Nathan is Very helpful, full of great advice. Would recommend this company

We had major knotweed and it was excavated and insured through JKE. It was a very stressful period because there is so much alarmist content online. They did a thorough job and the problem was sorted. Nathan comes each year to check, always very nice and does a good review. Would happily recommend JKE if you have a knotweed issue. For me it was also worth the money to pay for excavation.

Nathan was great - very efficient!

Just had one of our twice yearly visits from Nathan, and was impressed by the service. Very informative and thorough, and put me at ease that the treatment programme on our neighbouring land is working. Would recommend for peace of mind.

The team at Japanese Knotweed Eradication have been really responsive and efficient. This morning they even took a few minutes to treat some additional non-Knotweed weeds which were not part of our contract.

Lovely experience. The men were very informative and helped me through the process. Kept me up to date of what would happen and when. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

Uncommunicative and unhelpful. Refusing to update me on their treatment of my JKW problem despite already having been given written permission by my neighbour, their direct customer. Generally been poor at updates over the 6 years they have been treating the JKW.

Really nice honest guys. Sent them a photo and they came back saying I didnt have Japanese Knotweed

This company was speedy and reliable and very professional.

Thank you so much for confirming that we luckily had no knotweed! I cannot recommend this company enough they are so polite and helpful and they are such good value for money! I got a report too that was so detailed! Defo go to these guys if you need a knotweed specialist! :)

This company is excellent - professional, prompt, priced reasonably, highly efficient - and got rid of our knotweed! Can't praise them enough. Highly recommended

First class. In each of the 10 or so visits from JKE, they have been punctual, efficient and very professional. Highly recommended

Japanese Knotweek have been treating my knotweed for a number of years. Finally I got fed up with not being able to do anything with my huge flower bed. Their guys spent Friday and Saturday (the two hottest days of the year) felling a huge Yukka Tree and huge Bay Tree, emptying the soil, demoloshing the walls, laying membrane and finally stones. They worked incredibly hard, getting the work done in the two days. I cannot recommend them highly enough to you. They have done a super job.

Knot Weed dealt with efficiently and top class job with the follow up landscaping, the team worked hard and produced a far better result than we hoped for. very much recommended

Steve and his team were great. We had some works done around the inherited knotweed on the land we purchased. They did a top job and fitted us in at very short notice - everything done swiftly and to a high standard. Even 3 or 4 wasp stings each didn't bother them (sorry about that). No hesitation in recommending.

Steve assisted with the removal of knot-weed in a building my company bought in Kent. His team dealt with the excavation and remedial work both swiftly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend their services enough!

Garry and the team are experts in every way. Their customer service goes above and beyond, I know myself and my father are extremely grateful for all their efforts.

My garden is transformed and the guys did the job to a high standard and despite the freezing weather conditions, they finished it all on time too.
