Guardian Damp Proofing Ltd

Excellent service would highly recommend to anyone needing damp work done. It was really hassle free and I was kept up to date continually on progress. Works were very speedily completed to an excellent standard. Nikki Shelley

Michael and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and very neat and tidy, treating our home with respect and going to great lengths to ensure the areas not being worked on were protected. They also seamlessly fit in with our - sometimes difficult - schedule, making it easy for us to get the work done with minimal disruption. The two extensive projects that Michael carried out at our home were finished to a very high standard and we are delighted with both the work itself, and also the experience of working with his team. I'd recommend Guardian Damp Proofing without reservation.

David Caplin and his team at Guardian Damp Proofing Ltd provided an excellent damp proofing service to the ground floor of my house. Most of the work was done in 2012-13, and now over 5 years on no damp issues have returned to any of the treated areas. David gave clear explanations and kept me informed of progress. He and his team knew what they were doing, and were always very courteous and professional. They kept the work areas and surroundings clean, and minimised dust effectively. The re-plastering was also outstanding. Another company might provide a cheaper quote, but of the other companies I considered none persuaded me that they had adequate knowledge or skills, and that included some large companies. A 20-year guarantee was issued. Based on my experience with David and his team I recommend them highly for damp proofing.

Jim and his team Damproofing the bottom of our house 1st class job Would recommend to anyone brilliant nice polite team thanks

We had our entire basement gutted by Dave, Michael and their team. They completely cleared all the damp and finished the rooms to the exact specification we required. Would highly recommend Guardian Damp Proofing as first class builders who were a pleasure to deal with.

Dave did an excellent job at our house, on short notice in a tricky situation. He completely redid the damp proofing in the basement and all ground floor, and then sorted out all sorts of other issues. Him and his team are super professional with great customer service. I recommend them highly.
