on the stone and wood, but so effective at cleaning it. The patio looks brand new, I couldn't believe it. The decking looked fantastic and is no longer slippery and green. Would 100% recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work and good pricing. Thanks again

Messaged 3x Companies from the internet and Neptune/Shane was the first to reply! Gave him and his guys the opportunity to clean up our algae stained back garden decking and rendered white walls (post winter discolouration) and WOW what a great result they achieved for us, with no fuss and no disruption! Great guys, great service and great results! Will use again for sure so thanks again Shane and Team! Simon

Jamie and Richard were absolutely brilliant... professional, thorough, accommodating. Really spruced up the look of our home. Great blokes - couldn't be happier with the service I received 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shane and his whole team were professional, thorough and courteous throughout the roof clean they carried out for us. Their attention to detail was wonderful.

Great company, all the staff are friendly and prices are competitive. Neptune recently cleaned our patio and looks lovely! My friend also got his roof done and the house now looks brand new! Would definitely recommend, many thanks to Shane, Dale and Curtis!

Absolutely fantastic service competitively priced . Nice blokes

Overheard one of the staff making highly inappropriate homophobic comments. Have informed my neighbour and have a recording of the audio. He won’t be using them again. Believe staff member was called Kyron/Kia

V.good and efficient service

Really pleased with the bricked drive way, looks as good as new.

Shane and Dale did a really great job and were super professional. Thanks.

Thank you Terry, Richard and team for a fantastic job on our gutters , facias, windows and doors. Our home was looking sorry for itself but now looks new again. Would highly recommend Neptune Windows .

Sam and Shane did an outstanding job at my 3 bed property in Locks Heath. Gutters cleared and cleaned and windows all made such a difference. Now scheduled regular window clean to keep it looking fantastic. Very friendly team and top service

We have had a moss covered roof for years. We contacted Neptune to clean our roof which they have now done with amazing results. The roof looks like we have just had it re tiled. Great guys to deal with & left everything clean, tidy & all done in 2 days. Cheers Shane for your hard work.

Very professional service and quality. Reliable, dependable and affordable

Brilliant results, far better than I could have hoped for

This is an exceptional company, and the best window cleaners we have ever used. They turn up on a monthly schedule, are always polite, working efficiently and hard. And the end result is sparklingly good. Thanks, guys.

I used Neptune for my 4 bedroom property in Locksheath, was recommended by a neighbour who highly recommended Shane from Neptune, on calling Shane I was giving a quote over the phone and he arrived next day to complete the task at hand. The job before and after was amazing, great customer service, I’m now signed up for a 8 weekly clean with Shane to keep them up to the high standards he has set! Thank you very much Shane will be great to see you in 8 weeks!

A briliant company any isues are recktified no questions asked thankyou

Dan was brilliant. As a lettings agent, I needed to arrange a one off clean rather than a course for one of our properties. Loads of other window cleaners simply said no and hung up. Dan was open to suggestion, accommodating, super friendly and helpful. I certainly will be using Neptunes again for any future cleans we need for one of our 300 properties! Thanks again Dan :)

Customer service has been brilliant, I was useless at getting back to them due to having a baby, but they were extremely accommodating and my windows are gleaming! I'm so pleased with the service. Both the guys are really friendly and easy to chat to.

I don't know why I'm getting this I only tried to find out who they are. The are of no consequence to me

Absolutely brilliant service! Really friendly guys, have had problems with other Southampton window cleaning companies. Will be using lots more

Super clean and clear.

Today was our first using Neptunes's window cleaning service and we had Daniel for the job. He was not only extremely polite, but incredibly on task, exceptionally professional, kind, generous with the time he spent at completing a window, gutter and cladding clean. Terry, who handled the consultation and booking, was thorough, patient and very understanding. All in all, amazing team of men! Highly recommend. We've never been managed to get someone on a regular basis as we've never been satisfied with the services received before. Today, safe to say, we've found our regular window cleaning service provider! Beyond pleased

Brilliant window cleaning service always on time and friendly, also a good price to have things done they also do guttering and other things

They always do a fantastic job.

Very helpful

I have used this company for a while now and there quality of work is second to none . Have recommended them many times.
