Eco Car Care Winchester

Always a great experience :)

Had my car valeted at Eco car care and was really impressed with the service and their customer services, having two kids a dog and not much time in my hands the car was a tip but I have to say there wasn't a corner that didn't get cleaned, it looked as good as the first day I bought it. Thank you soo much, I will most definatly be going back there .👍👍👍😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eco car care are so much more than a car wash, they are high quality vehicle valet and detailer, the attention to detail and quality of work is excellent, they bring cars back to life and looking like new. Personally I have used them for years and they remember me every time and the quality of work is consistently very good. They don't judge you on the condition of the car and just get on with making your car look as lovely as when it was new. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Fantastic service that goes above and beyond. Very friendly staff. Trustworthy. It is in the underground carpark and no parking fees.

Great service provided, really nice guy there too!

Really good service and a really good deep clean! Would recommend!

Amazing Job! I ask for my car to get a the full deep clean. We live in the forest so our car was covered in stains and mud inside and out! But not anymore! 10/10 for the clean 10/10 for friendliness 10/10 for the after care too, I have left one car mat at home and I have been offered it cleaned for free next time in passing to make sure they all match. Spotless and shines like new. Thank you, the car hasn’t looked this good since I first brought it 👌👌

Spotless inside & out! + Great service. Would highly recommend if in Winchester for the day. Cheers

Absolute top level professional, car has been thoroughly transformed and looks brand new. Highly recommend.

I booked a spot for last Saturday on their booking system, received the confirmation email, turned up at 9.30am and found out that they are shut for August ! Say no more.

Super service! I have a soft-top car and they took great care of looking after it properly. The car looked as good as new when I collected it! Extra bonus - you can book a slot in advance which is really helpful to avoid waiting around. Great value, spotless car! Thank you :-)

Absolutely amazing!! My car has never looked better and the owner is so lovely and really takes care into what he does. Definitely recommend xxx

Recent review 20.03.2025: Still same excellent service. I booked online, this time for full body clean with valet. My previously muddy car is now gleaming and feels much brighter - again, any markings left by rough weather were removed. My tires, which had been muddied are now clean and black. (See new photos) Kadir still maintains the excellent standards from my previous 6 month review and parking is still validated. Very good value for money, excellent workmanship and attentive customer service. -------- (Review from 6 months ago) My car is an old model and needed substantial cleaning for the wheels, the bodywork and the windscreen (which had some markings that window wipers couldn't remove). Kadri was very efficient and professional, and gave me a competitive price for the service provided. My car now looks brand new, thanks to the cleaning service at Eco Car Care in the Brooks. I highly recommend this service and am extremely pleased with the outcome! Also worth mentioning - parking is validated with this service.

Great work. Always delivers on time.

Great service in a convenient location in the centre of Winchester. Parking is free if you are using Eco Car Care.

My car has just been fully valeted and it looks brand new! Ive been coming to Eco Car Winchester for several years and the service is always excellent.

Great service and pleased with result. Easy booking system too. Thank you

Great job

Excellent service on my "new to me" Rav 4 which was pretty grubby. Kadri and his partner did a great job of cleaning the inside and out to make it sparkle! I will definitely return. Also very convenient to be able to drop the car and pop into town whilst it is being done.

Excellent service provided very fast and efficient standard has allways been high in my experience allways recommend to friends and family

Great service!

This is an amazing service. Kardi went above and beyond to rejuvenate my car. He suggested I add in the polish and it has definitely taken the clean to another level and one which should last longer.

Very good!

Car that hadn't been cleaned for about 10 years and with two young children but came back in show room condition

I took my very dirty car to have a proper wash, vacuum and polish just ahead of a trip away last week. It was the first time I had been to Eco Car Care, as I normally get my car washed at supermarkets whilst doing my weekly shop. Not only did Kadri do an absolutely amazing job on the car, making it look brand new, he did it in good time and sent me a text to let me know it was ready. I definitely recommend Eco Car Care. They will be my go-to car wash and valeting service from now on!

Great service fantastic value my range Rover was gleaming and refreshed and smelt fresh highly recommend using this car service Kadri the owner was very polite and professional 5 stars

The best car valet I’ve ever received. Incredibly friendly, helpful and I could sell my car as new after each visit. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I take my car here regularly as I trust them to look after the car and give it a brilliant clean. Really helps they are friendly and helpful too.

I always get my Jaguar cleaned by the lads at Eco Car Car, they are the only car wash I trust to do the job, so if you want the best for your car Eco Car Care is the place to go.

Always a super service from a friendly team. Perfection every time. Would thoroughly recommend.

For several years whilst living in Hampshire I used the car cleaning services of Eco Car Care in Winchester. Their friendly professional and excellent service with amazing attention to detail never changed. I moved to Wiltshire and still travel back to Winchester to have my car valeted by Eco Car Care. I give them 10 out of 10 on every level. Keep up to excellent work.

I've been her multiple times now and Kadri always does a magnificent job. Would highly recommend!

A really reliable and great valeting service. Thank you.

Fantastic all round. Always welcomed with a smile and car always leaves sparkling. Can't recommend highly enough.

Going on holiday and the missus wanted the car looking nice before we went on a big family trip. Looked at google ratings of all the local car washers and none of them were great. Phoned Eco Care Care, they picked up the phone in less than 1 second and they had a decent looking website. The service while not the cheapest was very good and car looks a million times better. Top rated.

Great service, car looking great. Definitely recommend!

Well located. 2nd floor of the car park. Dropped off the car and returned an hour and fifteen minutes later. Car was transformed. Pigeon poo gone. Green algae gone. The exterior, bright and shiny, with a wax finish. The interior, once more respectable again. It's not cheap, but the guys there get results I couldn't hope to match in the time. Overall, money well spent.

Best car wash in winchester and nice man for cleaning the car and friendly.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. This is the only place I take my car to be cleaned.

They are so lovely here - it was quick and easy I will be returning

Highly recommended! The service is excellent, my car is looking great! thank you!

Very friendly and great service -always transform my messy car to look like new !

I have a dog... my car is a mess, always! I regularly use the Eco Car Car at The Brooks as they without doubt do the best job in the area imoa, with the addition that they are friendly & pleasant. The cherry on the top is free parking whilst I visit Winchester. What's not to like!?? I've been using them for at least 4 years now. My car looks almost new & all trace of dog gone! My cat also loves sleeping on the soft top, they do a great job getting the fur off that too!

Really pleased with the service received and results were excellent. It is a bit of a luxury, but the satisfaction of having a very clean car inside and out, is well worth the cost. Job ticked off my list of constant cleaning jobs!

Completely transformed our family car and made it look new again. It was badly in need of a clean, especially inside, after a long road trip and not being cleaned for far too long. Very impressed with the result. Very helpful, friendly and professional team. Will definitely use again and absolutely recommend. Couldn’t be easier if you’re in Winchester shopping as they are located in the central car park.

Lovely people, they take great care, and always go the extra mile

Very kind people, interior and exterior nice and shiny now! Very pleased! Big thank you!

i always come here to get my car cleaned while i go shopping and the owner is such a lovely man, he remembered me only after the first few times coming and even when i didn’t get my car cleaned for a while, did a lovely job cleaning my car. thank you!

Absolutely incredible service! Cannot recommend enough. Staff very nice and professional and just brillant service.

Great , professional, quick service . Having children in the car , gets really dirty , the car was clean and hovered all inside , all while I went shopping in the centre. Definitely will go back .

I have been getting my car washed with Eco Car Care for a few years and they are absolutely brilliant! The quality of the wash is amazing and is very good value for their attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend this service to everyone and I will never be using a different car wash company again 😀

Fantastic service, extremely professional and did a brilliant job! Definitely will be returning!

I had my car washed at eco car care Winchester today and they did an amazing job very friendly and polite staff I appreciate what a great job you did see you again soon

Has my car cleaned today, excellent job. Have been many times and have always had a good job done, would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant job inside and out. Best car washing In Winchester👍👍👌Well done guys

Rude customer service. Will take my custom elsewhere.

Absolutely NO!!! never again! I used to use this car wash for years. I used to do a deep clean (including shampooing the seats) every summer, apart from last year. This year I had to do it earlier than usual because my child was sick in the back seat. When I arrived I was quoted £88. I found it weird because I used to pay £60 or £66 if I went for Back to Black. The guy was extremely pushy, did not give me time to think, before I knew it he was writing a receipt for £88. When I said that I do not need the car but the car seat washed, he abruptly said that if I really want he can drop the price to £72 as instead of Wash&Vac he can offer me Wash&Wax. When I asked about Back to Black, he BLUNTLY lied to me by saying that is for the INSIDE and I MUST have it done. I was so fed that that morning that I actually could not remember that Back to Black was for the bumpers. God... I wish I recorded the whole conversation because it was a perfect act of scamming. So he charged me for Wash&Wax+Back to Black (although the car has NOT been washed and the bumpers are as washed-out as they were) and for shampooing the seats+odour removal. Right... I did not require odour removal but yet again he insisted that it must be done together and there is no other option (I know my child was sick in the car but I cleaned it up immediately myself and the car was with them within 30 min from the incident). So, in the end, I was asked to pay £70 (they dropped the price by £2, lucky me) for Wash&Wax+Black to Black+Shampooing+Odour Removal and yet they still did nothing to the exterior of the car. And the funny thing is when you go to book online and choose Wash&Wax it does not let you combine it with Shampooing +Odour Removal. I had a very stressful morning and very unwell child to look after. I left my child under someone else's care while I dropped off the car at the car wash. I was in a rush and should have listened to my gut as the whole situation did not feel right. They clearly took advantage of me being all flustered and ripped me off. The whole situation sunk in today and I feel absolutely horrible. I do not think the car wash belongs to the same people as it used to and the new owner takes advantage of the reputation of previous owners. Please avoid at all costs. They are SCAMMERS!!!

Was there on the on the 27/07/18. I paid then £44 for a inside and out clean and polish. When i came back it looked really good but once i got the car home and out in the day light they missed alot of areas whem they applied the polish so i had to buff it out myself. Also they never touched the back seats has soon I put my kids in the back I noticed there was still sand and scuffed marks on the backs of the driver seat and the footwells. Never going back

Very nice place to get your car cleaned it worth every penny....

Very unhelpful, overpriced. Would be great if the staff could speak English, or at least be able to answer simple questions as: what’s included in the price? We’ll never go there again. They charged us £30 for something Tesco can do for £17. I wouldn’t mind paying that if the service would be outstanding, and the end result stunning, but it’s not. Management should really do something about it.

The quality of the wash was poor leaving a huge number of smears all over the body work. The mirrors were left dirt as were the windows. For the money paid (any amount of money) this wash really is pointless.

Great service, hugely convenient too, great bunch of guys!!
