Fortress Doors - The Rolling Door Specialist Limited

From the start with Andy to the garage door being fitted the service was excellent, professional and good quality service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just had a door installed they arrived on time could not belive how quick they installed it cean up when the finished GREAT JOB

Extremely happy with our new garage door. Excellent communication, Andy is very friendly and helpful. The guys who installed the door did a professional job. I would highly recommend Fortress Doors for your new garage door.

i had my garage door fitted around two years ago and thought I would leave a review as time has gone by. I have to say that upon selecting the company I wanted to purchase and fit my garage door the owner who came and spoke with me was fantastic providing me with all the information I required. a happy, jolly person who is very customer focussed. having selected the roller garage door I wanted a short while later the fitters arrived and did an absolute wonderful job including taking the time and detail to complete little finishing touches that made the job just right. so some two years later my garage door is working great and the grey colour I picked has not faded in any way etc. overall I'm very very happy with the door and highly recommend fortress doors

Brilliant service from Andy and his team from the get go, good communication, single garage door installed, very tidy job, neat finish. Very pleased

From start to finish we have had excellent service. Andy explained everything in great detail to us when he came to our house. His van was kitted out with a working roller garage door which helped us to understand how everything worked. Margaret the dog was also a nice surprise in the van!! The fitters turned up on time, were very pleasant and polite...... the bacon sandwich and tea probably helped!!!

We’re very pleased with our new electric roller doors. Andy’s clear and informative demonstration of the different options helped us choose with confidence. We were equally impressed with the installation team who kept us informed throughout and went the extra mile to deliver a professional finish. Thank you to everyone involved.

I recently had a garage door fitted by Fortress Doors at my home in Colchester, and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with great communication throughout the process. The workmen were punctual, professional, and polite, and they completed the installation to a high standard. They left everything clean and tidy and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fortress Doors to anyone looking for a reliable and professional garage door company. Thank you for a great job!

What an amazing company! I had an issue with my garage door and was stressing out because I was going on holiday the next day - I contacted Mark who was there within the hour (on a Sunday) and he fixed it for me - simply incredible customer service!

We are so pleased with our new roll up electric doors that Fortress Doors fitted. From the moment I spoke to Andy (and Margaret) requesting a quote, to the final moment that both new doors were installed into our prefabricated concrete double garage we were treated with honesty and respect. No hidden costs plus excellent workmanship. From having a problem how to change four old odd sized wooden doors on the garage Andy and his team has transformed the situation and made it easy for us.

Really pleased with my garage door. Andy and the installation staff were great. I would recommend Fortress.

I contacted Andy at Fortress mostly due his great reviews and I'm really glad I did! Andy couldn't be more helpful in demonstrating the products on what had to be the hottest day of the year, nothing was too much trouble and his approach of 'if it was my house this is what I'd do' is exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled with the design, the installation went seamlessly and the team were great. Couldn't be better, we need more businesses like Fortress.

Quality doors and service. Recommended.

It is almost three years since we had roller shutter garage doors fitted by Fortress Doors and I posted a review then saying “Excellent service, conduct in a caring and pleasant manner. We are very pleased with the product and its professional installation.” Recently I phoned Andy, the owner, to report that I had noticed some minor scratches that had occurred. Within 48hours the cause of the problem was fixed by members of his team and today Andy came to personally re-spray the small affected area with perfect results. All was done with a smile. Truly excellent service. Fortress Doors are highly recommend and well deserve their 5 star rating.

Fantastic service from Andy and the team, responsive the whole way through and fully transparent & knowledgeable about all feasible options. Worked with ourselves to be as flexible as possible where necessary which I really appreciate.

Very straight forwards. Good advice and quality product. Left everything tidy. Thankyou.

What a great company to work with. When my old up and over door broke Andy came out next day to do a quote. The demonstration van made it easy to see the options and Andy laid out the pros and cons for each. No hard sell just an honest and open discussion. I had the new roller door fitted today within the time frame I was quoted. Door is everything I expected and the installation team were friendly and completed a quality and tidy install. They took time to show me how it worked and consulted with me throughout the install. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

Very pleased with our garage door, friendly and efficient service from start to finish

Andy and his team were fantastic from the beginning to the installation of our new roller garage door. We are delighted with the result and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. We would be very happy to recommend them and use them again. Thank you again for an excellent service.

The customer service at Fortress Doors has been first class! Andy has been very attentive throughout, ensuring that any queries are dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thank you and the team for all your help! 🙂

Highly recommend. Mark came round to measure and sent through the quote. Through the process the team were great with coordination and when fitted, Danny and Steve were clean and efficient with their work.

Received an absolutely great service from Andy and the team at Fortress Doors. From start to finish they were punctual and worked cleanly. Competitive price and great warranty. Thanks for a superb service.

Excellent service Door was installed quickly and was of the highest quality along with chaps that fitted it.

We're delighted with the quality and the look of our new garage doors. The fitters arrived promptly and worked solidly and efficiently for 3 hours to install our 2 new remote controlled roller doors. The finish is great, and they cleared away all the rubbish and the 2 old doors. We chose Fortress Doors because of all the 5 star feedback they've received, so I'm glad they delivered a 5 star service to us too.

This company provides great after sales service. I had my four garage shutters put in on my cart lodge 4 years ago. Installation was carried out on time, on budget and extremely efficient and very clean and tidy. The fitters were polite and knowledgeable and a few additional requests were carried out with a smile and without hesitation. I recently had a power surge which tripped the main board so called Andy at Fortress Doors who instantly remembered me and without hesitation he managed to get the fitters to me within 48 hours and unlike many other suppliers arrived with all the potential parts that may have been needed to repair the shutter. Repair was done in minutes and they even adjusted the shutters (mini maintenance if you like while they were on site). Great company, great product and PROVEN afters sales service. Utter quality outfit. Andy was a delight to work with. Fantastic product, great fitting team very polite and accommodating they even liked my tea! No nonsense pricing. Honest and reliable. Came back to do a few tweaks for me, absolutely perfect. Its a delight to have a company that do what they say when they say. Highly recommend.

I've had two doors fitted about 3 months ago, super smart people comment on how good they look. The team were fantastic and couldn't be happier with the service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend! We had our Fortress Doors installed 4 years ago and they have been absolutely brilliant. When they unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, I was worried we'd be stuck for days. I messaged Andy, and he replied within 10 minutes! By 7:30 AM on Monday morning, the fitters were at our house, and the whole issue was completely fixed by 8:00 AM. You truly find out how good a company is when you need aftercare. Fantastic customer service, incredibly fast response times, and highly professional staff. 5 stars all the way!

I highly recommend these guys. From quote to fitting within about 2 weeks. Communication great all the way through. The fitters done a great job and cleared away all the door and fittings etc. Door now fitted and looks great, and at a very reasonable price.

Having had several quotes from other companies I decided to contact Fortress Doors and so pleased I did. Andy arrived on the day of our appointment in a van that was set up to give demonstrations of the different doors, less than four weeks after my ordering with Andy his workmen arrived to fit my roller garage door, they both worked very hard, professional and it was finished in 2 hours. I highly recommend Fortress Doors.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Andy was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation team arrived on time, explained everything clearly to my dad who was at the house for the install in my place, and had my electric garage door working perfectly in no time. The installation was smooth, the workmanship was top quality, and they left everything spotless afterward. I’m really impressed with how quiet and reliable the new garage door system is — it’s made such a difference already. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company these days that’s this responsive and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Andy and the team to anyone looking for garage door installation. A Fantastic experience all around!

I had my garage door replaced today and would like to say thank you very much to Andy and he’s team of fitters. I was recommended by a family member but I still got other quotes, I am so happy I went with the recommendation the door looks great the fitters were polite and very clean and tidy and Andy was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company and would just like to say thank you again.

Absolutely brilliant service from Fortress Doors. The guys who fitted our electric garage door were polite, professional and worked really hard. The quality of the door and fitting is excellent and it has completely transformed the look of our garage. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards and they took the time to explain how everything works. Really pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Fortress Doors to anyone looking for a high quality electric garage door.

Mark at Fortress Doors came over to price up for a new door but also to open the old one which had broken. He fitted a very heavy duty garage door safe lock at no cost so I could get into the garage while the new door was ordered. The guys who did the fitting were super and the new door was fitted and looks great. Really pleased and would highly recommend. 5⭐️ for communication, service and product. Thank you.

Couldn’t have been happier with service and the product. From getting a quote to fitting was around a fortnight and we are so pleased with it. Fitters were great, old door taken away, no mess and spot on finish. So happy we already recommended to family member who’s also had theirs fitted now and equally delighted

Great company and staff! They were on time and polite. From the initial quote we even had the price reduced, because when the guys actually took the electric door apart it wasn't as bad as initially diagnosed. I would definitely recommend this company and we will continue to get our garage door serviced by them.

A good experience, professional quality service. Very happy with my new garage door and it’s always good to see people taking care of their work and customers👍 A big plus to meet Margaret too☺️

Fantastic door - We are really pleased. Andy was very professional from start to finish, different to other quotes as he actually brought a van with different types of working doors in so you could actually see the quality and options available before making your decision. The guys that arrived to fit it were straight to work from the minute they arrived and finished leaving a very neat install. I’d 100% recommend these guys if you’re looking to upgrade. And the finished product is stunning, really finishes off the driveway.

Absolutely fantastic Service, highly recommend

Highly recommended! Immediately responded to my request for a replacement garage door fob to be programmed, helping me out of a worrying problem. Andy and Mark were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue. A company which deserves support.

I bought a door from fortress doors 18 months ago. However i had a problem with it sticking over easter so reportef it. The first day back they were out snd soon fixed it. Great service. James pardy

Brilliant customer service from Andy and his team. We had an issue with our garage door and they were out incredibly quickly to sort. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful salesman Andy. Was recommended by a friend who's had 2 years trouble free use. It was delivered 4 weeks to the day and fitted. The fitters were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They demonstrated the door and reassured me that they will repair it should it be necessary. Fantastic service. 5 stars from me. Further to the above review my garage door got stuck. My fault. I reported it over Easter weekend and first day back they were out by lunchtime and repaired it. Fantastic service.

We had our old, malfunctioning up and over garage door recently replaced by a good quality Fortress Roller Shutter door. I am really pleased with the workman ship which included re-routing electricity cables, removing and disposing of the old door and rendering the newly exposed surfaces. The new quality door is much safer and secure and provides a much better seal from the elements than before. The roller cover had been slightly damaged in transit, but was replaced promptly with no fuss by the helpful and friendly team. Thankyou guys.

Called Andy from Fortress Doors, found his company recommended by several on a local facebook community post. Andy came round the same afternoon as he was just round the corner. Very knowledgeable, gave me options of what we could and couldn’t do. Didn’t try to put the big sell on me, was straight and honest and I got a bit of a deal for buying two together. Felt very confident with him, just got that feeling of a decent, hardworking honest chap who is running a family business. Said it would take around 4 weeks but doors arrived within 3 and fitted the following week. Fitters were prompt and on time, polite and done a really good job. Quick installation took about three hours. All rubbish removed and tidied. Really happy with the work carried out. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you

So far so good - turned up on time to quote along with his lovely dog Margaret, thoroughly explained different options. door arrived sooner than quoted so a good result. Fitters very clean, professional and friendly. Explained everything clearly so very happy with the experience. Mark & Stef Taylor

Andy and his fitting team done an amazing job of supplying and fitting of my new electric roller garage door replacing the standard up and over door. Very professional and friendly the level of service and communication is top notch. Best service around. Highly recommended

Very happy with our new garage door! Andy was brilliant and the fitters were professional and did a great job. Thoroughly recommend!

Love my new garage door, the lads that fitted it were very polite and did an excellent job and all done in three and half hours, . I would definitely recommend them.

Courteous and friendly service from the initial enquiry & quote, installation and after sales. Very happy with our new garage door👍

My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly. The mobile showroom enables you to see exactly what you will be buying and you can see the quality of the products. The installation was seamless and the company was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fortress Doors.

After my old roller shutter garage door let me down I wanted a local reputable company to replace with a better quality electric roller shutter door. Very professional service. No hard selling. Plenty of informative information. Professional install team, no fuss. Great handover etc. Very impressed. Very pleased. Highly recommend company.

From the first contact with Andy to the completed job of replacing our double garage doors we were kept fully informed of progress throughout. I cannot fault their professionalism and attention to every detail. Very happy with the completed works and would certainly recommend speaking to Andy and the team if you’re in the market for replacement garage doors. Well done guys, marvellous job A+++

I had my Roller Garage Door fitted in 2023 and it was first class service all the way through from ordering to fitting and up until now I have had no problems at all. I had to call Fortress yesterday as it was 5pm and I had a problem with my door and I had an engineer come out to rectify the problem at 9am this morning. The engineer was excellent, solved the problem quickly, and I even had a follow up call straight after the engineer left to check that I was completely happy, which I was, so I’m leaving this review as a happy customer of a company that provides a top class customer service not just at point of sale but with excellent aftercare which you don’t always get these days. Please do not hesitate to use this friendly company for yourself as you will get a top quality product and top quality service and aftercare. Many thanks to you.

I needed a garage door installer which could also quote for the work needed to install a lintel. Andy of Fortress offered advice & was able to adjust the original order to my preference with no hassle. He was able to provide the lintel work with his trusted contractors Oliver Mathew Construction on the Monday & Andy’s team installed my electric garage door the next day as agreed. Both teams were friendly, helpful & workmanship was excellent & both cleared up afterwards. I needed a one stop service to avoid potential headaches & problems with dealing with separate companies & Fortress did this with a hassle free install. Highly recommended.

Finally got around to installing a roller shutter to my car port. Decided to choose Fortress doors based on the reviews. So glad I did, from first contact to installation Andy and his team couldn’t be faulted.

My garage was broken into and it contained many personal belongings, so I was extremely worried and needed it secured as soon as possible. I found Fortress Doors through Checkatrade and initially spoke with Andy, who kindly directed me to Mark as he specialises in my type of garage door. When I contacted Mark, he asked for photos of the damage and responded promptly. His response was the most honest and transparent I have ever received from a tradesperson. He provided quotes and openly advised that, due to his current turnaround time of around six weeks, I may be better using another company that could supply and fit a new garage door sooner. What truly shocked me was that Mark still came out to inspect the garage in person and offer a solution. He temporarily repaired the damaged door to secure it until a replacement could be fitted and even recommended a competitor who may be able to do the job quicker than him. He carried out the repair free of charge. Mark was truly God-sent. He is honest, kind, thoughtful, and polite, an absolute pleasure to deal with. His integrity is refreshing in a world where it is sadly rare. God bless you, Mark and thank you so much. Please continue doing what you do. I wish you and the company great success and pray you receive double the customers you had in 2025 in the coming year. Thank you again, Mark.

Great experience from start to finish and a pleasure to deal with Andy and his team. Thank You

Good service, the purchase was helped by Margaret, the dog, and a friendly installation team completed the job. I had a small issue after installing that was corrected very quickly. Can recommend.

We had our garage door fitted last week and everything was plain sailing. They liased with the builders working on our extension and went out of their way to get the job done ready for the render to be applied to the garage afterwards. Highly recommended, the reviews here speak for themselves.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to use Fortress doors to supply my electric garage door. From start to finish everything went smoothly, from the first visit for the quote to the day of the installation everything was great. The product itself was first class so I couldn't recommend Fortress doors highly enough.

I recently had an electric garage door fitted, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the installation team. The men were punctual, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. They explained everything in a friendly, straightforward way and made sure I understood how to operate the new system before they left.

Recently had a rolling garage door fitted by Fortress and the result was excellent. Having had quotes from other firms we found this company locally and are very pleased with the result and the price!

Excellent service from fortress garage doors from start to finish very professional and great service thank you so much

Andy and his team were amazing from start to finish. We are thrilled with our new electric garage door. First class service and great value for money. Thank you, from Amber & Geoff.

Very quick efficient service would 💯% recommend

We had our garage doors fitted by Andy and his team several months ago, this review is in regard to there after service. As with many new things there are a few teething problems with them, which we had with our doors. After messaging Andy his team promptly came out and sorted the teething problems, this included the fitting of a new motor to one of the doors as there was a fault with it. As with Andy and his teams previous work, everything was carried out to a very high standard with no problems. I know lots of companies once they have fitted something and got your payment it can take a lot of calls to get them out to sort the problem. With Andy this was not the case, i explained the problem and sent a video, and his team were out within a couple of days. The after service is excellent, I cannot recommend Fortress Doors enough they are EXCELLENT !!!!

We have had our garage door replaced today by their installers. What a wonderful company to deal with. The whole process was seemless from start to finish. It is great that this company sponsors the dogs trust and have made a donation as dog lovers ourselves after meeting the lovley Margaret the four legged member of the team. Definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with our new roller door, the garage is already much warmer and feels more secure.

Great customer service, can’t fault from start to finish and very reasonable prices

Had an issue with our electric Roller Garage door fitted by Fortress Doors as it would not open with the remote. Contacted Andy last night who kindly rerouted his guys from their first job this morning to come to ours. They quickly identified it was an electrical supply problem. I expected to pay, as there was no fault with the door, but on thanking Andy for their excellent service he waived any charge. Great service from a great company.

Great service from Andy. Would highly recommend!

Mark arrived on time, as agreed to convert my electric up and over garage door back to a manual operated door. The conversion took quite a bit longer than estimated but Mark completed the project with a smile. Despite the additional time, I was charged the original quoted amount for the job. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend Fortress Doors for any Garage project you may have.

Thank you. My parents had a problem with one of their garage doors. Fortress sent someone over within 2 hours at 6pm in the evening to secure the door and will be back inca few days to fix the problem.

I couldn’t recommend Fortress Doors highly enough! Andy was brilliant from start to finish — really knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The quality of the door and installation is absolutely spot on, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and meticulous these days. Thanks again Andy — top service and top quality! Will be recommending! Thank you again David and Paige.

Great service from quote and demonstration of product prior to order to fitting and installation. Clean and tidy and has given our house frontage a real uplift. Thank you Andy and team.

Had our shutter doors fitted today. They turned up on time and worked hard all morning and finished within three hours and did a lovely job. A very professional service from quote to fitting. The door looks great I am very pleased with them and would recommend to anyone in the Colchester area.

Andy and the team did an excellent job. Very clean and tidy, garage door looks amazing

Andy, arrived at our house & presented a full roller door demonstration from his van, covering all my questions. Three weeks later the roller door was installed with complete professionalism. Very impressive company. Highly recommended.

From the get go, Andy was prompt and reactive to our questions and application for a quote and he came to show us the products and give advice and recommendations of all the options. We liked what we saw and paid a small deposit to get the order going. We were kept well advised of the process and the fitters arrived this morning and fitted our new stunning door in about 2 hours. It looks very smart and we are very pleased. We also have a good warranty and a human contact to speak to should we have a problem in the future. Good service! On this basis I give the firm a strong recommendation

Purchased a door a couple of years ago, door randomly faulted on Friday afternoon. By Monday morning the faulty unit was replaced and door fully functioning, no hassle at all. 10/10

5 weeks from first quote to install. Fantastic customer service all the way through and couldn’t be happier with the final install. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Have a good one Margaret!!

Excellent service from Andy and the team. The quality of the door is exactly as promised, really pleased, wish I’d had it done years ago.

Great service and great quality. Very pleased with the whole experience.

From the time we accepted the quote to the completion on installing the garage door, Andy kept us informed of the progress of the door being made and when to expect the installation. Date agreed and the guys arrived and removed old door and installed the new roller door within 3 hrs including cleaning up completely. Fantastic Service all round. Would recommend them 100% for their Professional Service, workmanship and quality of their product.

Really pleased with the service we received from Andy and the team. Top quality products and a friendly service, bonus points for cuddles from the lovely Margaret 🐶

Wow!! Great service from survey to installation! Defo know their garage doors and what a great product installed. Just what we needed to secure our garage. Would highly recommend- don’t hesitate give them a call!!

We were absolutely delighted with the service and advice we received in choosing garage doors and in the subsequent supply and fitting. Thank you.

Andy, Margaret and the Team recently fitted a roller garage door to the front of my carport. Andy came round and advised me on the best options, he wasn't pushy and there wasn't any pressure selling tactics. The install went smoothly, the team left my drive clean and tidy and Im very happy with the work. I would definately reccomend Fortress Doors if you are considering a new or replacement garage door.

Andy was really nice showing me the shutters he had and how they worked. I choose the colour I wanted payed the deposit 4 weeks later shutter was fitted and looks amazing the team did a good job fitting it . Definitely recommend them

Just had our new roller garage door installed by Fortress. Process began with a call to Andy from Fortress who visited on the day and time agreed to provide a demonstration of their door and control systems. Andy took measurements of door and provided a quote. No hard sales tactics or over staying his welcome. I contacted Andy a week or so later and paid a deposit. New door was ready for fitting approximately 5 weeks later and was installed by Steve and Andy’s son, Dane. The control system is made by Somfy and provides good security features and decent value for the price paid. As the door was only installed today, I’m due to receive the 5 year guarantee and receipt by email within the next few days. To maintain the 5 year warranty a service is required after 30 months and I think was approximately £180. For some reason I can’t upload photos but will attempt at a later stage. Based on my experience so far I would be very happy to recommend Andy and his team.

Great service and great people, highly recommended 👍

I contacted Andy from Fortress Doors,as I had been let down by other company's to replace my Roller door. I wasn't let down by Fortress Doors, After Andy visited my home, Andy qave me a quote straight away and agreed a date for installation of new roller door, Andy's team arrived , they explained what prep work was needed and proceeded to carryout the work required. The work was carried out in a professional manner, once the new door was Installed, they cleared the area and removed all waste, they then demonstrated the working of the roller door. Fortress Doors where excellent and I would recommend that if you need a Roller Door, use this local company

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

What an excellent company this is. From initial quote to completion everything went smoothly, communication was good and the job was done to a high standard Very pleased with the result.

My garage door looks fab. 😊 Brilliant job by Andy & the team. Margaret is a star. 🩷🐾 Highly recommend these guys.

What can I say. First class service from start to finish. Andy and his team of installers have done a pukka job.

We contacted Fortress Doors following a recommendation from a friend who was a very satisfied customer. Andy was able to match the colour of our new doors and windows perfectly, and his team have done a great job with the installation of our replacement double garage door - nice guys, neat and tidy job and we are delighted with the result. More than happy to recommend this firm.

Just bought a new home which has a garage door fitted and still under warranty with Fortress. Had a minor issue on moving in and after contacting the company was quickly contacted by Andy, who talked me through the procedure to deal with the issue and avoid alternative costly services. A great level of customer service and commitment to their products - many thanks !

I had my roller door installed today by Fortress Doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I received quotes from several local companies, but Andy’s team’s attention to detail and exceptional service made all the difference. I especially appreciated how Andy explained the benefits of using top-quality Somfy controllers and motors, and his genuine integrity shone through when he asked if I preferred to have my old garage door scrapped rather than simply taken away without consultation. On the day of installation, the crew was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Fortress Doors to anyone in need of reliable service. Thank you, Andy and team, for a first-class experience!

I had a garage door fitted today. Excellent standard from this company. I would totally recommend them.

Fantastic service from start to finish real quality product

Just had my roller door fitted today by Andy's team. I had a couple of other local firms visit and quote before Fortress Doors, all of which were good and priced well. In the end, it was the details that Andy explained/offered that made me choose them, even though their quote was a little (not much!) more than the others. I particularly liked that they fit their doors with quality controllers/motors from Somfy and amongst so many other things, I knew that Andy was a man of great integrity after he checked with me if I wanted to take my old garage door for scrap, or for them to take it. So many firms will take away scrap without ever asking the customer (I understand most people aren't bothered), so for Andy to do that, I was very impressed and of course, was totally happy to leave them to take the door away and scrap it for me (thank you!). On the day of installation (today), the guys were friendly, efficient and generally great to have around. Well done Andy, Fortress Doors and the team - you've been first class throughout and I'd confidently recommend you to anyone. Thank you!

Highly recommend Andy, great fast communication and advice. Team that installed the door were brilliant and price as said. Would recommend this company and very pleased with the finished result.

Absolutely amazing service and my new garage door was even better couldn’t recommend highly enough. Love my new door couldn’t be happier THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH !!!!!

Great service from sales to installation. Quality product at a competitive price. Thoroughly recommended.

So pleased we chose Fortress doors to replace our old garage door! Andy gave a thorough and very informative demonstration when he came round to quote which helped us make our mind up that these guys know what they're talking about!! Great communication throughout the whole process and the installation process was totally pain free! Again the installation guys were super professional, friendly and very efficient workers and soon had the new door up and running, with a good demo given to understand the workings of the door. Many thanks and will 100% recommend!!

Excellent experience from initial on-site visit/demo through to installation. Replaced 2 x up & over garage doors with electric roller doors. Only 4 weeks from order to install. Would recommend.

Such a stress free experience. Great team and no hard sale.

Great service from start to finish. They said what they were going to do and they delivered exactly what they said. Excellent service . would highly recommend. We particularly liked seeing Margaret!

Absolute first rate service and product. The whole process was so professional from start to finish and we are delighted with the finished job. I have no hesitation in recommending Fortress Doors to anyone looking for a new roller door

Very good firm can't recommend them enough. Professional working ethics. Good quality product.

We obtained several quotes to replace and fit an electronic garage door and chose Fortress. We are very glad we did. The demonstration of the door and quote process was handled very professionally and the door fitting on the day was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Also the removal of the old door was extremely useful. The door has been in place three months and has worked perfectly. Would highly recommend

I would definitely recommend Fortress Doors. They have been outstanding. Andy was very, very good and the ready set up van, showing the workings of the door was so helpful and much appreciated. The whole process was smooth and the team that fitted the door were great. Everything was brilliant and I love my new, easy to use roller door.

Fortress Doors were amazing at every stage. On the initial meeting with Andy, he gave us a thorough demonstration of the product and options, tons of information and answered every question we had. On fitting day, everything was carried out with care and attention and the finished doors look fantastic, we are absolutely thrilled with them. They work beautifully and visually have transformed the look and kerb appeal of our home.

just like to thank andy and his team for a great job turned up when he said took away old roller door great service very happy would recommend highly

Had our new garage door fitted last week, really pleased with it so far. The guys were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

Had a new rolling door fitted. Great finish, very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! From the first call to the final installation, the service was outstanding. Andy was fantastic—he came out to assess my garage doors and explained everything about the replacement process in great detail. His advice was far more thorough, helpful and honest! When the team came to install the new door, they were punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. The quality of the door and the fitting exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows. If you’re thinking about replacing your garage door, I would recommend Andy and the team at Fortress Doors without hesitation. Excellent product and amazing service!

Thanks Andy for a great experience very professional from start to finish, it is great to be able to use a local company with a pride in giving a class 1 service. From first contact to fitting just 4 weeks would highly recommend. Thanks again Andy

From the first call to fitted a super company with nothing hidden and all up front. Had the garage door fitted today. Kept up to date before coming with time of arrival, old garage door, and new electric door fitted in no time. The 2 guys that fitted were brilliant and very knowledgeable when I asked a question. Old garage door taken away with all the rubbish. Area left as they found it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had our door fitted yesterday 11/11 and looks great. The team arrived on time, started straight away and after fitting, cleaned up any rubbish. They left us a clean and tidy area. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone looking for a new garage door. Malcolm (Phil)

Came to measure up about 3 weeks ago Had a new electric roller shutter fitted Monday, fortress removed and took away old door fitted a new in a lovely grey, they cleaned up and took away all the mess all with no fuss. Would highly recommend them 1st class .

We saw Andy's van in the area and asked him to provide a quote for two new garage doors. There was no hard sell , just a very good demonstration of the product and sensible advice. Four weeks later Andy and his team removed our old doors and fitted the new ones in three hours. The team are polite, efficient and incredibly hard working. Nice people. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and a competitive price. No fuss installation. Highly recommended

Andy arrived to go through all the options in his demonstration van which was very good as I was able to see the choices. I was kept informed how long the door would take to be made and delivered. They arrived promptly to fit the new door and I am very pleased with the door, price and workmanship. Andy is a genuinely nice man and his dog is gorgeous! ☺️ Thank you, Fortress. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Absolutely fantastic from initial call to finished item. Andy came out after initial discussion about replacing old metal up and over garage door, and talked me through all aspects of the new garage door (much better Information than competitors who came and quoted) When they came to fit the door, I couldn’t have been any happier with the finished product. Arrived on time, clean and tidy fitment, great product and very very pleased. Anyone looking to fit a new garage door, I would totally recommend Andy and his team at Fortress Doors 100%. Thanks to all

Had a new rolling garage door fitted by this company to improve access and security to our garage. Excellent, reliable service- from measuring, quoting to fitting.Competitive price, good quality product and friendly efficient fitters, who took time to show me how it worked and answer any questions. Local firm - who guaranteed to be around to sort any problems in the future should there be any. Would definitely recommend.

Great doors, the quality is amazing. Good customer service, super friendly team and a neat and tidy installation. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Can’t recommend Fortress Doors enough. Took time to explain everything properly with the aid of his display van. Fitted today and was very clean and tidy. 5 year parts and labour warranty, what’s not to like 👍 Cheers Andy 👌

I can only repeat and re-emphasis what others have said about (a) the product, and (b) the service. From Andy's initial visit with his van specifically kitted-out to demonstrate the two types of doors, colours, mechanism etc....to his honesty about which door best suited my needs (ie not the dearest one, which others may have tried to up-sell)....to the fitting by his crew about 4 weeks later. Locally made doors fitted by a local firm, and all to a very high standard. BIG thumbs up !

Andy came to site and demonstrated the product in his mobile showroom which is great. Andy then angreed to supplier annd fit the new roller shutter within 4 weeks which he has done today! Couldn’t be happier with the service and product! We would recommend Fortress Doors to anyone. Thanks Andy, top company !!

Excellent and professional experience throughout, from estimation to installation ! Andy came highly recommended and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others , we are delighted with the results ..

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Cannot fault service received from Andy, he provided great advice and there was no high pressure selling. It is a very high quality door and mechanism and it was expertly fitted. I have already recommended to my own clients and will continue to do so.

Had Andy and the guys install my garage door yesterday, Great team and a great installation. 👍👍👍

Fortress doors provided me with good advice a great product and all work carried out in a timely and professional manner i cant recommend Andy and the team enough.

We’ve just had our new garage doors fitted by Andy and his team from Fortress Doors and have been left very impressed throughout the process. The quality of the installation and eye to detail shows how conscientious Andy is about his work. Our garage is part brick and part wood and the way he inserted black panels to bridge the gap to new door frames was done so neatly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fortress Doors to our friends and family, great service at a very competitive price!

Decided to get a few quotes for a new garage door, Andy was the first and last person I needed to quote me. The mobile showroom is such a good idea, no hard selling techniques just black and white facts and figures. The install team accompanied by Andy and Margaret were fantastic and super speedy, the handover was precise. I could not recommend highly enough!!

Delighted with the friendly and professional service from the initial contact to the fitting of the door.

Very pleased with the work they carried out, would recommend them. And special hugs to margaret (the gorgeous dog)

Andy and his team have just fitted a new roller garage door - it looks great! From the first contact Fortress Doors offered a friendly and professional service. We were given clear indications of timing, costs, options and warranties. On completion, Andy gave us a full explanation and demonstration as well as details of the after sales service. Overall, an impressive service which gives you a real sense of confidence. Thank you!

Fine installation, executed on time. Pleased with result. Easy to operate.

I found Fortress Doors to be efficient and reliable from start to finish, with a good quality product and a competitive price. They turned up on time and carried out the work to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Andy first came out last year to give us a quote on a Saturday which was extremely convenient. Life then got in the way and we didn’t proceed to book, 6 months later I contacted Andy who kept our original order form and honoured the original price which was great. 4 weeks later he came to install and have been very impressed by him and his teams workmanship. Would strongly recommend going for the more premium door which I believe is 77mm, the cost is not much more and feels like a great product. 10/10 Andy would not hesitate to recommend you to all friends and family. The fact the door also includes a warranty is great and the price was extremely competitive. Don’t pay a giant company 100s more, support a local family business you will get a much better service and overall a better product and experience.

Great Service and fitment ,We are Very Pleased and would recommend , fitters were very professional

Contacted Andy on behalf of my elderly mother to quote for a new garage door. Took time to explain the options, fitted within agreed timescales and did a great job

Andy popped round for the quote which surpassed expectations so much so, the 2 other appts I had booked in with competitors, I cancelled. Andy has a van that has been fully set up to give full demos on the different doors available. The doors they offer are by far superior to others. The door took around 4 weeks to come from the day I ordered. When the guys arrived on fitting day, they were done from start to finish in under 2 hours. Left no mess and took the old door and parts away with them. I even over paid by mistake and within 10 minutes they had driven back and returned my money. Overall very happy with the quality of the product and the service provided. Very honest, family run company. Don’t even bother with the large mass market companies. Would highly recommend. Cheers guys. 5 stars. Chris

I contacted Andy and within a couple of days he came round to survey & measure up. He showed me a demo of the garage door and made the decision to choose very easy. Only waited 4 weeks for him & his team to install which didn't take long at all and it looks great. I'm extremely pleased and it really is value for money. Andy is such a nice person to deal with and his team did a great job. I will be recommending Fortress Doors in future. Well done guys.

Andy and his team provided excellent and friendly service from the prompt response to assess and quote for the job through to completion. We are extremely pleased with our new secure and attractive garage door and have been promised great customer after care should any problems arise. No hesitation to recommend this company.

Great product, Andy and the team were very knowledgeable about different options and arrived on time and did a good job.

Andy is a true gentleman and a very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. We had 2 roller doors installed just after Christmas which were an obscure size and as such had to be specially made. Although we thought we were having the install before Christmas, unfortunately due to delays this didn't happen. However in the first week after the new year, Andy, despite being unwell, came over and got both doors installed in a day. The quality of the doors is very good indeed; very strong and work perfectly. In an odd twist of events, we had actually overpaid Andy by quite a sum which went unnoticed for a short while, until Andy phoned us as informed us of our error. He then arranged to come down to us to repay what we've overpaid, and check over the doors and make some fine adjustments since they'd settled in. Excellent service from Andy and will highly recommend to others in need of a roller shutter door. Thanks again Andy

Hi Andy came round measured up showed a demo of doors how it works what you get for your money he said be ready in 4weeks came round in 4weeks all fitted in the morning with no problems a great door with a great team that fitted them highly recommend them

Andy and the team at Fortress Doors fitted two garage doors at my property 18 months ago. I have had zero issues and when they fitted the doors, their work was outstanding. Very happy with the product!! Thank you team.

I contacted Fortress doors just before Christmas Andy came out and did a survey within a couple of days. He gave me all the details and In fact Gave me a demonstration on his van of the various types that were available. I chose what I wanted. He rang me up just after Christmas and said the doors were available and could we make an arrangement to fit them which we did, and in a couple of days they were installed. The old doors were taken away and he had another satisfied customer.

I contacted Fortress Doors to speak about installing an electric garage door. Andy responded within minutes and arranged a visit at my convenience. The door was installed on time and all within the parameters he set out for me. He was a delight to deal with and I am so pleased with the door. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fortress Doors for your needs.

We were initialy quoted by Andy a couple of years ago but some change in circumstances meant we didn't proceed. When things changed we contacted Andy again, he still had our origional quote and details and was straight round to confirm every thing. 4 weeks later our doors were fitted. Very proffesional, very quick and a great product. Ver pleased with everything. Top job and service.

Fantastic service from Andy & Mark from initial enquiry right through to installation day. Andy was immediately interested in the job & visited to explain options + provide an excellent van based demonstration of product. Product details fully explained & who manufactured the parts. Andy was on site for delivery & installed new roller door the same day removing old one as well. Fully set up completed & training provided. Can't be more pleased with the door & the follow up care. Well done Andy & Mark. Many thanks to you both.

My son arranged a new garage door with Andy at Fortress Doors Colchester & the ordering, delivery and fitting was very professional. I have found the door very easy to use and really like the wood effect finish. The installation was so very quick with the old door removed in no time at all. Thank you to Andy & Mark for all their help and hard work.

Electric roller garage door fitted a couple of weeks ago. I contacted four suppliers in my region for quotes and only heard back from two, one of whom was Andy who came out very next day with full demo. The installation is high quality and I’m really happy with it. Recommended!

After being let down by a couple of garage door installers, Andy came and took his time to give an informative demonstration of the types of doors available and what was entailed. We decided on the best electric door for quality and security. After the installation, we are very happy with the work carried out and impressed with professionalism. We would like to thank Andy and the team and would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent product, great value for money. Well organised company, quality fit and everything on time and in order. Recommended.

Thoroughly recommend Andy from start to finish. Andy came and quoted showed me products didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need recommended the product that was best for me and no high pressure sales. Installation was quick and efficient. Everything was supervised by Margaret the sweetest staffie you could meet. A great service.

I have just had a new electric door installed on my garage. The whole process from being shown how the door would work and the various finishes to the actual installation was very professional. There was no pressure to order and I was kept informed throughout. I am extremely happy with the finished result and would strongly recommend this company.

Had doors fitted over two Cart Lodge entrances. Good service and professionally installed. Had them for about a month and all seems to be working really well. Very happy.

One year old, we are very happy with it. Very easy to use, you have remote control to press to close or open. Recommend to get top one and it secure better than basic one. Highly recommend this company.

Great service, quick delivery and installation, excellent quality door and really nice and professional guys

Great service and price :-)

Mobile demo van made selecting options and ordering very clear and easy. Installation was problem free and I am very happy with the new roller door. A great product and service would recommend.

Andy was great from the quote until the build was finished. Explained his plans for the job upfront and was happy to answer any questions. Roller door was fitted excellently, and we are really happy with the work done!

Fantastic! Andy and his team did a great job converting double garage doors into a single roller door. I would highly recommend Fortress Doors if you are considering doing the same.

Changed my flimsy garage door purchased in 2016 for a heavier grade "Fortress Garage Door". Improved security, heat, and sound insulation. Well fitted by the Fortress crew.

Proper genuine people, very good product, very pleased.

Friendly service from a local company.

First time using fortress doors. Andy and his team were great. And then when we had a fob stop working a few months later, Andy was out within 24 hours to fix it, cant fault their service at all!

Extremely great value, superb service and wonderful installation. Would recommend to anybody.

Would highly recommend Fortress Doors. Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. We're very happy with the finished product. Thanks Andy.

Like the other reviews have said, highly recommend FortressDoors for their professional, friendly, lnformative service, high spec product and quality workmanship.

Very professional job done exactly to the spec and as agreed. Conversion of two garage doors into a single large roller shutter. Very happy with the work done and, as a bonus, the work was performed quickly and tidily. Would definitely recommend.............

From the start we were really impressed with Andy, he spent over half an hour demonstrating and explaining everything we needed to know about the garage doors they offer. We only expected a five minute measure up and free quote like another company had given us the day before and what Andy offered made all the difference to our decision to go with Fortress doors. On the day of installation Andy and Mark were polite and friendly throughout, both my wife and I were impressed as they were efficient and the job was done to a high standard. We are so pleased with our lovely new garage door. Absolutely recommend these guys/fortress doors!!

Thanks to Andy and the team. First Class service with a super quick survey, delivery and fitment for our new garage roller door, for our ground up renovation project. Brilliant idea to setup the van with working examples of actual product you'll purchase, so you can get to see and view the product first hand. Absolutely chuffed with end result and looking forward to finishing the house the same exacting standards as the garage. Thanks again guy and keep up the good work.

Great company to deal with. Everything was on time, well done quick installation and looks really good. Would recommend them to anyone. Lovely change to find workmen that do what they promise for a fair price. Two men and their dog did a great job.

1st class service from start to finish. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Door was installed and looks fantastic. Highly recommended to friends and family.

Just had a new roller garage door installed and very happy with it. Was very informative, gave us options to choose what was right for us and fitted within 4 weeks, very happy!

Great service and product. Had a single roller door fitted and extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend. Great company!

The garage door looks fantastic and no doubt has added value to our property. We would recommend to our friends and family 100% Thanks Andy and your team

Had my new 77 Roller Door fitted this week and am well impressed with it. Andy came out originally to measure up and demonstrate working models set up in his company van and the quality of them. He was excellent and not pushy in trying to get a sale and his price was very competitive. When the team arrived to fit the door ( On Time) they were very professional polite and helpful and they take your old door away with them. Would have no problem recommending Fortress Doors Colchester at anytime. Well done Andy and the team for an excellent job from start to finish.

So pleased we went with Fortress Doors, would have no reservations recommending Andy and his team. From first contact to installation was seemless, garage door looks great just what we wanted. If thinking about going electric just do it 👍

Andy came to see us and discussed our options. Incredibly helpful and came back several times to be sure as we had a slightly more difficult task than most. Measurements were taken and then double checked and I'm happy to say that an incredible job was done by the guys on the day. My garage has so much space now and is more usable than ever. I'm really glad we chose Fortress Doors. Update - I've now added a Somfy hub to my home network which allows me to control my garage door using my Google Smart speakers. They have a great feature requiring a pin code so that people can't just shout in your window to a speaker and open the garage. Can't recommend enough! Thanks to Andy and the guys!

We received a brilliant service from Fortress Doors from the very well demonstrated initial visit through to the installation and beyond. The installation was very tidy, on time and hassle free. We did have an issue a few weeks after installation as the door got stuck in open position but they came over the very next day to fix the problem. We had closed the door manually so it wasn’t left open overnight. Always very helpful with replacement remote batteries and communications etc. Thank you for a lovely door!

My second reviews for Fortress Doors. Andy and his team expertly installed my door last year, sadly it developed a minor fault. I contacted Andy and he replied straight away to ensure me it would be sorted and indeed it was and very quickly. If you are looking for a new door and are thinking about which company to use then look no further. Fortress Doors are first class. Thank you Andy

Their Salesman, Andy, was very pleasant and informative. He was not at all pushy but answered all the questions my partner raised. Based upon our garage door requirements he suggested various products that would be suitable. Decision made we placed our order and he said installation would proceed in 4 weeks time once the door had been made to our specifications. Our door was installed 4 weeks later by an excellent team of friendly fitters and instruction given on its operation. We are delighted with our purchase and thoroughly recommend this company

Cannot praise Fortress Doors enough. A highly professional service. The new garage door was for my elderly mum and she was treated with the utmost respect by Andy and she is delighted with the new garage door. Highly recommend.

Really happy with our new garage door. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fitted beautifully

Andy and the lads turned up today in the cold and fitted our new garage door. First class job and a first class bunch. Even Margaret the pooch was enthusiastic all afternoon. Thanks again lads. Top job 👍

We cannot rate Andy and his team at Fortress highly enough: we had a roller door fitted in the summer....a first class service! However we had a problem on a Saturday evening. We contacted Andy that evening and he came out to us first thing on Sunday morning (in the cold and rain too!). The roller had come off some clips...we suspect because our builders had closed the door and there was an obstruction. Andy and his team fixed it within 10 minutes. Thanks so much for coming out and fixing it for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Fortress for their great after sales service!

I had an Essati garage door which had been on Rogue traders and was having problems with it. Fortress doors were the ONLY people who would come out to it. I felt happy with the gentleman who arrived. He was concise, leavel headed and subsequently I decided to replace the door as I have health issues. The door was ordered and true to his word he contacted me the week he promised to. The people arrived to fit the door and were very professional. Very tidy and very organised. I would not hesitate to recommend these people. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews but felt it deserved the write up.

We are very happy with the performance of the product. It's quite and reliable and very convenient. Any concerns along the way were swiftly dealt with to our satisfaction.

You're in safe hands with Andy and his team. I had to get my door fitted to a tight schedule and Andy pulled it out of the bag. The door works brilliantly for the 6 months it's been fitted without any major issues. It's needed to be adjusted since install, but Andy was on site a couple of hours after calling and sorted it out. Customer service as it should be. The quote I received for my 3.5m wide door was mid-range for the enquiries I made with other companies, however the great feedback and Andy's personality won me over and I'm pleased to say I feel I've still made the right choice. 5* from me 👍

Really impressed with the quality & look of our new garage door. Such a friendly, efficient team from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Called Andy as I had a fault with my Somfy door that a previous company fitted poorly. He came out promptly and rectified issues to prevent future failures. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Andy and his team were very professional and helpful. The garage door is great and simple to use. Installation was carried out to a high standard. I would recommend Fortress anytime.

Love our new garage door! Thank you Fortress. Excellent service throughout , Andy took plenty of time showing us the different options and kept us up-to-date once we placed the order. It only took two lovely guys just over a couple of hours to transform our garage and we couldn't be happier with it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Andy knows his stuff and talked us through the pros and cons of a number of options. It arrived exactly when Andy said it would. It was installed today by Steve and Head fitter Callum and it looks great and gives us the security we need. After installation Callum went through how to use and care for the door. We’re really happy and 100% recommend Fortress Doors.

Just had a new garage door fitted by Fortress Doors, They did a good professional job. The door looks great and the Team of fitters were courteous and highly professional, Very pleased with the finished job.

Extremely happy with our new door. Right from the get-go we knew Andy was extremely knowledgeable. Took us through the options and it was clear that he was passionate about providing the best possible product/service. He demonstrated each door, and we decided on the best one for our needs, with no pressure at all. We also changed our mind regarding the colour a few weeks from installation - accommodating this was no issue at all. Would have no problem recommending these guys.

I'm not a person that normally writes reviews, but on this ocation I felt I had to. From the time Andy call to survey the garage door replacement to a very resent problem we unfortunately experienced with our door. Andy listened understood and promptly carried out the repair. Nothing was to much trouble so I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team.

Excellent service and very pleased with the door. Rang a few weeks later for a follow up and turned up as promised (but actually wasn't needed). Would not hesitate to recommend them

Update review I needed to leave a message with Andy the other morning about my Fortress garage fitted about 9 months ago. He phoned me straight back and was over that same afternoon with his colleague to address this under guarantee and door is operating fine again. I continue to be impressed with the service and back up provided

Fantastic service from start to finish, had 4 quotes in total, first 3 companies quoted within a couple of minutes but gave no real understanding of what the doors were that I would be getting. Andy gave me a full demonstration and I knew exactly what I was getting when the job was completed. Can't fault them, great to deal with, including Callum and Steve who fitted them (and cleaned up including taking the old doors away). Worth mentioning they were not the cheapest I had been quoted, but I believe they were the best value for the doors provided. Would recommend happily.

Just had a single roller door in Chartwell Green fitted. Really happy with it. Dealing with Andy was problem-free and he was very efficient. Our old door was an electric up and over but I wanted to gift the mechanism from the old door: Andy and his team carefully removed the old mechanism for me too. Would highly recommend them!

Andy and his team did a fantastic job of widening our garage door and fitting an electric one. All were friendly, polite, helpful, on time and tidy. We had one issue with a warning light coming on and Andy was out to reset this first thing the next day. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service from start to finish.High quality doors and very high quality workmanship. The install was quick and clean. Couldn't be happier!

Andy and his team were professional from the sales process through to the installation. Andy's van is fitted with demo roller curtains so you can easily see and feel the quality of the product. Ordering to fitting only took about 4 weeks. The fitters, Michael and Callum, were professional and polite at all times, did a great job, and tidied up after completion. We're really pleased with the service and the door and would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his team at Fortress Doors.

Very professional job, friendly team and great value!

What can I say about Fortress Doors, Amazing Service! From start to finish, Andy the salesman was very helpful and full of knowledge. Upon ordering a door, I felt happy and confident that I was being helped and guided through the process. Our door has now been installed to a very high standard by Micheal and Callum there fitters. I could not recommend Fortress Doors more highly

We needed the garage doors to be replaced as quickly as possible and Andy at Fotress Doors bent over backwards to get the job done. They were as polite as could be and got the job done , excellently, before time and exactly as quoted. I would recommend them to anybody requiring a new garage door.

over the moon with my new garage door, Andy is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, this wasn't a company that was just focused on making as much money as they could, in fact my final bill was actually less than we had agreed. Couldn't fault anything, they even cleaned the entire garage after the work was complete and put everything back where it was. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Well done guys, great job.

Andy and his team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and very professional. My new electric garage door looks great I am so pleased with it. I can highly recommend Fortress Doors 100%.
