Incredibly hard working & achieved a great deal. Very friendly & will definitely use again.

Of all the cleaning services I've used, Diamond Shine are one of the best. They do a really thorough job at a great price. Use their service regularly, highly recommend.

Wow, I came home and I was completely speechless it looked like a show home! Very good communication. Very respectful of our home they even organised the baby bottles in a basket in the drawer. Things like this really help worth every penny and more. Incredible service. Best thing was they use their initiative and move things to clean behind etc I really could not fault the standards at all and I can be fussy.

Have been using diamond shine for nearly a year. Always leave the place spotless and great on comms

Diamond are by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. They do my home and office and excel at both. They are reliable, lovely and do an incredible job. These guys clean far better than you could clean yourself. Highly recommended

Margaret and team did a great job by cleaning my house before we managed to move into it. She communicated with me all the time and explained me the process. My husband and I liked their job that we hired them again to clean our flat which we are putting for rent. In general, the team is very professional and they accommodated to our needs. We will recommend their services for sure.

The lovely ladies cleaned my flat really well and paid attention to the detail. Will definitely be using them again.

Diamond Shine cleaners did a fantastic job, everything looked shiny and smelled fresh, the two ladies who cleaned were professional, polite and friendly.

Contacted Diamond Shine as needed to find someone to do a few hours every couple of weeks to clean my elderly mother's flat. We had some specific requests, Margaret explained the options clearly and we agreed on a schedule easily. Her team come every two weeks and are friendly and clean very thoroughly. My mother was nervous about having cleaners as she's never had a cleaner before, but ill health means she can't do it herself. We're now a few visits in and she's delighted with the results, it's well worth the money.

Margaret and her team are fantastic! Very reliable cleaners and always leave our house spotless. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Diamond Shine Cleaning for a deep clean of my home and was extremely impressed with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough, leaving every corner spotless. Their attention to detail and use of eco-friendly cleaning products made a noticeable difference. Although their services may be slightly more expensive, it's worth paying extra for the peace of mind and exceptional quality. The entire process, from booking to completion, was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Diamond Shine Cleaning for anyone looking for high-quality, reliable cleaning services. I will definitely be using their services regularly.

Absolutely amazing clean done today at short notice, after months of a depressive episode, uncontrolled ADHD, my flat was in chaos. Thankfully the team were super understanding, reassuring and empathetic. They have made my flat a home again after a deep clean and I am looking forward to getting my storage units delievered and to finally organise all my stuff 😁 Highly recommend!! Even my cats approved.

Conveniently arranged regularly cleaning over email. Cleans have been thorough. Exactly the low maintenance, high quality service I was looking for.

Margaret and her team have looked after our domestic cleaning at home for many years now. They are extremely professional, thorough and attentive. The cleaning is always of a very high standard. They don’t go round things - they move them. We are quite particular with high standards and the Diamond Shine team always meet the standards. Recently we have also started using Diamond Shine for Airbnb cleans too which mirrors the same excellent level of service. It’s so important that our guests experience the highest level of cleanliness and presentation when they take one of our Airbnb properties. Margaret really takes time to listen to how you like things done and makes sure and it’s consistent. I can’t recommend Diamond Shine highly enough ! ⭐️

They say "Diamonds are a girls best friends", how right they are. 3 lovely ladies came yesterday to do a deep clean, and my home is now sparkling. They were cheerful & very polite & very hard workers. I will definitely recommend Diamond Shine cleaning to all my friends. 5 star's.

On the 29th of July, Diamond Shine Cleaning cleaned our house perfectly (including the oven). The team stayed until past 11 in the evening to get the job done to the highest quality. I would highly recommend this service, especially to students in the Bournemouth area.
