Questions people ask
How much does an EICR cost in Belfast?
In Belfast, an EICR is priced on survey.
Are the EICR rules different in Northern Ireland?
Northern Ireland's electrical safety rules for private tenancies arrived later than the rest of the UK and are being phased in under the Private Tenancies Act (NI). If you let property in Belfast, check the current commencement position, but an in-date EICR is already what buyers, insurers and mortgage lenders expect to see.
