Excellent service from Tom at Eagle Family Cleaning Services. He did an amazing deep clean after our house move and left everything spotless and fresh. Very professional, reliable, and hardworking. Highly recommended!

Fantastic - Highly recommend! Tom made my oven look brand new again! He was professional, friendly, helpful, and communication was excellent. I used him based on a recommendation from family who have used him multiple times, and I can see why they rate him so highly – his work is incredibly thorough. If I need anything cleaned in future, Eagle Cleaning will be my only choice! Thank you!

Amazing job from Tom on an end of tenancy clean. The flat looks like new, turned up exactly on time and great communication. I was worried about moving the sofa and other things but Tom had it all in hand. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! We booked an end of tenancy deep clean and it was amazing! The level of work was outstanding, everything was spotless, gleaming and dressed very well, every single detail was covered.

I used Eagle cleaning for an end of tenancy clean on a cafe and was very happy with their professionalism and service. I would definitely recommend them

I contacted Tom needing an urgent deep clean for a bathroom and kitchen not expecting him to be able to fit me in but within days, he had. The clean was fantastic. I dont actually want to use the rooms as I'm scared of messing them up. Tom was friendly and chatty and was happy to have my little dog follow him around to see what he was up to. I highly recommend using Tom and his cleaning services and will be back if I need them in the future. Thanks so much! Im very pleased!

Deep cleaned my Mums flat after she moved out. All looked like new after and very clean

Thanks Tom. You managed to squeeze us in at short notice. Very clean house and very happy clients.

I booked Tom for an end-of-tenancy clean, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. The entire apartment was spotless — every corner was left sparkling. Honestly, the place looked even better than when we first moved in. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Tom - he was professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased using these people, did a great job clearing a 3 bed flat with some very dirty furniture and carpet, were quick and tidy and great communication have no hesitation in recommending.

Tom did an amazing job - incredibly efficient, and a lovely guy! Thank you so much!

Tom and his crew did a great job cleaning our house and all the carpets. He managed to fit us in at the last minute which we very much appreciated. He is very pleasant and thorough. He also did a really good job with cleaning our outside windows. Definitely recommend Eagle Family Cleaning Services.

An excellent cleaning company, work was completed to a very high standard, very competitively priced and would not hesitate in recommending Eagle Family Cleaning

This family run company estimated 4 hours for a job at a fixed price. They did the job properly and cut no corners. We were extremely impressed. Despite spending much longer than the 4 hours, they charged no more. They were by far the most competitive price. They should probably charge more given how good they are. They were professional throughout. They come and viewed the property to estimate the time and price. It was easy to communicate and correspond with before and during the job. They made themselves available at short notice. Strongly recommended.

I booked Eagle family cleaning services for an end of tenancy clean. They did an absolutely fantastic job and the flat looked amazing! Would definitely recommend.

I employed Tamas and his team to clear and deep clean our property. Tamas visited the house in advance and was meticulous in understanding what need to be done and quote accordingly. It's fair to say that Tamas managed to get things clean that I didn't think could be! I am very pleased with all aspects of his work communication throughout inc pictures of the finished work. Well done Tamas, great job

Absolutely delighted with Tamas and his staff. Incredible attention to detail. House is fresh and sparkling. Highly recommend,

Absolutely impeccable standard of service, reasonably priced & clearly take pride in their work. 10/10, would recommend.

Amazing service and very professional!

Tom deep cleaned my flat and did an amazing job. The kitchen sink in particular was covered in limescale before the clean but looked fantastic afterwards. Well done. Very good value for money.

I employed Eagle Family Cleaning for an end of tenancy deep clean and they exceeded expectations. The flat was left cleaner than it had ever been, and they were super easy to work with. I would 100% recommend them.

I hired Tom and the team because of the reviews I saw here and must say, it is all true! Did such an amazing job in our flat, I would work with them again in the future no doubt. Communication from the beginning was very personable and on point. I can only highly recommend the their services

Tom and partner spring cleaned part of my house and did a great job. Professional, would recommend and will contract them again.

Tom was recommended to me to help my elderly father with a full clean of his flat. Tom was professional, punctual and trustworthy. Communication was also first rate. The results were absolutely stunning with no corners cut. What I didn’t expect was how sympathetic and kind he was to an old man who was embarrassed that he could no longer do the cleaning himself. I would recommend Eagle without hesitation, you will not find better.

If you need a cleaning service, use these guys! Tamas & his colleague zoomed through my house before we moved out, and left it cleaner than it’s ever been!! Still don’t know how they did it & the oven looked new.

I cannot fault at all. Booked an end of tenancy clean and everything was spotless. Even things I thought could not be cleaned were sparkling! 100% recommend.

Tom was recommended to me. Tom, Agnes and Tundi delivered a meticulous clean with stunning result, and I'm truly grateful to them for their hard graft. I hadn't realised how seven years of living had accumulated in the house, and I was readying for marketing the house. Tom's comms beforehand were excellent, they turned up on time and went into every nook and corner, including windows, inside and out. If you're after excellence, look no further!

Amazing service, arrived at short notice and sparkle cleaned 6 flats to the highest standard. As a construction company we use many cleaning companies; Eagle Family are professional and provided an excellent detailed clean.

Tamas has done an incredible job with my carpets which were in a bad way. The difference is so noticeable. The oven and bathroom are amazing too. Very friendly and professional service.

Great service for a one-off deep clean of kitchen, bathrooms and windows. All very sparkly clean. Good work!

A great professional company. Turned up on time and did a great job which included a full end of tenancy clean, including carpets and oven. Would highly recommend.

Impeccable service from Tom and Eagle Family Cleaning Service

Great experience, lovely staff and tailored to our needs. Definitely recommend

This is the second time I’ve used Eagle Family cleaners for an end of tenancy clean. Always great service, great communication and great value for money. No hesitations in recommending them.

Used Tom's service for an end of tenancy clean. Communication and organising it was great and the clean itself was perfect. Highly recommended. Tom also gave me some tips I can use in my new home! Thanks very much for your help.

Highly recommend Tom’s cleaning services. I booked the end of tenancy cleaning and the service was spot on.

Fantastic service. Tom and his team performed a deep clean of a relative's house while they were in hospital, and went above and beyond. Everything is unrecognisable and sparkling! Would thoroughly recommend

Very responsive from when I first called. Extremely efficient service. Excellent cleaning. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Tom came over and cleaned our carpets and oven beautifully... I was really impressed with both the result and Tom. Would absolutely recommend. Emily, Broadstone

Tom was absolutely amazing! I was moving out of my property in 2022 and he came in and gave it a great clean. Great communication, trustworthy, reliable, respectful, responsive, hardworking and a really nice guy. Tom went above and beyond and cleaned for me on a bank holiday to keep his word to me. Thank Tom 🙏.

Tamas and his colleague did my end of tenancy cleaning. They did an amazing job, were super friendly and I would 100% recommend their services. Thank you! :)

Having used local cleaners previously, each time I then had to clean again after them. We used Eagle Family for the first time this summer and I cannot fault anything they did. Their communications were helpful (e.g. reminders), I paid a deposit and not everything upfront (final payment after the cleaning). They arrived on time. After they had cleaned, the house was immaculate (clean behind furniture, inside all drawers, lampshades, toilets and showers spotless). Tom sent me photos that evening to show the cleanliness. They are the first cleaners we have had where we could trust the standard of cleanliness. Thank you Tom to you and the team; you have a new recurring customer.

We contacted Tom to provide a one off deep clean of a property we recently purchased. He was incredibly helpful on the phone asking what needed extra attention and making sure he had a list of all our needs. He did an absolutely phenomenal job considering he was all by himself today. We are so happy with the job done and he was very fast too considering! Highly recommend Eagle Family Cleaning Services and should we require anything cleaning related again in the future we will be contacting them!

The Eagle family cleaning team did a great job at my father's house. They cleaned carpets, windows, inside cupboards and more, making the whole place look ready for sale. Tom was very good at communication and I recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service!

Thank you Tamas, fantastic turnaround at short notice (end of tenancy clean). Great value for money. Highly recommend this professional service. Thanks again, David.

We used Tom and his company for an end of lease office clean. Tom replied quickly to my enquiry, visited the office and provided a quote promptly. The office looked fabulous after his clean. Tom was friendly and courteous, and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Having been pleased with Tom’s services before, for both deep cleaning & carpets, I got in touch when my step mum’s carpets needed cleaning after she cut her leg & there was blood everywhere! Tom came out promptly & cleaned all the affected carpets for a very reasonable fee. My step mum was delighted! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him & his company.

Tom and the team did a smashing job on our late fathers house following bereavement. A no nonsense quote - friendly and helpful support and flexible on appointment times. Trustworthy and efficient service - delivered an outstanding result which far exceeded expectations (on a house that had t been cleaned properly on many years)! Bathroom / kitchen and carpet that we considered almost beyond rescue all gleaming and like new! Would highly recommend.

Tom visited very quickly to give me a quote, and it was a very reasonable price. A couple days later Tom and a colleague visited to deep clean my flat, the flat looked incredible and smelt fantastic, I am very impressed with the attention to detail that Tom and his colleague paid to my flat. I am a very happy customer, and would highly recommend Eagle Family Cleaning Services to anyone in need of cleaning their home.

really top quality service, and reasonably priced - really happy with the service and my landlord too, as this was end of tenancy cleaning - i would give it 10/10! highly recommended !

Did us an excellent clean in good time at very short notice. Would recommend highly.

Great professional service. Arrived on time and all our requests were fulfilled. Truly recommend this service.

Tomas and his team were very thorough and dealt with everything very efficiently. I would recommend to my friends.

Tamas came and did an end of tenancy clean including carpets. The feedback received from the landlord was great. She was very impressed with the job he did and she has got a new tenant straight away. I would fully recommend this company for a quick, professional job and the quote was very competitive too.

Used Eagle Services to clean kitchen & bathroom. Very pleased at results.Friendly, hard working man & good price.

I had Tamas and Julia in to do a well deserved deep clean. Boy are they workers. They were fabulous and left the house spick and span. I’m having them back next week to do all the outside plastics, along with my neighbour having hers done too. I will certainly use them again and can’t recommend them more. Thanks guys.

Very professional would highly recommend using

Tamas was so helpful, professional and very responsive. Any questions I had were answered the same day. The cleaning of my flat, for end of tenancy was impeccable - cleaner than when I moved into the property. I can’t recommend Tamas and Eagle Family Cleaning Services highly enough! I’ll defiantly be using his services again and recommending to all my friends in Bournemouth.

Great company to use, very high standards and great communication. Tom who is the business owner was very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Eagle Family cleaning services gave my flat a thorough clean before new tenants moved in. I was really pleased with the results. Thank you Tom

I have used Eagle Cleaning Services three times now, an end of build clean, end of tenancy clean and a deep clean. On all occasions the service provided has been excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend, much better than other cleaning services I have used previously.

Contract Eagle Family Cleaning services for an end of tennancy cleaning deep clean. He left the flat in a cleaner condition than when I moved in. Thoroughly impressed with the service and will use again.

I was looking for a cleaning company to fit me in for end of tenancy clean and Eagle Family cleaning services were able to fit me in on a Saturday and did an amazing job cleaning the property to a standard that was well ahead of how I initially recieved the property from the estate agents when I first moved in. I have been provided a written report (as well as invoice) that I can send on to the estate agents as proof of cleaning that has been done. Their ethos on how they deliver their service is all about having a customer that is happy with the result of their work. If there is ever a tenant looking for an end of tenancy clean Eagle Family cleaning services are the best to get the job done. Thanks again for providing the high-quality professional service you have. It really is appreciated!

We booked an end of tendency cleaning with Tamas & he did a fantastic job! Very thorough, very professional, with no stone left unturned. We are so pleased we booked him, he did not disappoint. Very reasonably priced & now our flat looks brand new! Thank you, Tamas!

Tom gave us a very good service. His price and terms are both very reasonable. They arrived on time and the new owner was very pleased with the result.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt i must write one today. I can't recommend Eagle cleaning services enough. Tamas did my end of tenancy cleaning and he did a stellar job. I made his life difficult as I have partially moved and some of my stuff were still in the flat. He was very pleasant about it and moved my stuff around while cleaning. he truly enjoys what he does and he is pretty good at it. Also they will give you the LOWEST quote in the area. With significant difference. My quote was 220 pounds while the average is 340 Pounds in other cleaning services.

Tom was really quick to respond to my query of an end of tenancy cleaning for a 2 bed flat and he was happy to also carry out an additional oven clean and carpet clean. Very reasonable prices and very high quality clean! Our landlord was really happy with the results! Excellent communication and very friendly. 100% would recommend!

We used the Eagle team for a deep clean, and the results were amazing. So pleased with the service, the quality, and the follow up. They were so thorough, with great customer service. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again.

They did very good cleaning at affordable price. Landlord were very happy about the quality.

Tamas came to our flat for an end of tenancy cleaning. He did an amazing job and I am so grateful about it. We managed to get the whole deposit back! We passed his details onto the landlord in case he is needed again.

Tom was kind enough to undertake a deep clean of our new home on moving day. Tom's communication throughout was excellent and the work that was undertaken was thorough, meticulous and completed despite the many interruptions he experienced during the removal process. The final standards Tom achieved were superb and we would have no hesitation in requesting his help again in any situation. If you're looking for a dependable, reliable and competitively priced cleaning service, look no further than Tom and Eagle Family Cleaning Services. Thank you Tom!

The team did an excellent job, very thorough, and the results are excellent. We had a deep clean of a three bedroom, two bathroom, property. Tom was responsive and professional to deal with. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic Job and good price! I have already recommended them to my neighbours and I will definitely use them again.

My partner and I used Eagle services to clean our flat that a tenant had left in a state. With a few days notice they blitzed the place - amazing job that exceeded expectations. Having the flat transformed for the money paid was such a morale boost and we highly recommended their work. Great communication from Tom throughout.

Recently used the service for a house warming. Tom and team did a fantastic job. He was non stop and cleaned entire house and made everything sparkle. I would definitely recommend Eagle cleaning to anyone, very friendly and high quality service.

I opted for the end of tenancy cleaning service and they were veryp with the service. Tam went through all the cleaning thoroughly and ensured the entire house properly cleaned out. I would definitely go for their service in future and recommend them as well.

Tamas is a highly motivated and likeable guy who is keen to delivery a high quality service at a fair price. He carried out my end of tenancy and deep clean of oven and carpets to a very high standard. Even when there was a slight issue with one of the knobs on a dimmer switch being damaged during the clean, he went to Homebase to buy a replacement one for me. This illustrates the determination he has to do a great job and I would recommend that you give him a try.

Did a brilliant job on our flat thanks guys

Tom met us on time for the initial consultation , he knew exactly what was required for the clean . I felt confident enough to give him a key to the property. The price was as quoted and Tom was very pleasant to deal with and the clean was very good. I would recommend Tamas and his company.

Eagle Family Cleaning were brilliant - professional, courteous and produced fantastic work, bang on time. I can highly recommend Tamas and his team.

What can i say other than these guys are magicians. I thought i was going to need to get a new bath suite after some bad tenants left my place looking awful. The guys at Eagle came in and had it looking like they just fitted a new bath suite! Absolutely amazing job i cant recommend highly enough!!

Tom completed our end of tenancy deep clean to a very high standard. During my initial conversation with him, he demonstrated that he knew what he was doing and knew exactly what service we needed. Very pleased with the work... got rid of the grout and limescale in the bathroom and kitchen. Cleaned all our carpets, tackled the mould issue we had in all the bedrooms, cleaned out the washing machine and made our oven look brand new. Even produced a cleaning report of the work carried out in a timely manner.Thank you very much!

Eagle family cleaning have done an amazing job yesterday. I am really pleased with the results. Had not to worry about anything. More power to Tom and team. Keep up the good work. Navin.

Tom and the team provide an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They go above and beyond expectation and provide good value for money.

Booked a deep clean of my two bed flat including oven and carpet cleaning and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Eagle Family Cleaning were thoroughly professional, friendly and flexible with the end of tenancy clean they provided for my wife and I. They did an exceptionally good job which meant we had our deposit returned in full. Thanks very much Tom.

Excellent service and great value.

Excellent, friendly service, and really clear communication throughout. Tom clearly takes great pride in his work. Highly recommended.

I found eagle family cleaning very professional and helpful at all times when they cleaned our house in Bournemouth. They always went out of their way to help and was a pleasure dealing with them. Communication was excellent and a very friendly company. Very personalised touch with the customers. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again to the team and will using them next year again.

Unfortunately, my experience with Eagle Family Cleaning Services was disappointing and completely unprofessional. I hired Tom to complete an end of tenancy clean on a rented property. During this clean, oven cleaner was spilt on our fragile, wooden kitchen sideboards leaving multiple chemical burns stained into the sideboards. When confronted about this, Tom denied responsibility for the damage. Eventually, Tom took responsibility for the damage caused, however throughout the process of dealing with the expensive damage costs and payment of the clean, Tom decided that sending me constant streams of harassing emails was the appropriate response. Not only were these ongoing until the process was resolved, but they were full of extremely unprofessional, personal comments which were completely unfair. The way that this unfortunate incident has been dealt with by this company is a real shame as the quality of the cleaning was quite satisfactory. I will not be employing this business again on the grounds of abysmal customer service and an appalling attitude towards the situation.

Hi Tom, I am very satisfied with the kind of professional service received from you. It has been a nice experience as we had absolutely nothing to worry about the cleaning stuff. Please keep doing the good work !

Tom had very difficult job to do for me as one of our properties was left in a really bad way. Once he handed it back the property was like brand new. I will be using them again with out a doubt. Best cleaners I have seen in a long time. very fair prices to.

Excellent service! Tom did my end of tenancy which was fantastic that he now cleans my salon weekly. The salon always looks super clean. High recommend!

Tom is always punctual, very easy to communicate with, always polite and friendly and is thorough with his cleaning! We use his services for regular holiday home cleaning and making beds on changeover days and he is always very reliable. We recommend his services 100%! Thanks Tom

Brilliant job done, saved us time on cleaning. Money well spent.

We had an end of tenancy deep cleaning with the Eagle Family Cleaning Service. I'm very pleased with the result. Our flat is just sparkling! Tom did a brilliant job. Strongly recommend!

Really great result for a spring clean on our house before we get it painted, all the woodwork was cleaned perfectly and the carpet came up beautifully. we've got four dogs and instead of smelling like a zoo our house now smells lovely and clean.

We had end of tenancy cleaning service from Eagle Family Cleaning Service. Their service was amazingly good, We received a professional service and particularly Tammas, the person, who handled the cleaning was extremely professional with high work ethic. We gave him a short deadline to return the flat in a good condition, so that we can return the key in the morning. He worked throughout the night to accommodate our needs. We are happy to recommend his exceptional service to anyone, who is in need of cleaning service.

This was my first cleaning and I am truly impressed with the work. The flat sparkles. Thank you!

Excellent job, very professional and friendly! I was more than happy with Eagle Family Cleaning. Would definitely use again.

Eagle Family Cleaning did a fantastic job after my tenants left my house in a disgusting state. They did a very thorough deep clean throughout the house including the carpets (removing a stain I never thought would budge from the second bedroom). My tenants had dogs and the house was filled with dog hair, it was everywhere. By the time they had finished there was not a dog hair to be found! I was also incredibly impressed with the cleaning report that came through afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.
