Proper Clean

James Is a professional at carpet and suite cleaning. The results are amazing, treated with care and great attention. He is a master at his craft. Nothing is too much trouble, would have no hesitation to recommend or use again.

James was fantastic, we needed a quick sofa clean. He got us in quickly, the sofa came out amazing and he was very professional. Would highly recommend.

Proper Clean came to me with zero notice to help me out when a random cat peed on my sofa! They were fast, professional and excellent value for money. I'll be using them for everything in the future! Highly recommended!

Could not have been happier with this company. I had a very dirty sofa and large foot stall that I thought was beyond cleaning so was just looking for a spruce up for the short term and look to replace in the future. The cleaning brought the sofa back up to look brand new I was shocked. Will definitely be keeping the sofa now so saved money long term as well. 5 star for sure thanks guys

We recently used Proper Clean's services to clean upholstery and carpets at our surgery. James and his team provided an excellent service, no job was too big for them and James when over and beyond by cleaning a few more areas at no extra cost. We will definitely make use of Proper Clean in the future and highly recommend them. Their pricing is also reasonable and quality of cleaning to a very high standard. Thank you again. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you soo much!

Professional friendly service. Fantastic job! So happy to have gleaming lovely smelling carpets back. Can’t recommend James enough.

Highly professional and efficient company. Andy did a superb job of cleaning our L shaped sofa, within the price and timescale that was originally quoted. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again. Cheers Andy!

I have used Proper Clean and Mr James Platt for years now to clean and bring back to life my carpets. My carpets are very expensive and it is important to me that the right person only cleans them. For me that is Proper Clean. As always James turned up on time and was very efficient setting up and getting started. Proper Clean thoroughly cleaned the carpets from top to bottom. I can't recommend Proper Clean enough - having used them many times in the past, I would not use any other company now.
